That'll show that little ninny how to eat sh*t!

Her face looked more like Emma Stone and pretty anyway.

If this took 3 years to settle, imagine how long the Benzies case will take to settle.

Bet she feels embarrassed. Or perhaps not. Maybe she just thought she'd get in on the success of others because she f*cked up her rep by being an ex (or maybe still) drug addict who wasn't easy to work with.

Nevertheless, Lindsay back in the day? Yeah, you know what I'm thinking ;).

I still can't believe she filed a privacy lawsuit in the first place. The image that might resemble her isn't portrayed in a negative way. Hell, even the image BARELY resemble her at all! The sensationalist way of female celebrities are absurd nowadays.

If this took 3 years to settle, imagine how long the The Benz case will take to settle.

Giving that R* is obviously the blame in it, maybe an eternity. Depending on how skilled R* lawyer is.

Rockstar's lawyers are otherworldly, they've won ridiculous lawsuits, so they'll probably find a way to twist it all around.

GTA VI will probably be out before we'll finally see the outcome of this one.

Thats the power of influence and the mediocrity of the plaintiff's frivolous lawsuits. I can gurantee you that R* has the best Corporate lawyers of all New york.

Rockstar only lost the hot coffee lawsuit (they even got away with teenagers fighting at school)

did she really think she would win?

I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't about winning or losing, but more about publicity. Getting her name out there and people talking about her again; much easier than actually creating something or contributing to the world - she can get her name in the papers by literally doing nothing.

And of course, her fans would ignore the outcome and still believe that she's the victim, and probably boost sales of whatever it is she does.

It can look that way, Mokrie, but it cost a lot of money for that, and losing a suit is never good. "Even bad publicity" doesn't apply to losing a claim. It cost her a lot, that she never should have spent, she thought a "video game" company is an easy target, she was wrong. Her lawyers probably put her adviser up to advising her to do it.

In reality, she is probably in on all of this, and the precedent set by a "friend" named Lohan probably protects them for a much bigger outing next time around. In other words: Understand that sometimes these things happen to our moves to protect the next ones we make. A company in the genre that produces GTA would certainly understand this. A company with leads who are highly militant and political would definitely be down to set a precedent to protect games not yet released.

Somewhere they said "We need a way to make sure these ideas are safe" - and they got some people in on it - I am not claiming that happened, just that it could have.

Looks like the saga isn't quite over, however, as she brings it to high court.

A bit tongue in cheek, but yes I'd like to see her get something out of it. No matter the amount, it would still be nothing compared to what they've made from GTA V. Just last year, the crybabies at Rockstar tried suing BBC. Sam even went on twitter to vent his frustration like a small child.
