how should i connect to a server? i tryed connecting using the /connect command then typing my server s name even when i portforward still fails to connect

Use the IP address or localhost. The command connect hard codes port 22000 which is defined in lobby/lobby.lua in the client folder. (See it in notepad)

Hey I noticed your recent update, WHAT ARE ALL THE NEW COMMANDS!? You still haven't told me. Also the buttons in the ESC menu still don't do anything.  :p

Why do you keep updating the version history list on your gtaconnected.com page saying you've added new commands YET NOT BOTHER TELLING US WHAT THEY ARE!?!?  They in the xml files or not!?!?   :(

Ok then....what are the commands for  vehicle spawns, and missions other then /connect?  your not very in helpful in showing us how to do anything with the mod so far other then /connect  and dedicated hosting, any page where can I learn your lua script langauge?!?    :panic:

It uses lua, one would write a resource that implements a command. I will include a freeroam resource or provide one.

 

I'm currently writing up a frequently asked questions for the website, I will address all the common questions and provide a roadmap soon.

Thank you for that, but whats this "Might have fixed vehicle enter/exit and warping issues" you wrote for the latest updates description, does this even apply to the multiplayer section of the mod? If so how can u even spawn pedestrians or simply vehicles in multiplayer?

I recommend joining the discord server I'm in for support https://discord.gg/VPAtav2(there is a #gtaconnected text channel in the LU discord server)

 

Currently the multiplayer has had issues with warping someone into a car (im trying to fix those)

 

Spawning things needs scripts for the server. You may want to join the discord server for support.
