Registered to confirm that I have the same 'infinite load' bug on my career checklist.
I'm a PC only player so missing the content available for returning players. All was working fine even after I met the requirements for 100% on the Social Club checklist. Did everything in game there is before taking on 'the last one' mission. That broke my checklist page. I have a save file prior to that and everything is fine when loading that.

i made a call with the support today, because my ticket was not responsed since weeks.
they said that this issue is gone to the developers, but they cant say more infos.
so, more i cant do. R* knows this bug, the developers knows, will it ever be fixed?
to be or not to be, this is the question.

real question is: do R want it to be fixed, it is clearly trying to persuade 100% finishers to leave the singleplayer for online or next title?!

Same here, the issue appeared after the last strangers and freaks mission! i'm afraid they wont solve this as they don't care about SP more!

I been having the same issue after i hit 100%. I am kind of mad because I want to see what extra stuff I am missing.

easy way is leave one thing needed for 100% unfinised then do everything else around it and complete the required thing last, thats anyway how i did it!

Rockstar apparently has fixed this issue with the Social Club Checklist as I'm now able to view it again with every item on it completed.

wow, so they did care for SP fans, i guess we can expect they give us other surprises regarding Singleplayer in future! 
PS! do not start any DLC speculations because i said that!

Mine shows up perfectly fine, could be your browser. I'm using the latest Chrome v57.0.2987.110.
