Unfortunately I don't think R* was to concerned about the attention to detail in the iOS and Android versions hence why they weren't there

Android/iOS Versions are also closer to that of the DS Version in terms of 100% Requirements and extra Missions and such. PSP has the most included in that Version, while DS/Android/iOS is identical in terms of what has to be done for 100%. I don't get why the Android/iOS Versions didn't include everything, though, since Smart Phones can definitely handle it no problem...

Also the mobile version have same graphics as DS, aka it has no yellow tint over screen, no shadows of buildings in gameplay, ofc it's all rendered in higher resolution and the artworks are higher res too. Almost like the graphics improvements and missions were sony exlusive.

You also can't do the save-glitch on mobile versions (start new game, quickly open PDA, save and then load that save, it enables all missions from the start). it could be because my timing is sh*t, or my phone is too fast to give me a good window to do it. i tested it on android btw

I'd expect it to be just R* coding seeing as it's possible on both DS and the PSP versions, but who knows, maybe it is a debug function to forgot to remove on DS and PSP.
