Hello GTA Modding Community,

For those of you familiar with SCM coding, in the original GTA triology, (GTA III, VC, and SA), you're able to look at the main SCM and see the correct way to use script functions. You also get to see how Rockstar sets things up in the game. This has been very useful to me in learning SCM coding and I'd like to take it further now, with learning to make scripts for GTA IV.

As far as I know, there's nothing for GTA IV like the main SCM that was previously implemented in the GTA trilogy, which makes me wonder - how do you know how to use the native functions and find out how Rockstar set things up within the game?

I know you can find out how most native functions are used on the GTA modding wiki, but for a beginner (in GTA IV scripting) like me, this is confusing as its not as specific as having something like the main SCM from the previous games.

Thanks for any insight you can offer!
