This is how it looks:

I haven't really used it yet so please report any bugs. Also back up your timecyc.dat if you intend to save the file.

This is truly amazing. So easy to use - finally makes timecycle editing for GTA 3 be a worthy process.
Thank you!

I don't think there's any point in keeping tools that could help anyone in various tasks hidden away.
The Hero just does stuff that thinks would help people and releases the said stuff if it's polished enough.

Yes, it was part of the gta3d.asi. I disabled everything gta3d related (which is not much at this point anyway) for the release. And obviously I was too lazy to compile a release version. That is also indeed the reason i didn't release the source yet...the project looks just a bit too ugly, I'll sort it out eventually...(btw, "C:\Users\aap\src\gta3d\Debug\gta3d.pdb" - is this a part of a plugin for the GTA3D mod, and this being the reason it's not open sourced?)

It'd good to see GTA III Modding is still Alive and Well.
Hopefully LC will get some badly needed Colour in its World.

Wow, really nice work!
I understand that you are creating these tools to make development for GTA 3D easier, but wouldn't it be possible to create an in-game handling editor too? Just asking.

Awesome! The fact that you can edit it in real time while in game helps you a lot. You can clearly see the result in front of your eyes! TheHero proved once more that Rockstar need to hire him as a developer.

When I enter the timecycle options and start changing the hour I got that Skyrim feeling when using the wait feature
