John Carter. Excellent movie with average reviews and both planned sequels cancelled. Such a shame

I actually liked batman and robin from 1997.

The humor i consider rather dry, but not per se bad.

Even now i wonder if it was actually an ode to that old batman tv series i never watched as a kid(because i was not born yet)

I'm afraid you've got a sh*t sense of humor then.

It is closest thing to objectively bad you can get. It fails as a stand alone movie, it fails as a Batman movie, it failed at being a commercial since it bombed. It did NOTHING right.

Spring Breakers. Admittedly when I first saw it I thought it was a bit weird, but on repeat viewings it's really grown on me.

It's beautiful, gritty, funny and sad all rolled into one. A shame it's only got a score of 68 on metacritic.

This is my favourite scene.

Beverly Hills Cop III

I don't know if Larry Ferguson makes movies anymore but his early 90s films are my favorites.

I also like All Eyez On Me. So what if it wasn't factually 100% correct. If I want real facts I watch a documentary. All Eyez On Me was professionally made and purely cinematically it was perfect. It was way better than Notorious or Straight Out of Compton.

Robocop 2. Not nearly as good as the original by far, but I don't really get when people act super disgusted by it. It's more cartoonish than the first but it's got decent action sequences. Love the final 20 minutes.

Robocop 3 however...

Speaking of Robocop, I actually really enjoyed the remake. I loved the original, had it on VHS as a kid and used to watch it over and over. When I watched the original as an adult again, I thought it was a bit silly. Still loved it for what it was and the satire and all that. Anyway, I enjoyed the remake. I think some people wanted to see more of the original but I look at it was a film using the same premise and building their own narrative on that. Like a re-imagining.

American Psycho 2, femme fatales ftw.

A Nightmare On Elm Street 2, anything with homoerotic undertones gets a big yes from me.

10,000 B.C. was okay, even though it is historically inaccurate in a lot of places. I'm a sucker for "swords-and-sandals" type films. Also Blair Witch Project (1999 version) was enjoyable. Everyone I know seems to hate that movie. I admire the amount of money it returned on such a small budget.

Showgirls, one of my all time favorite films!

It's highly underrated but is actually a classic.

Strange Wilderness. A comedy that was panned by critics but I really enjoy. It makes me laugh and that's what I want in a comedy.

I love those kind of quirky comedies that the critics don’t seem to understand they’re not supposed to be taken seriously.

Idiocracy’s a good example too. Holy sh*t I love that movie lol.

Idiocracy is brilliant, It's very funny. If you go on YouTube and look at clips from it there's loads of comments saying it's coming true lol.

I loved the first Captain America movie. Although it’s his lowest rated one I watch it all the time

The Waterboy (Adam Sandler movie)

Do people hate Arnold Schwarzenegger movies? Because I love all his 80’s and 90’s movies a lot.(that also includes jingle all the way) (does not include Batman and robin)

Resident evil movies

I though John carter was a great movie. Was really hoping for a sequel and still am but doubt it since it did so poorly.
