Been doing Saves for all 10 GTA's and Special Vehicles since May 2014 non stop...


Wow, you must have a lot of time on your hands...

Well, I am not young and finished High School and University a while ago (August 2013), so one I finished, I got into GTA a lot more and revisited them for the first time since 2006 when I first did III, VC, and SA to 100% with a couple Special Vehicles in each game.  So all there is these days is work and GTA, basically.  Also I succeed more than failing and staying persistent and not giving up.  Also the patience of God.  When you do such games countless times, you get better and when you get better, you can just blow through them as nothing is difficult anymore.

 

All of these traits have to be there when you're a Special Vehicle Collector.  If you give up, you're not going to get better and you're not going to have the ability to obtain them all.  I've proven and shown Photos time and time again that I can do any GTA and practically obtain any Special Vehicle in all 10 of these GTA's without issues and not just obtaining Special Vehicles and doing the Story and calling it a day, but also going to 100% while keeping Stats to a minimum.  I only know so many people like that and those are the people I respect the most.  Putting in the time, putting in the work, and finishing a great product when they are done...

 

Anyways, it looks like all the one time only (8 of them) Special Vehicles have been fully confirmed and just Story Replay Vehicles to check now...

 

Note to SpriteFan274...Remember to say about the Stretch, Peyote, PMP 600 and others in which have a CHANGING Luster.  Some of them you say only one Luster, but are changeable...

Stretch E is like the Schafter from Politics in TLaD...There is TONS of Lusters for it...When I was obtaining the Slamvan (not that easy to leave the Stretch E mashing all the buttons, thus many reloads), I saw like 15 different Lusters on the Stretch E...I assure you there is more than just 2...

 

Lol...Funny...Someone said the Rims of the Zombie can't be found at all on the street :D :p

I just say 2 Lusters so we can know that the Lustered Vehicle has MORE available Lusters.... My Luster Theory still works.

Luster Theory - If a Vehicle is Randomly Lustered every time you start the Mission, all the possible Lusters are determined from Traffic's Defaults' Lusters.

Thus the Stretch E can have these Lusters (Color Numbers/IDs): 8, 12, 113, 76, 91, 93, 80, 1. Only the Luster 8 is not Special as one Traffic Stretch E is defined as 0,0,8, and the FotC Stretch E is 0,0,L. Thus, 7 possible Special Lusters.

Something I want to add about the Zombie:

Color 1 - Body Color
Color 2 - Fender Color
Color 3 - Luster
Color 4 - Rims Color

The EC/Lustered Zombie is 0,0,L,112.

Some similar Traffic Zombies and comparing them with the Frosting on the Cake EC/Lustered Zombie:

0,0,4,35 - Color 1 and Color 2 are the same with the EC one.
0,133,8,112 - Color 1 and Color 4 are the same with the EC one.
All other Zombies - Color 4 are the same with the EC one.

Color 1, 2 and 4 are all found in Traffic but it's still EC, because the Vehicle Color's Combination is different to anything seen in Traffic. It's not "EC1/EC2/EC4" but it's still EC.

Also....

Shouldn't there be a comma between these Colors? That's how it exactly says in Carcols.dat. How does this affect Traffic Colors for the Zombie Bike? Does the missing comma "break" something in the Traffic Defaults? I don't know...

Get Hyped!!!!  ...Not really...

 

But just saying, I am starting the REMAKE of my 1st Save File for TBoGT today.  It's going to take a bit longer than TLaD Projects since once I reach 100%, I then need to go back and obtain many Special Vehicles on Replays from the Story as well as get 100% for all 26 Missions and the 100%'s on Missions aren't easy and may take numerous Attempts until I finally reach the 100% Requirements for each Mission.  I thought these things were pretty easy in V, but not so much in TBoGT, thus it takes a while.

 

TBoGT 1st Save File Special Vehicles:

 

EC Manana, Lustered PMP 600, EC/Lustered PCJ 600, EC/Lustered Habanero, EC/Lustered Peyote, Unique Swift with Side Doors Closed, Lustered Stretch, EC/Lustered F620, Unique/Lustered Stretch E, Unique Caddy (Caged), EC/Lustered Feltzer, Unique Slamvan, Unique/EC Hexer, EC Comet, EC/Lustered Vincent, Unique Bati Custom

 

Very similar to my old 1st Save File, except I will be getting the Unique Schafter (Redesign) in my 2nd Save File instead of the 1st, the fake PMP 600 from the Random Encounter is removed, some of the Lusters will also be different and look better with the ones I like as I now understand the Luster stuff a bit more, and the Feltzer and Comet (easy) are totally new to me and never obtained them in any Saves before.  Other than some Special Vehicle Adjustments and Changes, the Stats should be better, too, since last time I bought Weapons upon 100% which generated a total in the Stats but this time, I will have $0.00 as well as Max Ammo Held for all the Weapon Slots.  Same as I did in both of my 1st and 2nd TLaD Saves.  I have $0.00 for Weapon Purchases but am holding Max Ammo for all Weapon Slots.

 

Expect Photos and the 1st Save to be done in about 10 days or so...

 

Also, here is the Special Vehicles I will get in the 2nd Save File.  These 16 are literally the REMAINING Special Vehicles from the Story.  It fits perfectly, actually, cuz once both Saves are done, I have ALL ONE TIME ONLY Special Vehicles and ALL STORY MISSION Special Vehicles across 2 Save Files.  Leaving me (if I feel like it) only EC/Lustered Drug War Vehicles to obtain in a 3rd Save, but I think I may scrap that project or do it at a very later date since they aren't important and all just Rare...

 

TBoGT 2nd Save File Special Vehicles:

 

Unique Schafter (Redesign), Lustered Cavalcade FXT, EC Sanchez, EC Buffalo, EC Buffalo, EC Bullet GT, EC F620, EC Buffalo, EC/Lustered Zombie, EC Mafia PMP 600 with Hybrid Grill, Mafia PMP 600 with Hybrid Grill, EC/Lustered Vincent, EC Maverick, Lustered Landstalker, EC Oracle, Lustered Oracle

 

SpriteFan274 needs to do more confirmations with some of these before I get to the 2nd Save File.  Especially the Comet in my 1st Save.  Red Comets spawn in traffic.  Just not sure if it's the SAME one in the Mission or not...

 

EDIT: 46.30% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 0 Missions Failed, 0 Pay and Spray Visits, 0 Times Saved, 11:40 Total Playing Time, and 8 out of 16 Special Vehicles. Backed it up on my USB Drive.

 

Also, here is the 8 Special Vehicles I have are and what the Editor says.  SpriteFan274 already confirmed these but he didn't get the Lusters I got, so I am sharing them here.

 

F620: Turismo Red, Desert Red, Taxi Yellow, Black

 

Manana: Dk. Beechwood Poly, Desert Red, Black Poly, Black

 

PCJ 600: Diamond Blue Poly, Black Poly, Desert Red, Black

 

Habanero: Diamond Blue Poly, Black, Striking Blue, Black

 

Peyote: Bright Red, Black, Turismo Red, Black

 

PMP 600: Black, Black, Securicor Dark Green, Black

 

Stretch: Black, Black, Nassau Blue Poly, Black

 

Also have the Unique Swift with Side Doors Closed but the Colors are not special or anything...

 

Anyways, all one time only Special Vehicles obtained!  So now I just have to finish the Story Missions, 2 Margot Random Encounters, 3 Triathlons, 15 Base Jumps, Obtain 7 Special Vehicles on a Replay, and Get 100% on all the Missions Requirements.  Should be done in a week or so and Photos up and then time for the much easier and quicker 2nd Save File...

Thanks for MorsPrincipiumEst to give me his Colors of the Vincent, so I don't need to obtain it myself.

As you can see, there's a Vincent which shows that the Body Color is not EC. The Rims from the Mission are Deep Jewel Green and the Vincent has a Random Luster, which makes it Special. 

The Rims are Dark Green (Deep Jewel Green) which is EC. Traffic Vincents can have a Black Poly (1), Very White (133) or Flax (93) Rims.

The Dark Green Traffic Vincent has Very White Rims and a Bright Blue Poly Luster (83), so if anyone wants to get it, they should get a different Luster as that he Bright Blue Poly Luster Vincent would be "less Special." It still would be Special, but less...

63.10% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 0 Missions Failed, 0 Pay and Spray Visits, 0 Times Saved, 12:49 Total Playing Time, and 8 out of 16 Special Vehicles. Backed it up on my USB Drive.

 

Before today, I haven't played anything in 4 days and almost didn't play today, but am glad I did.  After tomorrow when I do 15 Base Jumps, 3 Triathlons, and the 2nd Margot Random Encounter, then the ONLY things left are 13 Story Missions, 8 Special Vehicles (7 from Replays), and 100%'s on the remaining Story Missions I need.  I could zoom through the rest of the Story in a day probably and reach 100% which would just leave the Special Vehicles and 100%'s on the Missions to go.

 

TBoGT is quite boring to me and I hate the 100% Mission sh*t which makes it take a bit longer...

 

EDIT: 100% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 0 Missions Failed, 0 Pay and Spray Visits, 0 Times Saved, 16:30 Total Playing Time, and 9 out of 16 Special Vehicles. Backed it up on my USB Drive.

 

All That's Left: 100% Objectives for 17 Story Missions via Replay and Obtain 7 Special Vehicles via Replay.
