GTA TBoGT Special Vehicle Guide

Special Vehicle Properties Legend:

EC (UC) = Exclusive Color or Unique Color - The Special Vehicle has a Color that can't be duplicated with Pay and Spray or found in Traffic.

Lustered = Lustered -  The Special Vehicle has another Coor overlapping its Base Color and is only best seen in the Daylight with a lot of Sunshine, not all Lusters are Special, the known Special Lusters are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red and Yellow.

Unique = Unique - The Special Vehicle is Unique when it can only be obtained from a Story Mission or Side Mission, the vehicle itself is Special as it's not possible to find it Parked or in Traffic.

1.0. Unique Schafter (Redesign)
Mission: I Luv LC (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: Welcome to Liberty City again! The first Special Vehicle in TBoGT is Gay Tony's Unique Schafter (Redesign) which was exclusively added to TBoGT. It's given to you in many of Tony's Story Missions as well as all of the Club Management Missions. Since it makes an appearance so many times in the Game, it would be redundant to list every instance it sppears in a Mission, so I'll just list the first time it appears which is in I Luv LC. Since you have access to all of the Parking Spots right from the Beginning of TBoGT, there is no reason to wait and obtain this from another Mission. You can get it from Mission Replay too, but honestly it's just best to get it when you do I Luv LC as you can easily get 100% in the Mission and get the Schafter at the same time. So basically, it's one of those Vehicles which can be obtained at any time in TBoGT. Start the first Mission in the Game I Luv LC and simply pass it by driving to the three Locations. Once the Mission is passed, park the Unique Schafter (Redesign) at any Parking Spot in the Game and have it stored there. Simple. There is another model of the Schafter which appears in IV and TLaD too, as well as TBoGT, but that one always spawns on the Street is not Special. The reason why Tony's Schafter is Special is due to the fact that it does not spawn on the Street under normal circumstances. Make note that if you're driving a Schafter (Redesign) yourself, or have recently driven one as your previously touched Vehicle, others may spawn on the Road despite this being a Unique Vehicle. It still is Unique because if you haven't touched the Schafter (Redesign) it will never spawn in the Street. Also, here is a full list of Missions where the Schafter (Redesign) is obtainable: I Luv LC, Chinese Takeout, Practise Swing, Bang Bang, Blog This!... (Part 1), Boulevard Baby, Frosting on the Cake, Not So Fast, Ladies' Night, Ladies Half Price, Departure Time and all Club Management Side Missions.

1.1. Unique Swift with Side Doors Open (1 of 2)
Mission: Free Roam until Departure Time
How to Obtain: After passing I Luv LC, the first Story Mission in TBoGT, you can find this Unique Swift with Side Doors Open at the Westminster Helipad Pier Location, up until the Mission Departure Time. After you complete Departure Time, it will be replaced with a Gold Buzzard, thus making this Unique Swift with Side Doors Open unobtainable from that point forward on. There isn't any reason to wait, so if you want this, just take it from the Helipad and park it at one of the Parking Spaces before going on with the rest of the Story Missions. Pretty easy Vehicle to get.

1.2. Lustered Black Cavalcade FXT
Mission: Practice Swing (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: Since you can replay the Story Missions after they are all passed through Luis' Phone without adding any Mission Attempts to the Stats, I recommend doing so. There isn't any reason to fail the Mission on the first go to obtain most of the Special Vehicles in TBoGT since most can be obtained through a Mission Replay later on. I will be explaining Methods which involve using the Mission Replays where possible, but there is some Vehicles in which can't be obtained on a Mission Replay, thus you will need to fail the Mission on your first go, which will effect the Stats. This is a Black Cavalcade FXT which is Lustered, the Special Lusters are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red and Yellow. To get the Luster you want, however, means you have to keep reloading the Game until the Luster you're looking for gets chosen to spawn on the Lustered Black Cavalcade FXT. No matter hich Luster you get, it's Special, as Traffic Black Cavalcade FXTs don't have a Luster. There is also a couple different Variations that the Cavalcade FXT can have, so you must reload until the Cavalcade FXT has the Variation you want. The Rear of it can either have an Open Bed or a Cover over it. To get this Lustered Black Cavalcade FXT you will need some Sticky Bomb and when you have them, start the Replay of the Mission Practice Swing. Do the Mission like normal by driving to the Golden Pier and doing the Golfing Part. After the third Golf Shot, some enemies with the Lustered Black Cavalcade FXTs will arrive. At this point, place a Sticky Bomb on both of the Caddies and also place the Sticky Bombs on two of the three Cavalcade FXTs, the ones that you don't want. At this point, get in the Caddy where Tony is in and begin the Chase part of the Mission while luring the Cavalcade FXTs out of the Golfing Range. When you get near the Parking Lot Location, quickly get out of your Caddy and move away, then detonate the Sticky Bombs you placed which will fail the Mission. The Cavalcade FXTs will stop giving chase and slowly start to drive away. Now, call Henrique for an APC while you stand in front of the Cavalcade FXT you want to obtain. All the Passengers will leave, but the Driver will remain. If you snipe him dead, he will remain in the Vehicle which will prevent you from storing it properly and it will vanish. When Henrique arrives with the APC, use it to push the Lustered Black Cavalcade FXT on its side which will force the Driver out of the Vehicle and he will wander off. Now, when the Driver it out of the Cavalcade FXT and when you have an APC, slowly start to push it to Luis' Safehouse since it's the closest one. It's a long push, but if you take your time, you should be fine. Once it's secured in the Parking Spot, drive a few blocks away and then return to the Parking Spot to confirm the Lustered Black Cavalcade FXT still being there.

1.3. Unique Caddy (Caged)
This is Rocco's Caged Caddy used in the Mission, the Cage is purely comestic on it and when Luis enters it, the animation will be identical to the regular Unique Caddy without a Cage. The Cage on it looks quite cool and it's a worthy Special Vehicle of being obtained for the Collection. To obtain this Unique Caddy (Caged), get some Sticky Bombs and when you have them, start a Replay of the Mission Practice Swing on Luis' Phone and proceed with the Mission like normal up until almost the end of it, so go to the Golden Pier and do the three Golf Shots like normal, then kill the Goons and follow Rocco. When Rocco reaches the Road and parks the Caddy (Caged), do not enter the Yellow Marker. Do not enter it or else the Unique Caddy (Caged) will vanish after the Cutscene. At this point, call Henrique and ask for a Bullet GT. When Henrique arrives with the Bullet GT, leave the Caddy and get into the Bullet GT while Tony follows you and also gets in it. Use the Bullet GT to push the Caddy (Caged) all the way back to Luis' Safehouse Parking Spot since it's the closest one. Since Rocco will still be inside of it at this time, it will skid the entire way since the Parking Brake is on. That is normal and you don't have to worry about it, however, try not to top the Unique Caddy (Caged) over. If Rocco gets out, then you'll need to restart this entire process. Since the Mission is still on at this point, there will be hardly any Traffic, if at all, which makes the Push back to the Safehouse quite easy, When you get back to the Safehouse, gently use the Bullet GT to push the Caddy (Caged) on its Side, which will force Rocco away from the Parking Space and then get out of your Bullet GT. Rocco and Tony should be standing but don't have them too close to the Parking Space. Now, throw a Sticky Bomb toward both Rocco and Tony's direction and detonate them without killing yourself. The Mission should fail at this time since either Rocco and Tony will have died, possibly both of them. Once the Mission is failed and you're teleported away from the Area, go back to the Parking Spot and confirm that the Unique Caddy (Caged) is still in the Parking Space. If it is, drive around the Block before saving the Game. The Unique Caddy (Caged) will still be locked and that is why driving around the Block before saving is absolutely needed and essential to do. Make note that this doesn't always work. There were reports that you absolutely must kill Rocco and Tony simultaneously to fail the Mission, however, in some Versions of the Game, it seems that only killing one Prrson is good enough and the Unique Caddy (Caged) should still be there.

1.4. Unique Caddy
Mission: Practice Swing (Pass, can also be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is the other Variant of the Caddy in Practice Swing without the Cage. Honestly, the Caddy (Caged) looks better, but the normal Unique Caddy is still a different Special Vehicle and worth to get, despite how easy it is. To get it, start the Mission Practice Swing and just simply pass it, Luis will still be driving this Unique Caddy after passing the Mission, now simply drive it to a Parking Spot and have it stored there. Simple. You can get it from Mission Replay, but getting it from passing the Mission is faster. To get it from a Mission Replay, you do the same exact thing.

1.5. Mafia PMP 600 with Hybrid Grill (1 of 2)
Mission: Clocking Off (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is a normal Black Mafia PMP 600 with a Special Hybrid Grill on it. There's a EC White one later one with Hybrid Grill, which makes this a bit useless to obtain, but it's still Special nonetheless as you can't get a normal Mafia Black PMP 600 with Hybrid Grill with a Black Color. Start the Replay of the Mission Clocking Off and head to the Docks in Bohan with Armando and Henrique. Walk to the Pier and then a Shootout will begin, take out some of the Enemies and then get upstairs near the Street. You will find some Mafia PMP 600s with Hybrid Grill, simply get into one and drive away from the Shootout. The Mission will fail for abandoning the Mission Area, now simply drive the Mafia PMP 600 with Hybrid Grill to a Parking Spot and store it there.

1.6. EC Black Sanchez
Mission: Clocking Off (Fail, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay)
This is a fully Black Sanchez that is EC. To obtain it, start a Replay of the Mission Clocking Off and drive to the Docks in Bohan with Armando and Henrique. Walk to the Pier and then a Shootout will begin, take out some of the Enemies and then get upstairs near the Street. You will find the EC Black Sanchez sitting between some Metal Shipping Creates. One of the Stacks will have a red one on the bottom and a white one on the top and the other Stacks are blue. When you find the Sanchez, simply leave the Mission Area which will fail the Mission and drive it back to a Parking Spot to store it.

1.7. Unique Swift with Side Doors Closed (1 of 2)
Mission: Caught with Your Pants Down (Fail + Suicide, won't effect Stats if obtained on a Mission Replay but the Suicide will count)
There are two Unique Swifts with their Side Doors Closed in TBoGT, this first one requires a Suicide while the second one doesn't. The second one is from a Club Management Mission, which is One Time Only, meaning that if you want the Wasted Stat to be 0, you will need to obtain it from the Club Management Mission and in that case the Swift with Side Doors Closed will be a One Time Only Special Vehicle in terms of Stats. But it can still be obtained any time with the Mission Replay, regardless of the Suicide. If you really want to obtain this one, start a Replay of the Mission Caught with Your Pants Down and drive to Yusuf's Swift. Get inside of the Unique Swift with Side Doors Closed and fly it to a Parking Spot and land it there. At this point, quickly snipe and kill Yusuf and then waste Luis using a Rocket Launcher or Sticky Bombs before the Cutscene plays after failing the Mission. If done correctly, i'll still be in the Parking Spot after you respawn at the Hospital and confirm it. Like already mentioned, I highly suggest getting the one from the Club Management Missions as that one doesn't require a Suicide.

1.8. Unique Skylift
Mission: Caught with Your Pants Down
Difficulty: *****
Pass or Fail: Fail + Suicide (Won't Effect Stats if Obtained on a Mission Replay but the Suicide Will Count)
This is by far the hardest Special Vehicle to obtain in TBoGT.  In fact, it might not even be obtainable all together especially if you don't plan on using cheats.  The Unique Skylift can already be obtained using cheats, however, I always try to find Methods that don't involve the use of cheats to obtain a Special Vehicle.  Before starting the quest to obtain this Unique Skylift, make sure you have an Annihilator stored in Niko's Middle Park East parking space.  Start a Replay of the Mission, Caught with Your Pants Down, and play up until the point where you locate the Skylift flying toward Algonquin.  As soon as you see the Skylift in sight, turn the Swift around and head to Niko's Middle Park East parking space to fetch your Annihilator that is stored there.  Land the Swift in a safe location before getting into your Annihilator.  For some reason, the Mission can very easily fail if a handful of Vehicles from traffic bump into it thus rendering the Swift destroyed.  The Mission can also fail if the Swift gets stuck.  It might not look stuck, but the game thinks it is.  These are just a couple issues I've ran into it when attempting to obtain the Unique Skylift.  After landing the Swift in a safe location, get into the Annihilator and simply hover in the air while you wait for the Skylift to conveniently fly right toward Niko's Middle Park East parking space.  Don't hover too far away from the Swift as the Mission will also fail.  After a little time, the Skylift will be making its way toward you.  Using the guns on the Annihilator, try and shoot the Skylift down and have the wreck land in the parking space.  If successful, quickly jump out of the Annihilator and while falling to your death, keep the camera steady on the Skylift at all times.  It's very crucial to have the proper camera control.  If you look away from the Skylift's wreck for one second, it can vanish.  After you respawn back at the Hospital, go back to the parking space to confirm the Unique Skylift is still there.  If it is, then congratulations on obtaining the most challenging Special Vehicle in TBoGT.  Personally, I have never obtained this Unique Skylift in TBoGT.  I also have heard zero reports of anybody else obtaining it using this Method.  This might not work at all in the end, but theoretically it seems rather plausible to work but may take dozens of attempts to get it right.  It's extremely luck based.  When I've attempted to shoot the Skylift down, it would never land even close to the parking space which can get frustrating after a while so I have given up for now.  If you obtained the Unique Skylift using this Method written in the Guide, please let me know!  If you know of another Method that doesn't involve cheating, let me know, as well!

1.9. EC Bright Red Buffalo (1 of 3)
Mission: Kibbutz Number One
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Kibbutz Number One, and play like normal up until Mori exits this EC Bright Red Buffalo in Bohan.  Simply take the Buffalo to the nearby Bohan parking space and then run back on foot to the pink marker to pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, go confirm that it's still in the parking space before moving on and saving the game.  If you store a Special Vehicle taken from a Mission while the Mission is still on and not passed or failed, the game doesn't fully acknowledge the Special Vehicle is stored in the parking space so if you would save the game and then reload without checking on the Special Vehicle first, it would disappear.

2.0. EC Bright Red Buffalo (2 of 3)
Mission: This Ain't Checkers
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Fail (Won't Effect Stats if Obtained on a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: Since you can replay the Story Missions after they are all passed through Luis' phone without adding any Mission Attempts to the Stats, I recommend doing so.  There isn't any reason to fail the Mission on the first go to obtain most of the Special Vehicles in TBoGT since most can be obtained through a Mission Replay later on.  I will be explaining Methods which involve using the Mission Replays where possible, but there is some Vehicles in which can't be obtained on a Mission Replay, thus you will need to fail the Mission on your first go, which will effect the Stats.  Start a Replay of the Mission, This Ain't Checkers.  The EC Bright Red Buffalo will be provided for you after starting the Mission and all you have to do is shoot and kill Mori to fail the Mission and then just drive the Buffalo back to a parking space to store it.

2.1. EC Dark Red Buffalo
Mission: This Ain't Checkers
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Start the Mission, This Ain't Checkers, and after finishing the Boating portion of the Mission and getting to land to pick a Vehicle, you will find this EC Dark Red Buffalo as one of the Vehicles you can use.  Make sure you get back to land first, though, as Mori will always take this Vehicle if he beats you to land.  When you get there, take the Buffalo and continue the Mission like normal.  Once passed, you will still be driving this Buffalo.  Just take it back to a parking space and store it.

2.2. EC Bright Red Buffalo (3 of 3)
Mission: No. 3
Start a Replay of the Mission, No. 3, and upon starting the Mission, you will be provided this EC Bright Red Buffalo.  Simply shoot and kill Brucie to fail the Mission and then take the Buffalo back to a parking space to store it.

2.3. EC White Bullet GT with Red Stripe
Mission: No. 3
Start a Replay of the Mission, No. 3, and go through the Mission like normal up until you are retrieving the Vehicles off the platform.  After giving Mori and Brucie their Vehicles, get into your own Vehicle, which is this EC White Bullet GT with Red Stripe and simply drive off.  The Mission will be failed and you can just drive it back to a parking space to store it.

2.4. EC Bright Blue F620
Mission: No. 3
Difficulty: ** and 1/2
Pass or Fail: Fail (Won't Effect Stats if Obtained on a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: Since you can replay the Story Missions after they are all passed through Luis' phone without adding any Mission Attempts to the Stats, I recommend doing so.  There isn't any reason to fail the Mission on the first go to obtain most of the Special Vehicles in TBoGT since most can be obtained through a Mission Replay later on.  I will be explaining Methods which involve using the Mission Replays where possible, but there is some Vehicles in which can't be obtained on a Mission Replay, thus you will need to fail the Mission on your first go, which will effect the Stats.  Start a Replay of the Mission, No. 3, and do the Mission like normal up until the part where you get a wanted level and get to the Angels of Death Clubhouse underneath the highway and just park there.  Eventually, the Mission will fail for getting too far away from Mori and Brucie, however, if you stay there, you will notice that Mori and Brucie will be driving back toward you.  When you see this EC Bright Blue F620, block it with your Bullet GT and aim a gun at Brucie which will force him out of the Vehicle.  At this time, use the Bullet GT to push the F620 back to a parking space.  When you get it back to a parking space, drive around the block and then return to confirm the F620 is still in the parking space and the doors will be unlocked.  Alternatively, you can obviously obtain both the EC White Bullet GT with Red Stripe and EC Bright Blue F620 at the same time since you're already using the Bullet GT to push the F620 back to a parking space.  Just park both of them.

2.5. EC Bright Blue Buffalo
Mission: Bang Bang
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Bang Bang, and this EC Bright Blue Buffalo will be provided for you.  Simply drive it whilst completing the Mission and once passed, you will still be driving it.  Just drive it back to a parking space to store it.

2.6. EC Pink and Lustered Feltzer
Mission: Blog This!...
Difficulty: ***
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Special Lusters Are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, and Yellow in which can be found on this EC Pink Feltzer.  To get the Luster you want, however, means you have to keep reloading the game until the Luster you're looking for gets chosen to spawn on the Feltzer.  I have never seen the Feltzer without any Luster at all, though, so no matter which Luster you get, it's still special in the end.  There is also two different variations a Feltzer can have, so you must also reload until the Feltzer has the variation you want.  Start the Mission, Blog This!..., and after dropping Tony and Gracie off at her house, go to the Helipad over the Booth Tunnel and jack the Maverick there and fly it back to Gracie's house.  When you arrive, use the Maverick's blades to throw the EC Pink and Lustered Feltzer out of the driveway and into the street.  The reason for needing a Helicopter instead of a Car is you wouldn't be able to get anything behind the Feltzer to push it out with, thus the only way is using a Helicopter.  If successful, the Helicopter blades will throw the Feltzer out into the street allowing you to get a Vehicle and push this Feltzer back to a parking space.  The closest one is the Lost MC Clubhouse parking space.  Once the Feltzer is out in the street, you can call 911 and request a Fire Truck to push the Feltzer back to the parking space or just jack a random Vehicle off the street being cautious not to get a wanted level in the process.  Push the Feltzer back to the parking space and the continue with the Mission like normal.

2.7. Unique Slamvan
Mission: Frosting on the Cake
Start a Replay of the Mission, Frosting on the Cake, and after reaching the part of the Mission where Luis is inside the Stretch E and ready to throw Sticky Bombs to blow away the Angels of Death, start mashing all the buttons except the shoot button until Luis is able to magically leave the Stretch E.  I have no idea why or how this is possible, but it just is, which is why this Slamvan can be obtained.  Do not start mashing any of the buttons until after the screen turns black and the Stretch E starts to accelerate forward.  If done successfully, Luis will be teleported out of the Stretch E but more than likely he'll be stuck in the throwing animation of the Sticky Bombs.  If this is the case, simply switch to a Fist or Melee Weapon and he'll be back to normal.  At this time, run up to one of the Slamvans nearby and jack it.  As you drive away back to a parking space to store it, the Mission will fail.  Make note that one or a few of the Slamvans found in this Mission will have Red Rims.  I am not sure if it's any more special when comparing it to the Slamvans with Grey Rims, but both exist and can be obtained.

2.8. Unique/Lustered Black Stretch E
Mission: Frosting on the Cake
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Special Lusters Are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, and Yellow in which can be found on this Unique Black Stretch E.  To get the Luster you want, however, means you have to keep reloading the game until the Luster you're looking for gets chosen to spawn on the Stretch E.  I have never seen the Stretch E without any Luster at all, though, so no matter which Luster you get, it's still special in the end.  Start the Mission, Frosting on the Cake, and just pass the Mission.  After passing the Mission, you will still be driving the Stretch E and can take it back to a parking space to store it.  Make note that if you are driving a Stretch E yourself, or have recently driven one as your previously touched Vehicle, others may spawn on the road despite this being a Unique Vehicle.

2.9. Unique Swift with Side Doors Open (2 of 2)
Mission: ...Blog This!
Start a Replay of the Mission, ...Blog This!, and when you get to the Unique Swift with Side Doors Open during the Mission, simply aim at Tony's head and shoot him dead and then immediately after, shoot the Celebinator dead.  This will fail the Mission, of course, and at this time get into the Swift through the passenger side door pulling Tony's dead body out, and then fly it back to a parking space to store it.

3.0. Unique Hexer
Mission: Not So Fast
Difficulty: *** and 1/2
Pass or Fail: Fail (Won't Effect Stats if Obtained on a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: Since you can replay the Story Missions after they are all passed through Luis' phone without adding any Mission Attempts to the Stats, I recommend doing so.  There isn't any reason to fail the Mission on the first go to obtain most of the Special Vehicles in TBoGT since most can be obtained through a Mission Replay later on.  I will be explaining Methods which involve using the Mission Replays where possible, but there is some Vehicles in which can't be obtained on a Mission Replay, thus you will need to fail the Mission on your first go, which will effect the Stats.  Start a Replay of the Mission, Not So Fast, and when you take control of the Buzzard, fly it to the street next to the Museum and park it.  Get out and call 911 to request a Fire Truck.  When it arrives, jack it and drive to where Johnny's Hexer is sitting next to the Museum by all the Black and White PMP 600's.  Push the Hexer out into the street and for some reason, this will force the Mission to fail.  However, when the Mission fails, Johnny's Hexer will immediately catch on fire and shortly after will explode.  This is the reason you need a Fire Truck and not any random Vehicle jacked from the streets.  What you must do is use the Fire Truck's water hose to continuously put the fire out while spraying the Hexer back to Niko's Middle Park East parking space which is very close by.  The unfortunate thing with using the Fire Truck's water hose is that you will get a one or two star wanted level as soon as a Cop sees you spraying the Hexer.  This can be problematic, but if you're quick and accurate, you can spray the Hexer to Middle Park East in a very short amount of time.  Once the Hexer is in the parking space, immediately get Luis' phone out and select another Mission to replay.  Doing this will teleport you away from the area with the snap of a finger, thus allowing the Hexer to be renewed and not vanish.  Simply fail the Mission you selected to replay after getting the Hexer into the parking space and once back in free roam and not on any Mission, go back to Niko's Middle Park East parking space to confirm it's there.

3.1. EC Black Mafia PMP 600 with Hybrid Grill (2 of 2)
Mission: Not So Fast
Difficulty: **
Pass or Fail: Fail (Won't Effect Stats if Obtained on a Mission Replay)

3.3. EC Beige and Lustered Vincent
Mission: Ladies' Night
Difficulty: ***
Special Lusters Are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, and Yellow in which can be found on this EC Beige Vincent.  To get the Luster you want, however, means you have to keep reloading the game until the Luster you're looking for gets chosen to spawn on the Vincent.  Start a Replay of the Mission, Ladies' Night, and play like normal up until you reach the part where Packie drives the Comet into the parking garage.  Before he leaves the garage, this EC Beige and Lustered Vincent will be scripted to drive out and make a right hand turn.  At this time, quickly land the Maverick and shoot Tony dead to avoid any cutscene after the Mission fails.  The Vincent will continue to drive away, so you will need to get up to it or try and shoot the driver dead from a distance.  Once the Vincent is stopped, call Henrique for a Cavalcade FXT and use it to push this Vincent back to Niko's Alderney parking space since it's the closest one.  After you push it into the parking space, drive around the block and then return to confirm the Vincent and the doors will be unlocked.

3.4. EC Bright Red Comet
Mission: Ladies' Night
Start a Replay of the Mission, Ladies' Night, and play like normal right up until the end of the Mission where Packie gets out of this EC Bright Red Comet.  At this time, land the Maverick and shoot Tony dead to fail the Mission.  Call Henrique for a Cavalcade FXT and use it to push this Comet back to Niko's Alderney parking space since it's the closest one.  After you push it into the parking space, drive around the block and then return to confirm the Comet and the doors will be unlocked.

3.5. EC Black Maverick (1 of 3)
Mission: Ladies' Night
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Ladies' Night, and simply do the Mission like normal until you pass it.  After the Mission is passed, this EC Black Maverick will be sitting on the Helipad above the Booth Tunnel.  Just take it and fly it back to a parking space to store it.

3.6. Lustered Black Landstalker
Mission: Going Deep
Special Lusters Are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, and Yellow in which can be found on this Black Landstalker.  To get the Luster you want, however, means you have to keep reloading the game until the Luster you're looking for gets chosen to spawn on the Landstalker.  I have never seen the Landstalker without any Luster at all, though, so no matter which Luster you get, it's still special in the end.  Start a Replay of the Mission, Going Deep, and at the start of the Mission, you are given this Lustered Black Landstalker.  Simply drive it to the destination and allow Bulgarin and Timur to get out.  Then just drive off with the Landstalker as the Mission will soon fail for abandoning Bulgarin and Timur.  Simply drive it back to a parking space to store it.

3.7. EC Bright Red Oracle
Mission: Going Deep
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Going Deep, and when you reach the underground parking garage, Luis and Bulgarin will be hiding behind this EC Bright Red Oracle while watching over the NOOSE.  Simply do the Mission like normal and when escaping the NOOSE, just take this Oracle as your getaway ride and finish the Mission.  After the Mission is passed, drive it back to a parking space to store it.  Beware that there is a possibility this blows up from the chain reaction of exploding Vehicles in the parking garage.  If that happens, just reload and try again, of course.

3.8. EC Black Maverick (2 of 3)
Mission: Dropping In
Difficulty: *
Start a Replay of the Mission, Dropping In, and after reaching the Helipads, you'll find this EC Black Maverick and it's the one used in the Mission.  Simply get to it before Timur can and fly off with it while abandoning Timur.  The Mission will fail and you will still be flying this Maverick.  Just fly it back to a parking space to store it.

3.9. Lustered Black Oracle
Mission: In the Crosshairs
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Special Lusters Are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, and Yellow in which can be found on this Black Oracle.  To get the Luster you want, however, means you have to keep reloading the game until the Luster you're looking for gets chosen to spawn on the Oracle.  I have never seen the Oracle without any Luster at all, though, so no matter which Luster you get, it's still special in the end.  Start the Mission, In the Crosshairs, and at the start of the Mission, this Lustered Black Oracle is given to you and parked nearby.  Simply take it back to any parking space and leave it there.  After it's parked, do the Mission like normal and once the Mission is passed, go confirm that it's still in the parking space before moving on and saving the game.  If you store a Special Vehicle taken from a Mission while the Mission is still on and not passed or failed, the game doesn't fully acknowledge the Special Vehicle is stored in the parking space so if you would save the game and then reload without checking on the Special Vehicle first, it would disappear.

4.0. EC Black Maverick (3 of 3)
Mission: In the Crosshairs
Difficulty: **** and 1/2
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: This EC Black Maverick is rather luck based and tricky to obtain.  However, it's the third time this Maverick makes an appearance and the first two instances you can get it are much easier so there is no reason to get it from this Mission unless you're solely up for the challenge.  Start the Mission, In the Crosshairs, and after taking out the four Snipers, you will see this EC Black Maverick appear.  Obtaining it is purely luck based.  You'll have to snipe the pilot and hope it lands in tact on the rooftop, which more than likely won't happen.  If it does, then great!  Continue the shootout while taking out all the attacking enemies.  Keep an eye on the Maverick as best you can so it doesn't vanish and when the shootout ends on the rooftop and is taking place on the street, get in the Maverick and land it nearby.  Continue to take out all the attacking enemies until the Mission is passed and then fly the Maverick back to a parking space and store it.  Be sure to take care when flying it as it's possible to be severely damaged at this point.  Alternatively, if the Maverick doesn't land in tact on the roof and blows up while falling to the ground, you can still obtain it, but it'll be even more tedious.  You'll have to use a Vehicle and push the wreck back to a parking space after passing the Mission and hope it doesn't vanish.  It's probably best to just get the exact same, but much easier Mavericks found in Ladies' Night and Dropping In.

4.1. EC Dark Green and Lustered Vincent
Mission: Ladies Half Price
Difficulty: ****
Special Lusters Are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, and Yellow in which can be found on this EC Dark Green Vincent.  To get the Luster you want, however, means you have to keep reloading the game until the Luster you're looking for gets chosen to spawn on the Vincent.  Start a Replay of the Mission, Ladies Half Price, and do it like normal until you get the enemy hanging onto the back of your Boat off of it.  At this time, turn around and drive the Boat to the back of the Cargo Ship and jump back onto land at the nearby dock.  Once back on land, call Henrique for a Cavalcade FXT and use it to push the Vincent away from Niko.  Once it's pushed a bit away from Niko, call Armando and request the Weapon Service.  After requesting for Weapons, continue to push the Vincent to the location of the dock behind the Cargo Ship where you jumped back on land originally.  Get out of the Cavalcade FXT and now get back in the Boat and drive it forward while keeping the camera on the area of where the Cavalcade FXT and Vincent are sitting.  When you accelerate forward about a few seconds, stop, and jump out of the Boat and swim back to the dock where the Cavalcade FXT and Vincent are.  Get back in the Cavalcade FXT and push the Vincent to the nearby parking lot that Armando is waiting for you at, close to where you jumped off the Boat after driving it forward.  Here comes the tricky part.  What you need to do is beach the Boat in the parking lot where Armando is sitting with the Gun Van as well as where the Cavalcade FXT and Vincent are.  After beaching the Boat, quickly get out and throw a Sticky Bomb on the Vincent and then go to Armando's Vehicle and look at the Weapons in the back.  The Mission will fail, but you won't get a cutscene and Luis will remain where he is since you are browsing the Weapons.  What will happen after browsing the Weapons for a little while is the screen will turn black and you will be put where the Boat was beached but the Cavalcade FXT and Vincent will still be there!  At this time, use the Cavalcade FXT to push the Vincent all the way back to Niko's Middle Park East parking space.  When the Vincent is in the parking space, drive around the block and when you return, it will still be there and the doors unlocked.

4.2. Unique Bati Custom
Mission: Departure Time
Difficulty: *
Start a Replay of the Mission, Departure Time, and after destroying all the Heroin, you will be instructed to kill Timur.  Instead, rush to the Unique Bati Custom that is sitting there waiting for you and let Timur escape.  The Mission will fail and you will still be in possession of this Bati Custom.  Just drive it to a parking space and store it.  Make note that if you are driving a Bati Custom yourself, or have recently driven one as your previously touched Vehicle, others may spawn on the road despite this being a Unique Vehicle.

4.3. Lustered "Random" PMP 600
Mission: Margot First Random Encounter
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Make note that Random Encounters and Club Management Special Vehicles are one time only.  These Special Vehicles can not be obtained ever again unless you start a new game unlike the Special Vehicles from the Story Missions which can be obtained using a Replay.  Also make note that failing a Random Encounter or Club Management Mission for a Special Vehicle will not count against you in the Stats for the Mission Failures/Attempts.  Start the Margot first Random Encounter and this Lustered PMP 600 will be provided for you and is parked across the street where the Random Encounter takes place.  Take it while completing the Mission and once passed, drive it back to a parking space to store it.  The base color of the PMP 600 will always be randomized and change upon starting the Random Encounter, but what makes it special is the Luster.  Special Lusters Are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, and Yellow in which can be found on this PMP 600.  To get the Luster you want, however, means you have to keep reloading the game until the Luster you're looking for gets chosen to spawn on the PMP 600.  I have never seen the PMP 600 without any Luster at all, though, so no matter which Luster you get, it's still special in the end.

4.9. EC Silver and Lustered Habanero (2 of 2)
Mission: Club Management (Poppy Mitchell)
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Make note that Random Encounters and Club Management Special Vehicles are one time only.  These Special Vehicles can not be obtained ever again unless you start a new game unlike the Special Vehicles from the Story Missions which can be obtained using a Replay.  Also make note that failing a Random Encounter or Club Management Mission for a Special Vehicle will not count against you in the Stats for the Mission Failures/Attempts.  Start the Club Management Mission and you'll find this EC Silver and Lustered Habanero parked across the street from Maisonette 9 as well as two EC Silver and Lustered PCJ 600's parked around the entrance of the Club.  Simply double drive them alternating with one another back to a parking space and then finish the Mission like normal.  Once the Mission is passed, go confirm that they are still in the parking space before moving on and saving the game.  If you store a Special Vehicle taken from a Mission while the Mission is still on and not passed or failed, the game doesn't fully acknowledge the Special Vehicle is stored in the parking space so if you would save the game and then reload without checking on the Special Vehicle first, it would disappear.  Special Lusters Are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, and Yellow in which can be found on this Habanero and PCJ 600.  To get the Luster you want, however, means you have to keep reloading the game until the Luster you're looking for gets chosen to spawn on the Habanero and PCJ 600.

Start the Club Management Mission and after meeting Cloe in the bathroom, you will find this EC Red and Lustered Peyote with Black Roof parked behind the Club.  Simply use it to take her home and after the Mission is passed, Luis will still be in possession of it.  Drive it back to a parking space to store it.  Special Lusters Are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, and Yellow in which can be found on this Peyote.  To get the Luster you want, however, means you have to keep reloading the game until the Luster you're looking for gets chosen to spawn on the Peyote.  I have never seen the Peyote without any Luster at all, though, so no matter which Luster you get, it's still special in the end.

5.2. Unique Swift with Side Doors Closed (2 of 2)
Mission: Club Management (Bruce Space)
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Fail
How to Obtain: Make note that Random Encounters and Club Management Special Vehicles are one time only.  These Special Vehicles can not be obtained ever again unless you start a new game unlike the Special Vehicles from the Story Missions which can be obtained using a Replay.  Also make note that failing a Random Encounter or Club Management Mission for a Special Vehicle will not count against you in the Stats for the Mission Failures/Attempts.  Start the Club Management Mission and this Unique Swift with Side Doors Closed is used to pick up the target.  When you get the Swift, just fly it back to a parking space and then shoot it until it catches fire to fail the Mission.  Then quickly drive away a few blocks before it explodes and when you return, it should still be there.  Much better to get this particular Unique Swift with Side Doors Closed than the first one since it requires you to kill Luis which will register in the Stats unlike the Swift found in this Mission.

5.3. Lustered Black Stretch
Mission: Club Management (Bruce Spade)
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Make note that Random Encounters and Club Management Special Vehicles are one time only.  These Special Vehicles can not be obtained ever again unless you start a new game unlike the Special Vehicles from the Story Missions which can be obtained using a Replay.  Also make note that failing a Random Encounter or Club Management Mission for a Special Vehicle will not count against you in the Stats for the Mission Failures/Attempts.  Start the Club Management Mission and you'll find two of these Lustered Black Stretches parked in front of the Club blocking the street allowing the Swift to be landed there.  Before finishing the Mission, you must double drive the Swift and the Stretch back to a parking space, otherwise they will vanish after the Mission is passed.  Once the Stretch is in the parking space, fly the Swift back to the Club and land it. Special Lusters Are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red, and Yellow in which can be found on this Stretch.  To get the Luster you want, however, means you have to keep reloading the game until the Luster you're looking for gets chosen to spawn on the Stretch.  I have never seen the Stretch without any Luster at all, though, so no matter which Luster you get, it's still special in the end.

The Skylift you mentioned is from the mission ''Caught with your Pants Down''. The from ''For the Man who Has Everything'' appears at very end of the mission and is unobtainable. Also i didn't tried the method you said but I doubt it works since is too difficult and needs alot of lucky involved.

There this video showing a improved method of getting the Skylift. Althrought cheats are used i think it can be done without any cheat, Just need to use the Annihilator instead of the Buzzard to shoot down the Skylift into Niko's parking zone.

Yeah, I was actually planning on NOT putting the Skylift in this Guide since I am almost positive nobody is going to obtain it without Cheats and if they do, I need a Video and evidence besides just their word.  There is an EC Black Maverick in GTA IV which I KNOW for a fact can't be obtained without Cheats, hence why I didn't add it into my IV Guide.  I was skeptical about the Skylift in this Guide since all I see is Videos involving Cheats...

Anyways, I will leave it as is for now and if and when someone shows me a Video of it being obtained and without Cheats, then I will re-write the Description and show the Video of how to get it.

I also didn't include Skylift (1 of 2) or Skylift (2 of 2) despite there being two instances to get it since it doesn't work on PS3.  The one in the Guide, however, works on ALL Versions/Platforms, at least...

EDIT: Lol, I just realized you said the one in the Guide is from Caught with Your Pants Down and NOT For the Man Who Has Everything.  For f*ck's sake, lol...Oh well.  It probably will be removed, anyways.  I HOPE it's obtainable without Cheats.  I'll wait for someone to prove me wrong before fixing anything as of right now, though.

EDIT 2: Ok, I fixed the Guide and it now says it's from Caught with Your Pants Down and I moved it up a bit since that is where it belongs.  I won't be including the one from For the Man Who Has Everything since it won't work on PS3 AND to top it off, it NEEDS Cheats without a doubt.  I am still unsure if the one in Caught with Your Pants Down need Cheats, though.  I hope someone makes a Video showing how to get it without Cheats.

EDIT 3: You speak about the Annihilator.  Can't you use the Gold Buzzard which will spawn on Yusuf's Helipad thus not needing to obtain an Annihilator from free roam or from this Mission:

Abandoning the Swift will fail the mission, And since Yusuf's Helipad is too far away from Niko's Apartament that cant be done. Also Rockstar made the Gold Buzzard unable to be stored at parking zones so that dont works either. The Annihilator is the only armed helicopter that can be stored.

Thanks for the info.  I am not very good with the HD Era since it's so linear like that where if you abandon a Vehicle for instance, Mission Failed! unlike the 3D Era where you can do what you want and not get penalized for it.  If you find a way to obtain it without Cheats and record it, that will be great! ;)

"STRATEGY (PC version): lol232 reports that the combination of buttons that must be mashed to trigger the glitch are: Q, W, F, V, C, space, and the left mouse button, all assuming default controls. In addition, he mentions that switching weapons may not work if the glitch below kicks in. To solve this, you must lose all weapons by getting busted or using all of their ammo. The only remaining weapons allowed are a sniper rifle and a melee weapon. I don't have the PC version, so I'm not aware if there are any workarounds to this issue."

The Glitch he is referring to is when you "leave" the Stretch E and are stuck in Sticky Bomb Throwing Position.  It happened to me on PS3, but I was able to just switch to Melee Weapon to get out of that and then I made a dash to a nearby Slamvan.  The one I got has the Red Trim around the Tires.

Just like Lancet Jades has said, I, too, do NOT have the PC Version so I can't be sure of this and it sucks that you need to lose all your Weapons other than a Sniper Rifle and Melee Weapons.  I only obtained this on PS3.  Currently, I finished my 16.06% Starter Save for TLaD and starting tomorrow, I will starting the Story and Special Vehicles.  Once I finish TLaD by next weekend at the latest most likely, I will be starting my TBoGT Starter Save and then going to 100% with Minimum Stats and 16 Special Vehicles with that game, too.  Then it's time for IV Starter Save + 100% Save and GTA V Starter Save.

I finished another Save, better than my old one of course:

Spoiler

Sadly, I tried to get the Unique Skylift from Caught with Your Pants Down and it doesn't look like it's possible any way, shape, or form.  I obtained the Annihilator with Explosive Guns from Caught with Your Pants Down as a prerequisite before trying to get the Skylift but it shoots the Skylift down way too quickly with only needing one or two shots to destroy it and it breaks in half and falls a lot farther away from the Middle Park East parking spaces.  I don't think it's possible.  I hope one day someone finds a way to get it, though...

The prison bus and Laundromat is a walk in the park compared to the Skylift! Have you ever managed to get to the APC stage? I am shooting the Skylift at the right time and place, it goes down in front of Pier 45 and I see it in the cutscene hitting the floor but despite how quickly the cutscene is skipped and how quickly I turn the camera to the Skylift it is never there! Why does Rockstar go through all the effort of making a detailed helicopter that is seen a few times in the game and make it so damn hard to get? They also made it so you couldn't store it in GTA V unless you uninstalled a patch.

Yeah, with a Fire Truck, the Prison Bus and Laundromat would be a walk in the park.  Only thing is time.  If you have the patience, then you can obtain them.  Now, when it comes to the Skylift in TBoGT, it's all down to luck, and without luck, it's not possible and that's why I am not a fan of luck based Special Vehicles or tasks in GTA.  What I have written in the Guide might not even work.  You're going out on a limb trying to actually obtain it with the Method written in the Guide.  You should try and get the Annihilator with Explosive Guns on a Replay during Caught with Your Pants Down like the Video shows above and store it at Middle Park East.  Then you can use that to shoot the Skylift down, which flies right above your Middle Park East parking spaces.  It's difficult to get it to land in the parking spaces, but it SHOULD be possible.  You can obtain the Skylift on another Replay of Caught with Your Pants Down.  All of this can be done even after 100% Completion.  I tried to get the Skylift with Annihilator, but didn't get very close.  LieutenantCB17 told me in PM he got it to land in the parking spaces, but when he jumped out of the Annihilator to commit suicide while keeping the camera on the wreck in the parking space, it wasn't there.  Theoretically, it should be possible, but nobody has told me they managed to pull it off yet.  It's obtainable WITH CHEATS and there is a Video on Youtube of how to get it, but with Cheats isn't very good, thus I didn't mention it in the Guide.

As for the Unique Skylift in V:

9nVJBBn.jpg?1

I have it and obtained it from Sidetracked.  But yeah, you're right.  It's only obtainable on an unpatched game and more importantly, only on PS3 and X360.  PS4, XOne, and PC has it unobtainable, even if they are playing on Version 1.00.  When I do a V Save, I always delete the Patches and play on 1.00 until I finish the Save and back it up, and at that time, I update to Version 1.26.  All you do is start the Mission as Trevor.  If you start as Michael, Trevor will be the one who stores the Skylift on his Helipad, but it doesn't store properly on his Helipad and spawns on its side every single time.  So starting the Mission as Trevor will have Michael doing the work during the Mission using the Skylift.  Once passed, Michael is still flying it.  You just fly it back to his Helipad and park it there and it remains there.  I just finished my GTA V Save with 30 Special Vehicles a few days ago, actually!  The Unique Skylift is one of my favorites in the entire game.  That is why I wish I knew how to get it in TBoGT...

I felt the annihilator method was more frustrating as you would need to load up the game each time you failed unless you knew you were going to fail and land the annihilator in the parking spot before it teleports you away. Also the annihilator sometimes fails you as the explosive round may connect with the Skylift and do nothing or the guns would cut out instantly. You would have to know where exactly to hover and when to shoot the Skylift and I presume for it to save, two wheels would need to be in the parking spot.

I'll add in Videos for the HD Era when I get to updating these Guides.  Since there is 9 Guides and each one takes several days to update, it'll be some time.  I also have a new job and start next week, so that will also slow down progress.  I finished updating III, VC, and CW.  Currently working on LCS and then VCS.  Then probably TLaD and TBoGT, as they are short, and then the big Guides to update, SA and IV last.  So just be patient.

You can just save the Annihilator in the Middle Park East parking spaces then save the game so it stays there.  No need to reobtain the Annihilator each time.  That's what I did.  If I didn't shoot the Skylift down and it landed in the parking space, I just reloaded.  It's tedious, though, as you need to start the Replay of Caught with Your Pants Down, drive to Yusuf's Swift, fly it to where the Skylift comes into the screen and Yusuf says what's that, I want one, blah, blah, blah and then fly the Swift to Middle Park East to park it nearby and get inside your Annihilator and hover in the air until the Skylift comes close by.  Then cross your fingers you shoot it down at the right moment and half the wreck lands in the parking space.  Like I said, I never got close and the wreck wouldn't even fall near the parking space, but LieutenantCB17 said he had it land in the parking space a couple times, but it never stayed there and would always disappear after respawning at the Hospital.

Either way, both Methods are troublesome.  Without Cheats, it's the hardest Special Vehicle to obtain in TBoGT, that's for sure.  Other hard ones are the Cavalcades in Practice Swing, Caged Caddy in Practice Swing, Hexer in Not So Fast, and Vincent in Ladies Half Price.  I have all of these other than the Cavalcade (didn't interest me) in my current TBoGT Save, though.  I just wish I could get the Skylift on a Replay in a 2nd Save File with only a Death and no Cheats.

This may seem far fetched but could you buy a hotdog or, get in the back of a taxi to stop the mission failed cutscene from happening which, I would presume stops you from being teleported?

Never tried, but it's very doubtful, anyways.

Even if you aren't teleported and remained with the wreck at Middle Park East, it's very likely to vanish within seconds, especially due to the size of the Skylift.  Like, if you have a wreck nearby, even if you're directly looking at it and the game decides to spawn a ton of traffic, it can make the wreck vanish right before your eyes.  This isn't an issue with III, VC, SA, LCS, or VCS, though.  As long as you keep the camera on the prize at ALL TIMES, it will NEVER vanish.  But in terms of the HD Era, wrecks behave differently and vanish if too much traffic is spawning and too much sh*t is going on while the wreck is in sight.  In general, the parking spaces swallow wrecks almost instantly.  This is why in my TLaD Save I have that "1" Replay in the Stats.  If I blew the Prison Bus up in the parking space and then tried to drive away from it quickly and allow me to get far away from it in time to allow the parking space to renew it, it wouldn't work and disappear literally within the countdown of 2 seconds.  The bottom line is wrecks vanish from the parking spaces very, very easily and very, very quickly unfortunately.  Even when obtaining the Unique Hexer from Not So Fast, the moment you spray the wreck into the parking space, you need to quickly as you can do another Replay of any Mission to teleport you away from the area to allow the wreck to be renewed in time and NOT vanish.  Wrecks are problematic in HD Era.

Probably the weather could help, the game could decrease the number of traffic,in IV i obtain the Grey and black Maverick from Paper Trail(PC,don't know for consoles)when it was raining, with the firetruck The only downside is harder to push since its wet, luckily there wasn't enough traffic to bother much only taxi and a few cars.

Or im missing something there?

It's EC, yeah, but parking spaces don't accept any Buzzard's or APC's.  They don't acknowledge the Vehicles at all and disappear if you put them in a parking space.

Sorry for the late reply, I was at work and when I got home, I was tired.  It's going to be like that for now on, basically.  I will have much less time to be active on the Forum as well as play GTA and get through the Projects I have planned like re-doing my TLaD 100% Save, TBoGT 100% Save, and VCS 49.20% Starter Save and then perhaps re-doing my 1st Save File for SA on PS2.

The only instance you can get that Black Buzzard is failing Sexy Time or just flying it around during Sexy Time.  It can't be stored, though.  Making some updates to this TBoGT Guide now.  Fixing the Legend and adding in Lustered and what it means.  Same as I did for TLaD Guide and same thing I will do with the IV Guide eventually after I finish updating TBoGT Guide.

Thanks!  I have 3.1 to 5.3 left to update and will do it tomorrow since I work a 10 hour shift today and need to leave soon the way it is, thus no time today at all for anything.  Tomorrow I have off and at that time, I will finish updating 3.1 to 5.3 as well as add in all the Videos you have so far! :)  Keep 'em coming!  I already can show a Video for Packie's EC Comet and Packie's EC and Lustered Vincent.  There is quite a few Videos out there for TBoGT, actually.  If I recall correctly, a guy on Youtube named "sekret" or something like that has a handful of Videos.  Even Swift with Side Doors Closed via Suicide from Caught with Your Pants Down.  This one is not good to obtain due to Failure and Death, but you can get it from a Club Management Mission with a Failure and NO Death.  Club Management Missions don't get added to the Stats if failed, either, and neither does the Random Encounters.

You aren't recording the harder Special Vehicles like the Lustered Black Cavalcade FXT, Unique Caddy (Caged), EC Bright Blue F620, EC Pink and Lustered Feltzer, Unique Hexer, EC Beige and Lustered Vincent, etc, etc?!  Most of these aren't even hard, but take some time.  I find the Caged Caddy and Hexer simple, tbh...

There is already Videos for the Comet and Green Vincent, Video for the Slamvan unless you want to make a new one and not in Chinese, lol...There is random Videos out there and will be added in if you don't record them.

At the end of the day, most of the Special Vehicles are no good in TBoGT since you can get them with a Replay and a lot are too easy.  The most worthy are Club Management and Random Encounter Special Vehicles since these CAN NOT be repeated like the Story Missions can.  So those are priority to obtain when I redo my TBoGT Save in the coming weeks after finishing my redo of TLaD Save.

Guide Updated!

Changed Description of how to obtain the Unique Skylift, fixed some other minor things, reworded some things, removed EC Drug War Vehicles since they are "Rare" Vehicles like Gang War Vehicles are in TLaD due to being available infinitely.  I also added in Videos by various people and all the Videos I could find on Youtube.  Like IV, TLaD, and now TBoGT, the Videos are still very little and I would like Videos made for all the Vehicles in these GTA's and for the Guides...

Time to move on to updating the IV Guide and SA Guide and then all 9 Guides on the Forum are up to date.

Hell yeah!  Adding it into the Guide now.  I had to work from 11 AM until 8:30 PM last night, so I wasn't around the entire day, but have off today and work nights for a few days this week, so I will be around for the day again and also will be able to start my new TBoGT Save today! :)

I will do a couple Story Missions while getting 100% on them and I also will do all Friend Activities + Win at Golf and all the other Friend Activities, too.  I don't like having any losses for those Minigames in my Stats.  I have 0 in IV, TLaD, and 0 in my current (old) TBoGT Save, so I will not lose this time, either.  I start at 10.61% from the Starter Save, too!

I am going for all Club Management Special Vehicles, all Random Encounter Special Vehicles, and all Unique Vehicles + Packie's EC Dark Green and Lustered Vincent.  Should be done by Sunday, or a couple days after Sunday and then it's time to move back to the 3D Era and redo my VCS 49.20% Starter Save and do a 4th Save File! :D :p

EDIT: How did you NOT get a Wanted Level?  I always get one, almost instantly when I start spraying it to Middle Park East Parking Space.  You even spray it right in front of a couple Police Cruisers...

If you spray ONLY bike you won't get stars, you get stars for spraying people or cars WITH people inside.

i noticed it while ago and put it in good use.

If you look closely i avoided spraying bike when Police Car was nearby since water has bad hitbox and sometimes it hit people so you get stars, but yeah if you spray only bike you won't get any stars at all.

Ah, I didn't know that.  Good to know, though...

I just spray it quickly as I can to Middle Park East and even if I have two or three star Wanted Level, it doesn't matter to me.  Police are funny in this game...

As you can see, I got "100%" on all 26 Story Missions, too.  I have all 100% in TBoGT, ALMOST ALL Gold in CW, and ALL Gold in V.

Luckily all the one-time-only Special Vehicle are obtained now.  So in the future, all I gotta do is load the Save and then obtain more Special Vehicles from the Story on a Replay and also Lustered Drug War Vehicles and then save the game in a new Save Slot and remove the old Vehicles and I can get all that exist in TBoGT...
