GTA IV Special Vehicle Guide

Special Vehicle Properties Legend:

BP = Bullet Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed by bullets including the Tires, but you can still be shot through the Windows.

DP (CP) = Damage Proof or Crash Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from collisions.

EP = Explosion Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from explosives.

FP = Fire Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed with fire, but the rubber of the Tires can still be destroyed.

AP (FI) = All Proof or Full Immune - BP/DP/EP/FP = AP

EC (UC) = Exclusive Color or Unique Color - The Special Vehicle has a Color that can't be duplicated with Pay and Spray or found in Traffic.

Lustered = Lustered -  The Special Vehicle has another Color overlapping its Base Color and is only best seen in the Daylight with a lot of Sunshine, not all Lusters are Special, the known Special Lusters are Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Red and Yellow.

Unique = Unique - The Special Vehicle is Unique when it can only be obtained from a Story Mission or Side Mission, the vehicle itself is Special as it's not possible to find it Parked or in Traffic. However, some Unique Vehicles in IV can be found in Traffic but only if you're driving one, which still makes them Unique.

Every GTA IV Save can have 10 Vehicles and the Vehicles can be saved in 5 Parking Spots which all have a Maximum Capacity of 2 Vehicles.

11.4. AP Conversion Trick (Any Vehicle except Boats and Helicopters)

***Since I have not thoroughly played through GTA IV countless times going for different Special Vehicles, I can't confirm all or most of the entries in the Guide for how to obtain the Special Vehicles.  I consulted Lancet Jades' Guide on Gamefaqs for extra tips and help, however, he plays on the Xbox 360 and I personally play on the PS3 and noticed some things that aren't the case when comparing both Platforms.  In time, I plan to do more playthroughs of IV and going for different sets of ten Special Vehicles in each playthrough which will give me the experience I will need to write and understand how to obtain them on my own.***

***Proceed at your own risk of collecting, as the majority of them aren't even fully confirmed to be Special Vehicles.***

1.0. Unique/EC Black Roman's Taxi (1 of 2)
Mission: The Cousins Bellic (Fail + Suicide)
How to Obtain: Welcome to Broker and Dukes, Liberty City HD Era! The first Special Vehicle in GTA IV is the first Vehicle that you'll be driving in the Game and to obtain this Unique/EC Black Roman's Taxi, you will unfortunately need to commit Suicide and also fail the Mission. If you don't want a +1 Wasted in the Stats, then you can also obtain the other Unique/EC Black and Dark Grey Roman's Taxi later on. This is the Vehicle you start the Game out with and are instructed to drive Roman and this Vehicle to the Hove Beach Safehouse. Passing the Mission will make it vanish and failing the Mission in any other way besides killing Niko will also make it vanish. So you will NEED to waste Niko to obtain this Unique/EC Black Roman's Taxi. The second Roman's Taxis is the same Body Color, but the Front Siding of the Hood is always a different Color. This specific Unique/EC Roman's Taxi is solid Black and identical in Color to the rest of the Vehicle. Respraying a Roman's Taxi at Pay and Spray will change it to a Red, Silver or Black Color, but the Black Color is not the same Solid Black as the one from The Cousins Bellic, which makes this Roman's Taxi truly EC. To obtain this Unique/EC Black Roman's Taxi, simply drive it to a Parking Space and leave it there. Now, kill Niko by any means necessary and the Mission will start over. However, when you check back on the Vehicle, you will see it's still there. It's simple to get, but like already mentioned, if you don't want a +1 Wasted in your Stats you can easily obtain a normal Unique Roman's Taxi later on.

1.1. EC Black Esperanto
Mission: Free Roam between the Missions The Cousins Bellic and Roman's Sorrow
How to Obtain: Once you pass The Cousins Bellic, you will be instructed to return to Roman at his Cab Depot for the next Story Mission. This EC Black Esperanto is always parked inside the Cab Depot and it has a Flat Black Color which can't be found anywhere else in the Game. If you want it, just take it and drive it to a Parking Spot. It's really easy. You don't even need to start the Roman Mission at the Cab Depot to get it. Make note that it can only be obtained until the Mission Roman's Sorrow, as during that Mission Roman's Cab Depot will be burned down along with the Hove Beach Safehouse, which would make this EC Black Esperanto unobtainable from that point forward on, thus it's a true Special Vehicle. So if you want to get it, get it before Roman's Sorrow.

1.2. EC Beige Willard (1 of 2)
Mission: It's Your Call (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is the Vehicle in which the Albanian Loan Sharks Dardan and Bledar drive during the Mission. This one from It's Your Call requires a Mission Failure, but there will be another EC Beige Willard later on which requires a Mission Pass. To obtain it, start the Mission It's Your Call and get in the Roman's Taxi with Roman. Drive to Schottler like instructed and wait for the EC Beige Willard to show up while also accepting Roman's Call during the waiting. When the EC Beige Willard shows up, don't call Roman, instead get out of the Roman's Taxi and attack the Albanian Loan Sharks. When they're attacked, they will run away and the Mission will fail. Now, simply get in the EC Beige Willard after the Mission has failed. At first it will be unjackable, but after the Mission Failure you will be able to get in it and drive it. Simply park it in a Parking Spot and have it stored there.

1.3. Unique/EC Black and Dark Grey Roman's Taxi (2 of 2)
Mission: It's Your Call (Pass), can also be obtained during Roman's Missions and Roman's Taxi Driver Side Missions before Roman's Sorrow (all Pass)
How to Obtain: This is the Unique/EC Black and Dark Grey Roman's Taxi that you will be usually driving during the first few Roman Missions in the Game. It can be obtained during It's Your Call, Three's a Crowd, Bleed Out, Easy Fare, Jamaican Heat, Uncle Vlad, Roman's Sorrow and Roman's Taxi Driver Side Missions. However, there really isn't any reason to wait, so why not keep it from the Mission It's Your Call right after passing it. There was a Unique/EC Black Roman's Taxi in the first Mission of the Game, but it required a Suicide, so if you don't want to get a +1 Wasted in your Stats, you could just get the Unique/EC Black and Dark Grey Roman's Taxi without any Suicides or Mission Failures. To get the one from It's Your Call, simply pass the Mission and once it's passed, you will still be driving the Unique/EC Roman's Taxi. Just park it in a Parking Spot and it's stored. Make note that it truly is a Unique Vehicle in IV, because during Roman's Sorrow, Roman's Cab Depot will be burned down which will make this Unique/EC Roman's Taxi unobtainable from that point forward on. So if you want to get the Unique/EC Black and Dark Grey Roman's Taxi, get it before Roman's Sorrow.

1.4. Lustered Silver Merit
Mission: First Date (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is Michelle's (Karen's) Vehicle used during First Date and you're given it at the start of the Mission. It's a Silver Merit with a Luster on it. Make note that the Luster will be rerolled at the Checkpoint at the start of the Mission, just like with all other Lustered Vehicles in IV. To obtain it, pass the Mission. So just take Michelle/Karen to the Bowling Place at Hove Beach, play Bowling and drive her back at Rotterdam Hill. When you've passed First Date, drive the Lustered Silver Merit to a Parking Spot and have it stored there.

1.5. EC Beige Willard (2 of 2)
Mission: Bleed Out (Pass)
How to Obtain: Just like the first EC Beige Willard in the Guide, the Albanian Loan Sharks will be driving it. This time you can get the EC Beige Willard with a Mission Pass, the first one required a Mission Failure, so I suggest getting this second one. Start the Mission Bleed Out with the Phone Call from Roman and drive to the Basketball Court area. Beat up or kill Bledar and Kalem, then get into the Unique Roman's Taxi nearby with Roman. Now, follow Dardan who will be driving the EC Beige Willard. Simply follow him until he comes to a stop and then kill Dardan. After that, go back down and get in the EC Beige Willard. What you'll need to do is double drive the EC Beige Willard and the Roman's Taxi back to Roman's Cab Depot. That means, drive the EC Willard a bit up the Road but not too far from the Roman's Taxi, then get out and walk to the Unique Roman's Taxi, get in the Roman's Taxi and drive it a bit ahead of the EC Willard but not too far from it, then get out of it and get in the EC Willard. Repeat the process until you're at Roman's Cab Depot. The reason you need to do this is because if Niko is too far away from the Roman's Taxi, the Mission will automatically fail for abandoning Roman. Double drive the two Vehicles to the Cab Depot and when you get there, drive the Roman's Taxi into the Yellow Marker to pass the Mission, but make sure the EC Willard is parked nearby but not too near the Marker, or else it might vanish. Park it like shown in the Video and then pass the Mission with the Roman's Taxi. After the Mission is passed, get in the EC Willard and have it stored at the Parking Spot. Easy stuff. Also, you can get both the Unique Roman's Taxi and EC Beige Willard at the same time with passing the Mission. To do this, double drive both Vehicles to the Parking Spot after the Mission is passed and have both of them stored at the Parking Spot.

1.6. Unique Laundromat (1 of 2)
Mission: Hung Out to Dry (Fail)
How to Obtain: This Unique Laundromat a nice Unique Vehicle in IV and can only be obtained from two Story Missions in the Game. It's looks like a Burrito but it's a completely different Vehicle and says Laundromat when you enter it. This first one requires a Failure, I suggest getting the second one later on in the Game as that one can be obtained with a Mission Pass. To get this one however, start the Mission Hung Out to Dry and go around and behing the Laundry Place like shown in the Video. You will see the Unique Laundromat parked there. All you need to do is try to jack the Unique Laundromat, doing so will fail the Mission because the Shop Keeper was spooked and escaped out the front. Easily get in the Unique Laundromat, drive it to a Parking Spot and have it saved there.

1.7. EC White and Dark Grey and Lustered Blista Compact (1 of 2)
Mission: Clean Getaway (Fail)
How to Obtain: This EC/Lustered Blista Compact has a Special White Body Color with a Dark Grey Siding on it and it also has a nice Luster. There are two of them during the Vlad Missions, I suggest getting the second one as this first one requires you to fail the Mission. To get this first one, start the Mission Clean Getaway and use the Subway as instructed. Now, go down and get in the EC White and Dark Grey and Lustered Blista Compact. Get in it and drive away. What you want to do now is find a Rancher on the streets, get in the Rancher once you find it and then flip the EC/Lustered Blista Compact with the Rancher so the Blista Compact is on its Roof. Do exactly like shown in the Video. When the Blista Compact is upside down, the Mission will fail, now easily tip it back rightside up using the Rancher. Once you've done that, get in the EC White and Dark Grey and Lustered Blista Compact and have it stored at a Safehouse Parking Spot.

1.8. EC White and Dark Grey and Lustered Blista Compact (2 of 2)
Mission: Ivan the Not So Terrible (Pass)
How to Obtain: You can actually obtain both the EC/Lustered Blista Compact and the Lustered Ruiner from Clean Getaway with passing the Mission. I will explain the Method to get both of them. Start the Mission Ivan the Not So Terrible and right in front of you the EC White and Dark Grey and Lustered Blista Compact will be provided for you. Drive it to the Parking Spot nearby and have it stored there. This is the same EC/Lustered Blista Compact used in the previous Mission. Once you've stored the EC/Lustered Blista Compact, get in a random Vehicle and drive to Roman's Cab Depot. Now, follow Ivan who will be driving the Lustered Black and Yellow Ruiner. Follow him until he comes to the Construction Site, Ivan will get out, now simply get in the Lustered Black and Yellow Ruiner and move it slightly like shown in the Video, if you don't do that the Ruiner might vanish. Now, get on the Rooftops and chase Ivan. Eventually, you will be asked to either spare or kill Ivan, you can do both to pass the Mission, but I suggest sparing him so he'll appear as a Random Character later on. Once the Mission is passed, get down on the Road using the Ladder nearby and run to the Lustered Ruiner. If it has vanished you'll need to redo this. If it's still there, drive it to a Parking Spot and have it stored there. This Ruiner has a normal Black Body Color with a Yellow Siding and has a special Luster, it can spawn with or without a Roof so get the Variation that you want.
Video by Viv1d Shadows / Video by zazaza691

1.9. Lustered Black and Yellow Ruiner
Mission: Ivan the Not So Terrible (Pass)
How to Obtain: Check 1.8. to know how to obtain both the EC White and Dark Grey and Lustered Blista Compact and the Lustered Black and Yellow Ruiner with passing the Mission Clean Getaway. This Ruiner has a special Luster on it while it has a normal Black Body Color with a Yellow Siding. It can appear with or without a Roof, so get the Variation that you want.

2.0. EC Light Blue Marbelle
Mission: Uncle Vlad (Fail, maybe Pass?)
How to Obtain: This is Vlad's Vehicle which is used in the Mission Uncle Vlad and it has a special Light Blue Color on it. I've heard reports that the EC Light Blue Marbelle can be obtained with passing the Mission, but atleast on the PC Version it needs to be obtained with a Mission Failure. To get it, start the Mission Uncle Vlad and drive with Roman to Comrades to confront Vlad. Kill the two Russian Goons and get out using the Front Door. Get in the Unique Roman's Taxi and follow Vlad who will be driving this EC Light Blue Marbelle. Follow him until he gets to the location where he crashes. To get it with a Mission Failure, get in the EC Marbelle and drive away with it. This will fail the Mission and a Mission Failure Cutscene will play out, now simply drive the EC Light Blue Marbelle to a Parking Spot and have it saved there. If you want to try and get the EC Marbelle with passing the Mission, get in the EC Marbelle and drive it away a short distance away, then kill Vlad. After the Mission has passed, the EC Marbelle should still be there where you left it. Most of the times it will vanish, but if it's still there, get in it and have it stored at a Parking Spot.

2.1. Lustered Silver and Black DF8-90 (1 of 4)
Mission: Crime and Punishment (Pass)
How to Obtain: You can obtain this Lustered Silver and Black DF8-90 and the Lustered Black Speedo at the same time with passing the Mission. This Lustered DF8-90 appears in the majority of the Faustin Missions and they're all pretty easy to get. This DF8-90 has a Silver Body Color with a Black Roof and has a special Luster on the entire Vehicle, but the Luster is best seen on the Roof. The Speedo is fully Black in Body Color and has a special Luster. Start the Mission Crime and Punishment and then walk left, you'll see the Lustered Silver and Black DF8-90 on Faustin's Driveway. Simply take it to a Parking Spot and have it stored there. When you've done that, find a Police Patrol or a Police Cruiser to continue with the Mission. Lose the Wanted Level if you have one. Now, drive to one of the Lustered Black Speedo Vans which don't have the TVs. Make it stop and then approach the Driver's Window. Kill the Driver after the Cutscene and then simply drive the Lustered Black Speedo to the Parking Spot. Once you've both Vehicles stored there, drive to the Lustered Black Speedo which has the TVs on the back of the Van and simply take it. Then, drive it to Faustin's Garage to pass the Mission. Once the Mission is passed, check on the Lustered Silver and Black DF8-90 and the Lustered Black Speedo at your Parking Spot. By the way, if you don't kill the Driver, something weird might happen which is shown in the Video. If you don't kill him, you will randomly be teleported out of the Speedo, lose Health and the Speedo will drive away.

2.2. Lustered Black Speedo
Mission: Crime and Punishment (Pass)
How to Obtain: Check 2.1. to know how to obtain both the Lustered Silver and Black DF8-90 and Lustered Black Speedo with passing the Mission Crime and Punishment. This Speedo is fully Black and has a special Luster on it. All three Speedos in the Mission are Lustered Black, but like already explained, get the one without the TVs if you want to get it with passing the Mission.
Video by Viv1d Shadows / Video by zazaza691

2.3. Lustered Silver and Black DF8-90 (2 of 4)
Mission: Do You Have Protection? (Pass)
How to Obtain: The second Lustered DF8-90 out of the four. Start the Mission Do You Have Protection?, walk left and the Lustered Silver and Black DF8-90 will be right there at Faustin's Driveway. Get in it with Dimitri and have it stored at your Parking Spot. Once it's stored, simply pass the Mission. So, go to the Sex Shop with Dimitri, then do the Aiming Tutorial with Joseph there and then go to the Gun Shop to buy a Micro SMG. Once you've done that, drop Dimitri off at Faustin's Mansion. After you've passed the Mission, check on the Lustered DF8-90 at your Parking Spot.

2.4. Lustered Silver and Black DF8-90 (3 of 4)
Mission: No Love Lost (Pass)
How to Obtain: The third Lustered DF8-90 out of the four. Start the Mission No Love Lost, walk left and the Lustered Silver and Black DF8-90 will be right there at Faustin's Driveway. Get in it and have it stored at your Parking Spot. Once it's stored, simply pass the Mission. So, go to Firefly Island where Faustin's daughter Anna is, after the Cutscene simply kill Jason to pass the Mission. Once you've done that, check on the Lustered DF8-90 at your Parking Spot.
Video by Viv1d Shadows / Video by zazaza691

2.5. Lustered Silver and Black DF8-90 (4 of 4)
Mission: Rigged to Blow (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is your last chance to obtain the Lustered DF8-90. Start the Mission Rigged to Blow, walk left and the Lustered Silver and Black DF8-90 will be right there at Faustin's Driveway. Get in it and have it stored at your Parking Spot. Once it's stored, simply pass the Mission. So, go to the Flatbed with Explosives in it and very carefully drive it to Bohan. Activate the Car Bomb and run away from the Explosion. Once the Mission is passed, check on your Lustered DF8-90 at your Parking Spot.

2.6. Russian Schafter with EC Silver Grill (1 of 2)
Mission: The Master and the Molotov (Pass)
How to Obtain: This Vehicle is a bit useless as you can get a Lustered Russian Schafter with the EC Silver Grill soon. The EC on this Russian Schafter is the Silver Grill, as all other Russian Schafter in Traffic have a Black Grill, which makes this Russian Schafter Special. But like already said, you can get a Lustered one later on. If you want this one however, start the Mission The Master and the Molotov and go to Perestroika. You will see Mikhail Faustin arriving in his Russian Schafter with EC Silver Grill, simply take it after the Cutscene and drive it to a Parking Spot. Once you've stored the Russian Schafter with EC Silver Grill at the Parking Spot, go back to Perestroika and simply kill Faustin to pass the Mission. After the Mission is passed, check the Russian Schafter with EC Silver Grill at your Parking Spot.

2.7. Lustered Silver Oracle
Mission: Easy as Can Be (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is the Oracle that Brucie wants you to collect for him, it's a Silver Oracle with a special Luster on it. It also requires you to fail the Mission. To obtain it, simply go to the location where the Lustered Silver Oracle is and then take it to the Parking Spot. Once it's parked there, jack a random Vehicle and drive away from it. The Mission will fail for abandoning the Lustered Silver Oracle and when you return to the Parking Spot, the Lustered Silver Oracle will still be there. It's easy as it can be...
Video by Viv1d Shadows / Video by zazaza691

2.8. Lustered Russian Schafter with EC Silver Grill (1 of 3)
Mission: Easy as Can Be (Pass)
How to Obtain: You can actually get three Lustered Vehicles from the Mission Easy as Can Be along with passing the Mission, these are the Lustered Russian Schafter with EC Silver Grill, Lustered Black Sultan and Lustered Black NRG 900. The EC on the EC/Lustered Russian Schafter is the Silver Grill, usually the Russian Schafter has a Black Grill in Traffic, and it also has a Special Luster on it. The Sultan and NRG 900 are Black and also have a Special Luster. To obtain these three at the same time, start the Mission Easy as Can Be, then go to where Lyle's Lustered Silver Oracle is and get in it. After the Cutscene takes place the Lustered Schafter with EC Silver Grill will appear in the alleyway and will follow you. Now, drive straight down the Alleyway like shown in the Video and turn left when you reach the end of the Alleyway. It's very important that you drive in this way, because once you've done that, the Lustered Black NRG 900 will spawn. Ram the NRG 900 with the Oracle so the Driver falls off from it and simply kill the Driver. Get on the NRG 900 and drive the Lustered NRG 900 in the Alleyway like shown in the Video. Don't go too far away from the Oracle or else the Mission will fail. You will realize the Lustered Black Sultan and Lustered Russian Schafter with EC Silver Grill will be chasing after you. Now, go back to the Oracle and drive it to the location shown in the Video by the East Borough Bridge Passenger path. Go back to the NRG 900 and park it in front of the Oracle. Now, you can easily push the NRG 900 using the Oracle in the Passenger way on the Bridge. It's neat that the Russian Schafter and Sultan will be driving after you on the Road and the wall will be used as cover from the two Vehicles chasing after you. When you get to the end of the way, kill the Goons who are driving the Russian Schafter and Sultan. Now, you need to quadruple drive the Oracle, NRG 900, Russian Schafter and Sultan to the Bohan Safehouse Parking Spot. You can also use the Vehicles to push the other Vehicles to the Parking Spot. Do it like shown in the Video and make sure the Vehicles won't vanish. Also make sure you're not too far away from the Oracle or else the Mission will fail, like already mentioned. When you get to the Toll, it's better to pay it to avoid Police Attention. Also, make sure there are no dead NPCs in your Vehicles or else the Vehicles might vanish. When you finally get to the Bohan Parking Spot, place the NRG 900 and either the Russian Schafter or Sultan at the Parking Spot. Once that is done, use the other Car to push the Oracle to the Broker Safehouse Parking Spot or you can double drive the Oracle and the Car there. Again, make sure you're not too far away from the Oracle and make sure it doesn't get stuck or destroyed, or else the Mission might fail. When you finally get there, park the third Lustered Car at the Parking Spot and have it stored there. Now, get in the Oracle and drive it to Brucie's Place to pass the Mission. After the Mission is passed, confirm that the three Lustered Vehicles are at the Parking Spots where you placed them.

2.9. Lustered Black Sultan
Mission: Easy as Can Be (Pass)
How to Obtain: Check 2.8. to know how to obtain the Lustered Russian Schafter with EC Silver Grill, the Lustered Black Sultan and the Lustered Black NRG 900 at the same time while passing the Mission Easy as Can Be. This Sultan is Black in Color and has a Special Luster on it.

3.0. Lustered Black NRG 900
This NRG 900 is Black in Color and has a Special Luster on it.

3.1. EC Bright Yellow Comet
Mission: No. 1 (Pass)
How to Obtain: You can get the EC Bright Yellow Comet and EC Light Blue and Lustered SuperGT with passing the Mission. This Comet has a special EC Bright Yellow Color which is much brighter than the Traffic Yellow Comets. The SuperGT has a nice EC Light Blue Color on it and it's also Lustered. Unfortunately, the EC/Lustered SuperGT seems to be unobtainable on the PS3 Version as it seems to always disappear even when failing the Mission. To obtain both Vehicles, start the Mission No. 1 and go to the EC Bright Yellow Comet location with Brucie. Now, go to the Race Starting Location, start the Race and get into First Place. When you get into 1st Place, don't drive too quickly or else the EC/Lustered SuperGT might vanish. Don't drive too quickly when you get to Huntington Street at the Cerveza Heights area, unless they start getting really close to you, then speed up a bit. When you get to Montauk Avenue then it'll be a simple straight drive to the Finish Line. Get into the Finish Checkpoint when a Vehicle is right behind you and make sure to finish in 1st Place. Having a Vehicle be very close to you increases the chance of the EC Light Blue and Lustered SuperGT to not vanish. Now, drive back and see if the EC/Lustered SuperGT is still there. If it's not there, reload and try again. At this point, use the EC Comet to push the EC/Lustered SuperGT to your Broker Parking Spot and have it stored there. Once you push it there and once it's on the Parking Spot, drive Brucie back to his Place. The Mission will be passed and you will still be driving the EC Bright Yellow Comet, now drive back to the Broker Parking Spot and check on the EC/Lustered SuperGT, also store the EC Bright Yellow Comet at the Parking Spot to obtain both of them.

3.2. EC Light Blue and Lustered SuperGT
Mission: No. 1 (Pass)
How to Obtain: Check 3.1. to know how to get both the EC Bright Yellow Comet and EC Light Blue and Lustered SuperGT with passing the Mission No. 1. This SuperGT has a nice EC Light Blue Color and it also has a Special Luster on it. This Special Vehicle seems to be unobtainable on the PS3 Version as it seems to always disappear, even with failing the Mission.

3.3. Lustered Black Stallion (1 of 2)
Mission: Escuela of the Streets (Fail)
How to Obtain: Welcome to Bohan! This Stallion is Black in Color and has a very noticeable Special Luster on it. This one requires a Mission Failure, however there is a Lustered Black Stallion later on in the Story which can be obtained with a Mission Pass. So I suggest getting the second one. To get this one however, start the Mission Escuela of the Streets and drive with Manny to the location where the Lustered Stallion is. After the Cutscene, follow him like how you normally would and don't get near him or else the Mission will fail. Once the Dealer parks at the location at his Warehouse, get in the Lustered Black Stallion and then shoot at the Door. Drive away and the Mission will fail for leaving the Deal Area. Now, simply park the Lustered Black Stallion in your Parking Spot and have it stored there.

3.4. Tuner Primo with Hybrid Grill
Mission: Street Sweeper (Pass)
How to Obtain: This looks like an ordinary Tuner Primo, meaning it has a Metallic Red Color, has Gold Rims and Grill and also a Spoiler, but it also has a Special Hybrid Grill. The Grill is the Horizontal Grill of a normal Primo, instead of a Diamond Hatch Grill that a normal Tuner Primo has. The Front Bumper is also Solid and it doesn't have the usual Holes along the Bottom. To get the Tuner Primo with Hybrid Grill, start the Mission Street Sweeper and go to the Location as instructed. Now simply kill the Gang Members to pass the Mission. Once the Mission is passed, get in the Tuner Primo with Hybrid Grill like shown in the Video and store it at a Parking Spot.

3.5. Oracle without Medallion
Mission: Luck of the Irish (Fail)
How to Obtain: Only the Tuner Oracles don't have a Medallion, this Oracle without Medallion is a regular Oracle just without the Medallion on it, which makes it Special. The missing Medallion is the missing Übermacht Logo on the Vehicle. You can basically say it's a NE Oracle (No Extra). It also has a random Traffic Color on it. To get this Oracle without Medallion, start the Mission Luck of the Irish and go to the Rooftop Location and pick up the Sniper Rifle. Once you've done it, get to the Vantage Point. After the Cutscene, drop down onto the Fire Escape Stairs, then aim with the Sniper Rifle and shoot at Packie and kill him to break up the Meeting. Make sure you kill him and not just injure him or else he will escape with the Oracle without Medallion. Now, simply go down the Fire Escape Stairs and drop down on the Road. At this point, get a Vehicle and push the Oracle without Medallion to your Bohan Parking Spot and have it stored there. You need to push it as it's an Unjackable Vehicle. Once it's parked there, drive around the Block and come back to the Parking Spot, so it won't be Unjackable anymore.

3.6. EC Yellow Patriot (1 of 3)
Mission: Blow Your Cover (Pass)
How to Obtain: This Patriot is owned by Playboy X and has a special EC Yellow Color on it. It doesn't have the Roof Lights or the American Flag Design on the side. It also seems to have a Green Luster on it which is always present. To get the first out of the three EC Yellow Patriots, start the Mission Blow Your Cover and immediately turn left, you will see the EC Yellow Patriot. Get in it with Playboy X and drive it to the Parking Spot to store it. Now, get a random Vehicle from the Streets and go to the Deal Location with Playboy. Just simply pass the Mission, so get to the Location where Johnny is, do the Shootout Part and then simply lose the Cops. Then, drive Playboy X to his Place to pass the Mission. Algonquin will be unlocked after this Mission and you can now use the two Parking Spots on Algonquin for more Storage without having to worry about the 6 Star Wanted Levels. At this point, go back to your EC Yellow Patriot to see that it's stored where you left it.
Video by Viv1d Shadows / Video by zazaza691

3.7. EC Beige and Fuchsia Voodoo
Mission: Have a Heart (Pass)
How to Obtain: This Voodoo has a Traffic Beige Color which isn't Special, but it has a Special Fuchsia Colored Stripe. No other Voodoos have such a Color for a Stripe and you can't get this Fuchsia Stripe on a normal Beige Colored Voodoo anyways. Technically, it's a EC2 Vehicle since the Secondary Color is Special, but the whole Color Combination isn't possible to be found anywhere else in the Game, thus it's EC. It's simple to obtain it, start the Mission Have a Heart and then get in the EC Beige and Fuchsia Voodoo. In the Cutscene, Elizabeta killed Manny and his Camera Man and they'll be in the Trunk of the EC Voodoo. Now, don't go to the Doctor to pass the Mission, instead try to open the Trunk and then have the two Bodies fall off from the Trunk by crashing the Vehicle at a Wall or by jumping off from the Highway on Charge Island. Once the Bodies are out of the EC Voodoo's Trunk, the Mission will pass, but instead you won't get any Money. Once the Mission is Passed, you will still be driving the EC Beige and Fuchsia Voodoo, just drive it to a Safehouse Parking Spot and store it there.

3.8. Unique Police Stockade (1 of 2)
Mission: Three Leaf Clover (Fail)
How to Obtain: There are two Unique Police Stockades in IV and I suggest getting the second Unique Police Stockade from Tunnel of Death as that one can be obtained with Pass, while this one from Three Leaf Clover needs a Mission Failure. Make note that the Police Stockade can sometimes have a BP Front Windshield and both Stockades can have it, sometimes it doesn't have the BP Front Windshield, if it doesn't then just reload the Game until it does. You can later convert this into AP and you'll have an unstoppable Unique/AP Police Stockade which is awesome for random Police Chases. If you want to get this first Police Stockade, make sure to not complete the Mission A Long Way to Fall from Ray Boccino before doing Three Leaf Clover. That's very important. Start the Mission Three Leaf Clover, get a Four Door Car and drive to the Bank of Liberty with Packie, Derrick and Michael. After the Cutscene, go down to the Vault and get the Money like how you normally would. Now do the Shootout Part like normally and take out as many Cops as possible until you get to the Part like shown in the Video. You want to get to the Part where the Police Stockade comes and blocks the Road in Chinatown. Check if the Unique Police Stockade has the BP Mesh, if it doesn't then reload, of course you don't need it but it's preferable that it does. At this point, when you're at the Police Stockade, call 911 on your Phone and select the Fire Department Service. When the Fire Truck is here, get in it and then push the Police Stockade using the Fire Truck west down the Road. Eventually, the Mission will fail for being too far away from Packie and Derrick. You will still have the 5 Star Wanted Level after the Mission has failed. Now, you need to quickly push the Police Stockade near Ray Boccino's Mission like shown in the Video at the intersection. The reason why you want to activate the Mission is so you can lose the 5 Star Wanted Level. Be quick or be dead, as this is the hardest part. After the Cutscene, the Police Stockade will probably still be there. If it vanished, you'll need to reload. If the Unique Police Stockade is still there, push it using your Fire Truck to the Middle Park Safehouse Parking Spot. Use the Route shown in the Video. Pushing it isn't too hard, it may take some time but it's surely not a problem. Try to not get a Wanted Level while pushing it. When it's finally at the Parking Spot, simply pass the Ray Mission by going to the Projects on Galveston and by killing Teddy Benavidez. After you pass the Mission, go back to the Middle Park Parking Spot to see if the Unique Police Stockade is still there. If it is, congratulations! Like already said, it's better to get the one from Tunnel of Death as that one doesn't need a Mission Failure.

3.9. Lustered Black Cognoscenti
Mission: Actions Speak Louder than Words (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is the Cognoscenti that you are instructed to plant a Car Bomb under. It is Black on Body Color which isn't Special, but it has a Special Luster on it. Start the Mission Actions Speak Louder than Words and then pick up the Car Bomb. Now drive to the Ancelotti's Car in Algonquin, this will be the Lustered Black Cognoscenti. Now, damage the Cognoscenti using your Vehicle to fail the Mission. At this point, push the Lustered Black Cognoscenti to one of your Safehouse Parking Spots because it is Unjackable. I suggest using the Middle Park one as it's the closest. It will take you some time to push the Lustered Cognoscenti all the way there, it's not hard but it will be a long way. Use the Route as shown in the Video and be patient. Also, try not to get a Wanted Level while pushing it. When it's finally at the Parking Spot, drive around a Block and then come back to it. By doing so, the Lustered Black Cognoscenti will be repaired and confirmed to be stored at the Parking Spot.

4.0. Hybrid PCJ 600
Mission: I Need Your Clothes, Your Boots, and Your Motorcycle (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a very interesting Special Vehicle, it's the Tuner PCJ 600 with the Red Color and Gold Pipe Frame, but it also has the Steel-Colored Pipe Frame that the normal PCJ 600's have, thus it's a Hybrid. Most of the time, the PCJ 600 will be a normal Tuner one, so you'll need to keep reloading until you see it in the Hybrid Version. To obtain it, start the second Gerald Mission in the Game and get on the Hybrid PCJ 600 when it finally spawns in Hybrid form. Now, simply pass the Mission. So drive to Algonquin with the Hybrid PCJ 600 and kill Frankie Garone. After the Mission is done, take the Hybrid PCJ 600 to a Savehouse Parking Spot and have it stored there.

4.1. Lustered Black Dukes
Mission: Lure (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Black Dukes with a Special Luster on it, the extra Features that the Dukes has will still be randomized. To get this Lustered Black Dukes, start the Francis Mission Lure and go to the Feltzer with the Sniper Rifle in it. Now drive to the Location where the Dealer is. In front of his Building on the Street, you will see this Lustered Black Dukes parked there. At this moment, get in the Lustered Black Dukes and then get out of it, so the Game will mark it as Niko's last driven Vehicle and it won't vanish. After that, walk up the Stairs and lure the Dealer to the Window so you can kill him with the Sniper Rifle. You can lure him there by calling his Phone Number, shooting his Satellite Dish or by shooting his TV. After he's dead and the Mission gets passed, go down onto the Street and get back in the Lustered Dukes. Now simply park it at your Parking Spot and have it stored there. Simple.

4.2. EC Yellow Patriot (2 of 3)
Mission: Deconstruction for Beginners (Pass)
How to Obtain: In the Mission Deconstruction for Beginners you can obtain both the EC Yellow Patriot and Lustered Black Cavalcade with EC Black Rims with passing the Mission. This is the second out of three EC Yellow Patriots which doesn't have an American Flag Decal on it. The Lustered Black Cavalcade with EC Black Rims is a Cavalcade with a Traffic Black Color, but it has EC Black Rims which are Special, as all other Cavalcades have Silver or Gold Rims and it also has a Special Luster. To get both of them, start the Mission Deconstruction for Beginners. After the Cutscene, you will be provided with Playboy's EC Yellow Patriot, but it's already on the Parking Spot. Simply, get a random Traffic Vehicle and leave the EC Yellow Patriot stay there at the Parking Spot. This makes it the easiest Special Vehicle in the whole GTA Series as you literally don't need to do anything for it to get it, not even touch it. When you get a random Traffic Vehicle with Playboy X, drive to the Construction Yard south of Algonquin and get in the EC/Lustered Cavalcade parked in the Alleyway. After the Cutscene, get back in the Lustered Cavalcade with EC Black Rims and simply drive it to a Parking Spot to store it. Once you've done that, go back to Playbox X and finish the Mission like normal by killing the Lookouts and Union Leaders there. Once the Mission is passed, go back to your Parking Spots where you've stored the EC Patriot and EC/Lustered Cavalcade to make sure that they're stored there.

4.3. Lustered Black Cavalcade with EC Black Rims
Mission: Deconstruction for Beginners (Pass)
How to Obtain: Check 4.2. to know how to obtain both the EC Yellow Patriot and Lustered Black Cavalcade with EC Black Rims while passing the Mission Deconstruction with Beginners. This Cavalcade is Black in Body Color with isn't Special, but it has a Special Luster on it, plus it also has Black Rims which are EC, as Traffic Cavalcades have Silver or Gold Rims.
Video by Viv1d Shadows / Video by zazaza691

4.4. EC Yellow Patriot (3 of 3)
Mission: Photo Shoot (Pass)
How to Obtain: In the Mission Photo Shoot you can get three Special Vehicles while passing the Mission, these are the EC Yellow Patriot, Lustered Dark Grey and Black Sabre GT, Lustered Light Silver Patriot and Lustered Dark Silver Patriot. This is your third and last Chance to get the EC Yellow Patriot which doesn't have the American Flag Decal on it. The Lustered Sabre GT has a Dark Grey Color with a Black Stripe and also has a Special Luster. The Lustered Patriots both have a Traffic Light or Dark Silver Color and a Special Luster on it, the Colors on the two Patriots is slightly different. The American Flag Decal on it is randomized. To obtain these four Special Vehicles, start the Mission Photo Shoot. After the Cutscene the EC Yellow Patriot will be automatically on the Parking Spot provided for you, don't get in it but rather leave it there as it's already saved at the Parking Spot. This makes it the easiest Special Vehicle in the GTA Series, same as the second EC Yellow Patriot, as you basically don't need to do anything for it. Get a random Traffic Vehicle or run on foot to the Basketball Courts as instructed, but don't get into the Yellow Marker just yet. You will see the Lustered Dark Grey and Black Sabre GT parked there nearby, just take it and drive it to a Safehouse Parking Spot. Once you've done that, go back to the Basketball Courts. Around the Area you will find two Lustered Silver Patriots, one is Light Silver and the other one is Dark Silver. Get one and simply store it at a Safehouse Parking Spot. Then go back, get the other Patriot and store it too. When all four Vehicles are stored, go to the Yellow Marker and simply pass the Mission. Use your Phone Camera to make a Photo of the Gang Members and send it to Playboy X, wait for his Message and then kill Marlon. Once the Mission is passed, go back to your Parking Spots to check on all your Special Vehicles that they're stored to confirm them.

4.5. Lustered Dark Grey and Black Sabre GT
Mission: Photo Shoot (Pass)
How to Obtain: Check 4.4. to know how to obtain the EC Yellow Patriot, Lustered Dark Grey and Black Sabre GT, Lustered Light Silver Patriot and Lustered Dark Silver Patriot while passing the Mission at the same time. This Sabre GT has a normal Dark Grey Color with a Black Stripe, but has a Special Luster on it.
Video by Viv1d Shadows / Video by zazaza691

4.6. Lustered Light Silver Patriot
This Patriot has a normal Light Silver Color found in Traffic, but has a Special Luster on it. There will be two Lustered Silver Patriots in the Mission, one is Dark Silver and the other is Light Silver. The American Flag Decal is randomized for those Patriots.
Video by Viv1d Shadows / Video by zazaza691

4.7. Lustered Dark Silver Patriot
This Patriot has a normal Dark Silver Color found in Traffic, but has a Special Luster on it. There will be two Lustered Silver Patriots in the Mission, one is Dark Silver and the other is Light Silver. The American Flag Decal is randomized for those Patriots.

4.8. EC Bright Red Hellfury
Mission: Ruff Rider (Pass)
How to Obtain: This Special Hellfury is EC Bright Red, unlike the Metallic Red which is found in Traffic, while the Bright Red one is a Plain and Glossy Red with no Metallic Aspect, so the Bright Red one is still EC. It's very hard to spot the difference between the EC Hellfury and the normal Metallic Red Hellfury, even in direct comparison. To get this EC Bright Red Hellfury, start the Mission Ruff Rider from Dwayne and go to the Arcade in Chinatown as instructed. At this point, either spare or kill Cherise, I suggest sparing her so you can do a Random Encounter Mission for her later on. Once you killed or spared her, get on the nearby NRG 900 and chase down Jayvon who is riding this EC Bright Red Hellfury. Kill him using Drive-By, take his Money and then get on his EC Bright Red Hellfury. Now, drive to Cluckin' Bell using the Hellfury to meet Dwayne there. Park the Hellfury outside of Cluckin' Bell and then get in it to pass the Mission. Once the Mission is passed, go back outside and get on the EC Hellfury, now simply drive it to a Parking Spot and have it stored there.

4.9. Lustered Black Sentinel with EC Black Rims (1 of 2)
Mission: Wrong is Right (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Sentinel with a Black Body Color found in Traffic, but it has EC Black Rims which are Special, as the Traffic Sentinels have Silver Rims, and this one also has a Special Luster. To obtain it, start the Mission Wrong is Right for the United Liberty Paper Contact and drive to Oleg's Apartment in Hove Beach. Check his E-Mails on his Computer as instructed and then drive to the Location where he meets up with Vasily. As soon as the Cutscene ends, immediately aim at his Head using your Drive-By Weapon while he drives off and shoot him dead which will pass the Mission. If it's done quick enough, while he turns right, his dead body should fall out of the Lustered Black Sentinel with EC Black Rims and the Door should remain open which will allow you to get into it and drive it to a Safehouse Parking Spot. If his Body remains inside the EC/Lustered Sentinel, then you will need to call 911 and select the Fire Department and use the Fire Truck to roll the Sentinel a bit while you push it back to a Safehouse so his Body falls out. You need to have his Body out of the Sentinel, because if you store the Sentinel with his Body then the Sentinel will disappear. You need to have Oleg's Body fall out no matter what if you want to keep this Special Vehicle. When his Body falls out, push it to a Parking Spot, and once the Lustered Black Sentinel with EC Black Rims is in the Parking Spot, drive a few blocks away and come back to confirm that it's there and saved.

5.0. EC White and Red Maverick (1 of 2)
Mission: Dust Off (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is the first out of the two EC White Mavericks with Red Stripes, but this one requires a Mission Failure, while the second one can be obtained with a Mission Pass. I suggest getting the second one. To get this first one however, start the Mission Dust Off and go to the Civilization Plaza as instructed. After that, follow the Maverick like how you normally would, this Maverick is the EC White and Red Maverick. When you get to the Helipad in Westminster, let the Maverick land there and then take it. When you got into it, fly it to a Parking Spot and land it there. Once it's parked, drive a far enough Distance away from it so the Mission fails and the return to it to confirm that it's still there and saved.

5.1. Lustered Black Emperor
Mission: Dust Off (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a Black Emperor with a Special Luster on it, it's the normal Version of the Emperor and not the Beater Version. To get it, you simply need to pass the Mission Dust Off. So start the Mission and go to the Location to follow the Maverick, then get in the Maverick and fly it to the Airport as instructed. After you land the Maverick at the Airport, the Mission will be passed. Now you need to turn around and you will see the Lustered Black Emperor by the Building. Get into it and drive it to a Safehouse Parking Spot and have it stored there. Simple.

5.2. EC White and Black Maverick
Mission: Paper Trail (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is one of the harder Special Vehicles to obtain in IV. This is a White Maverick with Black Stripes and the Colors are EC. Before starting this quest, you will need to have Kiki's Special Ability unlocked which allows you to remove Wanted Levels and you will also need an Annihilator. To get the Annihilator, you will need to kill all 200 Pigeons before this Mission or you can get it from Free Roam while the Annihilators are chasing after you on high Wanted Levels. In my opinion, it's best to get rid of the 200 Pigeons for the Annihilator, as you need to do that for 100% Completion anyways. Before activating Paper Trail by answering the Phone Call from the United Liberty Paper Contact, first get a Helitours Maverick and fly to the top of the MeTV Building where the Annihilator spawns after you killed all 200 Pigeons. Once you get there, get inside the Annihilator and activate the Mission Paper Trail by answering the Phone Call. If you are on the Mission before going to the MeTV Building, the Annihilator won't spawn, because it doesn't spawn when a Mission is taking place. Now what you want to do is fly to Northwood and land the Annihilator near where the White and Red Maverick is. Get in the Maverick with Little Jacob and, after the Cutscene, get out of it and get in the Annihilator. Once that is done, locate the Maverick you need to chase down and then slightly bump the Passenger Side of the EC White and Black Maverick to force the Passenger out of it. Now you want to shoot at the Maverick, but now with the Annihilator Guns, as that will cause you a 4 Star Wanted Level. If done correctly, the Driver of the Maverick will bail out, but this will only happen if the Maverick catches Fire. Your goal is to make it crash onto the land and once that happens, it will blow up and be a destroyed Wreck of the EC White and Black Maverick. At this point, you will spike a 2 Star Wanted Level, however, call Kiki to remove the Wanted Level and now call 911 to request a Fire Truck by choosing the Fire Department. After that, use the Fire Truck and push the Wreck of the Maverick back to the Middle Park East Safehouse. Do not take the Camera off the Wreck even for one Second as it can easily disappear. Also try to be very quick with this task, if too much Traffic is spawning during the push back to the Safehouse, it can cause the Wreck to vanish. Even if the Camera is on it, so make sure you do this as quick as possible. Once swiftly pushed into the Parking Spot and is lined up nicely, dash as quickly as you can inside the Safehouse and save the Game. Now reload and with a lot of luck, the Maverick will be there, fully renewed. I recommend also having a BackupSave before trying this as you don't want to go through all this trouble and have it not be there when you reload, thus costing you an extra, unneeded Mission Failure in the Stats. If it's not there, you can reload the Backup Save and try again, also delete or overwrite the Slot where you saved the Game while obtaining the EC White and Black Maverick. You will need a lot of persistence and determination if you want to pull this off. Good luck as you will need it! If you've succeeded and obtained the EC White and Black Maverick, congratulations as this is one of the hardest tasks in IV.

5.3. EC White and Red Maverick (2 of 2)
Mission: Paper Trail (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is an easy to obtain Special Vehicle, it's a White Maverick with Red Stripes and it's much easier to get than the White and Black Maverick from the same Mission. I suggest getting this White and Red one from Paper Trail instead of the Dust Off one, as the Dust Off one needs a Mission Failure. To get this second one, which I recommend if you want this EC Maverick, start the Mission Paper Trail by answering the Phone, go to Northwood where Jacob is and get in the EC White and Red Maverick. Now simply pass the Mission and do the rest like normal, let Jacob blow up the White and Black Maverick with the RPG and land at the Helitours Location. Once the Mission is passed, fly the EC White and Red Maverick to a Safehouse Parking Spot and have it stored there. Simple.

5.4. EC "Random" Tuner Oracle
Mission: Taking in the Trash (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is a pretty interesting Special Vehicle since Tuner Oracles which are commonly found in Steinway always come in a Dark Green Color, but the one found in the Mission Taking in the Trash is different. It has a Random Color every time you play the Mission, which makes this Tuner Oracle very Special as they're all not in the usual Dark Green Color. If you want to obtain it, start the Mission Taking in the Trash and simply go and pick up the Trashmaster as instructed. Get in the Trashmaster and simply go to the two locations where the Diamonds are. After collecting the Diamonds at both Locations, this EC "Random" Tuner Oracle will show up. All you have to do is kill the Driver of the Tuner Oracle and all the Passengers inside it. Now simply double drive the Tuner Oracle and the Trashmaster back to a Safehouse Garage. Make sure you don't go too far away from the Trashmaster or else the Mission will fail. Once you get to the Parking Spot with the Trashmaster and the Tuner Oracle, simply park the EC Tuner Oracle at the Parking Spot and drive the Trashmaster to the Location in Fishmarket South to pass the Mission. After the Mission is passed, go to the Parking Spot to confirm that the EC "Random" Tuner Oracle is still there.

5.3. Lustered Silver Banshee with Black Stripe (1 of 2)
Mission: Meltdown
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Upon starting the Mission and arriving to the first destination, Niko will automatically jack this special Banshee to chase the goons.  Simply keep the Banshee in tact without crashing so much and at the end of the Mission before meeting with Ray at the bridge, drive it back to a parking space.  After parking it, go back to Ray and finish the Mission and when it's passed, confirm the Banshee in the parking spot where you put it.

5.4. Unique Laundromat (2 of 2)
Mission: Meltdown
Difficulty: ** and 1/2
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: If you plan on getting this Unique Laundromat, then you obviously can't get the special Banshee from the same Mission I wrote about in the above Post.  This Unique Laundromat is more important, though, and it's the last chance to get one.  Furthermore, the first one in the Guide required a Mission Failure, whereas this one does not.  You can also get the same Banshee used in Meltdown in a Random Event later on, so there is another chance to get it, thus it's better to wait.  Do the Mission like normal where after the cutscene, Niko will jack the Banshee and a chase will start.  During the chase, scripted events and traffic will occur.  Drive quickly as possible until you reach Hematite Street and you will notice a line of Vehicles waiting at a traffic light.  In this lineup of Vehicles will be a Unique Laundromat!  Just get out of the Banshee and jack the Laundromat, then proceed to follow the goons, but making sure you do all of this quickly.  If you aren't quick, the Mission will fail for losing the target.  After the chase when you are instructed to go to Ray at the bridge, drive the Laundromat back to a Safehouse and park it, then return to Ray and finish the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, make sure to confirm the Laundromat where you parked it.

5.5. Lustered Silver Lokus
Mission: Meltdown
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: This Lokus is the Vehicle driven by the goons during the chase.  Simply do the Mission like normal until you reach the park.  When the goons leave the Lokus, quickly get into it, then get back out of it so the game marks it as yours.  Now just kill off the remaining goons and retrieve the diamonds.  Next, you will be instructed to go see Ray at the bridge.  Drive the Lokus to Ray, but don't drive it into the yellow marker.  Instead, get out on foot a bit away from the marker and park the Lokus there and then run on foot to the marker.  After the cutscene and the Mission is passed, it should be where you left it.  Alternatively, if this doesn't work, you can try taking the Lokus back to a Safehouse and park it before going to see Ray.  After seeing Ray and finishing the Mission, confirm it in the parking spot where you left it.

5.6. EC Black Mafia PMP 600 with Hybrid Grill
Mission: Museum Piece
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: After exiting the Museum, several of these will be parked around some enemies.  Just kill the enemies near the PMP 600's and then jack one of these and continue to pass the Mission with it.  Once passed, you will be driving it still.  Just take it back to any parking space.

5.7. EC White Mafia PMP 600 with Hybrid Grill
Mission: Museum Piece
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Similar to the Black Mafia PMP 600 from above, you will be doing the same thing here to get a White Mafia PMP 600.  After exiting the Museum, several of these will be parked around the Museum, but they are a bit farther away than the Black PMP 600's and are more toward the sides of the Museum.  Just take out the enemies surrounding the place and then make a quick dash to a White Mafia PMP 600.  Jack it, and use it to finish the Mission.  Once passed, you will be driving it still.  Just take it back to any parking space.

5.8. Lustered Black Contender
Mission: Smackdown
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Bucky will be driving this special Contender.  All you have to do is follow him back to his house, take out all the enemies, and then jack the Contender and lose the wanted level.  After the wanted level is gone, the Mission will be passed.  Just drive it back to any Safehouse and park it.

5.9. Lustered Black Stallion (2 of 2)
Mission: Smackdown
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: This Stallion will be parked in the driveway that Bucky stops at.  When Bucky gets out, kill him and the enemy outside and then take the Stallion back to a Safehouse.

6.0. EC Dark Green Willard
Mission: Babysitting
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Fail
How to Obtain: Fail the Mission any way possible while keeping Derrick alive.  When the Mission is failed, the cutscene will automatically put Niko inside of this EC Dark Green Willard.  All you have to do is drive it to a parking space at this point.

6.1. EC Green and Blue Rancher
Mission: Babysitting
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: You can see this Rancher in the ending cutscene of the Mission.  Once passed, you will be at the top of the staircase.  Simply descend down the stairs and you will find this Rancher just sitting there at the docks.  Supposedly on the PS3 Version, this is unobtainable due to the fact it will vanish after the Mission.  It's said to only be obtainable on Xbox 360.  I personally can't confirm any of this to be true or false, though.  Check to see what happens for yourself if you want this Rancher.

6.2. EC Bright Red Biff
Mission: Tunnel of Death
Difficulty: ** and 1/2
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Do the Mission like normal up until you are sitting inside the Police Stockade.  Make a U-Turn and head for the exit in the opposite direction.  While you drive away from the shootout area, try keeping the camera on the Biff, and also if you're lucky you will lose the wanted level by the end of the tunnel.  Once the wanted level is gone, turn around and head back to where the shootout took place and with some luck, the EC Bright Red Biff will still be there.  If so, double drive the Police Stockade and the Biff to a parking spot.  Park the Biff and then continue to finish the Mission like normal.  After the Mission is passed, return to check if the Biff is still there.

6.3. Unique Police Stockade (2 of 2)
Mission: Tunnel of Death
Difficulty: ****
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Before starting this Mission, call for a Fire Truck and then park it at the Alderney Safehouse parking spaces.  Go through the Mission like normal at this point up until you steal the Police Stockade and lose the three star wanted level.  Now drive the Police Stockade back to the Alderney Safehouse where you have your Fire Truck at the ready as calling for one during the Mission won't work.  Double drive the Police Stockade alternating with the Fire Truck to the location where you stash the Police Stockade normally and when you get there, drive the Police Stockade into the yellow marker.  After the cutscene, the Fire Truck will still be there.  Park the Presidente on the road close by and use the Fire Truck to push the Police Stockade into the street as well.  At this point, you want to slowly push the Police Stockade using the Fire Truck all the way back to the Alderney Safehouse whilst alternating and double driving the Presidente and keeping the camera on the Police Stockade and Fire Truck at all times.  Even if you take the camera off of it for a few seconds, it could very easily vanish and you'll have to start over.  Don't push it very hard as that will attract a wanted level and it's certainly not what you want for this task.  Also, don't get too far away from either the Presidente, as that will fail the Mission, and the Police Stockade, as that will make it vanish.  Once you get it back to the Alderney Safehouse, securely push it into the designated parking spaces and then ditch the Fire Truck and get back into the Presidente to finish the Mission like normal.  After the Mission is passed and before saving the game, go back to the Alderney Safehouse and you should see the Police Stockade still there and the door will now be unlocked!  I've obtained this in my own Save with passing the Mission and it took me about 30 minutes in total to pull it off.  It's really not that bad since the Fire Truck can push the Police Stockade like nothing.  No other Method on the entire Internet mentions the use of a Fire Truck.  This is my own Method.  However, if you succeed at this task, then you conquered the most challenging Special Vehicle in all of GTA IV with passing the Mission.  The Police Stockade in Three Leaf Clover is perhaps identical in terms of difficulty, however, there is no way to get that with passing the Mission.  Good luck!

6.4. Russian Schafter with Silver Grill (2 of 2)
Mission: Undertaker
Difficulty: ** and 1/2
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: At the start of the Mission, a shootout will take place against your crew and the Albanians.  They will come in this special Schafter.  Simply take out all the enemies attacking you and then double drive this Schafter with the Romero to a parking space.  When you get to a Safehouse, park the Schafter and then take the Romero to the funeral like normal.  After passing the Mission, confirm the Schafter is still in the parking space.

6.5. EC Blue and Lustered Primo
Mission: Undertaker
Difficulty: ** and 1/2
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: This Primo is parked across the street at the Church once the shootout starts.  Take out all the enemies, get into the Romero, then get back out.  Now wait until another Vehicle shows up to shoot at you.  Kill all of them, as well, and now double drive this Primo and the Romero to a parking space.  Leave the Primo in the parking space and then return to the funeral and pass the Mission.  After passing the Mission, confirm the Primo is still there.

6.7. Unique Romero
Mission: Undertaker
Difficulty: * and 1/2
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: At the very end of the Mission once it's passed, you will see this Unique Romero drive off.  All you have to do is be quick and run out into the street and try and block the Romero's path.  Once stopped, just walk up to the driver's side door and jack the Romero from the guy.  Now just drive it back to any Safehouse and park it.

6.8. EC Pink and Lustered Feltzer
Mission: ...I'll Take Her
Difficulty: ** and 1/2
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: At the very end of the Mission once it's passed, you will see this special Feltzer drive off.  If you're quick enough to get out a gun, you can simply just shoot the driver as he drives off and then claim the Vehicle as your own and take it back to a parking space.  Alternatively, as you pull into the alleyway at the end of the Mission and the yellow arrow appears, you are free to get out of the Feltzer at this time without failing the Mission.  Go find a large truck and block the alleyway so the guy in the Feltzer at the end can't get through.  Get back in the Feltzer at this point and drive into the yellow arrow to finish the Mission.  At the end, the guy in the Feltzer will drive right into your roadblock.  Simply run on foot up to the Feltzer and jack it from him and then take it to a parking space.

6.9. EC Dark Green and Lustered Vincent (1 of 2)
Mission: She's a Keeper
Difficulty: **
Pass or Fail: Fail
How to Obtain: This is the Vehicle in which you will be driving Gracie to a new safehouse.  When driving it, try and find a larger Vehicle on your way.  Get out of the Vincent and use the large Vehicle to ram into it causing it to flip over.  The Mission will fail and now just use the same large Vehicle to push it back on its wheels and then take the Vincent to a Safehouse and park it.

7.0. EC Black and Lustered Mafia PMP 600 (1 of 2)
Mission: She's a Keeper
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Fail
How to Obtain: While driving Gracie to a new safehouse, you will be chased by some of these PMP 600's.  Simply kill all the drivers and enemies of the PMP 600's and then shoot and kill Gracie to fail the Mission.  Now just take one of the PMP 600's back to a parking space.

Mission: Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Fail

7.3. EC Dark Green and Lustered Vincent (2 of 2)
Mission: Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: You will be driving this Vincent to the exchange during the Mission.  After finishing the Mission, run back to where it was parked and claim it.  However, you may need to park it closer to where the Mission ends before following Packie to ensure it's not deleted after the cutscene.

7.4. Lustered Silver Comet

Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass

7.5. Lustered Black Super GT
Mission: Union Drive
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: If you get this Vehicle where it has a Green Luster, it's not special as the Green Luster can be found in traffic.  However, all other Lusters are special.  Reload until it spawns with a special Luster.  To obtain this, just do the Mission like normal and follow the Blackmailers to the location when they get out of the Super GT.  When they get out, kill them and then get back in the Vehicle that Bernie is in.  Now get back out so Bernie follows you and get into the Super GT.  Finish the Mission and once passed, just drive the Super GT back to a parking space.

7.6. EC Orange Infernus with Black Stripe
Mission: Buoys Ahoy
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: -
How to Obtain: After passing Buoys Ahoy, Bernie will call you and let you know about this Infernus given to you as a present for all the help you gave him.  An icon on the map will appear and that is where you go to get it.  Simply drive to the location and take the Infernus back to a parking space.  Make note that you can actually leave the Infernus there forever.  You don't have to claim it and it'll remain there as well as the icon on the map.  Since there is only 10 spaces in total to store Special Vehicles in GTA IV, it might be best to leave this one there.  You can always go and use it and then reload your Save, thus keeping it there while allowing 10 other Special Vehicles to be parked in front of the 5 Safehouses and ultimately having 11 Special Vehicles in your possession instead of 10.

7.7. Lustered Black Bobcat
Mission: Truck Hustle
Difficulty: ** and 1/2
Pass or Fail: Fail
How to Obtain: You will find two of these Bobcat's parked in the alleyway where the shootout takes place.  Make sure to bring a decently sized pushing Vehicle to the Mission and once you start the Mission, park it in the grassy area near where the Mission started.  Doing this will keep it in tact and out of the way of the shootout.  Once all the enemies are dead, go to your pushing Vehicle and use it to push one of the Bobcat's back to a Safehouse.  Once you start pushing and get farther away from the target Vehicle, the Mission will fail.

Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: This is provided for you for the final Drug Delivery for Little Jacob.  Pass the Mission like normal and then take the Huntley Sport back to a Safehouse and park it if you want to keep it.  This is special since normal Rasta Huntley Sports found in traffic have side-mounted exhaust pipes whereas this particular one has them on the back of it.

10.6. EC Vehicles in Brucie's Exotic Exports (Banshee, Cavalcade, Feltzer, Intruder, NRG 900, Patriot, PCJ 600, PMP 600, Sabre GT, and Sanchez)
Mission: Brucie's Exotic Exports
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Fail (Doesn't Affect Stats)
How to Obtain: After locating the particular Vehicle that Brucie wants you to find, simply drive it to a parking spot and then get into another random Vehicle and drive away.  As you leave, the Mission will fail for abandoning the Vehicle.  When you return, it will still be in the parking space.  Does it get any easier?

10.7. EC Vehicles in Stevie's Car Thefts (Banshee, Bobcat, Buccaneer, Cavalcade, Cognoscenti, Comet, Contender, Coquette, DF8-90, Dilletante, Dukes, Faggio, Freeway, Huntley Sport, Infernus, Intruder, Manana, Moonbeam, NRG 900, Patriot, PMP 600, Rancher, Rebla, Sabre GT, Sentinel, Sultan, Super GT, Turismo, Voodoo, and Washington)
Mission: Stevie's Car Thefts
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: -
How to Obtain: There are 30 Vehicles in which Stevie wants you to find all of which have a fixed spawn point at the time you receive the message about the Vehicle in question.  All you have to do is drive to the location to pick it up and then take it to a parking space.  Unlike Brucie's Exotic Exports, the Mission will not fail for abandoning it and instead, another Vehicle will just spawn in the place you took the first one from.  You can go back to the location and find the exact same Vehicle in the exact same exclusive color.  Take the duplicate to the lockup and proceed on with the rest of the Vehicles in the list.  It doesn't get any easier.  Make note that the final Vehicle that Stevie wants you to find will remain on the map forever in the exact same spot.

10.8. AP Vehicles (Anything You Want Except Boats and Helicopters)
Mission: After Passing First Date
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Fail (Failing a Date Has Nothing to Do with the Mission Statistics in the Pause Menu)
How to Obtain: After passing the Story Mission "First Date," Niko will have the ability to go onto the Internet and date various girls and guys from Craplist and Love-Meet.  This Conversion will only work by dating Alex, Carmen, or Kiki, though.  Simply locate one of the girls on the Websites and send her an email and ask her out on a date.  Wait for her to reply and set up a date and time to go out with her.  When the time comes and you're ready for the scheduled date, take your desired Vehicle in which you want to convert to AP and drive it to the girl's house.  Drive into the yellow marker and allow the girl to get into the Vehicle.  At this point when you can take control of Niko and the Vehicle, simply break the window of the Vehicle and throw a Grenade/Molotov out or fire a gun out the window.  This will scare the girl and the date will fail.  After the short cutscene takes place with the girl leaving Niko's Vehicle, the Vehicle is now converted to AP!  Simply drive it back to a Safehouse and park it.  Rinse and repeat to make more AP Vehicles.  You can have up to 10 in total parked at the 5 Safehouses in the game.  Make note that sometimes for unknown reasons the Vehicles can vanish from the parking spaces after using this AP Conversion.  Either that, or the Vehicle will remain there but won't be AP anymore.  In my PS3 Save, I converted all 10 of my Special Vehicles to AP and none of them disappeared, however, my Unique Romero did in fact lose the immunities.  No worries, though, as if this happens to you, you can reapply the immunities by going out on another date.  It's possible this may take some persistence for this to work out and keep the AP Vehicles, but it's nothing too serious.  This can be done as early as after passing First Date and it can also be done after 100%, even.  I converted my Special Vehicles to AP after 100% and in my opinion, it's the best time to do it.  Make note that if you convert any Police Vehicle to AP and then activate the Computer in the Police Vehicle to do a Police Side Mission, the immunities will be gone and you'll have to reapply them.  Also, if you use your AP Vehicle to take a girl out on a date, it will also remove the immunities on the Vehicle.  This can work with any Car, Truck, Van, or Motorcycle.  It doesn't work with Boats and Helicopters.  No Boats, for obvious reasons, and no Helicopters since you can't fire a weapon out of the Helicopter.

Thanks man! :)

It's going to be a bit slower than the usual speed I work on the Guides, but still shouldn't take too long.  I have worked up to 3.0. just now and am done for the day.  I only do about 10 Entries per day.  Couple weeks, it should be finished and then onto TBoGT Guide.

Yeah, his Guides are on Gamefaqs and outdated.  Hence the whole reason to do my own Guides here, in which are updated, and hopefully with Videos in time.  I also don't like how his Guides are layed out.  He has Unique Vehicles, Lustered Vehicles, and EC Vehicles all separately.  Whereas I have ALL the Vehicles simply in a row of when they come up in the Story.  With His Guide you gotta scroll down so far just to find a Vehicle if it's EC, but if it has a Luster, then you need to scroll up to find a Lustered Vehicle.  No idea why it's just not in order from beginning to end.  A lot of scrolling up, scrolling down, scrolling up, scrolling down.  It's annoying...

You can also find about Special Vehicles on GTA Wiki, but that site blows ass and is so incomplete, it's embarrassing.  False information, and doesn't include everything...

Thanks.  I'll do 3.1. to 4.0. later on today.  It's boring writing these HD Guides as nothing is difficult to obtain, basically...Most are 1 and 2 stars...

There is 8 Guides on the Forum from me, man...All that's missing, after I finish IV Guide in the coming week, is TBoGT and V.  Once those are done with, that's 10 Guides for 10 GTA's.  The only 10 GTA's which have Special Vehicles and a places to store them...

I'll do 5.1 to 6.0 later today...

Lol, most of the Special Vehicles coming out of the HD Era aren't even difficult.  Majority are 1 and 2 star difficulties, which is nothing.  A lot of people wanted me to make HD Era Guides, but I don't see why as there isn't much interesting things to go on with the HD Era.  Just a few random Vehicles here and there are worthy of being obtained...3D Era is King when it comes to the Special Vehicles and having a challenge in obtaining most of them.

My Save sucks, tbh.  2 Mission Failures which next time I will either have 1 or 0, depending on if I get the Unique Police Stockade from Three Leaf Clover (Fail) or Tunnel of Death (Pass).  I will get the Unique Laundromat from Meltdown (Pass) instead of Hung out to Dry (Fail) like I did in my first Save.  Most of the Vehicles I got were easy.  Like instead of the EC Black Lustered Super GT I have in my Save, I will instead get the one from No. 1 since it has some difficulty involved as it needs to be pushed back to a Safehouse, etc.  I will be making much better Saves eventually for the HD Era.  But first, I am finishing writing these Guides and then I will start playing again.  I didn't play any GTA in a few weeks now ever since I finished my new III iOS Save...

Correct! :)

And like I said above about them being easy, this is one of them.  You just shoot the Guards at her house and then drive the Cognoscenti back to a parking space :D :p  There isn't much to it.  It's a nice Vehicle, though, of course.

Eventually I'll get to that part of the Guide.  I am taking my time.  No need to rush it and just do 10 Entries per day.

"Story Complete"

Guide Complete!

Like I said in the TLaD Guide, if anyone sees any errors or things that aren't right, let me know and I will fix them.

Notice, though, so many 1 and 2 star difficulties, like TLaD Guide, and like TBoGT will be, too.  HD Era has barely anything difficult and worth mentioning...

Oh and Videos!!!!!!!!!  If anyone wants to record (Bender. or whoever) that will be great...

I have changed the Unique Police Stockade (2 of 2) Description on how to obtain it since I did what it now says in the Guide in my newest Save I just finished today and it worked like a charm with passing Tunnel of Death.  I also want to make note (didn't change it in the Guide yet) that the EC Blue and Lustered Super GT in the Mission "No. 1" for Brucie seems to NOT be obtainable on PS3.  I tried numerous times to get it from that Mission, but every Vehicle just vanishes after the cutscene.  Even if you skip the cutscene, even if the camera is facing the direction of the Vehicles, it doesn't matter.  Everything disappears at the end.

Here is the Photos of the Special Vehicles I got in my new Save and this time, it also has 0 Missions Failed.  My old Save had 2 Missions Failed, so all in all, I did a lot better this time around than last time.  I also got a much lower Total Playing Time, no Losses in the Stats for any Minigame, Kate to 100% Fondness, etc, etc.

Alderney Safehouse: AP/EC Infernus, AP/Lustered Super GT

I would really appreciate it if you would give credit and a link to my guides, especially for the GTA4 guides where your own work here is extremely based off of my own.

Well, I did tell you in the V "Guide" Topic that I would include credit to you at the top, but not until I get to updating this Guide.  I plan on rewriting all the Posts, anyways, since I am playing on PS3 and noticed some of the things you've wrote don't work or the Vehicles are purely unobtainable on the PS3 Version, etc.  So if I am borrowing a lot from your Guide by the time I rewrite all of this, then I will include credit to you.  Not to mention, you're mentioned in Comment 7 and 9 within this Guide already and people can clearly see it's based off your Guide, but the format is completely different and I try and explain EVERYTHING possible and will also be adding in Videos for everything in time, as well.  There is major differences.  It's not copy/pasted...Also, it's only IV, TLaD, and TBoGT where I used your Guide as a reference.  III, VC, SA, LCS, VCS, and CW are written on personal experience since I obtained every Vehicle in such GTA's that exist, practically, and know how to get them all without reading or watching anything.  I mastered the 3D Era and CW, whereas I am quite new to the HD Era since the Special Vehicles are not as interesting or difficult to obtain in the HD Era.  I've done 6 to 14 playthroughs of the 3D Era GTA's, whereas I only have done 2 to 3 playthroughs of the HD Era.  With lack of experience, it's difficult to write the Guides when there is nothing to go off of or watch on Youtube.  It's why I prefer Guides with Videos since there is in fact visual learners and reading a wall of text isn't going to help them.  All 3D Era Guides have a Video for 99% of every single Entry within the Guide, whereas my HD Era Guides have hardly anything to offer.  There is 10 to 96 Pages of Comments and Discussion for my 3D Era Guides and hardly any Discussion for these HD Era Guides.  Can you guess why?  I can.

I just got a new job, so updating will be a bit slower than normal.  I updated III, VC, LCS, VCS, and CW.  I still have SA, IV, TLaD, and TBoGT still to update and plan on updating TLaD and TBoGT next since both are short, saving IV and SA for last as both are long and will take more time to update.

Militia, a thought regarding a way to get more special vehicles in GTA4 (and 5). I devised this strategy late in GTA4's life and am just now putting it into practice with my new playthrough.

Well, first of all, I keep incremental saves throughout my play, not just my master save and endgame save, usually to use up all of the save slots available. Now I do know you won't have so many available since he PS3 just uses the system's HDD for saving, while on the 360 I can have 5+ save locations (HDD, two proprietary memory cards, two USB drives, and some 360s have an additional small system storage built in). Each of those can hold 12 saves for GTA4 and 15 for GTA5, and I can switch between them at will when saving or loading in the games.

But in the event you wanted to even use a couple extra save slots (I assume you use 6 by default: three master saves, three endgame saves, one each for GTA4, TLAD, and TBoGT)...

My incremental saves are, for instance, at missions 10, 22, 34, 46, 54, 66, 75, and 87, according to the list in my guide. So I collect ALL vehicles possible between two of those missions and store them all. Then once I complete the mission I make the incremental save at (I just got to Paper Trail, mission 46), I make the same. Now I have a save at Paper Trail, but I've obtained ALL special vehicles between The Snow Storm (34) and Paper Trail (46). As I continue, I'll discard all of the vehicles I currently have saved (except Roman's Taxi which is no longer obtainable), because I already have them on the Paper Trail save. Then at Three Leaf Clover (54), I'll do the same thing. And so on until the end.

So each incremental save has its own set of vehicles, although obviously Algonquin and Alderney parking spots are difficult to use. I didn't change Algonquin parking spots until The Snow Storm (when it's been unlocked) and I only changed Alderney's once (for Paper Trail, as there were exactly 10 special vehicles between those points).

If I used all 10 spots across those saves, it'll give me about 80 special vehicles total, with only one playthrough. Keep in mind that's getting multiple vehicles in a mission when possible, such as two lusters from Easy As Can Be, the Comet and SuperGT in No. 1, and the Sabre GT and Patriot in Photo Shoot. I do prioritize keeping unique vehicles though, so now Roman's Taxi is using up a permanent spot, as will Police Stockade, Romero, and Laundromat eventually.

I also consider Deal as the more optimal end path than Revenge. For story reasons above all, but also for vehicles. First, Deal offers the white ribbon Cognoscenti at the wedding. But it also gives a lustered Russian Schafter and Rebla in the final mission. The lustered Rebla is ONLY in this mission, and the lustered russian Schafter is only found in two missions: Easy As Can Be also has 2 other lustered vehicles unique to it (Sultan, NRG900), and the one in the mission for Pegorino is only obtainable through failure.

Compared to Revenge's final mission, with the hybrid grill Mafia PMP 600 (also in ...Pest Control) and Sentinel (also in She's a Keeper, albeit requires mission failure).

Yeah, that sounds like a good plan you got going there.  I've done something similar in LCS and VCS when it comes to the Saves, but I never cared so much about the HD Era Special Vehicles since they just seemed so much more "weak" compared to that of the 3D Era.  For instance, for LCS, I have a 48% Starter Save in Slot 1, and then in Slots 2 through 8, I have 7 100% Saves with Minimum Stats, and 12 Special Vehicles in each, which is the maximum per Save you can store.  The 7th Save only has 2 Special Vehicles, though.  However across the 7 total 100% Saves with Minimum Stats as well, I have 74 total Special Vehicles.  Same applies to VCS.  I have the the 49.20% Starter Save in Slot 1, and then in Slots 2 through 4, I have 3 100% Saves with Minimum Stats, and 12 Special Vehicles in each, which is the maximum per Save you can store.  So across the 3 Saves, I have 36 Special Vehicles.  There is more to collect and more things being discovered over the past few months, so I may need to go ahead and do a 4th Save File to 100% with Minimum Stats and another set of 12 Special Vehicles.  I just get bored of VCS so much and it's my least favorite of the 3D Era, thus I didn't take the initiative yet to actually go through and obtain ALL the Vehicles, like I practically did in LCS.  I've obtained every Special Vehicle in the LCS Database, basically, other than just a handful of them, mostly coming from the Portland Story Missions, which as you may know, is rather sh*tty since the Portland Garage is SO small and at best can fit 2 Cars and 2 Bikes.  Meanwhile, I have Vehicles like an EC Patriot to obtain and other Cars that just won't fit inside all in the SAME Save, thus forcing me to only obtain one or two Special Vehicles from Portland in the entire Save which isn't worth it to me.  The ones I am missing are simple to get, anyways.  I am missing quite a few in VCS, but as I said, that game bores me and again, what I am missing is very easy to get, anyways.

I just try and fill max capacity per Save and GTA I am working on OR I try and get ALL the Special Vehicles that exist in the entire game OR I try and get as many as I can and fall short due to lack of skill, determination, patience, etc, etc, however, I pretty much mastered the art of Special Vehicles and usually have all these traits to obtain all of them in the end, even if some take hours of reloading, etc...

When it comes to the HD Era, I simply just pick the best 10 (in terms of GTA IV) that interest me, the best 16 (in terms of TLaD) that interest me, and the best 16 (in terms of TBoGT) that interest me.  Again, most of the Vehicles in the HD Era feel pretty pathetic and not all that special since most of them are just given to you or very easy to obtain without putting much effort into it or doing anything challenging to get it and because of how I feel about the HD Era, I can't be bothered to do multiple Saves and get ALL of the Vehicles in each game.  I am only into this in the 3D Era as those Special Vehicles feel all around more prize worthy and fun to obtain.

My PS3 has 4 total USB Ports.  1 is being used by the Controller and the other 3 Ports are empty and can easily back up my Saves onto a USB Drive and even onto my PC.  So space for Saves and to make backups is never an issue.

I personally always chose Revenge, simply cuz I personally felt it was the right decision and I prefer Roman, Niko's flesh and blood, over Kate.  Niko was always out for blood lust and revenge the entire Story up until the end, I guess, when he confronted Darko, but I also kill that guy, too.  So Revenge just seems more appropriate to me.  Money was never an issue for me, either, so I don't care if I lose out on money in Deal Ending.  But yeah, I agree, the Special Vehicles found in Deal Ending are better than Revenge.  I just never personally went for a lot of the Special Vehicles in IV, so I never intended to obtain those Special Vehicles in the Ending Missions.

When it comes to TLaD and TBoGT, I'll easily be able to fix up my Guides, but like I told you twice before, I'll go ahead and give you credit for IV in my Guide when I get to updating it in the coming week or so since I can say you more than likely know more about it than I do and how to get all the Special Vehicles due to my own lack of experience with obtaining so many in this game.  But in TLaD and TBoGT, I experimented a lot with the Special Vehicles and such and have very little issue to write my own Entries in those Guides.  But for IV, I get confused and am uncertain of a lot, so I will certainly give you credit at the top when I edit it.  First, I gotta finish 3.0 to 4.0 in my TLaD Guide today, and then start on fixing TBoGT.  Once TBoGT is done with, I will do IV and lastly, SA since that game is huge for the Special Vehicles and well over 100 separate Entries for each Special Vehicle.

Once I finish updating these Guides, though, I will go back to playing GTA as I didn't play in over a week since I finished my new GTA V Save.  I'll re-do my TLaD 100% Save, my TBoGT 100% Save, and then move back to the 3D Era and do some stuff.

It's funny, I'm doing this incremental set of saves as I explained above, but I had planned to do a second partial playthrough to get the "alternate" vehicles I missed, from missions with multiple special vehicles. But so far, I've gotten all necessary vehicles from those missions!

Lustered black Sultan and NRG900 from Easy As Can Be. Lustered silver Lokus and the Laundromat from Meltdown. Both the lustered black Contender and Stallion from Smackdown, both lustered gray Sabre GT and silver Patriot from Photo Shoot, etc.

At this rate I won't actually need the second play, except as my "revenge": ending playthrough. The only "either or" special vehicle I won't be able to get both of for sure (that also doesn't need mission failures or cheats) is the solid red Sanchez or lustered black/silver Rancher in If the Price is Right, but the "alternate" vehicle save can't do that anyways because of no missions failures and revenge path.

Oh, I guess there's also the red Biff in Tunnel of Death. But I'm just amazed at the fact I've managed all of this, especially the silver Lokus in Meltdown ANd the Laundromat.

I guess you don't plan on going back to the part where you obtain some Special Vehicles for a specific Save up to a certain point and reaching 100%, right?  That's how I did the LCS/VCS Saves.  I just couldn't leave them "undone."  I had to always reach 100% on all 7 LCS Saves and all 3 VCS Saves with 12 Special Vehicles in each Save, which is the maximum.  In terms of IV, 10 is the maximum, so you'll just leave them as is for the Special Vehicles?

In a way, I always wanted to dabble with the Lustered Black Sultan and Lustered Black NRG 900 in IV.  There's quite a few Special Vehicles that look really awesome but due to lack of storage space, I just forget them.  I mean, I like IV a lot, so it's possible I simply just do more Save Files in the future, but in the future, NOT reach 100% and do it like you are doing.  I already have my main Save that I finished a couple months ago and am completely happy with it, despite some of the Special Vehicles being piss easy to obtain and just given to me.  But having them in AP form is very nice!  It's why I don't care to get the TLC Police Stockade with BP Mesh Window with a Failure, since once you convert the other one from ToD into AP form, it's unstoppable, basically...

In an old Save I failed Hung out to Dry to get the Laundromat, but this time, I surely got it from Meltdown as it's simple.  But in the process, I missed a nice looking Banshee with a Luster.  The Banshee from the Hossan Random Encounter didn't look special to me on PS3, btw.  Maybe it doesn't have a Luster at all sometimes?  But for me, it looked identical to what I have seen on the street.  I like the Banshee from Stevie's Car Thefts the most, despite it given to you.

Btw, I will start to fix this Guide tomorrow as I have off from work and am nearly done editing TBoGT Guide and fixing it up.  At that time, I will give you the credit at the top, etc.

Also, do you know how to make a Maverick converted to AP?  Is there a way to scare the girlfriend and make it AP?  I only know Cars, Trucks, Vans, Motorcycles, etc.  Idk if the Helicopters are possible and surely not Boats, obviously.  I've read that it's possible to do with a Helicopter and if so, I need to fix that in my Guide and explain the Method.

EDIT: Btw, if you could please let me know in my TBoGT Guide which Special Vehicles from the STORY MISSIONS are one time only and NOT obtainable on a Replay?  I honestly think that every single Special Vehicle from I Luv LC up to Departure Time is obtainable on a Replay.  Is it literally only Club Management and Random Encounter Special Vehicles that are one time only or is there a couple from the Story?  Which are from the Story?  Please answer in my TBoGT Guide.  In a way, since everything other than Club Management Missions and Random Encounters can be obtained on a Replay, I don't really see any reason to do my TBoGT Save over with.  I have 10 EC Vehicles from Drug Wars, however, those are probably better to get, since they are harder than anything from the Story since all the stuff from the Story can be obtained on a Replay, thus making it not even that Special and more to the side of Rare.  In your TBoGT Guide, btw, you totally MISS adding in a Super GT being a Drug War Vehicle.  You can find it, just like the F620 in the normal colors found in Drug Wars.  If I do TBoGT over, I may just save the game in another Slot and KEEP the current Save I have since those 10 Drug War Vehicles in the same colors took AGES to find and are probably better than things from the Story since those are EASIER and ALSO CAN BE OBTAINED ANY TIME, even after 100%...

Regarding alternate saves for special vehicles, there are two different kinds I refer to:

-Incremental saves are what I described initially. These are saves at certain semi-arbitrary benchmarks for the purpose of a "chronicle" of my progress and to make use of the save slots available. I've done these since GTA3 and VC. These are ones like mission 10, 22, 34, 46, 54, 66, 75, 87 in GTA4, which are various key breakpoints based on the mission list in my guide. 22 is Russian Revolution, letting me stay at Broker safehouse. 34 is Snow Storm, which is right after Puerto Rican Connection which unlocks a lot of random encounters and other things (along with Brujcie's missions, which unlock races, vigilante, most wanted), and also when the girlfriends can all be dated easily (I've tried to date Carmen prior to unlocking Algonquin, but it's practically impossible to pass the first date without better clothes from Algonquin).

It was only shortly before GTA5's release that I came up with the idea to use these incremental saves to store different sets of vehicles, whereas before I would only bother keeping the vehicles I intended to have on that save at 100%, leaving parking spots/garages vacant for much of the game.

For "alternate" saves like I just described (to get alternate vehicles, especially from revenge path), I do take it to 100%. I think my wording was unclear; when I said partial playthrough, I didn't mean I only played up until I got the vehicles, but rather I keep a "master" save from later in the game for the purpose of creating that alternate file. In this case, it's right before Tunnel of Death, because my main save will get the Police Stockade and the alternate will get red Biff, and also because there are otherwise 11 vehicles I need by the end of Tunnel of Death: three uniques (Roman's Taxi, Laundromat, Police Stockade) and 8 specials (random tuner Oracle, hybrid PCJ600 which isn't in my guide currently, white and black hybrid grill PMP 600s, lustered Contender and Stallion, lustered Lokus, and green/blue Rancher). So when I make that alternate save I can start from that "backup" file and not have to redo the first 60+ missions and the vast majority of side content (vigilante, most wanted, races, 100%ing friends and girlfriends, brucie exports, STEVIE'S 30 CAR THEFTS, etc). So that "alternate" save takes a LOT less time than a full new playthrough.

These are my techniques for how I play the game, and how I achieve my vehicle goals. In GTA5, I have two endgame saves: one on the Big Score subtle path (maximum number of missions + extra blank plate vehicle) and one on obvious path (for the Skylift).

To answer other questions:

Lustered silver Banshee: As far as I know, the Banshee in Hossan's stranger mission and Meltdown are the same. The luster is random, and silver vehicles are notoriously difficult to see a good luster on, that Banshee especially. Personally, I got a mild green lustered Banshee from Hossan, while one of my plays of Meltdown (trying to get a good luster on the Lokus) gave me a VERY noticeable blue luster on that Banshee. So it's possible, but a lot of possible luster colors probably aren't very visible on that car. GTA4's somewhat odd lighting doesn't help, either; pearlescents are much easier to see on GTA5, although I've also heard that the PS3 version's graphics are slightly different than 360, so that may result in other lighting differences.

For TBoGT, I may have been incorrect and all vehicles I think are obtainable via replays.

Btw, Most Wanted is something, like Pigeons and Stunt Jumps, that can be done right after "The Cousins Bellic" and before "It's Your Call."  It does not need to be unlocked by any Story Mission.  You can do 30 Most Wanted Criminals, 200 Pigeons, 50 Stunt Jumps, CUBED, Win at Darts, etc, etc all in the beginning and I have this all complete, except 126 Pigeons which I still need to get while I stay wanted with a 6 star wanted level.  I've watched zmoonchild's entire playlist on Youtube literally 5 or 6 times straight for days until I learned how to stay alive and just do some pretty neat things, imo, with having a wanted level for so long and loosing it, storing a Maverick in the beginning, getting the Super GT from the Darren Covey Most Wanted, and maximizing all Weapons for each Weapon Slot with the Best Weapons.  I am literally just missing the 126 Pigeons until it's complete at 11.95%.  I am 9.45% right now.  I will probably try and do that in the future to give me something to do.

Thank you.  Now I know what you mean and it was very clear.  Yeah, lol, Stevie's Car Thefts blow.  They take so long and you just do it for useless money.  Some of the Vehicles look badass in them, though.  Just a handful, though.  Btw, I believe I read in you Guide that on the FINAL Stevie Car Theft, that Vehicle you need to deliver to the Garage remains forever on the Map.  It does NOT on PS3.  I had the EC NRG 900 as the 30th Vehicle to deliver and wanted it to always spawn there, but it doesn't, lol...

But what about making the Helicopters AP?  Possible?

Yeah, in terms of PS3 and IV, the graphics aren't very good, a lot of blur for some reason, looks a lot worse compared to PC and probably 360, but I am not positive.  It's what I hear, though, and can clearly see on Youtube from people playing IV on PC compared to my PS3.  I like it on PS3, though.  Liberty City still looks great every time I play! :)

I am almost certain that is the case.  So if pretty much ALL Story Mission Special Vehicles can be treated like a "Rare" Vehicle, what 16 Special Vehicles do you think are the MUST HAVE?  Random Encounter Special Vehicles, Club Management Special Vehicles, and Unique Vehicles?  Or do you think the Drug War EC Special Vehicles, despite also still "Rare" like the Story Missions in this case, would be a good choice to get and keep in the parking spaces?  I agree with you about Special vs Rare and what each mean for IV, TLaD, and V, but since TBoGT has Replays and ALL Story Missions are obtainable through Replays, those Vehicles are more like "Rare" Vehicles so are EC Drug War Vehicles perhaps better to get since they take more time to find?

First of all, it's QUB3D, not CUBED. I had to clear up that disaster before I can address the main point of my post here.

YOU CAN ACTUALLY f*ckING DO THE MOST WANTED MISSIONS AT THE START? Sounds like I have a new challenge to further refine my master save, which I haven't touched since 2009...

Then I'll have to go update all my incremental files thus far, too. That'll be annoying.

I don't care what it's called "in game," it's still Cubed at the end of the day.  Just like FBI, FIB, I don't care what people want to call it, same thing.

Of course you can.  You need to manually type in a name and search on the Police Computer.  You can't go to the "Most Wanted" tab to find the guy or it'll give you an error every time that early in the game.

It's not even that hard.  I enjoyed doing some of the Stunt Jumps and Most Wanted with a six star Wanted Level, actually.  I could probably use a Maverick and a Sniper Rifle for most of the remaining 126 Pigeons I have left, too, but the remaining are all in Algonquin and Alderney, of course.

I have a 53% Starter Save in III, 44% Starter Save in VC, 13.90% Starter Save in SA (Includes Big Smoke Passed and the EC2 Black Perennial Acquired + Rare Vehicles to Convert to EP/FP with Gray Imports). 48% Starter Save in LCS, 49.20% Starter Save in VCS, 9.45% Starter Save in IV (Not Complete - Missing 2.50% for the Remaining 126 Pigeons), 16.06% Starter Save in TLaD, 10.61% Starter Save in TBoGT, 31.86% Starter Save in CW, and 13.30% Starter Save in V.  Literally, all 10 GTA's that I own have a Starter Save, 100% Save(s), etc, etc.  I've been doing all of this the past years and trying to assemble the best Starter Saves and 100% Saves around, lol

EDIT: Guide Updated!  I fixed some things like making note about the EC Light Blue and Lustered Super GT being unobtainable on PS3, the Property Terms to include "Lustered" and what it means, the proper terminology for each Special Vehicle listed in the Guide, and also gave credit to Lancet Jades Gamefaqs Guide at the top.  Out of all my Guides, this one contains a lot of information from his Guide since I only ever obtained 10 Special Vehicles in IV, whereas there is around 100.  He has more experience playing the game and knows more about the Special Vehicles in the game.  He plays on Xbox 360 and I play on PS3, though, so there could be some differences for how to obtain some of the Special Vehicles.

Hey, not quite on the topic of special vehicles, but pertaining to a master save. You wouldn't happen to have, or know of, a map that shows all the icons you can reveal on the map at the start of the game, do you? I've gotten all the icons in Algonquin and Alderney that I know of, but I've never seen a map that shows ALL of them, to know if I actually have them all.

Honestly, just WATCH THIS.  This is Part 1 of 70+ Videos for zmoonchild's Starter Save Videos on Youtube.  By watching this, you learn where a lot of Weapon and Body Armor Locations are.  He doesn't show ALL of them, of course, but the main ones since Ammo is shared between Weapons.  Like, if you pick up a Desert Eagle, and then continue to pick up regular Pistols, the Ammo is added to the Deagle.  Same applies to the Micro SMG and SMG, AK-47 and M4, etc, etc.  He shows some in Broker/Dukes, Bohan, Algonquin, and Alderney while completing 11.95% which is the highest you can reach in IV.  I have 9.45% so far since I need to still complete the remaining 126 Pigeons.

I also tried to find Maps on the Web, but everything was rather sh*tty and not much good Maps out there...

Btw, I am in the process of redoing my TLaD Save now! :D :p  Already 52.27% and ready for the final 25 Gang Wars before moving on with the Story and Special Vehicles.  Can't wait to get to Get Lost for the Laundromat and Prison Bus! ;)

I don't need to watch 70+ videos on a starter save. Mine is already complete (or almost there, at least). I had 9.45% completion before I learned that the Most Wanted could be done at the start. I now have the 11.95% completion on that save and max ammo for all weapons (I already know of the locations of all weapons and armor, and have for years).

But the icon thing is something I've thought about over the years but never actually saw a map for. My map has:

Broker/Dukes:

-1 Restaurant

-1 Bowling

-1 Darts

-1 Burger Shot

-1 Cluckin Bell

-2 Car Wash

-1 Pool

-1 Cabaret Club

-1 Internet Cafe

-1 Clothing Store

Bohan:

-2 Burger Shot

-1 Strip Club

Algonquin:

-1 Restaurant

-1 Bowling

-3 Burger Shot

-3 Clothing Store

-1 Car Wash

-1 Internet Cafe

-1 Comedy Club

-1 Cluckin Bell

Alderney:

-1 Burger Shot

-2 Car Wash

-1 Internet Cafe

-1 Strip Club

EDIT: Clothing shops and the Comedy Club can be gotten even at the start. Changing lists to reflect this. However, Gun Shops and Pay n Sprays cannot be mapped until you've unlocked them, apparently.
