One of the first bands I remember was probably Nirvana but that being said I was only about 8 years old, I would have danced about to anything no doubt.  Still love Nirvana though.

Radiohead. I've been loving them since I heard "Karma Police" first time.

Another artist that I instantly loved is GG Allin.

The minute I heard this song and it's catchy chorus, I wanted more, and spent hours looking for more of his music.

Oh man, this is my favorite way to discover new music. I come across a certain song, maybe used in a TV show or a YouTube video, I look it up and it sticks with me. Then the next day chances are I've listened to all their songs and dumped them on my phone. A few examples would be HOME, Shawn Lee's Ping Pong Orchestra, Timecop1983, Chromatics, Carpenter Brut, Whitewoods, The Glitch Mob and probably a ton more. It's a fun way to discover new music, pure coincidentally.

Jimi hendrix that guy sure knows how to play the guitar he even use the wah pedal before it was famous and the fuzz pedal phaser pedal, etc

His song that called "who knows" really blows off my mind, it's like he combined rock blues soul and rap together, that is really amazing and he done it in the 60s which makes it more amazing

Touch Peel and Stand - Days of the New(Travis Meeks)

Holy Wars - Megadeth

I was a huge DOTN fan and their music was a staple during many of camping trips.  I got most of my friends into DOTN as well.

I wouldn't say loved, but I did have an instant liking for Kodak Black after hearing Shake back. It's almost a cover of Baby Come Back, but I never really cared about what he rapped about, it's just how well he rapped on beats no matter the tempo, and how good it sounded "on paper" sort of speak. His selection of beats along with his lyrics have only gotten better, but his image is bludgeoned constantly because of his ebobics and style, which has nothing to do with his ability to rap. E.G. The man gets over 20 million views on nearly all of his music videos, why? Because he deserves it after being a struggling artist. I remember back in early 2013 no one knew who the hell he was, and I listened to one of his songs and I was like, this guy is alright. He blows up a few months later.

He's good, might even be great, I judge artists on how they make me think/inspire me, not who they are, and what they rap about, but when they put their background and heart into it as a way to get out, that's when you have yourself a fan.
