I recently went back to playing GTA 3, walking around the city I came across two errors, I decided to fix these problems.
If you can, send me prints of more errors on the map.

If you have great patience and a passion to do it you could patch up the rooftops. Large majority of buildings in GTA III(especially in Staunton Island) are hollow, or have non solid rooftops.

New collisions always crash the game.
I also saw that inside the dff has a '' collision_box '' but did not understand how they work.
 
Anyway, you can not get on top of buildings without help mods, right?

No, but the III Aircraft mod enables that for us very easily :D

Well, I do not know how to edit the collisions of the game.
If anyone can teach me, do it.

How do I put the Rotation x y z in IPL?

Rooftops and proper collisions is what I started doing for the Xbox mod too.
 
Your collisions crash the game, because you've converted them straight from .dff files without any optimization. You need to delete all unused faces and replace some of them with boxes whenever it's appropriate. Apart from that you also need to apply correct surface data.
 
Here's how an optimized version of casino_garden should look like:

Just use MEd to do the job. It has sliders for rotation just below the ones for position (I can even see it in your pic). And I think the last three numbers are rotations values, but I might be wrong.

Yes, but MEd does not save any changes I make on the map.
I'm just using it to make new configs then I put those configs in the IPL.

I remember that there's a messed up collision on the 2nd floor of the multistorey car park in Staunton island. It's near some of the columns.

I second this I remember getting stuck on it forcing me to fail the mission when doing multi story mayhem.
