the lighting / graphics seems a bit dull and too dark, in my opinion.

 

i can help you with timecycle editing and other graphics-related stuff, if you want to :)

it does not need to worry, I won't show you graphics, I show you the progress of the development, after the release of the beta everyone will be able to customize as you want

Onyx, how did you manage to have the background graphics seen by a quarter mile?

 

No matter if I lowered or maximized the graphic settings, not everything showed up and can be seen for a quarter-mile when I played Beta 2 of this modified game. I am not sure what mod or mods used for this. It's like as if those objects have high resolution textures and took some time to load. What happens if I patch Beta 2 of this game with a 4 GB patch, just to use more RAM.... would that work?

no, man does not work in beta 2 with no lods
now I did Lods on the entire map, so this large range of drawing on screen

So Onyx, how did you manage getting low LODs in your mod? If Beta 2 does not have it, will Beta 3 have it as an option? Is there an add-on modification to create low LOD in Beta 2? I noticed several mods in the CLEO folder.
