Well that is another thing people don't understand, unlike a User's Profile on this Forum which seems to fit MANY Photos, and I mean a f*cking megaton of Photos, the Guides here do NOT.  For instance when I finished my OLD 2nd Save File in SA, I tried posting BOTH of my PS2 Photos AND my iOS Photos for SA...When I clicked Submit, it said "Content_Too_Long."  People always complain but the ones complaining are the ones who don't have any knowledge of how much "meat" each Post can contain.  I do like the "Post Your Collections Here" Section, HOWEVER, in time even that won't be sufficient enough and SpriteFan274 will run out of room and see first hand.  Maybe 50 Photos or so can be shown in each of these Sections in the Topics, while 1,000 or so can be shown in a User's Profile.  I've talked to some of the Staff in the past and they've told me that the OLD Forums, before they got upgraded actually allowed a lot more text/photos per Page, however, with the new upgrade we have now, it allows LESS.  Furthermore, there is even another Forum Update coming in the coming months or year, as well.  Every time a Forum Update happens, a lot of Topics and sh*t gets f*cked up and have to be redone...Another headache waiting to happen...

But yeah, the point is, unless it's my Profile, those Posts within the Forum will eventually run out of room and I don't just want MY Stats and Collections posted there.  I'd like to see OTHER PEOPLE'S Stats and Collections, too, but eventually it'll be too much for the Forum.  Now, I am not sure if just adding the URL to imgur.com will help that or not, but SpriteFan274 plans to do that if he gets the errors and then you'd have to click each imgur.com URL to see the Photos rather than just clicking the Spoiler and seeing them.  I hope you get it now...

Anyways, to bring it back on Topic, I will be starting my 2nd III Save tomorrow and should finish it in 3-4 days as usual.  Then just the 2nd SA Save to finish and finally...The 3D Era GTA's and PS2 Saves come to and end.  Will back everything up on my Memory Cards now that I renewed every Starter Save and every 100% Save since the last time I made backups on my Memory Cards in 2016.  Then it's time to move onto the HD Era again for a while and also some sh*t with Mobile.  I still have POSSIBLE plans for a 3rd VC Save, 10th LCS Save, 7th VCS Save, 2nd CW Save, and 2nd V Save in the future, but we'll see about those.  I honestly don't care too much anymore as what I have now when all is said and done by this late Fall, early Winter is good enough for my liking...

I know about Photo limitations. I think it's okay to post Stats in the "text" form, so it will not take a lot of place. Well, imgur or any other photo hosting is a good solution too, because it's not so hard to click on 1 link. You know, I just want to see other people's Stats, so I can compare them with mine.

Btw, I started my own save not so long ago, because I need to take a break with LCS. I have too many many projects in this game (except my "perfect" save), so it's getting boring to play only one game. I'll continue for sure, but not for now.

Playing GTA III for the first time, going for a little bit different collection than yours, hope for good stats  :p

Yeah, we'll figure something out when the time comes and the errors start happening when trying to update those Collections Sections in each Guide.  But yeah, it'll probably just be the URL's to each Photo rather the Photos themselves since that seems to take up too much room, apparently.  I don't get how a Profile is different to a Forum Post, but it seems to be way different and can add a lot more stuff compared to the Forum Posts.

Yeah, that is what I like, too.  I like to see Stats and Collection Photos as well to see how people parked their Vehicles and see their Stats to compare with my own, as well.  In the past, it helped a lot to see other people's Collections and some of my Photos and how I park the Vehicles are based on their Photos I saw years back.  III was a nightmare at one time for me to park them how you see, but ever since I did it once, back in 2014/15, I kept doing the SAME Garage Layout and it took very little time to do it once I did it once.  But to figure out how to make all 13 fit was a bitch at first...

Which ones do you plan to get?  Some people get the same 13 as me, with the minor difference of NOT getting the AP Cheetah (since it can be obtained ANYTIME, even after 100%, however with the additional +1 to the Mission Attempts Stat) and instead getting the EP/EC Securicar.  I rather just get the AP Cheetah as it's one of, if not the best Special Vehicle in III and can pass to get it, thus not degrading the Stats with the additional +1 Attempt.  What sucks with that EP/EC Securicar is that it comes up in the Story when you already have 12 Special Vehicles, or 11, and it makes it an absolute nightmare trying to get it into the SI Garage when you have 5 Vehicles already inside there (or 4 if you are using your own BP/DP Barracks OL to force it to drive to your own Safehouse).  This is why I just plan to get that in a 2nd Save File when the Garage is completely empty...

I'm going to obtain EP/EC Securicar instead of BP/FP Securicar, because I prefer EC. That will be hard, but I'll try.

Hm...Interesting.  Any BP Vehicle is nice in this game specifically since once you get into the Story, so many Gangs become hostile toward you and wield Shotguns and AK-47's and such.  I like the BP/FP Securicar more for that reason, but also it's a nice challenge sinking it below the ground and taking it to SSV early.  It's funny cuz ALL Portland Special Vehicles go to SSV while the BP/DP Patriot (last Vehicle obtained) goes to Portland.  All beginning Vehicles go to final Garage and end Vehicle goes to beginning Garage.  It's backward, but you need to do what you need to do to maximize space...Shame you can't make any Securicar or Trashmaster DP, though...

You can even get the same EC Securicar, without EP in the very next Mission after Escort Service, "Decoy" and pass to obtain it if all you're looking for is the EC...Only the Mirrors and Bars on it are EC, so it's very minor for that, thus I prefer the BP/FP Securicar no doubt...

Of course I can get only EC Securicar, but EP/EC is better and more challenging. I know that BP in this game is really good, but I don't think that I'll drive BP Securicar for fun, because it's not DP and can't be made.

Good luck.  The EP/EC Securicar itself isn't very difficult.  What makes it so bad (especially when going for 13 total Special Vehicles) is that you will have a lot in your SI Garage to start already and getting the Securicar in there as a wreck, especially, will be a nightmare restoring it and the Garage not opening since you'll get the message "You can't store any more Vehicles in there!!!"

Time to boot up III shortly and do all Pay Phone Missions in Portland (Marty Chonks and El Burro) as well as Story Missions Don't Spank Ma Bitch Up to Sayonara Salvatore and reach SI, saving only once.  Shouldn't be too hard and will go quick...

It isn't hard at all if you aim for no deaths/busted. In my no-cheat-and-wasted save I rushed from T letter missions to final with no problem, without saving at all (I forgot :p, but it's the same) I very often forget saving when I should. Just think before you do something, don't rush and you'll be good.

zazaza691 if you are on PC, definitely obtain this UC Securicar OM0. (Well, it might be the only possible way..GTA III Special Vehicles ain't worth meaningless pain).

Meh, the Replay Method for the EP/EC Securicar is just dumb.  You do a Replay and just jack it and drive it back to the Garage with a Blue Arrow on top of it.  And again, only for PC.  The Tank Method or Barracks OL Method is for ALL Platforms and for Guides sake, it's best to always show Methods that EVERYONE on ALL Platforms can use instead of being in favor of one Platform or another.  Methods that work for EVERYONE is the ones I always try and find.

72% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 0 Missions Failed, 28 Days Passed in Game, and 0 out of 5 Special Vehicles.

I did ALL Portland Pay Phone Missions, ALL Portland Story Missions, Sayonara Salvatore, and Delivered the Barracks OL to the EV Crane for Import/Export...Saved only one time after all of this.  Starter Save has 24 Days Passed in Game and only 28 Days Passed in Game now, so that took only 4 In-Game Days to complete all of this and that was exactly 19%, since I start with 53% from the Starter Save and am now 72%.  Game goes so quick and it's so easy.  Feels strange skipping the Special Vehicles, though, as any time in the past, I only cared for ONE GTA III Save instead of two, which I am doing this time and since the 1st Save is done with all 13, I don't need any of those anymore, so it feels strange blowing through the Missions without getting them anymore, lol...

Looks like tomorrow I will have the DP/EC FBI Car and EP/EC Securicar already for my 2nd Save and be nearing the Unique RC Bandit from Toyminator.  Then all I gotta get is both the DP/NE Taxi and DP/NE Hoods Rumpo XL and finish to 100% and it's done with, then back to SA for my 2nd Save File and the 3D Era on PS2 is complete and going back to the HD Era for a while...

Nah, I was suggesting this OM0 method for zazaza691 because he may face garage problems. For everyone else, well ofc... In normal situations I support all-platform methods. I may actually stick to them as well now, although I'm on PC. When I make a new save, I would also like to try tougher strategies that other's have to face. e.g. this Securicar..I'm personally going for a Tank method bcs I've always used OM0 and this one is new and interesting. So why not :)

There has been people like 4emp2008 (Champion on Youtube now) and fnxrak who obtained all 13 already and one of them is this EP/EC Securicar.  It's not IMPOSSIBLE to get while having a packed Garage, just makes obtaining it a bit more tricky because of the packed Garage.  There is no reason people can't do many Save Files, though.  It just seems the most logical to not get it for a main Save and get it for a 2nd Save where I am only obtaining 5 Special Vehicles in total, and 13 in my 1st Save...18 in total across 2 Save Files by the end...

100% Completion, 0 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 2 Missions Failed, 39 Days Passed in Game, and 5 Special Vehicles!

Save File 2:

Portland: Empty

Staunton Island: EP/EC Securicar, DP/EC FBI Car, DP NE Taxi, DP NE Hoods Rumpo XL

Shoreside Vale: Unique RC Bandit

MR7ujtc.jpg?1

ZCwsfrv.jpg?1

The Only Missions Failed: Escort Service to Obtain the EP/EC Securicar and Toyminator to Obtain the Unique RC Bandit.

For people who want the EP/EC Securicar in their Save whilst having other Vehicles inside the Garage: DO NOT use a Rhino Tank for this task.  A BP/DP Barracks OL Method is shown in the founder, Stea1thman's Video, and a couple other Videos on Youtube.  Only one person uses a Tank and it's seriously the worst Method ever.  Why?  Cuz the Tank literally gets damaged so much from trying to push it back to the Garage that it catches fire by the time you get back to the Safehouse, right before going down the slope to the Garage OR literally by the time you are ready to push the Securicar's Wreck into the Garage.  Pushing the Securicar using a "T-Boning" Method is terrible and wrecks the Tank even more.  The only way you should push it if you decide to use a Tank is from either the back or front of the Securicar.  NOT from it's side.  You'll regret it when you reach the Safehouse only for the Tank to catch on fire.  Using a BP/DP Barracks OL is the easiest Method since you force the Securicar to literally drive right into your Garage, literally.  Doing this Method will maximize your chances of obtaining it if there is other Special Vehicles in the Garage to begin with.  I used a Tank since there was nothing inside my Garage, but the Method is absolutely pathetic and the Tank moves the Securicar wreck as if you're trying to push a f*cking Bus on foot.  That's how slow the Method is.  Or better yet, like trying to push a Heavy Vehicle on foot in LCS.  Sure, it moves, but how much time to waste to get 10 feet up the road?  A long time...

Interestingly enough, I actually got the Unique RC Bandit first try.  I had no issue whatsoever restoring it in the Garage.  I simply just closed Garage, blew it up, then opened Garage and there it was.  It never vanished at all, surprisingly.  When I first tried this, I actually thought it was unobtainable for PS2 cuz I was holding R3 instead of L3 (Horn) when getting into the Toyz Van and Claude wouldn't exit at all.  But then I realized I was holding the wrong Button and then it worked out.  Was pretty interesting controlling it while on foot with Claude and getting it back to the Garage, lol...

And I did it!  Under 40 Days Passed, just like I intended and wanted to do.  I was close to 40 Days, though.  Luckily got 39 by the end.  Didn't care to pick up more Ammo or get 125 Health in this Save.  I did that for my 1st, main, better Save.

I used Rumble to make the EC Black FBI Car converted to DP.  Took literally all of 5 minutes to find BOTH the NE Taxi and NE Hoods Rumpo XL.

There is not a single Special Vehicle I am missing now in III.  Everything to ever exist is now obtained.  In before some moron says I didn't obtain the useless EC Black Stretch from Chaperone or the EC Black Securicar from Decoy.  I already have an AP/EC Black Stretch and EP/EC Black Securicar.  Don't need inferior trash...

Oh, and even though Nick confirmed you can't drive the Bandit on PS2, I still wanted to test.  Claude will go for it and "open the door," but like Nick showed, it crashes when you do that.  Shame, really...

III is back in the box for good.  Only time I will play this game now is on my 100% Saves just messing around...Moving onto my FINAL 3D Era GTA Project before going back to the HD Era...My 2nd SA Save using OM0 (snooze fest).

Oke guys so I'm finally making progress with my starter save, (finishing Portland rn) but can anyone tell me what is the safest way to get the Shoreside Vale bridge package? Maybe it's not worth trying at all..once I got it with Dodo but you need great flight skills on PC.

About Portland, the least people you can waste is 95 (in rampages, when you blow up vehicles not having a ped inside) and blow up 23 cars. (10+13). I think it will be 6 days passed for Portland, and the stats will be:

-6 days passed
-1 mission attempt and 1 pass (UC Kuruma obtained)
-32 packages (got island one on a way back from SI)
-6 rampages
-8 stunt jumps
-ambulance, police, fire and cab mission completed
-95 people wasted (95 gang members wasted)
-0 wasted by others
-6 kgs of explosives used
~70 accuarcy
-Patriot Playground and RC missions passed (score 1)
-29 vehicles exploded (10+13 rampages, 2 gang cars, 4 RC Bandits).
-1 time saved only, but it doesn't show.
-And of course, no busted/wasted/cheats.

So to SI if it's done.

I think there is 33 Hidden Packages in Portland, actually.  One inside the Subway on the Portland side...I get it later on the way back after doing sh*t in SI/SSV, though.  Can easily just ghost a Vehicle down there to get it, though, and then run on foot through the Subway Tunnels to SI/SSV...

About the Hidden Package on the SSV Lift Bridge and the Dodo for Import/Export in Portland, you need no more than 4 to 8 Second Flight Time to do both of these Tasks.  In the past, many years ago, people would take off from the Airport in SSV and fly the Dodo to the raised Platform of the SSV Lift Bridge, but this is NOT needed anymore.  All you gotta do is drive the Dodo out of the Airport, turn RIGHT and right before the bend/curve in the road leading up to the SSV Lift Bridge, accelerate the Dodo along the road WHILE HOLDING FORWARD and when you get a "good distance" away from the raised part of the Bridge, pull back and the Dodo will pop up into the air gaining just enough altitude to land on top of the raised part of the Bridge and fall down up there.  Simply position the Dodo accordingly and grab the Hidden Package.  Same thing with the Dodo for I/E in Portland.  Just take the Dodo from the Airport in SSV and drive it all the way to SI using the Porter Tunnel and when you make it to SI, just drive across the Callahan Bridge and when you reach the gap, pop the Dodo into the air and let it fall back down, then drive it the rest of the way to the Portland I/E Garage.  The outdated Methods are the ones in which you actually need to know and learn how to fly the Dodo.  All you need is a 4 to 8 Second Flight Time in the Dodo these days for both Tasks in the Starter Save.  I was the one to discover the new Method, btw.  I posted about it over a year ago in some Topic in the III Section.

Right HERE and HERE.  I did it both on PS2 and iOS.  It can't get any easier, tbh...Interestingly enough, it's actually HARDER to place the Dodo properly up there so Claude exits and is standing on the barrier where the Hidden Package is located.  Getting up there is simple, though.  But positioning the Dodo may take an entire 5 minutes real-life time which is quite long when you'd think a task like that should only take about 15 seconds.  The Dodo and the Barrier act like a magnet and polar opposites or something.  You try and put Dodo there, the game "forces" it away.  Sort of like in CW when you try and store a Vehicle not accepted by the Garage...The Game forces you away from it.  Well same thing in III with the Dodo positioning it like you see in the Photo for iOS...

I finished my completed 53% III Starter Save on the PS2!!! 53% Completion, 0 Wasted, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 24 Days Passed in Game, 1 out of 13 Special Vehicles - DP/EC Teal Kuruma from Give Me Liberty stored in the Shoreside Vale Garage.

I know this isn't really a Starter Save Topic, but there is none for III as far as I searched, so I'll put it here. After this I will immediately do a 1st 100% Save for III PS2 with 13 Special Vehicles...

Here are the full Player Stats:

Spoiler

Almost the same as Mors' III PS2 Starter Save, we both have 24 Days Passed in Game. Last things I had to do was get the Securicar and Flatbed for Import/Export and they were hell and boring to find in Chinatown, but I did it...

4 Starter Saves down, 6 more to go! :D :p

It's done finally, so now you can blast through two 100% Saves like I did and just finish III once and for all and move onto another GTA...

It'll be cool if you also get the same Days Passed in Game by 100% in both of the 100% Saves as well.  24 Days Passed for a PS2 Starter Save is very good, but I reckon it can be lower on PC and Mobile and such since those Rare Vehicles aren't exactly that Rare, especially Mobile.  Like, a Mr. Whoopee and Securicar on Mobile are just as easy as finding a basic Taxi or Cabbie in traffic.  They are everywhere, in other words.  So on another Platform, you wouldn't have to spend so much time driving around aimlessly trying to find such Vehicles and can do it right away.  I'd imagine 20 Days Passed in Game or up to 22 Days Passed in Game for a III Starter Save is possible, but like I said, not on PS2.  24 is very low for PS2 and we both did it!

Good luck getting all the Special Vehicles, although they are pretty easy in this game...

On PC, rare vehicles are exactly as rare as on PS2. Finding those Securicars, Flatbeds and Trashmasters in Chinatown and Red Light District is based on luck, but actually on a 4-lane road in RLD they are not such an ass as in Chinatown, but still really rare.

You can also see Mr.Whoopee in traffic, but like once in a month lol, so finding one from firefighter or vigilante is easier actually.

But what makes 24 days passed too much for PC (why it can be lower) are better and quicker controls, aiming and shooting while looking around in less than a sec to generate a new bunch of gangstas in a rampage is no prob. Playing with replay in a firefighter helps to get 60 fires in one in game hour since no fires needed to extinguish at all.
Mouse camera helps you to move a bit faster on PC (especially while turning, and you can refresh vehicles more easily on a road), but that really doesn't skip in game days completed. It's just all of this together. Seems they make the game easier, bcs if I wouldn't be hunting wasted and exploded stats, I could beat the whole game without saving at all, and STILL I'm saving 3 times only and 53% completion is there. Well, if I don't f*ck up by myself.

Well that's why I don't play PC Versions, cuz they were always made "easier."  I like the challenge of PS2 Versions and having to overcome annoying obstacles just to finish the Starter Saves and 100% Saves.  The accomplishment and reward when I finish is much greater to me than doing it on a Platform that is made easier...

Yeah sure. I understand and I feel bad only having a PC in my gaming equipment.. I also like challenges, that's why I've recently been considering downloading the emulator. But at least I haven't bought the PC version of V, and I'm thankful for that.

GTA III 1st 100% Save completed!

100% Completion, 0 Wasted, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 78 Mission Attempts, 5 Missions Failed (Van Heist - BP/FP Securicar, Dead Skunk in the Trunk - Unique Corpse Manana, Salvatore's Called a Meeting - AP/EC Stretch, Blow Fish - BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb, Grand Theft Auto - EC Cheetah, EC Infernus, EC Stinger), 47 Days Passed in Game

Portland - BP/DP Patriot
Staunton Island - AP Bobcat, BP/DP Barracks OL, DP/EC Purple/Red Cheetah, DP/EC Purple/Red Stinger, DP/EC Purple/Red Infernus, BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb
Shoreside Vale - AP/EC Black Stretch, AP Cheetah, DP/EC Teal Kuruma, DP/EC Black Rumpo, BP/FP Securicar, Unique Corpse Manana

YqkLh12.png
JNUe7iZ.png
yj7hS6Y.png

Next Project: III 2nd Save File... It will contain the EP/EC Securicar and Unique RC Bandit, along with the DP/EC FBI Car, DP NE Taxi, DP NE Hoods Rumpo XL and more DP Vehicles...

Save 2 - EP/EC Black Trim Securicar, Unique RC Bandit, DP/EC Black FBI Car, DP NE Taxi, DP NE Hoods Rumpo XL, DP Banshee, DP Mafia Sentinel, DP Sentinel, DP Esperanto, DP Borgnine, DP Police, DP Ambulance, DP Enforcer

I want the DP Banshee because it's the final Sports Car in the Game and doesn't have a Special Relative in III, the DP Borgnine because I love Red Taxis, DP Mafia Sentinel and DP Sentinel and DP Esperanto because there are DP equivalents in III from the Story and are Unobtainable, though they aren't really DP but rather Damage Resistant. The EC FBI Car, Police, Ambulance and Enforcer are there because they're One Time Only Special Vehicles and need Mission Scripted Passengers, as Taxi Fares Trick glitches the Save with random Blips on the Radar.

I'm gonna hold off the Project for later as I need to read Marcel Proust - Combray, so I'll be a bit busy with it for at least a week.

My thoughts on the III 1st Save File - simple and fun... The DP/EC Kuruma was there from the Starter Save, I never had a problem with pushing the BP/FP Securicar through the Ground (I don't get it why people say it's hard...), same for the Manana Corpse, the BP/EP/FP Cheetah with the Pass Method wasn't a huge problem for me though I had to chase it down in Atlantic Quays and it never went invisible for me and I got it 1st try, shame how the AP Cheetah is in Red and almost looks like the DP/EC Cheetah but they're not the same Color, AP/EC Stretch is and looks awesome, the BP/FP Trashmaster with Bomb disappeared on me because I haven't gotten back in it and out of it when starting Blow Fish the first time but I got it the 2nd time, EC Rumpo looks awesome, BP Barracks OL was simple as hell because it's given to me and I used it with the DP Property on it for the BP/EP/FP Bobcat, it took me 2 tries to get the damn Bobcat, I failed the first Attempt because the moron Bobcat just casually drove into the Water at that Newport Bridge, EC Sports Cars were easy to obtain but the SI Garage Management was a pain, the BP/DP Patriot has a bad Green Color on it but I'll call the Color Army Green just to make it sound awesome...

Updating my GTA3 guide with new notation that I plan to extend to all my guides on Gamefaqs. Version 1.94 should update on monday sometime during the day, so check it out when it does.

Also, can someone clarify: is the black color on the (unobtainable) Stretch in Chaperone the same as the AP Stretch in Salvatore's Called a Meeting?

Yeah, Chaperone Stretch...You just dunk it in the water to fail the Mission.  It's always been obtainable, but since it requires a Mission Failure, and it totally inferior to the AP one, it's not in the Guide.  Just like EP/EC Black Trim Securicar and EC Black Trim Securicar.  The only one worthy to get is the EP/EC, however it DOES cost a Mission Failure unlike the one without the EP Property from Escort Service...

You should update your TLaD and TBoGT Guides...Probably IV Guide, too.  Way, way, way too many Errors now that someone, almost a decade later after pure speculation of Special Vehicles is taking the time to confirm stuff using Carcols.dat and a Save Editor.  Some new were found, but also some old were deemed complete bullsh*t entirely...

When I try to get my Corpse Manana to SSV, I can't, because every time I try to reverse into that building, the falls inside of the building, and tries to reset itself by constantly spawning higher, and then dropping back down again. What can I do?

LOLOL, I told you SpriteFan274...

I told him this exactly what happens with that Corpse Manana on PS2 sometimes, but apparently he got lucky and it didn't happen to him and he found it simple, but this Corpse Manana on PS2 acts f*cked up sometimes.  Either it will clip through the ground, but LAND COMPLETELY UPSIDE DOWN on the Subway Tunnel, or it'll somehow go through the Building you're reversing it into and then teleport up, down, up, down, up, down, up, down and continue doing that.  Then the other occasion, when it just "works" and falls down perfectly.  On Mobile, it falls down like that perfectly EVERY TIME and within a couple seconds as well as on PC, but for PS2, there is some issues with this Method time to time.  You just need to reload and try again.  Eventually it'll work.  You're not doing anything wrong.  It's just it's a hit or miss sinking location on PS2 for this particular Vehicle.  It's still easier in general than the BP/FP Securicar, though, and surely the BP/FP Trashmaster, but luckily the Trashmaster doesn't NEED TO BE pushed through the ground since you can just leave it in memory to obtain it...

Also, lol at how "some people" don't think the Unique RC Bandit is a Special Vehicle or Unique.  Why?  "Cuz it can't be driven."  Uh...There is RC Vehicles in III, VC, SA, and LCS and the only RC Vehicles that can be driven are in LCS.  Just cuz you can't "drive them/fly them" in III, VC, or SA doesn't mean they are not Unique Vehicles or Special Vehicles.  Some of the RC Vehicles are some of the most unusual and truly UNIQUE Vehicles in these games...

Either it will clip through the ground, but LAND COMPLETELY UPSIDE DOWN on the Subway Tunnel

Yeah that happened once out of the 15+ attempts, but the up, down, up, down thing is exactly what happened 95% of the time. Hell, sometimes it wouldn't even clip through the building at all!

What I might do is leave the Manana in the Portland garage, and every other vehicle I'll obtain will be transported to SSV rather than the Manana, since all of the vehicles I plan on obtaining can be made DP (I think) (Also I know the Manana can be made DP, but I won't be converting it for obvious reasons) thus, I will drive them through the Porter Tunnel in ghost form.

Man, I just can't seem to keep the "2.4. Unique RC Bandit" from Toyminator from disappearing when I "press the Fire Button as soon as [the garage door is] nearly closed.

I've gotten everything else, on PS4. I just need this one to complete my collection.

Anybody have any tips, or ideas that may help me get the timing right?

I have no trouble getting it into my garage, I just can't seem to keep it from disappearing when you have to blow it up. So any help would be awesome.

I wish I could help, but I didn't have any issues with it, so it's hard to diagnose why it disappears for you.  I literally got it first try but had the intentions that it would of taken a handful of times due to the Wreck disappearing, but surprisingly that wasn't the case.  I just tried to mimic Nick's Video exactly and it worked...

Which 13 you going for?

Awe man, sh!t, well I am doing that too, coping the video exactly. I have even entirely emptied the garage. I just can't get it, I blow it up, a split instant before the door shuts, I did it as the door shuts, I've done it a split instant after the door shuts. Hell I've even tried waiting a long ass time and then blowing it up. I've been blowing this thing up, every minute or o for 2 days, well about 20hrs total so far. I'm starting to think maybe it won't work on PS4, even though it should, maybe it is processed too fast or something, hell IDK but I feel like killing Claude repeatedly for this, I blame him! lol

Anyway I have already finished the 1st save. I made a 2nd save right before Toyminator. That way it'll be quick to get all of the cars and 100% on both.

But man between this bandit, and the NE "No Load" Flatbed on VC, I just can't seem to wrap these up.

I had read your post, about how easily you got the Bandit, and you say you just let the door shut and blew it and BAM you got it. But that is not my experience, in fact FAR from it.
