GTA VC Special Vehicle Guide

Special Vehicle Properties Legend:

BP = Bullet Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed by bullets, however the Tires of the vehicle can still be popped.

DP (CP) = Damage Proof or Crash Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from collisions and will not dent from crashing.

EP = Explosion Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from explosives.

FP = Fire Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed by fire.

AP (FI) = All Proof or Full Immune - BP/DP/EP/FP = AP. AP Vehicles can only be destroyed by tipping it upside down, using the Blow Up All Cars cheat, if a Tank bumps into the Vehicle or if Tommy is on fire and gets in the Vehicle.

EC (UC) = Exclusive Color or Unique Color - The Special Vehicle has a color that can't be obtained from Pay and Spray or Traffic.

EC2 (UC2) = Exclusive Secondary Color - This Special Vehicle has an Invisible Secondary Color only viewable by Save Editors.

Unique = Unique - The Special Vehicle is Unique when it can only be obtained from a Story Mission or Side Mission, the vehicle itself is Special as it's not possible to find it Parked or in Traffic.

Garages:

Every GTA VC Save can have 44 Vehicles and the Vehicles can be stored in various Safehouse Garages. This is the only GTA game where there is more Garage Space than Special Vehicles in the game. The Ocean Heights, Links View, El Swanko Casa and Vercetti Estate have 1 Garage, the Hyman Condo Safehouse has 3 Garages and the Sunshine Autos Safehouse has 4 Garages.

1.0. EC White Admiral
Mission: In the Beginning...
Difficulty: **
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: If you plan on going for 100% Completion, you might as well kill a few birds with one stone, so to speak.  For 100% Completion, Paramedics Level 12 needs to be completed as does buying all the Safehouses in the game.  So what better way to obtain this EC White Admiral and also complete a couple tasks required for 100%?  After the cutscene when you gain control of Tommy upon starting a new game, you will find this EC White Admiral sitting in front of him.  Take it and immediately drive to the Vice Point Hospital to start doing Paramedics Level 12.  Now, in the Video fnxrak is doing Paramedics in another location on the East Island but I don't recommend doing it here since thieves can spawn nearby and jack your Admiral.  Doing Paramedics from starting at the Vice Point Hospital will make many of the people you need to pick up spawn on the Beach which is very close by and overall it takes shorter time than the location in the Video.  Furthermore, I rarely see any pedestrians walking around the Vice Point Hospital, thus keeping your Admiral left in memory safe there while you complete Paramedics Level 12.  That's how this EC White Admiral is obtained fully.  At the opening of the game, you don't have enough money to buy a Safehouse with a Garage and that is the only way to keep this Admiral.  So you will need to leave the Admiral in memory and leave it at the Hospital while you complete Paramedics Level 12.  After completing Level 12, you'll not only have enough money to store the Admiral and buy a Safehouse with a Garage, you'll also have enough money to buy all of the Safehouses on both the East and West Island and obviously get the Infinite Sprint Reward.  Despite Paramedics Level 12 taking a long time, it needs to be completed at some point, anyways, so you might as well do it first thing and get it out of the way whilst making money for the Safehouses which will allow you to store this Admiral.  Each time you pick people up and drop them off at the Hospital, you return to the Admiral and can see it while you complete Level 12.  Once Level 12 is passed, drive the Admiral to Ocean Heights, Links View, or El Swanko Casa and buy the Safehouse(s) and store the Admiral in one of them and it's yours!

1.1. EC Black Vehicles (Almost Anything You Want)
Mission: The Party
Difficulty: **
Pass or Fail: Fail (If Converting More Than One Vehicle) / Pass (If Converting Only One Vehicle)
How to Obtain: Considering there is a DP Conversion in III, EP/FP Conversion, EC/EM Conversion, and AP Conversion in SA, DP Conversion and PP Conversion in LCS, and an EP Conversion and EC Black Conversion in VCS, it's about time there was found a Conversion in VC.  This is a rather strange Method to get this to work and it involves duplicating the Mission.  First and foremost, I recommend completing Vigilante Level 12 before doing this since if you don't have it complete, every time you activate it, it will add a Mission Attempt to the Stats and to make these EC Black Vehicles, you'll have to activate it each Vehicle you convert.  Also, you must have the Ocean Heights Safehouse purchased.  Another thing is that you can not under any circumstances pass the Rampage as you see in the Video.  You need this Rampage to remain active for as long as you want to make EC Black Vehicles.  Without this Rampage Icon present, this can't be done.  So, like myself, who has a 44% Starter Save; I wouldn't be able to do this since the Rampage is already passed in the beginning of the game, so the only way I could do this is if I start over at 0%.  To convert a Vehicle to EC Black, first you must get a Police Car and get rid of the driver's side door by rubbing the Police Car up against a wall or something.  Once you do this, drive it to the Ocean Heights Safehouse and position the Police Car as shown in the Video with the Save Icon at the driver's side door.  Now, you want to walk into the Save Icon while you get into the Police Car and quickly activate Vigilante.  At this point, drive to the Rampage as shown in the Video.  When you get there, hold the R3 button as you get out of the Police Car and walk into the Rampage Icon.  When you walk into the Rampage Icon, you can release the R3 button which will cancel Vigilante and now you will be on a Rampage.  After the Rampage is activated, drive to Ken's and start the Mission, The Party.  After the cutscene, drive to Rafael's to get some new clothes and you will notice you're still on the Rampage while The Party is active, thus duplicating the Mission.  Once you have the new clothes, drive back to Ken's and wait for the time to expire on the Rampage and then go into the pink marker to activate The Party again.  At this point, get your desired Vehicle you want to convert to EC Black and drive it to the docks and into the pink marker.  After the cutscene, get into the Vehicle you drove into the pink marker with and then run over the Colonel's Daughter to fail the Mission.  This obviously will count as one Attempt, however, you're not done yet.  You'll be failing the Mission a second time, so ultimately with each Vehicle you convert to EC Black, it's adding two to the Mission Attempts every single time.  As I stated earlier about passing Vigilante Level 12, if you didn't do this, then it would be adding three to the Mission Attempts each Vehicle you convert.  The less Attempts in the Stats, the better, obviously.  After you run her over and fail the Mission, head back to Rafael's to get clothes again by walking into the pink marker.  Make note that if you're doing this and are not on the PC Version, this potentially can crash the game at this part of the process.  For the game not to crash, you need to make sure that a specific Ped is walking on the sidewalk or driving a Vehicle close by the pink marker.  The Ped is the one wearing the Black Jacket with the Red Shirt.  It's actually the same Ped in the cutscene who pulls up in a Freeway.  If you're not on the PC Version you absolutely need this Ped to be around the area before going into the pink marker.  After you get the clothes again, head back to the docks, only when you get there, do not drive into the pink marker, but instead, walk into it.  After the cutscene, you'll notice the previous, desired Vehicle you wanted to convert to EC Black is right where it was when you originally drove into the pink marker at the docks only now it's converted to EC Black!  All you have to do now is once again run over the Colonel's Daughter to fail the Mission and then take your desired EC Black Vehicle back to a Garage.  Continue this process until all desired EC Black Vehicles are created.  I don't recommend making any EC Black Vehicles in which are already in the Guide since all of them can be obtained with passing the Missions unlike doing it with the EC Black Conversion.  This is only useful for Vehicles in which are unobtainable and/or don't exist in EC Black.  An example would be the EC Black Stretch which exists from the Avery Missions only in the cutscenes, but with this EC Black Conversion, you can now have an EC Black Stretch.

1.2. Unique Spand Express (1 of 2)
Mission: Jury Fury
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Before starting this Mission, make sure you have the Ocean Heights Safehouse purchased as it's the only Garage that will fit this Unique Spand Express at this point in the game on the East Island.  Links View and El Swanko Casa are too small and the Spand Express won't fit.  Start the Mission, Jury Fury, and when you get to one of the jurors and hit him with a hammer, he will get into an Admiral and head out into the street when a cutscene plays and a Spand Express runs into him.  At this point, just smash up the juror's Admiral to scare him out and after the cutscene, take the Spand Express and drive to the next juror.  When you arrive, just park the Spand Express nearby and smash up the juror's Sentinel.  Another cutscene will play and then the Mission will be passed.  The Spand Express will still be there after the cutscene so just take it back to the Ocean Heights Safehouse and store it in the Garage.

1.3. Unique Spand Express (2 of 2)
Mission: Riot
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: This is the second and last time you will ever see a Spand Express in Vice City.  Start the Mission, Riot, and when you arrive at the rioters simply run them over which will activate a cutscene and the gates will open.  Drive to where the three Spand Express' are located and simply blow two of them up that are located on the right hand side.  At this point, get into the third one on the left hand side and drive it back to the Ocean Heights Safehouse Garage.  Park it in the Garage and blow it up by any means necessary.  The Mission will be passed and now just let the Garage renew the Spand Express by closing it and opening it again.

1.4. AP/EC Silver Admiral
Mission: Guardian Angels
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: This AP/EC Silver Admiral is hands down the best Special Vehicle to exist in Vice City in terms of Properties.  It's even PP (Pop Proof) before storing it in a Garage, but the Garages in Vice City can't save such a Property and will be gone the moment the Garage closes down on the Admiral.  To obtain it, start the Mission, Guardian Angels, and go through it like you normally would.  After retrieving the briefcase, head back to Diaz and the Admiral and simply go into the pink marker.  After the cutscene and passing the Mission, just run out into the street and turn left.  You will see the Admiral just sitting there in the middle of the intersection ready to be taken!  Just drive it back to one of the Garages and store it!  Make note that if you are playing on the PC Version, you must go into the pink marker with Tommy facing the direction the Admiral will be at in the intersection or it won't be there after the Mission is passed.

1.5. BP/EP/FP Squalo
Mission: Supply and Demand
Difficulty: ***
Pass or Fail: Fail
How to Obtain: Before you start Supply and Demand, make sure you have Hyman Condo Safehouse purchased.  If you did Paramedics Level 12 and obtained the EC White Admiral from "In the Beginning...," then you certainly will have enough money to buy Hyman Condo.  Start the Mission, Supply and Demand, and when you take control of the Squalo you and Lance are riding in, just drive it to the Stadium like you see in the Video.  Eventually the Mission will fail for not beating the other Boats to the location.  At this point, beach the BP/EP/FP Squalo in the location you see in the Video and once it's on land, use Tommy's body and/or a Vehicle jacked from traffic to push the Squalo back to the Hyman Condo Safehouse and into the Garage.  The Squalo slides on the ground rather easily, so there shouldn't be any issue obtaining it.

1.6. EC2 Patriot
Mission: Sir, Yes Sir!
Difficulty: **
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: The secondary color on this Patriot is special, but unfortunately invisible.  However, with the abundance of storage space you have in Vice City, there is no reason to skip it.  Besides, you can pass the Mission to get it and it's rather easy to get it, as well.  Start the Mission, Sir, Yes Sir!, and drive to the West Island to intercept the Army.  When you arrive, stop ahead of the Army and use a Sniper Rifle to snipe the driver of the Patriot.  Kill as many Army men as you feel necessary where it'll be safe to steal the Patriot.  After stealing the Patriot, drive it back to Hyman Condo and put it in a Garage.  Now return to where the Tank is and steal that as normal and take it to the location to pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, make sure you return to Hyman Condo and open, close, open, and close the Garage for the EC2 Patriot to be recognized by the Garage before saving the game.  If you store a Special Vehicle inside the Garage that is taken from a Mission while the Mission is still not passed or failed, the Garage isn't actually recognizing it yet.  Not until the Mission is either passed or failed and you open, close, open, and close the Garage will it be recognized.

1.7. EC Black Washington
Mission: All Hands on Deck!
Difficulty: *****
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: If you're playing on Console, this perhaps is one of, if not the hardest Special Vehicle to obtain in all of Vice City.  Since the Video is recorded on PC, it looks much easier than it is.  The Difficulty Rating is hard to say since on Console it's surely a five star difficulty, but if you're on PC, for instance, it can be only a three star or less.  Now there is a few ways to get off the Yacht during All Hands on Deck!  In my opinion, the Video is showing the second best option to get off the Yacht and back to land so I will be explaining how I personally get off the Yacht and obtain this EC Black Washington.  After starting the Mission, you are forced to watch the cutscene where the French arrive to the docks driving these Black Washingtons, get on some Boats, and then chase after the Yacht when you eventually gain control of Tommy after the cutscene ends.  As soon as you get control of Tommy, gun down all the guys on the Yacht in front of you using a Minigun or a weapon of your choice that has free aim.  Once all the guys are dead, turn around to the back of the Yacht and run up to it and jump over the banister onto the lower deck.  At this point, just wait for the fast enemy Boat to approach the Yacht on the right hand side.  Interestingly enough, it travels rather close to the Yacht which allows Tommy to literally be able to just jump onto the Boat with ease.  If you managed, simply hit the button to get onto the Boat and now turn it around and drive back to land where you saw those Washingtons stop in the cutscene.  When you get back, only one of the two Black Washingtons will be there, though.  Just beach the Boat any means necessary and now here comes the hardest part of all.  Get to the Washington and using Tommy's body alone, you must try and push it as quickly as you possibly can back to the Ocean Heights Safehouse Garage.  On Console, this seems to be a nightmare I guess do to the Frame Limiter.  People on PC have an option to turn this on or off making this task rather easy, but if you're on Console, you have no other option and need to just get lucky to be able to push the Washington back to the Garage before the cutscene plays.  If you manage to accomplish this part, the rest is simple.  Once the Washington is inside the Garage, just stand next to it until the cutscene plays and at that time, Tommy will be teleported back onto the Yacht to finish and pass the Mission like normal.  Just take everyone out including the Boats blocking the Yacht's path and finish the Mission.  Once passed, be sure to get back to Ocean Heights Safehouse and confirm the Washington is still there by opening, closing, opening, and closing the Garage to have the Garage acknowledge the Vehicle is inside there.  If you store a Special Vehicle inside the Garage that is taken from a Mission while the Mission is still not passed or failed, the Garage isn't actually recognizing it yet.  Not until the Mission is either passed or failed and you open, close, open, and close the Garage will it be recognized.  If you managed this task, especially on Console, then congratulations as this is one of the more trickier Special Vehicles to obtain in the entire game of Vice City.

1.8. BP/EP/FP PCJ-600
Mission: Bar Brawl
Difficulty: *****
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Like the EC Black Washington I explained above, this BP/EP/FP PCJ-600 is also one of the more challenging Special Vehicles to obtain.  I personally find it a bit easier than the EC Black Washington, but it can still be treacherous to obtain if you aren't used to the game or how to obtain it.  Before starting this Mission, make sure to have a Rhino Tank stored in the Vercetti Estate Mansion Safehouse.  Once you start the Mission, Bar Brawl, get to the Garage and take out the Tank leaving the other guys behind at the Mansion.  Drive the Tank to the blip on the Map and run the two guys over.  Now, walk into the pink marker to speak with the Bar Owner.  After the short cutscene, get back into the Tank and drive to the exact location you see in the Video and when you get there, turn the turret backward on the Tank.  Here comes the luck based and tricky part.  Run to the staircase as shown in the Video and take out all the guys except one as you need one to stay alive for this next part.  If you get a wanted level, there is a nearby Police Bribe in the alleyway near the staircase.  At this point, allow the one guy to follow you while you run back to the Tank.  Get in the Tank and try and get the guy shooting at you to get as close to the Tank as you see in the Video and then start accelerating and firing the Tank's turret backward for extra acceleration.  You will run the final guy over and then need to jump out of the Tank at the right moment allowing a cutscene to play while the Tank rolls into both of the PCJ-600's coming out of the alleyway and colliding with the Tank to blow them up and instantly pass the Mission during the cutscene.  If you don't blow both of them up with the rolling Tank at the same time and pass the Mission immediately, then you will need to reload and start over.  Also, even if you do in fact blow both of the PCJ-600's up but one doesn't land on the sidewalk as you see in the Video, then the PCJ-600 will not be BP/EP/FP for some bizarre reason.  If it lands somewhere else or even lands on the sidewalk but magically gets up and starts driving away before falling back down to the ground, then you will also need to reload and start over.  Basically, you need to literally try and replicate the exact spot of where the PCJ-600's wreck lands on the sidewalk and pass the Mission immediately during the cutscene for this to work.  If you succeed, run to it and wait for a suitable Vehicle to come by and then jack it as you will need one to push the wreck all the way back to the Ocean Heights Safehouse Garage.  Try not to get a wanted level when you are jacking a Vehicle or you will want to pull your hair out.  Also, you can wait to answer Lance's phone call until the PCJ-600 is secured in the Garage or answer it right away while waiting for a good pushing Vehicle to show up.  It's your choice.  Once you allow the Garage to renew the wreck of the PCJ-600, test the Properties to make sure it's BP/EP/FP.  If it remained with the Properties then congratulations on obtaining one of the trickiest Special Vehicles in all of Vice City!

1.9. Unique Love Fist
Mission: Psycho Killer
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: This Special Vehicle is only for PS2 Players.  If you're playing on Xbox, PC, or Mobile then you don't need to obtain this since the Love Fist Limo will spawn in Downtown at the place where the Love Fist Missions took place after finishing all the Love Fist Missions.  On PS2, this doesn't happen, thus if you don't obtain the Unique Love Fist during the Mission(s), you'll never see it again.  To obtain it, just do the Mission Psycho Killer like normal and once passed, you will still be driving the Unique Love Fist.  Simply take it back to a Garage and store it.

2.0. EC Black Voodoo
Mission: Two Bit Hit
Difficulty: **
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: In this Mission, you can obtain an EC Black Voodoo, Unique/EC2 Romero's Hearse, and a Unique/FP Romero's Hearse at the same time and pass the Mission.  This is what the Video shows below and what I also will be explaining.  Furthermore, despite Two Bit Hit appearing on the Map early on while you are still stranded on the East Island, you don't actually have to pass this Mission right away.  I would advise to wait a bit, at least until you buy Sunshine Autos since it's close by to where these Vehicles sit during the Mission and is a nice place to store them in general.  Start the Mission, Two Bit Hit, and after changing clothes, go to the location at the pizza restaurant where you will find all three of these Special Vehicles scattered around.  Like a boss, just run up to the EC Black Voodoo and get inside of it.  Drive it back to Sunshine Autos and put it in a Garage.  Now return back to the pizza restaurant and next run up to the Unique/EC2 Romero's Hearse on the side of the road and jack it.  Drive it back to Sunshine Autos once more and store it in a Garage.  Lastly, return to the pizza restaurant again to find the final Special Vehicle.  Sometimes the Vehicle won't be there as it will be driving away from the area.  If that happens, don't be alarmed.  Simply locate the Unique/FP Romero's Hearse wherever it is driving and try and pin it against a wall.  Get out of your Vehicle and yank the driver out.  At this point, just kill the driver and his guard and the Mission will be passed.  If the Unique/FP Romero's Hearse didn't leave the pizza restaurant like shown in the Video, then just kill the guy standing near it and then jack the Unique/FP Romero's Hearse and leave the area to pass the Mission.  Simply take the Unique/FP Romero's Hearse back to Sunshine Autos and store it in a Garage while checking on the EC Black Voodoo and Unique/EC2 Romero's Hearse by opening, closing, opening, and closing the Garage they are stored in for the game to acknowledge they are in there.  If you store a Special Vehicle inside the Garage that is taken from a Mission while the Mission is still not passed or failed, the Garage isn't actually recognizing it yet.  Not until the Mission is either passed or failed and you open, close, open, and close the Garage will it be recognized.

2.1. Unique/EC2 Romero's Hearse
Mission: Two Bit Hit
Difficulty: **
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Consult 2.0 of the Guide as it's the exact same Method to obtain this Unique/FP Romero's Hearse.  In fact, you obtain the EC Black Voodoo, Unique/EC2 Romero's Hearse, and Unique/FP Romero's Hearse all at the same time and pass the Mission.  Make note that the secondary color on this Romero's Hearse is completely invisible but is still a Special Vehicle nevertheless.  With so much storage space in Vice City, there is no reason to skip it.

2.2. Unique/FP Romero's Hearse

2.3. FP Cheetah
Mission: Any One of the Races
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: This FP Cheetah as well as the FP Infernus and FP Banshee from the Races all have the exact same Method on how to obtain them.  There is two ways to go about obtaining them.  One, you can simply do any Race like normal and before going into the last checkpoint look behind you and when you see either of the three FP Vehicles coming close to the finish line, go through the final checkpoint to pass the Race in first place.  Then just do a drive-by on one of the three FP Race Vehicles and the driver should slow down, get out of the Vehicle leaving the door open, and run away scared.  However, this doesn't always happen.  If not, just reload and try again.  If they do get out, just get into the FP Race Vehicle and drive it back to a Garage.  The second Method is doing all the Races and then replaying the Races after coming in first place.  By replaying the Race, you don't have to come in first and can just fail the Race.  This won't effect the Mission Attempts Stat since you already passed them in first place and any replay of a Race is basically just to get a faster time on them or you can obtain the FP Race Vehicles this way, too.  Simply go to the end of the Race and just wait for the other FP Race Vehicles to come to the end.  After the Race is failed for not finishing or coming in first place, simply do a drive-by on the FP Race Vehicle you need and hopefully the driver will slow down, get out scared, and run away leaving the door open.  If that's the case, just take it back to a Garage and store it.  Rinse and repeat until you obtain the FP Cheetah, FP Infernus, and FP Banshee.

2.4. FP Infernus
Mission: Any One of the Races
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Consult 2.3 of the Guide as it's the exact same Method to obtain this FP Infernus.

2.5. FP Banshee
Mission: Any One of the Races
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Consult 2.3 of the Guide as it's the exact same Method to obtain this FP Banshee.

2.6. EC Gold Stretch
Mission: Martha's Mug Shot
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: The Video shows a slightly different Method that I won't be explaining, but you can use either, as they are just as good.  The Method I explain is slightly better, in my opinion.  Start Martha's Mug Shot and do the Mission like normal following the Gold Stretch in the Sparrow to the building until you get the cutscene.  After the cutscene, look to the south of Malibu Club.  You will see the EC Gold Stretch parked on the side of the road, however, the doors are locked and the driver will still be inside of it.  Simply pull out a Sniper Rifle and snipe the driver dead.  The body will fall out of the Stretch and the door will be left open.  At this point, drive the Stretch back to a Garage and park it inside.  Now return to the building to take the photos like normal and pass the Mission by returning to the Film Studio and going into the pink marker.  Once the Mission is passed, return to the Garage where you stored the EC Gold Stretch and confirm it.  If you store a Special Vehicle inside the Garage that is taken from a Mission while the Mission is still not passed or failed, the Garage isn't actually recognizing it yet.  Not until the Mission is either passed or failed and you open, close, open, and close the Garage will it be recognized.
Video by LieutenantCB17

2.7. EC Black Sentinel
Mission: Hit the Courier
Difficulty: **
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Hit the Courier, and quickly drive to the docks where a shootout will take place with a bunch of Bitches.  Shoot them all dead and then run to where the EC Black Sentinel is sitting in the compound while you wait for another Bitch to land coming by Maverick.  Once the Maverick lands, arm yourself with a Sniper Rifle and aim it directly at the windshield of the Sentinel so when the Bitch gets into the Sentinel, you can immediately snipe her dead.  She will fall out dead, leaving the door open.  Strangely enough, the Sentinel will drive forward a bit, even without a driver but this is normal.  Retrieve the dropped item and then make a run for the Sentinel and get into it.  Drive back to the Print Works to pass the Mission, but when you arrive make sure you leave the door of the Sentinel open before running on foot into the pink marker as the door will be locked if you allow Tommy to close it.  After the Mission is passed, drive the EC Black Sentinel back to a Garage and it's yours!

2.8. BP/EP/FP Sabre Turbo
Mission: The Driver
Difficulty: * and 1/2 (PS2) or *** (All Other Platforms)
Pass or Fail: Fail
How to Obtain: Like the EC Black Conversion and BP/EP/FP Squalo, this BP/EP/FP Sabre Turbo requires a Mission Failure in the Stats unlike any other Special Vehicle in Vice City.  You physically can't obtain this Special Vehicle unless the Mission is failed.  There is two completely different Methods to go about obtaining this.  One Method is only for PS2 Users and I believe PS2 Users who have Version 1.00 of the game, or a very early Version.  I believe it won't work on PS2 if you have a newer Version so keep that in mind.  If that is the case for you, then you'll need to use the second Method.  The second Method is for people who can't use the first Method and are on any other Platform other than PS2.  It's a bit more tricky and time consuming, but still rather easy if you're determined to get it.  I will explain both Methods.  The Video will also show both the PS2 Method and the Other Platforms Method.  For the first Method for PS2 Users, start the Mission, The Driver, and once the Race starts, immediately reverse and head toward the pizza restaurant on your left a bit past the Malibu Club.  You will shortly be slapped with a two star wanted level, however, between the bushes and trees in the grassy area near the pizza restaurant, you will find a Police Bribe.  Pick it up and one of the stars will be gone.  Now just head to where the Adrenaline Pill is located as shown in the Video and wait there.  Hilary will be coming around in his Sabre Turbo around the 2:10 mark on the timer.  At this time, pick up the Adrenaline Pill and find Hilary.  Line up your Sniper Rifle to snipe him dead while under the influence of the Adrenaline Pill which will make this much easier and slowed down to kill Hilary.  The Mission will shortly fail when Hilary fall out of the Sabre Turbo while the door is left open.  Just get into it and drive it back to a Garage and store it!  This only works on PS2 since the BP/EP/FP Properties will be removed after he dies and falls out of the Sabre Turbo on other Platforms and perhaps later Versions on PS2.  For the second Method, make sure you have a Rhino Tank stored in the Vercetti Estate Mansion before starting The Driver.  Once the Race starts, reverse like the first Method, and grab the Police Bribe.  At this point, just drive that Sentinel back to the Vercetti Estate Mansion and grab your Tank in the Garage.  Drive over to the location you see in the Video in front of Starfish Island and wait for Hilary to come around in the Sabre Turbo which should be around the 1:45 mark on the timer.  When he arrives, drive the Tank into the Sabre Turbo which will result in it blowing up and the Mission failing.  Now, using the Tank, just push the BP/EP/FP Sabre Turbo wreck to the Vercetti Estate Mansion Safehouse Garage, which would be right in front of you over the bridge on Starfish Island.  Push the wreck into the Garage and allow the Garage to close on it to restore it.  Open the Garage again and your BP/EP/FP Sabre Turbo should be sitting there good as new!

2.9. EC White Walton
Mission: Gun Runner
Difficulty: **
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Gun Runner, and drive to the main road on the West Island as shown in the Video.  Get out of your Vehicle and get out a Sniper Rifle.  Use it to snipe the driver of one of the Waltons driving up the road.  Go to the Walton and get inside of it and drive it back to Hyman Condo to put it in a Garage.  After this is done, just do the Mission like normal by destroying the remaining Waltons and picking up the weapons.  Once this is taken care of, return to where you stored the EC White Walton and shoot it to blow it up.  The Mission will be passed and now just allow the Garage to renew the wreck by closing it and opening it again to reveal the Walton fully restored.

3.0. EC White PCJ-600
Mission: Autocide Payphone Assassination
Difficulty: **
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: This Mission contains three obtainable Special Vehicles.  An EC White PCJ-600, EC Black and Pink Bobcat, and an EC Blue PCJ-600.  I will be explaining how to get all three of them at the same time and pass the Mission.  Start the Mission, Autocide, and once the Mission starts, in front of you up the street a bit will be the EC White PCJ-600.  Get onto it and drive around the corner to the first target located on the billboard.  Snipe him dead and then proceed to the next target with the PCJ-600.  When you arrive, just destroy the Securicar and now head toward the Links View Safehouse to put the EC White PCJ-600 in the Garage.  Once the PCJ-600 is inside the Garage, go to the next target which would be the EC Black and Pink Bobcat.  From a distance as shown in the Video, snipe the driver and his passenger in the head and now go and get inside the Bobcat.  Drive it to El Swanko Casa and store it in the Garage.  After storing the Bobcat, jack a random Vehicle and drive to the next target which will be on a Boat.  From the bridge, snipe him dead as shown in the Video and then proceed to the last and final target which will be a guy driving around on the EC Blue PCJ-600.  Once you locate him, just ram him off the PCJ-600 and kill him.  The Mission will be passed once he's dead and now just take his EC Blue PCJ-600 and drive it back to a Garage to store it.  Also check on the EC White PCJ-600 and EC Black and Pink Bobcat.  If you store a Special Vehicle inside the Garage that is taken from a Mission while the Mission is still not passed or failed, the Garage isn't actually recognizing it yet.  Not until the Mission is either passed or failed and you open, close, open, and close the Garage will it be recognized.

3.1. EC Black and Pink Bobcat
Mission: Autocide Payphone Assassination
Difficulty: **
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Consult 3.0 of the Guide as it's the exact same Method to obtain this EC Black and Pink Bobcat.  In fact, in this Mission you can obtain all three Special Vehicles at the same time and pass the Mission.

3.2. EC Blue PCJ-600
Mission: Autocide Payphone Assassination
Difficulty: **

How to Obtain: Consult 3.0 of the Guide as it's the exact same Method to obtain this EC Blue PCJ-600.  In fact, in this Mission you can obtain all three Special Vehicles at the same time and pass the Mission.

3.3. EC Black Admiral (1 of 2)
Mission: Check out at the Check In Payphone Assassination
Difficulty: **
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Before starting this Mission, make sure you have a Flamethrower.  Unfortunately, Heavy Properties can't be saved in the Garages of Vice City.  This EC Black Admiral, before storing it in the Garage, is actually H/EC Black.  Once you store it in a Garage, though, it reverts back to the normal EC Black Admiral.  Start the Mission, Check out at the Check In, and complete it up until the point in which you collect the briefcase and are ready to leave the Airport Terminal.  Don't forget to collect all your weapons when you leave!  When you get out and are done collecting your weapons, find a Vehicle and travel in the same direction as shown in the Video.  You can either go to a Pay and Spray as shown in the Video to lose the wanted level or you can go pick up a Police Bribe or two to lose the wanted level if you're interested with keeping the Pay and Spray Visits/Sprayings Stat to zero.  After losing the wanted level, drive to the location you see in the Video, near Sunshine Autos.  You will see one of these Black Admirals sitting there waiting to ambush you.  All you have to do is walk up to it with your Flamethrower and flame it.  The driver will get out scared and run away while leaving the door open.  At this time, just get into it and drive to the Ammunation in Downtown to pass the Mission.  When you arrive at Ammunation, remember the door is normally locked, so when you get out of the Admiral, keep the door open so you can get back into it after the Mission is passed and drive it back to a Garage.

3.4. EC Black Admiral (2 of 2)
Mission: Loose Ends Payphone Assassination
Difficulty: ***
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Consult 3.5 of the Guide as it's the exact same Method to obtain this EC Black Admiral.  However, if you obtained the EC Black Admiral from Check out at the Check In, then the one in Loose Ends is pointless to obtain and you won't need it since you have it already.

3.5. EC Black Pony
Mission: Loose Ends Payphone Assassination
Difficulty: ***
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: In this Mission, you can obtain an EC Black Admiral, EC Black Pony, and EC Blue Maverick all at the same time and pass the Mission.  However, the EC Black Admiral is rather pointless since you should of already obtained the one from Check out at the Check In.  There isn't any reason to skip that one and obtain it from Loose Ends.  I specifically will be explaining how to obtain the EC Black Pony and EC Blue Maverick at the same time and pass the Mission, leaving out the EC Black Admiral, however, if you want it, just do the same thing whilst you are getting the EC Black Pony out of the compound as shown in the Video.  Before starting this Mission, you will need two Packers.  Alternatively, you can have one Packer, make your way through the compound killing all of the guys, and then fetch the second Packer.  You can even have no Packers and make your way through the compound killing all the guys and then go back to fetch two Packers.  It's up to you how you do it, but I personally like to have both Packers at the ready outside of the compound before taking out any of the guys inside the compound.  Inside the compound will sit a few Black Vehicles, one of them being the EC Black Pony.  Like shown in the Video, you will have to stand from a distance and use a Sniper Rifle to snipe the guys sitting in the driver's seat and passenger seat of the Pony.  If they get out, they will close the doors behind them and the Pony is locked.  Go through the compound until all of the guys are taken out as shown in the Video.  Head back out of the compound and fetch one of the Packers and line it up against the gate like you see in the Video.  Using the second Packer, try and drive it on top of the first Packer and over the gate into the compound.  If you succeed with this, the rest is easy.  Using the Packer you now have inside the compound, line it up facing out of the compound and now get in the EC Black Pony and drive it up the Packer and over the wall or gate out of the compound.  Once the Pony is out, drive it back to a Garage and park it inside.  Next, return to the compound and continue the Mission like normal until you retrieve the briefcase.  After retrieving the briefcase, get into the EC Blue Maverick that is provided to you and fly to the pink marker at the Airport.  Once you land, the Mission will be passed.  Now just take the Maverick back to a Garage and store it.  If you're unsure how to store the EC Blue Maverick in the Garage, watch the Video.  In fact, the Video shows how to get all three of the Special Vehicles and not just the EC Black Pony and EC Blue Maverick.  It includes the EC Black Admiral, as well.  Also check on the EC Black Pony!  If you store a Special Vehicle inside the Garage that is taken from a Mission while the Mission is still not passed or failed, the Garage isn't actually recognizing it yet.  Not until the Mission is either passed or failed and you open, close, open, and close the Garage will it be recognized.  If you went ahead and got the EC Black Admiral, too, be sure to check on that, as well!  These Special Vehicles aren't very difficult to obtain, but do require a rather time consuming setup.  You don't want to lose them after taking the time to obtain them.  Also, you don't actually need to have a Packer inside Sunshine Autos Garage as shown in the Video.  You can run on foot to the southern end of the West Island to find a Packer always parked there and can drive it back to the compound, park it, then run on foot back to the southern end of the West Island and fetch another.  It's your choice if you want to have them in the Garage or not.

3.6. EC Blue Maverick
Mission: Loose Ends Payphone Assassination
Difficulty: ***

How to Obtain: Consult 3.5 of the Guide as it's the exact same Method to obtain this EC Blue Maverick.  In fact, in this Mission you can obtain all three (or two) Special Vehicles at the same time and pass the Mission.

3.7. EC Black Sanchez
Mission: Trial by Dirt
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: If you are into assembling a Starter Save like I am, you can actually do Trial by Dirt in the beginning of the game within the Starter Save before passing An Old Friend.  This means, the EC Black Sanchez, similar to the EC White Admiral from In the Beginning..., can be obtained much earlier than how I have it listed in the Guide.  Trial by Dirt, like Test Track below, is a Side Mission immediately available from the beginning of the game and can be completed and both Special Vehicles obtained if you know how to get to the West Island early.  Now, in my PS2 Version, I seem to have an advantage with this EC Black Sanchez whereas on perhaps later PS2 Versions and all other Platforms, it's slightly more time consuming.  When I say time consuming, I mean only by a couple minutes, if that.  Start Trial by Dirt by getting onto the Sanchez like shown in the Video.  Simply complete the course once, at least in my PS2 Version, and while you go into the last checkpoint to pass it, look behind you and you should see a few guys riding EC Black Sanchez'.  Just kill one of them and take the EC Black Sanchez for yourself and store it in a Garage.  If this doesn't happen for you, which it probably won't, then you need to complete Trial by Dirt three times, beating your time each time you do it.  This is very easy to accomplish, though.  All you have to do is on the first two tries, go ultra slow.  Then on the third time through, you may go as fast as you want as long as you beat the previous time you had.  After you've completed it three times, beating your previous time, do it a fourth time and on the fourth time around, you will find these guys riding the EC Black Sanchez' behind you.  Since you already passed the Mission, failing it at this point won't count against you in the Stats.  Just abandon the course and jack one of the EC Black Sanchez' from one of the guys and drive it back to a Garage while the Mission fails shortly after.

3.8. EC Black Rancher
Mission: Test Track
Difficulty: *
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: If you are into assembling a Starter Save like I am, you can actually do Test Track in the beginning of the game within the Starter Save before passing An Old Friend.  This means, the EC Black Rancher, similar to the EC White Admiral from In the Beginning..., can be obtained much earlier than how I have it listed in the Guide.  Test Track, like Trial by Dirt above, is a Side Mission immediately available from the beginning of the game and can be completed and both Special Vehicles obtained if you know how to get to the West Island early.  The Method to get this is identical to that of obtaining the EC Black Sanchez from Trial by Dirt.  Get in the Rancher as shown in the Video and complete the course three total times, each time beating your previous time.  Make sure to go ultra slow the first two times around the course, so you can assure you beat the time on the third go around the course.  Once you complete the course three times, beating your previous time, do it a fourth time and you will see an EC Black Rancher following you.  Since you already passed the Mission, failing it at this point won't count against you in the Stats.  Just abandon the course and jack the EC Black Rancher from the guy and drive it back to a Garage while the Mission fails shortly after.

3.9. EP/FP Hotring Racer
Mission: Hotring Stadium Side Mission
Difficulty: *****
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Despite saying you pass the Mission to obtain this EP/FP Hotring Racer, you actually fail the Mission.  However, as long as you have passed the Hotring Side Mission before going about obtaining this EP/FP Hotring Racer, then it won't add any other Mission Attempts to the Stats, so make sure you pass it by coming in first place before attempting this.  This is an absolute nightmare of a Special Vehicle to obtain, especially if you try and obtain it in the beginning within a Starter Save.  If you are into assembling a Starter Save like I am, you can actually do Hotring in the beginning of the game within the Starter Save before passing An Old Friend.  This means, the EP/FP Hotring Racer, similar to the EC White Admiral from In the Beginning..., can be obtained much earlier than how I have it listed in the Guide.  I only know of one single person who's done this and his Video is shown below.  It's one hell of a task in general to accomplish, but getting it in the beginning of the game is probably 50x more difficult.  I personally recommend getting this after 100% as it'll be slightly easier since as a 100% Reward, Vehicles can take twice as much damage before they catch fire and blow up, thus allowing you to get it under the Stadium a bit easier.  Start the Mission, Hotring, and once the Race begins drive to the location you see in the Video.  Position the Hotring Racer facing the wall and start accelerating toward the wall.  Eventually what should happen is it should start turning on its side on two wheels and the wheels should be facing to the left.  Continue to accelerate without letting up and try and move the steering wheel around holding it to the left side.  It is vital that once you start accelerating into the wall that you do not stop until the Hotring Racer falls below the Stadium.  This isn't as easy as it looks, though, and may take you numerous tries over and over again.  You're getting close when the wheels of the Hotring Racer touch a wall on the left hand side and the Hotring Racer turns vertical while doing a burnout on this wall on the left.  That burnout will slowly but surely give it momentum to break through the ground and sink underneath the Stadium as shown in the Video.  If you succeed, allow it to fall below while crossing your fingers that it lands on all four wheels and doesn't flip over or bounce up into the air.  I've had it fall below a couple times when attempting this just to have it land and bounce up and then fly into the invisible Ocean nearby.  I've also had it land on the ground awkwardly and immediately catch fire on impact and shortly after blow up.  Fully obtaining it requires you to be lucky on three separate occasions.  The first occasion is getting it to sink below the Stadium.  The second occasion is getting it to land properly on its wheels underneath the Stadium.  The third occasion is finding your way back to the Rifle Range to get back into the normal game world to retrieve the EP/FP Hotring Racer.  If you managed to get past the first two instances, then the third is slightly easier.  Once the Hotring Racer lands successfully, get out and try and find you way to the Rifle Range as best you can.  You are not being timed with this, so it can take as long as you want.  It's best to visualize the Map of Vice City when you are running in total blackness.  If you see pedestrians, you are getting closer.  If you see the Police Bribe which is located at the Hyman Condo Garage, you are extremely close, since the Rifle Range is right around the corner.  Once you manage to get back to the Rifle Range and back into the normal game world, the rest is all down hill.  Just run on foot back to the Stadium and on the left hand side, you will find your EP/FP Hotring Racer sitting there.  At this point, get into it and drive it back to Hyman Condo.  Park it in the Garage and while Tommy is inside the Garage, shoot at the Hotring Racer to blow it up.  You will be teleported back in front of the Stadium and now just go back to Hyman Condo to confirm the EP/FP Hotring Racer is inside the Garage.  If you managed to obtain this Special Vehicle, then congratulations as it's one of the hardest ones to obtain in the whole game of Vice City.  It's harder than the BP/EP/FP PCJ-600 from Bar Brawl and probably on par, if not slightly more difficult than the EC Black Washington from All Hands on Deck!  Good luck!

4.0. EP/FP Hotring Racer A or B
Mission: Hotring Stadium Side Mission
Difficulty: **
Pass or Fail: Pass
How to Obtain: Despite saying you pass the Mission to obtain these EP/FP Hotring Racers A and B from the opponents, you actually fail the Mission.  However, as long as you have passed the Hotring Side Mission before going about obtaining these EP/FP Hotring Racers A and B, then it won't add any other Mission Attempts to the Stats, so make sure you pass it by coming in first place before attempting this.  Unfortunately, these are only obtainable on the PC Version of Vice City since the PC Version has the ability to use a Replay Feature which is not possible on any Console or Mobile Platforms.  Since I personally don't play on PC, I don't really understand what is going on, however, the author of the Video sort of explains what is going on while showing them being obtained.  If you're interested in getting these, just watch the Video for further assistance.

I'll finish it today.  No hard feelings about the other Guide, either.  But to post on this Forum and to do it the right way, you can't just copy/paste things from other Websites...

It also includes all the REAL Special Vehicles.  Not any fake ones like the AP Voodoo and no Special Vehicles in which lose their properties, either, like a H Sentinel, UH Angel, etc, etc.  These aren't special the moment you store them in the Garage, so there is no point in including them in the Guide.

That's nice, but no need to post any Saves in these Topics.  If you want, just post your Saves to GTAGarage.  Also, try and stay on topic.  No need to talk about SA Special Vehicles in this Guide.  If you want to talk about SA Special Vehicles, go to the SA Special Vehicle Guide.  I hope you stopped using Mods/Save Editors/Cheats/CLEO to obtain Special Vehicles since that ruins the experience and sucks all the fun out of it...

If I feel like it when I get more time, I will add in the EC Black Conversion and some other Duplication/Mission Replay Vehicles, but I am not sure.  I plan on removing those even from my SA Guide, so we'll have to see.  Not removing them fully, but just adding them to another part of the Guide and not in the main Guide since they use such ridiculous Methods.  When new Methods come to light, that is when I will add them into the Guide as new Methods are found...

Yeah, the Unique RC Baron, BP/EP/FP Sanchez, and EC Black Conversion are probably what I will add, but probably not in the MAIN Guide, but underneath it somewhere...

I'll think of something.  For now, I am happy with the way it looks and is written.  It includes everything that is obtainable in normal gameplay...If someone has the skills, patience, and luck, they can get all of these, whereas the other Vehicles are more about being on PC Version using a dodgy Replay Feature and/or Duplication with Rampage Icons and what not.  We'll see...

A small mistake at EC2 Patriot, it says:

I see no reason to get this as you have loads of storage space to burn...

Don't you mean "I see no reason to NOT get this"? Considering that there is a lot of space to store vehicles.

Yeah, of course that is what I meant.  There is probably loads of minor mistakes like that, for all the Guides, but people get what I mean.  I fixed it, though.  :^:

I am not worried over that.  Everyone's rating is obviously different.  I try to rate them with a non biased view.  Everything is practically a 1 star, except 2 Vehicles, but that's cuz I played so many times.  To others, things may seem more difficult, so I rate them like that...

If and when I do VC over again on PS2, I will do the SAME Save, except pass for the Washington so my Mission Attempts will be 90 when all is said and done instead of 91 I currently have, and I will get all the NE Vehicles as well, since there is so much storage space to burn...

Nice.  I will check it out.  Idk if I will add the EC Black Conversion into the Guide, though, nor any of the Vehicles who have a Replay Feature to obtain, like the EC Black Stretch, Unique RC Baron, and BP/EP/FP Sanchez.  The way my III and VC Guides are done, as well as LCS and VCS includes all legit Vehicles and Methods.  The only Guide of mine that has such Vehicles with Methods like these is SA, but as I stated in the SA Guide a couple weeks back, I will probably be removing all of them from the main part of the Guide and including them underneath the Guide.  This will show people how many Special Vehicles in SA are using such a Method and possibly a better Method can be found and when that happens, I will add it into the normal part of the Guide.

Feel free to post these Vehicles and discuss anything you want about Special Vehicles, though.  It might interest someone to get these using such Methods...

EDIT: It would be cool to have the EP/FP Hotring Racer in the Starter Save and make it EP/FP/EC Black Hotring Racer.  I am assuming you just have the normal one and it's not EP/FP...

Damn, that's a shame!  I totally forgot that this Conversion Trick deletes all other properties on the Vehicle and is replaced with just EC Black.  So it's best to just use normal Vehicles from Traffic to make EC Black in the end...

I Think i gonna re-do my special vehicle collection in GTA Vice City very soon, Since i think everything has been found. While i am redoing the save i gonna make videos of the EC Black Conversion, Unique RC Baron, BP/FP/EP Sanchez and the FP/EP Hotring Racer.

Yeah, sadly the Baron, Sanchez, and Hotring Racer are PC Exclusive, though, since it uses Replay Feature.  That isn't on PS2 or even iOS...For the Hotring Racer, it's much better to get it with the Method I explained in the Guide as once you obtain it like that and not using the piss easy Replay Feature 1 Minute to Obtain it Method, you will feel a big accomplishment.  It sucks to get, but once obtained you will feel good.  And you can just get it after 100%.  It's a lot easier then, but still may take 20-50 tries...Plus, that Method works for ALL Platforms.  I don't like Vehicles in which use Replay Features, Duplication of Mission Methods, or the OM0 Methods.  They are cool to get in an alternative Save or something like that, but for the "main" Save, since I like making a Special Vehicle Guide for ALL Platforms with Methods in which work for ALL Platforms, I don't like to get them.  It just seems to cheap for me.  Just like in SA, I won't get any of those Vehicles on any "main" big Save, but only on a 2nd Save File, alternative Save, etc...

Btw, for some reason every June, I get an urge to play through VC, so having the 44% Starter Save will help a lot if that happens, but if it does happen, I will get the SAME Special Vehicles, except with 90 Attempts and passing for the Washington as well as ALL of the NE Vehicles.  I have a reason to re-do it for that 1 Attempt and all NE Vehicles to burn space, which I never obtained before and kept them in VC.  After that, or maybe even before I do VC, I may re-do III.  I don't need to do it any different to what I already have, I just simply want my Starter Save in Slot 1 and the 100% Save in Slot 2.  The way I have now is the Starter Save is SEPARATE from my 100% Save.  It's 2 separate Files.  I will re-do III and do it the EXACT same way I did it before, but this time it will be TOGETHER with my Starter Save on ONE File.  III is simple and takes me 2-3 days to get 100% and all 13 Special Vehicles with 78 Mission Attempts as the minimum.  With 53% done in the beginning before the second Story Mission in the game, I only need 47% each playthrough, lol...It goes by so quick, but I like the Story and the Special Vehicles the most for ALL GTA's for that matter, so I like having the Starter Save so I don't need to bother with all the usual Side Missions, Collectibles, Rampages, Stunt Jumps, etc, etc...

I dont like the duplication and OM0 Methods too because they are difficult to pull off, But as long they dont bring any bad consequences are cool by me. I only dont get special vehicles that involves cheating or moding, That are my own rules.

Usually the bad consequences happen on Console, thus I stay away from it all since that is my main Platform of choice with Mobile "on the side."

To me, those sort of Methods are bordering on the line of typing in button cheats to get what you need, so I don't like doing it on any MAIN or BIG Saves I do...

@Bender., that's because the Taxi has a livery in VC I believe.  Only the secondary color will be Black but not the primary color of Yellow...Still looks cool and is visible.  It's more like a Lightless EC2 Black Taxi...

Black Vehicles doesn't affect in anyway, as i tried on V1, V3 , Japanese. and they work fine but whole obtaining method is diffrent and takes while longer, and you have to find the guy with black jacket and red shirt (just on foot) otherwise game will freeze, after that there is no other bad things that can happen, many people did all missions/100% game and they saved game  a bunch without problems except markers on map (where on black vehicles they don't stay.)

and the problem with taxi is patched on VCS since i did EC/EP Ligtless Taxi here and it worked fine, looks like normal car and pretty cool

Any news about the White Police? Is it an ellaborate hoax or is it really obtainable?

I heard it appears for PC users sometimes on downloaded saves only.
