Like Militia already mentioned, I'm having trouble with making the Avenger DP using Yerdna's method. On the 2nd wave two of the Sindaccos just follow you and attack you with petty Pistols but you need to attract the Driver Sindacco to the Avenger so he will follow you. But I can never get the timing right with the Crusher... Here's what happens:

The magnet picks up the Avenger then the Sindacco gets on it then the Avenger respawns on the path and the Sindacco just drives to the Casino using my prize Avenger and leaves the Ghost Avenger as it is at the Casino... His body and the bike when it's in Ghost form are both unsolid, so when he's driving it it's impossible to jack him from the bike. I still think the Conversion is possible, but surely is a 5 star difficulty.

It's very difficult to get here at the right time. Perhaps, a more detailed description of this episode is needed: where should Sindaссos be, at what point to leave the bike, etc.

Your Bike DP Conversion video, jam8tone's Wayne's PCJ-600 and 9mm Mayhem PCJ-600 made into DP form videos on PSP, Lennart's video on the same topic on Mobile... They all have the SAME timing. I see that the Yardie/Wayne/Sindacco fully get on the bike when the magnet catches the bike and then when Triangle was pressed, the bike immediately teleports while Toni is in the entering-vehicle animation.

I seem to fail at the timing and I get the bike to teleport first, as I need to take precations on the NPC entering timing and magnet timing. I can't remember exactly how my failed attempts played out, so I can't describe the full chronology in detail. I'll just assume my timing is bad and delayed.

I tried getting Wayne's Heavy PCJ-600 in DP form today, same thing like with the AVS DP Conversion, I seem to fail at the timing. I will update when I finally get it done properly.

@Lennart, I added in the DP Barracks OL into the DP Vehicles Entry in the Guide.  It's the HyperLink and Barracks OL is bolded...

@Sprite, I hope it's not a Version difference as I explained to you earlier today.  I just remember how EASY it was to use Thieves in free roam to make DP Vehicles in GTA III MOBILE...But then 6 months later when I went to do a new playthrough, it was PATCHED, so you can't do it so easily with III Mobile anymore and what you describe is the issue with PATCHED III Mobile.  The Touch Screen to enter the Vehicle disappears after Claude does the animation of walking up to the door to jack it back.  It doesn't let him, though, and he just stands there.  What you describe sort of sounds like how your LCS Version is behaving...

I also fixed the DP Bike Conversion a bit saying any wave will do and that only the DRIVER of the Argento has the ability to jack the Bike from you.  Not the passengers...

Hey Sprite, it ain't easy. It is actually very f*cking hard to time it right. If you are new to DP Bikes, youre probably going to fail, A LOT. My problem is, the sindacco won't run after my bike but I'll force him :)
And btw, you have to press triangle while the yardie is getting on the bike and whole it is not DP. It then gets teleported and if you dont stay nect to it, you won't get teleported too and you have to reload.
Bullsh*t, amirite? :p
EDIT:
I did it. The most important thing is to actually get off the bike and get on again. Converting it and storing it 1st try after I got the sindacco follow me (actually, I practiced this piece of sh*t on the pcj 1000 times 500 for the 9mm one and 500 for waynes).
Since everyone is braging about his save,
100%, 8:30 playing time 9 safehouse visits (I am not taking any risks), 0 deaths, 0 busts, 0 pay and spray visits.

Holy sh*t, when was a HUNTER discovered? That is absolutely amazing, and worth another playthrough just to obtain. In fact, it's probably the best discovery ever made in the history of GTA special vehicles, given how suppressed helicopters were for LCS.

How does that Hunter thing even happen? Going to a seemingly random spot and pressing specific buttons that apparently don't count as a cheat... there's so many questions on my mind right now. :p

Since it appears to not require any of the complex duplicate mission stuff, I've got to try it soon enough.

So you take risks in the Starter Save, but not the 100% Save, and I guess you'll have 100% in Portland in all the Saves?  Getting low Safehouse Visits within a Starter Save but then not following through with doing it in the 100% Saves doesn't make much sense to me.  If I was using OM0 or not, I would still try and do it as low as possible which my all time low was 20 by 100% (real 100%, not duped-to-death 100%) or as high as 31.  My average seemed to be 24-25, though.

Yeah, it's kinda "strange," so I personally didn't mind to have it intertwined in my 9th Save with half OM0 Vehicles and half non-OM0 Vehicles.  It sort of feels like a Cheat Vehicle, like "Spawn X" by inputting Button Cheats.

Those Methods aren't really complex just boring and time consuming as you need to wait for Rampage Timers to expire, walk/jump on foot, drive in reverse, etc, etc.  All of that adds time to the entire Method.  Furthermore, I thought things would be complex before I tried it myself but after extracting 98% of all the OM0 Vehicles in the Guide up to this point, I learned that it wasn't very complex.  You just need to understand how it works and all the possible outcomes of what can happen.

There is many Blips left on Radar, Bars left on the Screen, Race Timers still continuing to tick, and other various wacky sh*t that happens, but the ONLY redeeming factor of it all is when you save and reload, the game reverts back to normal....Unlike SA where all that sh*t remains forever.  VCS is more of the same.  If any wacky sh*t is on Radar or left on the screen, it's gone when you save and reload.  If LCS/VCS were like SA when OM0 is used, I probably wouldn't of obtained even HALF of what I have in this game that uses OM0, but luckily it's not the case and all the glitchy, wacky stuff disappears.

Or like that BP/FP/PC White Stretch...Where you can only drive in reverse and can't press X after stealing it or the game crashes/freezes...

Permapass needs one save or it wont work. After permapass, one save is needed or every following mission will crash I won't risk a DP Avenger either. Now all I have to do now is do H conversion with a fail, once and then with a pass.

62% Completion, 53 Mission Attempts, 10:07 Total Playing Time, 11 Safehouse Visits, 6 Pay'n'Spray Visits, 0 Wasted, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 3 out of 12 Special Vehicles!!!

I finally obtained the H/BP/DP/FP/WP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600 and I finally figured out how to do the timing on the crusher. I just have done the method Lennart used in his H/DP/UH/WP PCJ-600 video where I just stood there next to the bike and elbowed Wayne off the bike until I got the right timing. I have managed to do it three times in total, first time I did everything right but that moron Wayne got himself stuck inside the crusher, second time same thing, but I fell off the bike while I was in gray/blue hell, third time Wayne was stuck inside the ground and I could easily kill him. When I was driving it to the garage I fell down twice and got teleported to the location in Chinatown... I still don't know why it happens but it happens...

I will make it PP using The Shoreside Redemption as you can't do it using Firefighter... I still need to do it for the H/DP/EC Black Kuruma.

Also, I did Car Salesman today, thus the extra 5 Pay'n'Spray visits. I swear, that side mission is made to make you fail... The sports cars are ridiculous and the NPCs who want to buy them are extremely whiny about the speed. I want to turn to the ferry station Harwood area where I can easily boost it up, but I can't turn when going full speed so he/she whines how his/her aunt drives like this. Not to mention those stupid traffic NPCs who get in your way when you want to turn to Harwood... Also the dumb rain. Anyways, I don't understand the Pay'n'Spray visit part about it, Militia got it in 2 to 3 Pay'n'Spray Visits. It's possible, but I honestly don't care about it as it's all a factor of randomness that I won't study deeply enough and will probably never care until I get to a Save where I will get 3 Pay'n'Spray Visits at 100% by pure thick chance.

Now it's that time of the day where I try to make the Unique/BP/FP/PP Avenger into Unique/BP/DP/FP/PP form... Now that I finally figured out the timing I don't think it'll be that much difficult, but still I need to do it in my 1st try, because otherwise the Sindacco will act like a normal pedestrian.

I'm thinking of making multiple saves at the same time. I planned on doing Save File 1 and then Save File 2 and then Save 3 etc. I can easily do Save 1 and 2 and 3 at the same time, I have my wish list of vehicles and I can easily do them simultaneously.

I only have 4 Pay and Spray Visits in Save File 1, 2, and 3.  Save File 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 all have 3, which is the lowest.  If I KNEW 3 was the lowest before I started (which you, and everyone knows as I told you already), I would of had 3 in those Saves as well.  And who knows...I might redo the 1st Save over for 1 less Pay and Spray Visit, many less Attempts since Firefighter PP Conversion instead of TSR like I used in the 1st Save, also less than 29 Safehouse Visits, which is pretty bad as I got better with each Save File after that.  Thing is, when I start the 1st Save, and same goes for VCS, it's after TAKING A YEAR OR LONGER OFF from playing, thus I am rusty.  But now that LCS is ingrained into my brain again and everything is memorized, I can demolish the Save's Stats and do better ALL around while obtaining the SAME 12 Special Vehicles with the added DP Property on the Avenger.  It's a possibility, but not for a while will it happen if it happens at all...

Who knows about teleporting.  Wacky sh*t happens for the Railshooter Faggio and Angel, too.  You cancel the Menu, and are teleported to a spot standing on the ground.  The game is wacky like that...

Also, don't wait until the end to try and make 11 Vehicles PP in a row.  Just make the Kuruma PP before you do the next Run's tasks or something.  Just like adding DP, it's best to do all this stuff AS YOU GO instead of waiting for the end, with a full Garage and chances of things going wrong...

As for Car Salesman, you can remove traffic on PS2 simply by holding L2 and R2 and looking behind you the entire time you drive.  I did it all the time during Car Salesman.  0% traffic spawns while you're like that, but as soon as you let go of L2 and R2, traffic will spawn in front of you but not RIGHT in front of you, thankfully.  I just use the Radar and drive with holding L2 and R2 all the time.  It's not ONLY for Car Salesman, either.  I do it the entire game cuz I can't stand the added 10x traffic on PS2 compared to PSP.  I wouldn't even bother holding L2 and R2 if it had the same traffic density as PSP, which is nothing...

As I told you earlier, to get the worst of the worst out of the way, you should load up the Starter Save, do the Rampage (no need to wait since no OM0 until much later Saves), do Slacker, do Dealing Revenge, and then immediately do Car Salesman Level 6.  That was ALWAYS my first run in all 9 Saves, excluding the Rampage in the 8th and 9th Save since I needed to keep it there for OM0 and did it toward the end of the game.  I use the M60 for all the Story Missions, basically...One Shot Kills.  I don't need any other sh*t Weapons...

I finally obtained the Unique/BP/DP/FP/PP Avenger! I confirm that the Bike DP conversion is possible on PS2! You just need to do the Crusher part in the right timing. It took me a week to finally do it, but like I said, I'll never give up.

I passed A Volatile Situation while converting it of course...

Next up is the H/TP/EC Black and White Banshee.

EDIT: Got the H/TP/EC Banshee, so I put all my vehicles in the garage... I went ahead to save my game, I went outside and my vehicles were all there. I loaded my save file... Garage ate my f*cking H/BP/DP/FP/WP/EC PCJ-600. f*ck LCS's Portland Garage. Everything for nothing. Now I have to re-do EVERYTHING, re-make the Avenger DP, re-make the PCJ-600 DP... Save File deleted, playthrough failed.

The crazy thing is, you may not have actually lost the Bike.  After 23 playthroughs to 100% in LCS, I literally feel I've seen EVERYTHING.  There isn't one thing I haven't encountered in this game and the Portland Garage is like this.  Sometimes I've loaded my game, came to the Garage in Portland, wouldn't open, stood there until it did (it doesn't open for obvious reasons, game has trouble loading more than 1 Vehicle inside, despite 4 saving inside), had a Bike missing...I just reloaded a second time and then it WAS there.  So you might of literally just deleted the Save for absolutely no reason believe it or not.

I NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EEEVVVEEERRRR open a Garage in ANY GTA until I save and reload.  However, that is the luxury of owning the BC PS3.  Unlike other people who continuously save in different Slots, I NEVER do that.  I just use the USB Drive to make backups of the Save.  After I save the game, I reload, check on everything and if all is there, I then make a NEW backup on the USB Drive.  If something disappeared (which is like a 1% chance of happening these days in any GTA for that matter due to how cautious I am when playing), then I reload the previous backup Save from my USB Drive and work up to the part I lost a Vehicle.

If you're playing on the actual PS2, the only other fullproof reliable way to make Backups and without that nonsense of saving in a different Slot (you can't do this if you plan to fill 7 total Slots up with 7 100% Saves, obviously) would be to own MULTIPLE Memory Cards (I have 6) and copy/paste the Save onto another Memory Card and use that as the Backup, like I use my USB Drive.

Special Vehicles and doing Saves always require careful planning and having a way to make a backup...

On ps vita, you can backup saves too. Just put them on your pc and you are good. You can play ps vita saves but no psp/ppsspp saves which makes it impossible for me to cheat.

EDIT: WTF Ps vita!!! It crashed and is loading for 15 minutes now.

I mastered the Yerdna's DP Bike Conversion and found out a way how you can repeat it without having to reload your save file! I will explain everything here.

Also, you can complete Booby Prize and Grease Sucho before A Volatile Situation and I can confirm that ALL Races are unlocked and ALL Special Race Vehicles can be obtained before A Volatile Situation. So you can make DP/FP/PP/EC Sanchezes or PCJ-600s... Also you can make them all H is you use OM0...

Start the mission A Volatile Situation and go to the casino with your bike. Go to the 1st wave of Sindaccos and shoot their Sindacco Argento until they get out. Get out of your bike while they get out of their car and get back in your bike and be lucky enough that the DRIVER Sindacco follows you. You can do it with the 2nd wave and I find the 2nd wave to be much more reliable than the 1st wave. I haven't tried the EC Patriot wave yet... The passanger Sindaccos will just shoot at you and might look like they follow you... The one in the light brown jacket is the Driver Sindacco and he won't shoot at you as he is only programmed to "target" which vehicle he wants to get just to go to the Casino.

When the Driver Sindacco follows you do the Bike Crusher part... It needs perfect timing and you need to know the feeling and have the experience for it to know when the right moment to press triangle is... Press Triangle when the NPC is getting on the bike, that's what I learnt from Lennart.

Anyways, this is all already known stuff, but I want to explain how to RE-DO the Bike Crusher part if you fail it (with failing I mean getting on the bike while it's not on Ghost form, if the Sindacco manages to drive off with it in Ghost form or if the game crashes then you NEED to restart).

If you fail the Bike Crusher Part the Sindacco will walk off casually like a normal pedestrian and won't target vehicles and won't be willing to get to the Casino... All you have to do is punch him with your fist and he will run around the junkyard in a certain way. Get on your bike and go to the entrance of the junkyard (where the path and the road meet). Park your bike there and when the Sindacco goes up the path you will see him running straight up the road, but the straight line of running will cut off as soon as he TARGETS your bike and will be willing again to get on it. When that happens get on your bike and re-do the Bike Crusher process.

When you manage to do the timing right just drive to the garage and store it there. Open the garage again and close it to make it DP (non-Ghost). You can do this procedure with more bikes I believe without having to fail... When you're done just pass the mission.

Full list of bikes with best properties that can be made DP using this trick (without OM0): DP/PP/EC Black PCJ-600, DP/FP/PP/EC Red Sanchez, DP/FP/PP/EC Blue Sanchez, DP/FP/PP/EC Blue PCJ-600, DP/FP/PP/EC White PCJ-600, DP/PP/EC Dark Grey PCJ-600, DP/EP/FP/PP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600, Unique/BP/DP/FP/PP Avenger, DP/PP Pizza Boy, DP/PP Noodle Boy, AP/PP PCJ-600, AP/PP Sanchez, AP/PP Freeway, AP/PP Faggio.
(Wayne's Heavy version of his EC PCJ-600 and the 9mm Mayhem PCJ-600 can be easily done DP in another way...)

73% Completion, 70 Mission Attempts, 1 Mission Failed (H/TP/EC Banshee), 12:02 Total Playing Time, 0 Wasted, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, 5 Pay and Spray Visits (because this is a newer Save as the old one deleted my Avenger and I didn't make a backup, that's why it's not 6), 16 Safehouse Visits, 5 out of 12 Special Vehicles - H/DP/PP/EC Black Kuruma, H/BP/DP/FP/WP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600 (needs PP), Unique/BP/FP/DP/PP Avenger, H/DP/PP/TP/EC Black and White Banshee, H/EC Black Sentinel (needs DP and PP).

I plan to get the H/EC Black Bobcat, Unique/H Ballot Van, BP/FP/PP Stretch (making them all DP and PP of course) and then the beastly Unique/AP Hunter for the next Staunton Island Runs... Can a Ballot Van, Sentinel, Stretch and Bobcat fit in the SI Garage anyways?

SSV Garage will include the Unique/AP Hunter, H/BP/DP/FP/PP/TP/EC/PC Brown and Blue Landstalker, H/DP/PP/EC Chrome Red Rumpo and AP/PP Forelli Exsess, so can they fit in the SSV Garage?

About the H/TP/EC Banshee new method, it took me 20 minutes and I must say it's much better than the old method where you need to slowly push it with a Taxi/Police. Also I can get the Banshee and Kuruma out of my Portland Garage easily. There's space behind the Kuruma to easily push it out while the Banshee is at the wall, the PCJ-600 is on top of the Banshee and the Avenger is in front of the Banshee, so no need to worry about anything getting lost... for now.

so can they fit in the SSV Garage?

Easily on both counts...

For SSV, you just backup the Ghost Vehicle into the Garage, and through the Hunter and park it behind it where there is a lot of space...Same thing I told GTAKid667 a few weeks back when he was doing the LCS Save.

I'd say make them PP BEFORE DP so you won't need to take the Hunter out and put it back in, just to get a Vehicle out behind it to make PP.

Lol...He's been back for a couple months now...He's on the Forum, too.

EDIT: Just watched his new EP/FP Hellenbach GT Video and that is probably going to be what I have in the Guide since it shows ALL possible outcomes and explains it in full...No need for multiple Videos when he shows the multiple outcomes in the SAME Video.

90% Completion, 101 Mission Attempts, 4 Mission Failures (H/TP/EC Banshee, H/EC Bobcat, Unique/H Ballot Van, BP/FP/PP Stretch), 0 Wasted/Busted/Cheats, 15:27 Total Playing Time, 5 Pay and Spray Visits, 21 Safehouse Visits, 9 out of 12 Special Vehicles - H/DP/PP/EC Kuruma, H/DP/PP/TP/EC Banshee, H/BP/DP/FP/WP/EC PCJ-600 (needs PP), Unique/BP/DP/FP/PP Avenger, H/DP/PP/EC Sentinel, H/DP/PP/EC Bobcat, BP/DP/FP/PP Stretch, Unique/H Ballot Van (needs DP and PP), Unique/AP Hunter... All Side Missions done except for StSBYF.

I still need the AP/PP Forelli Exsess, H/DP/PP/EC Rumpo, H/BP/DP/FP/PP/TP/EC/PC Landstalker, plus the PP on the PCJ-600 using The Shoreside Redemption and DP/PP on the Ballot Van...

I witnessed two weird glitches...

1) When I was doing Taking the Peace and was in control of Paul Sindacco's Argento and when I went to the Forelli meeting, I saw NOBODY there, just one red square on the radar... Couldn't progress and I was forced to restart.

2) When I was getting the Unique/AP Hunter and placing it in memory, I activated the mission Love on the Rocks, skipped the cutscene, immediately failed the mission saying that the contact was killed... Weird. So I re-did the whole procedure and it hasn't happened again.

Photos will probably come in the next 2 days and I will have them on my profile.

It feels good when you reach 90% in LCS, since that means ALL Side Missions have been completed and you're up to Rough Justice through The Sicilian Gambit.  Doing this game so many times, I know what the percentage says with increments through the game.  When you're 90%, you know you're close to the end and can finish that portion in a couple hours, tbh...

When StSBYF is finished, the game will still read 90% in the Pause Menu...

Looks like it'll be finished soon enough and then onto the 2nd Save.  LCS is the most addicting for sure...

I *probably* found a method to keep a pushing boat AND destroying the fence at Vincenzo's permanently for the FP/UC Kuruma.

Finally I'm done with exams and have time to play LCS. Today I streamed my walkthrough and here's the results.
My current stats:
24%
0 death, 0 busted, 0 cheats
1/12 Special Vehicles:
FP/TP/PP/EC Black Thunder-Rodd, already converted to H/BP/TP/PP/EC Black Thunder-Rodd
Also I have Yakuza Stinger in my garage for further conversion
Total playing time: 3 h 26 m
Number of Saves: 2
3/20 Rampages
16/100 Packages
9/26 USJs
33 mission attempts
Failed missions: Grease Sucho for Thunder-Rodd, Shop 'til You Strop for BP Conversion, 2x A Volatile Situation for H conversion
Completed Side Missions: Vigilante, Bumps & Grinds, FireFighter, 9mm Mayhem, Scrapyard Challenge, Noodle Punk.
Currently avaliable: A Volatile Situation for H conversion, Shop 'til You Strop for BP conversion, Grease Sucho for completion.
Plans until next save: All Ma missions, BP/H Yakuza Stinger, DP Infernus.
Also I accidentally found a method for BP conversion with PASS. Simply kill not the Maria, but a guy with shotgun and then pass a mission. I won't make a new video, but I have stream record where I played ON REAL PSP. So you can use it for your guide if you want.

A Pass Method for BP Conversion?  Both Methods are needed.  Fail, to make more BP Vehicles, and Pass on the final converted BP Vehicle to avoid one extra Attempt.  I'll check it out eventually and do more updates for the Guides in the coming days once I finish my 3rd VCS Save in 2-3 days from now...
