1.0. FP/EC Black Kuruma

Mission: Home Sweet Home

Difficulty: ****

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This Special Vehicle is one of the most well known in the game, yet, was unobtainable for years until a recent Method found by zazaza691 came to light.  For being only FP, it's not really worth it to get and will surely take some time to obtain it, however, there is no other FP Kuruma in LCS, so it's still one of a kind.  If you wanted to, you could obtain this in a Starter Save, since during a Starter Save, Home Sweet Home needs to be passed before you can save the game, so keep this Special Vehicle in mind to obtain if you're doing a Starter Save and starting from scratch.  Start the Mission, Home Sweet Home, and go through it like normal driving back to your Safehouse.  When you are instructed to take Vincenzo to Atlantic Quays, park the FP/EC Kuruma in the general vicinity as shown in the Video.  At this point, you will have to fetch a Fire Truck or a Trashmaster and a PCJ-600 or Sanchez and do as shown in the Video by getting the Truck to land right side up in the Ocean.  Then you drive the Bike on top of the Truck and when you exit it, Toni will fall below the water, on top of the Subway tracks.  Now you must wait for the Subway to come around and then try and follow it as best you can all the way to Staunton Island.  The game will be a bit glitchy when you're under the water and you won't be able to visibly see the tracks, so take your time and be careful as if you run too far along the tracks, you will run into water which will kill Toni in the process.  When you finally reach the Staunton Island side, fall off the tracks and the game will spawn you on land, but in Staunton Island instead of Portland.  When you arrive in Staunton Island, get to the Docks to fetch a Police Predator.  After fetching a Police Predator, find a Reefer docked nearby.  Use the Reefer to push the Police Predator to the exact location as shown in the Video and then switch Boats.  Get in the Police Predator while leaving the Reefer in the corner while making sure it remains there.  This is very important since if the Reefer disappears, you will have to do this entire thing over.  Drive the Police Predator over to the Dock in Portland where the Body Armor spawns and get back on land.  Once back on land, do not touch any Vehicles at all.  Run on foot back to where the FP/EC Kuruma is parked and get inside of it.  The next part is very luck based and can be tricky.  Try and mimic what you see in the Video at this point.  You'll need to drive the FP/EC Kuruma into the yellow marker while you jump out of the Kuruma at the right time.  The Kuruma can not hit the fence and it can not hit any trees.  If it does, it's game over and you'll need to start over from the beginning again.  If you managed this part, the Kuruma will be in the Ocean, the cutscene will play out like normal, and the Mission will be passed and over with.  Now carefully jump into the Ocean, onto the Reefer, and use it to push the Kuruma back to the Beach as shown in the Video.  Once you get it back, carefully push it onto the sand and then get out of the Reefer, into the Kuruma, and drive it back to the Garage and store it.  For the first obtainable Special Vehicle in LCS, you sure go through an awfully lot of trouble to get it and on top of it, it's only FP.  Good luck!

1.1. EP/FP Hellenbach GT

Mission: Snuff

Difficulty: ** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Pass (2X Attempts / No Double Percent)

How to Obtain: To obtain this Hellenbach GT, you will need to use OM0.  OM0 stands for On Mission = 0 and it allows you to blend certain Missions together to extract otherwise unobtainable Special Vehicles from the Story and Side Missions in LCS.  In order to be able to use OM0, you absolutely must have at least one Rampage available, preferably the one located on Portland Island right across the street from where the Car Salesman Side Mission takes place.  It's the one that instructs you to burn seven Vehicles in two minutes.  You can use other Rampages, but this specific Rampage and where it's located seems most convenient and it also helps with the addition of the Bumps and Grinds Menu I will explain later in some of the other more complex OM0 related Special Vehicles.  Also, make sure you pass Vigilante Level 12 before doing any of this.  If not, every time you activate Vigilante for the setup of OM0, it'll add an extra Mission Attempt to the Stats.  If you don't care about Mission Attempts, than don't bother completing Vigilante Level 12.  It's your choice.  First, upon loading up your game, go and get a Police Vehicle.  Once you have a Police Vehicle in your possession, proceed to the Rampage in Harwood.  Park the Police Vehicle so that when you open the driver's side door, Toni is standing directly on top of where the Rampage Icon is.  Now, allow the timer to reach exactly 0:00 and get into the Police Vehicle and immediately activate Vigilante.  You'll notice the Rampage is activated shortly after Vigilante was activated and you'll see the glitched display in the upper right hand corner of the screen.  This is totally normal.  Cancel Vigilante at this time and start making your way to Vincenzo's to start Snuff.  You'll notice you're on the Rampage, yet, you can start the Mission by going into the yellow marker.  The game doesn't think you're on a Rampage, thus allows you to start Snuff.  Wait until the timer reaches about 30 seconds or so and then go into the yellow marker.  Skip the cutscenes, and now you'll be on the Mission, Snuff, while the Rampage is shortly expiring.  When the Rampage expires, you'll see the yellow marker reappear for you to be able to start Snuff a second time.  You must do this in order to obtain the EP/FP Hellenbach GT.  However, when you do this, the game will add two Attempts in total for this Mission, but luckily you can pass the Mission to obtain it instead of failing it, and then activating Snuff a third time to pass it, which would give three Attempts.  Go into the yellow marker a second time and then go to Ammunation as instructed.  Buy the Pistol and start making your way to the Construction Site.  You'll notice the game instruct you to go back to Ammunation.  Do exactly that and go buy the Pistol a second time.  After this, head to the Construction Site and into the yellow marker.  You'll see the Radar is temporarily glitched with a yellow blip at Ammunation, but don't worry as that will go away upon saving and reloading the game.  After going into the yellow marker at the Construction Site, kill all the enemies and retrieve the Phones.  Everything is doubled up here, since the Mission was duplicated, so you will have two of everything, which includes two EP/FP Hellenbach GT's.  If you were lucky, and nobody knows what the cause of this is, a Hellenbach GT with a Blue Arrow will be above ground, either in the Construction Site or on the streets around the Construction Site.  If this isn't the case, which is more times the outcome, you will see a Blue Arrow on your Radar pointing down.  Watch Lennart's "Reliable" Video below to see how to do the next part with either a Fire Truck or Trashmaster and a PCJ-600 or Sanchez to get the Hellenbach GT to spawn above ground by shooting it and making it fall into Blue Hell and spawn back on land.  However, if you were lucky and the Blue Arrow Hellenbach GT is above ground, then all you need to do is use it to push the other, EP/FP Hellenbach GT back to the Garage.  Once it's in the Garage, take the Hellenbach GT you're driving to the Pay and Spray to pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, confirm the EP/FP Hellenbach GT in the Garage before saving.  When you save and reload, the yellow blip from Ammunation will be gone and your EP/FP Hellenbach GT will be in the Garage.

1.2. H/EC Black Kuruma

Mission: Smash and Grab

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Smash and Grab, and drive to the gas station in a four seated Vehicle to save the Leones.  However, when you get there, only pick up one or two of them.  Do not pick up all three or the H/EC Black Kuruma will be scripted to disappear after leaving the gas station.  Once you have one or two Leones in your Vehicle, simply go and pick up two or three Police Bribes if you're trying to keep your Pay and Spray Visits Stat to a minimum or just go to a Pay and Spray to lose the wanted level if you don't care about the Stats.  Once the wanted level is gone, return to the gas station.  If possible, have only one Leone with you and go and get inside the nearby Fire Truck across the street from the gas station.  You want to use the Fire Truck to push the H/EC Black Kuruma back to the Garage.  This can be tedious at times since the Kuruma is Heavy, it can very easily wreck your Fire Truck resulting in you needing to go fetch a second Fire Truck and continue the push.  If this happens, don't worry about leaving the Kuruma wherever it is.  It's scripted to not disappear until you have all three Leones in a Vehicle and drive away from the area.  Once you finally manage to push the H/EC Black Kuruma all the way back to the Safehouse and into the Garage, get a four door Vehicle and now pick up the remaining Leones and drive back to Atlantic Quays and into the yellow marker to pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, make sure you go back to the Garage and confirm the Kuruma by opening, closing, opening, and closing the Garage to acknowledge the Kuruma is inside.  When you take a Special Vehicle from a Mission while the Mission is still on and not passed or failed, the Garage is not actually acknowledging the Vehicle.  So if you would save the game and then reload the game without checking on it in the Garage first, it would disappear.

1.3. FP/EC Cream Rumpo

Mission: Bone Voyeur!

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Just start the Mission, Bone Voyeur!, and get into JD's Rumpo.  All you have to do is drive to Harwood and dunk it in the water as shown in the Video.  After the Mission is failed for destroying the Rumpo, simply drive it back to the Garage and store it.

1.4. H/EC Navy Blue Yankee

Mission: A Volatile Situation

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Fail (2X Attempts)

How to Obtain: To obtain this Yankee, you will need to use OM0. You can use other Rampages, but this specific Rampage and where it's located seems most convenient and it also helps with the addition of the Bumps and Grinds Menu I will be explaining now since you'll need it for the Yankee. At this time, head to the Bumps and Grinds Course.  If you passed all ten Courses like I did, some of these Vehicles that need the Bumps and Grinds Menu will be a bit more time consuming.  However, if you have some Courses not passed yet, then you'll be able to do this in much less time.  When you arrive at the Sanchez, or the Manchez if all ten Courses are passed, just wait there sitting in the Police Vehicle until the time reaches 0:55 and get out of the Police Vehicle and stand next to the Sanchez/Manchez.  When the Rampage expires, quickly get onto the Bike and Bumps and Grinds will be activated.  Don't press anything, and in a few seconds, you will get a Mission Failed screen due to Vigilante failing.  However, now you will have the Bumps and Grinds Menu on your screen, while being able to drive, be on foot, start Missions, etc, etc.  As long as you don't hit Cancel or the button to activate a Course, you can keep the Menu with you.  If all ten Courses are passed, you'll have to drive in reverse, for instance, since if you press accelerate, a Course will be activated.  However, if you don't have them all passed, skip through until you land on a Locked Course and now accelerate forward.  Be careful, though, as every time you turn, the Course will change.  Just don't ever hit accelerate while it's displaying a Course that is passed and showing the Times.  You can get off the Bike and/or out of a Vehicle while the Menu is still on screen, too.  Just hold diagonal on the joystick while you dismount off the Bike and/or get out of a Vehicle.  Same thing when you get back onto the Bike and/or out of a Vehicle.  Now, make your way to Joey's to start A Volatile Situation while the Menu is still on screen.  After the Mission is started, get to the Casino while the Menu is still on screen.  Go through the Mission like normal by taking out the Forelli's in the first two waves of Sindacco Argento's and the third wave in the Patriot while the Menu is still on screen.  Now all you have to do is get to the street as shown at the end of the first Video I show by Lennart and activate Course 1 and then quickly flame the Yankee to force the driver out as the doors are locked.  The driver will get out scared and run away.  Now get inside the Yankee and park it somewhere safe, preferably at the Safehouse.  You must complete however remaining Story Missions you have left while keeping this Yankee in memory until Driving Mr. Leone when Staunton Island is unlocked, thus having a Garage that can fit the Yankee.  If you played it smart, you can actually do all Story Missions in Portland, so that when you get this Yankee, you only need to do ten Story Missions before Staunton Island is unlocked.  Watch Lennart's second Video I show demonstrating how to leave it in memory.  Make note that a yellow blip will be left on the Radar at the Casino and on a red blip on top of the Yankee until the Yankee is put in a Garage and it closes down on it and until you save and reload for the yellow blip to disappear.

1.5. EC Dark Brown Patriot with Chrome Plated Bumpers

Mission: A Volatile Situation

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Go through the Mission like normal defending the Casino of any Sindaccos that show up.  Eventually, Sindaccos will appear at the Casino driving this EC Dark Brown Patriot with Chrome Plated Bumpers.  Simply allow them to come to a stop and exit the Patriot.  Kill all of them carefully not blowing up the Patriot in the process and once you take them all out, just get inside the Patriot and park it in a safe nearby area away from the Casino for the time being.  At this point, just go through the rest of the Mission like normal blowing up the Yankee that comes last.  You don't actually have to let the Yankee stop at the Casino.  When it's on the way and getting close, you can just use a powerful weapon to blow it up before it even comes to a stop and the driver gets out.  After the Yankee blows up, the Mission will be passed and the Patriot should still be where you left it.  Just get into the Patriot and drive it back to the Garage and store it.

1.6. BP Vehicles (Anything You Want)

Mission: Shop 'til You Strop

Difficulty: ** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: To convert any Vehicle into BP form, you will need to use OM0. You can use other Rampages, but this specific Rampage and where it's located seems most convenient and it also helps with the addition of the Bumps and Grinds Menu I will be explaining now since you'll need it for the BP Conversion. Now, make your way back to your Garage to retrieve the Vehicle you want to convert to BP while the menu is still on screen, then head to Maria's to start Shop 'til You Strop.  Go through the Mission like normal until the final cutscene, after Maria robs the first store while keeping the Menu on screen.  If you're converting a Bike to BP, this will be slightly easier, but if you're converting a Car, Truck, or Van to BP, it may be a bit harder, but nothing too serious.  You want to go into the yellow marker while lining up a straight line so that when you fire the SMG out the window, it kills Maria before she gets back on your Bike or back in your Car/Truck/Van.  As soon as you go into the yellow marker, cancel the Bumps and Grinds Menu, and the moment you see Maria leave the store, fire forward (Bike) or drive-by (Car/Truck/Van) Maria to death.  Make note that canceling the Bumps and Grinds Menu on PS2 will actually make Toni leave the Bike or exit the Car/Truck/Van since Triangle is the same button to cancel the Menu.  On PS2, since you will leave the Vehicle after canceling the Course unlike PSP, just get back on the Bike or in the Car/Truck/Van during the cutscene before Maria comes back out.  In the cutscene, your Vehicle is converted to BP, but only if you quickly killed Maria as she left the store will it be BP, so be quick!  Once she dies, the Mission will fail and you'll be sitting on a BP Bike or in a BP Car/Truck/Van!  Just drive it back to your Garage while picking up a Police Bribe or two since you'll be slapped with a three star wanted level at this point.  Possible Bikes to convert would be a Manchez, Noodle Boy, Pizza Boy, and Angel since these four Bikes do not appear in BP form in any Story or Side Mission.  This BP Conversion is nice, considering the AP/TP Conversion I will explain later in the Guide can only be done once, whereas this can be done as much as you like.  Make note that this BP Conversion removes practically all Properties from your Vehicle, so be sure not be using an already Special Vehicle thinking you can add the BP Property to the already existing Properties on it.  It doesn't work like that.  When the Vehicle is created and converted to BP during the cutscene, it's stripped of the other Properties it possesses!

1.7. H/FP Sindacco Argento (1 of 3)

Mission: Taken for a Ride

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Unfortunately, this is a Special Vehicle which is only obtainable on PSP since it needs to be destroyed before it can be obtained, but if you play on PS2 or Mobile, you probably have noticed that the Garages can't restore wrecks that are blown up and that is why you can't obtain this on PS2 or Mobile.  I will explain how to get it on PSP, of course.  If you don't want to obtain this Special Vehicle regardless of Method or Platform you play, it's not that big of a deal since there is more opportunities to obtain a H Sindacco Argento later on and the only difference with this one is that it has the FP Property added to it, as well, but FP is the most useless Property in the entire game.  For the PSP Method, you will absolutely need to have a H/DP Vehicle before starting this Mission.  A good choice is the H/EC Black Kuruma taken from Smash and Grab earlier, but also converted to DP using the Crusher trick which I will explain later on in the Guide.  When you are ready, start the Mission, Taken for a Ride, with your H/DP/EC Kuruma nearby.  After the cutscene, get into your Kuruma leaving Maria behind and go to the location as shown in the Video and park your Kuruma behind the H/FP Sindacco Argento.  Just get a random Vehicle now found in traffic and ram it against the wall near the Sindacco Argento until it catches fire like shown in the Video.  Your random Vehicle will blow up aside of the H/FP Sindacco Argento causing a chain reaction to blow up the Sindacco Argento shortly after.  The Mission will now be failed and using your H/DP/EC Kuruma, push the wreck of the Sindacco Argento back to the Garage.  Make sure that on the way back to the Garage that you eventually have the Sindacco Argento wreck tipped upside on its roof.  If it's not tipped upside down and on its roof, more than likely it will disappear when you try and push it into the Garage to renew it.  When you get back to the Garage, carefully line it up and as quickly as you can give it a big push until it's fully into the Garage and then back away so the Garage can close on it and renew it!

1.8. H Sindacco Argento (2 of 3)

Mission: Taken for a Ride

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This is the same Sindacco Argento from above, only without possessing the FP Property.  Furthermore, it can be obtained on all Platforms and isn't a PSP exclusive.  Make sure you have a Flamethrower before attempting to obtain this H Sindacco Argento.  Simply start the Mission, Taken for a Ride, and take Maria to her dealer where the H Sindacco Argento is parked.  Just use the Vehicle you are driving to bump into the Sindacco Argento which will result in the Mission failing.  After the Mission is failed, use your Flamethrower on the Sindacco Argento to force the driver out since the doors are locked.  Once the driver gets out scared leaving the door open behind him, just get inside and drive it back to the Garage and store it.

1.9. EC Dark Grey PCJ-600

Mission: Biker Heat

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This Mission, Biker Heat, has a total of three Special Vehicles in which can be obtained.  You can obtain only two of them at a time, though, and pass the Mission.  It will either be this EC Dark Grey PCJ-600 along with the EP/FP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600 or this EC Dark Grey PCJ-600 along with the H/BP/FP/WP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600.  You can get all three of them in the same Save, however, you'll need to fail the Mission at least once in order to get all three.  Of the three Special Vehicles from this Mission, the H/BP/DP/FP/WP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600 is the best one to obtain for obvious reasons.  In 1.9 of the Guide, I will be explaining how to obtain both this EC Dark Grey PCJ-600 along with the EP/FP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600 at the same time and pass the Mission.  Then in 2.0 of the Guide, I will explain how to get this EC Dark Grey PCJ-600 along with the H/BP/FP/WP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600 at the same time and pass the Mission.  I will also explain how to get Wayne's Bike in DP form and pass the Mission.  Read below for further details.

2.0. EP/FP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600

Mission: Biker Heat

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: I will be explaining the Method in which allows you to obtain both this EP/FP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600 along with the EC Dark Grey PCJ-600 at the same time and pass the Mission.  Start the Mission, Biker Heat, and get onto the EC Dark Grey PCJ-600 that is provided for you at the start of the Mission after the cutscene.  All you have to do is follow Wayne the entire time chasing him on his EP/FP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600 until he reaches Chinatown and gets off his Bike and runs on foot.  Do not kill him earlier than this point or else the PCJ-600 will not be EP/FP.  When he gets off the Bike, simply kill him and the Mission will be passed.  Now, you'll still be riding on the EC Dark Grey PCJ-600 and Wayne's EP/FP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600 will be right in front of you.  Just do like you see in the Video and double drive both the EC Dark Grey PCJ-600 alternating with the EP/FP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600 all the way back to the Garage and store both of them in there.

2.1. H/BP/DP/FP/WP/EC Chrome Red PCJ-600

Mission: Biker Heat

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: I will be explaining the Method in which allows you to obtain Wayne's PCJ-600 whilst converting it to DP right away during the Mission and passing the Mission at the same time.  There is also a Video by you fooking w0t m9? showing how to get the EC PCJ-600 along with Wayne's H/BP/FP/WP/EC PCJ-600 at the same time and passing the Mission, however, this isn't the best thing to do at this time anymore, since you couldn't make Wayne's Bike DP if you got both of these at the same time.  Having Wayne's Bike in H/BP/DP/FP/WP/EC (H/BP/DP/FP/PP/WP/EC once converted to PP) means you have the best special Bike to exist in all of LCS, so I wouldn't bother trying to get both at the same time and worry about Wayne's Bike, in the ultimate form.  Start the Mission, Biker Heat, and after going into the yellow marker in Chinatown, you will see yourself surrounded by Wayne's Gang with the EC Dark Grey PCJ-600 sitting nearby and also a Freeway.  Instead of chasing Wayne using the Dark Grey PCJ-600, use the Freeway instead and make your way to the alley as shown in the Video.  When you get to the alley, Wayne should be coming through it momentarily.  This next part could be tricky, however, when I obtained it, I did it first try.  When you see Wayne enter the alley, ram him head on with the Freeway.  If done correctly, he will fall off the PCJ-600 and if you're quick enough, you can jack it from him.  Once you jack it from him, allow him to follow you on foot all the way to the Crusher in Harwood as shown in the Video.  When you get to the Crusher, try and get Wayne to jack the PCJ-600 back the moment the magnet touches it.  If done successfully, you will take it back from him, only now the Bike will be in Ghost form.  Simply use the drive-by look and shoot and kill Wayne to pass the Mission at this time.  Once the Mission is passed, carefully drive the PCJ-600 back to the Garage and store it inside.  Once it's stored, it'll be converted to DP, thus having this Bike in H/BP/DP/FP/WP/EC form, easily making it the best Bike to obtain in all of LCS.  Take extra caution when driving this back to the Garage.  When you make a Bike a Ghost, it has a tendency to fall through Blue Hell easier, only instead of respawning back on land, more times than not, the game will crash, so be very careful driving it back to the Garage.

2.2. EC Pink Patriot with Chrome Plated Bumpers

Mission: Contra-Banned

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Contra-Banned, and head to the docks and into the yellow marker.  After the cutscene, you will have to shoot and kill some Colombians.  Once you take them out, you may get into Pink Patriot and drive off.  On the way to Harwood, be sure to pick up some Police Bribes as shown in the Video to lose the wanted level.  When you get to Harwood, just dunk the Patriot into the water to fail the Mission and now just drive it back to the Garage and store it.

2.3. BP Triad Fish Van

Mission: Big Rumble in Little China

Difficulty: ****

Pass or Fail: Pass (2X Attempts / Double Percent?)

How to Obtain: To obtain this Triad Fish Van, you will need to use OM0. Cancel Vigilante at this time and start making your way to Toni's Mom's House to start Big Rumble in Little China while the Rampage is running.  In the Video he uses another Rampage and Taxi Driver for the setup of OM0 and in this specific case, at least for using Taxi Driver, it may be the best thing to do instead of Vigilante as you'll need a Taxi/Cabbie nearby Toni's Mom's House to obtain this Triad Fish Van later on.  Once the Mission is started, ensure your Taxi/Cabbie is there and then take another random Vehicle from traffic and start following the BP Triad Fish Van around.  This part can take ages since it's purely luck as to where the BP Triad Fish Van will drive.  You'll need it to drive past Toni's Mom's House like shown in the Video and then use a Flamethrower on it to force the driver out and immediately run to the yellow marker and activate Big Rumble in Little China a second time.  After the Mission is started a second time, kill the two Triads and then enter the heavily damaged BP Triad Fish Van.  At this time, be as careful as you can and take it to a Pay and Spray.  One small bump can set it ablaze and you'd have to start over.  After you renew it with the Pay and Spray, go to where the other Triad Fish Van is located and use your renewed BP Triad Fish Van to ram it until the Triads flee.  Make sure not to damage it too much, obviously.  Once they flee, get out of your BP Triad Fish Van and kill them.  Drive to the next location where the Triads are in a group in an alleyway in Chinatown.  You will need Remote Grenades and throw one so that it lands near the group of remaining Triads.  Don't get too close to them or they will run at you.  You must stand a far distance away as shown in the Video.  If successful, get back in the BP Triad Fish Van and drive to Harwood, near the water to ditch it.  Leave it there for now, and run on foot back to the Portland Garage to fetch a H/UH/WP PCJ-600 obtained from 9MM Mayhem prior to starting this entire process.  Drive the PCJ-600 back to Harwood where you left the BP Triad Fish Van.  Dunk the BP Triad Fish Van in the water as shown in the Video, but ensure it's deep enough.  You can use the PCJ-600 to help you get it in deep enough.  Once you manage to dunk it deep into the water, pass the Mission by detonating the Remote Grenade you threw at the group of Triads earlier.  The reason the BP Triad Fish Van has to be in the water is due to the fact that once the Mission is passed, it would catch fire and blow up, but if you have it submerged in water, this won't happen.  If you managed to get this far, then all you have to do is carefully use the PCJ-600 to push the BP Triad Fish Van out of the water and then drive the BP Triad Fish Van back to a safe location like the Safehouse, since you need to leave it in memory for the remaining Portland Story Missions if you plan on keeping it.  The Portland Garage won't fit the Vehicle, so you must wait until Staunton Island is unlocked to be able to have a Garage big enough to store it.  Perhaps take it to a Pay and Spray a second time before going back to the Safehouse just in case it's badly damaged from the PCJ-600 and pushing it out of the water.  This entire task may seem impossible, but it's certainly not.  However, I wouldn't recommend getting it from this Mission.  It's absolutely tenfold easier to convert a Triad Fish Van to BP during Shop 'til You Strop with the BP Conversion, and then leaving it in memory for the remaining Portland Story Missions.  It's your choice, though.

2.4. FP/PP/TP/EC Black Thunder-Rodd

Mission: Grease Sucho

Difficulty: **** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: The FP/PP/TP/EC Racing Vehicles in which come from Grease Sucho are some of the hardest Special Vehicles to obtain in the whole game.  Reasons for that are they are time consuming for one, and two, they are very difficult to push into the water at Harwood.  If you don't push them in far enough, they will disappear.  If you push them in too far, you won't be able to get them out afterwards.  If you fail on several occasions, that can very easily add up to several hours wasted trying to obtain a single Special Vehicle.  To obtain any one of the FP/PP/TP/EC Racing Vehicles (Thunder-Rodd and two Stallions) from this Mission, start Grease Sucho and after, head to the Fire Station to get a Fire Truck.  Drive the Fire Truck to where the Race begins as shown in the Video and park it nearby off to the side.  Now just get any random Vehicle from traffic and drive it into one of the three Racing Vehicles at the starting line to start the Race immediately.  Going into the yellow marker will make the Fire Truck disappear, so don't do that.  After the Race begins, all you have to do at this point is wait until the FP/PP/TP/EC Vehicle of your choice that you want to obtain comes to the finish line and stops.  What you want to do is using your Fire Truck, push the Race Vehicle from where it stops all the way to Harwood and ditch it in the water.  However, doing this is not as easy as it sounds since you must take your Vehicle you started the Race with you at all times.  When you get out of the Vehicle you started the Race with, you will see a 30 second timer on the bottom of your screen.  This means you only have 30 seconds to get into the Fire Truck, push the FP/PP/TP/EC Race Vehicle of your choice a bit up the road, then run on foot back to your Race Vehicle and get back into it before the timer expires.  Rinse and repeat until you get all the way to Harwood and are ready to push the FP/PP/TP/EC Race Vehicle into the water as shown in the Video.  If you managed to push the Vehicle into the water as shown in the Video, after the screen turns black and the Mission fails, you should see the Vehicle still in the water.  If so, try and get into it and drive it out of the water as quickly as possible.  If successful, just drive it back to the Garage and store it!  In jam8tone's Video, he thinks pushing the Race Vehicle into the water with the back wheels going in first is better and easier to get it out of the water.  For me personally, I find it easier to get out of the water if I push it in with the front wheels going into the water first.  The Thunder-Rodd especially seems to have better traction when driving in reverse getting it out of the water.  I've drowned Toni several times using his way of pushing the Vehicles into the water.  They just would spin the tires and go nowhere while Toni's health would deplete.

2.7. EC White Pony

Mission: Dead Meat

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Dead Meat, and go through it like you normally would by not allowing Casa to escape.  After the cutscene when you get out of the warehouse, this EC White Pony will be sitting next to you and you'll be instructed to take it back to Casa's Deli.  Instead of doing what it's telling you, pick up a Police Bribe or two to lose the wanted level and then drive the Pony to Harwood and dunk it in the water as shown in the Video.  The Mission will be failed at this point and all you have to do is drive it back to a Garage and store it.

2.8. H/EC Black Sentinel (1 of 2)

Mission: No Son of Mine

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, No Son of Mine, and just take out the hitmen that arrive to kill Toni.  The hitmen that are arriving will be driving these H/EC Black Sentinels.  To keep one, basically, don't blow them up while you shoot the hitmen dead.  After taking out all of the hitmen, the Mission will be passed and several Sentinels will be left in the street.  Just take any one of them and drive it back to a Garage and store it.  There may be one or two that aren't in fact Heavy, so on the way back to a Garage, test to see if it's Heavy by running into a Vehicle or two.  If you can shove a Vehicle around like it was nothing, then it's Heavy and a good one to keep.

2.9. EC Navy Blue Manana

Mission: Salvatore's Salvation

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: The Video will show how to obtain this EC Navy Blue Manana with failing the Mission, but I will explain how to get it along with the EC Light Blue Kuruma from the same Mission and only failing the Mission once and getting both Special Vehicles at the same time.  Start the Mission, Salvatore's Salvation, and get a random Vehicle to tail the Manana to the location.  When the Manana reaches the destination in Chinatown, a cutscene will play.  After the cutscene, you can find the Manana still sitting there.  Use the Manana to chase down the EC Light Blue Kuruma taking Salvatore away in the trunk of the Kuruma.  Once you damage the Kuruma enough, the driver and occupants will get out.  Just kill them all and now double drive the Manana, alternating with the Kuruma to Harwood and dunk the Kuruma in the water to fail the Mission.  After the Mission is failed, once again, double drive the Manana alternating with the Kuruma back to the Garage and store both of them.

3.0. EC Light Blue Kuruma

Mission: Salvatore's Salvation

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Consult 2.9 of the Guide as it's the exact same Method to obtain this EC Light Blue Kuruma.  In fact, you can obtain this EC Light Blue Kuruma and the EC Navy Blue Manana from the same Mission at the same time with only failing the Mission once.  The Video below will only show how to obtain the EC Light Blue Kuruma, though.

3.1. Unique/FP/EC Black and White Maverick (1 of 5)

Mission: Calm Before the Storm

Difficulty: ** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: To obtain this Maverick, you will need to use OM0. Cancel Vigilante at this time and start making your way to Joey's to start Calm Before the Storm while the Rampage is counting down.  After you start the Mission, start making your way toward Salvatore's Mansion and on the way try and find a Taxi/Cabbie.  When you have your Taxi/Cabbie at the ready and are in Salvatore's Driveway, allow the Rampage to reach about ten seconds remaining and then go into the yellow marker and skip the cutscene.  You should get a Rampage Failed message whilst the Maverick is taking off and you're instructed to follow it.  Just allow the Maverick to reach the street in front of Salvatore's Mansion and then simply activate Taxi Driver.  The Maverick should fall out of the air and land on the road if done correctly.  Now just jack it from the driver and land it in a safe place like your Safehouse and complete the remaining six Story Missions while leaving the Maverick in memory since you need to unlock Staunton Island in order to have a Garage big enough to store this Unique/FP/EC Maverick.  It was a myth for years that the Maverick was AP, but it's not.  It only acts like it's AP since the Game Script has the Health set to 99,999.  Truth be told, it's only FP and nothing more.  However, since it's Black with a White Stripe, it's worthy of obtaining for the EC alone despite the Unique/AP/EC Full Black Maverick I will explain later in the Guide being far better than this one.  But since it has a different appearance in terms of the EC, this is still worthy of obtaining for your collection.  Once you store this Maverick in the Garage, the red arrow above it will vanish as well as the red blip on the Radar.  However, the yellow blip will remain until you save and reload the game before it's good as new.

3.2. FP Leone Sentinel

Mission: The Made Man

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, The Made Man, and do it like normal until the part where you drop Mickey off back at his place.  At this point, all you have to do is drive the FP Leone Sentinel to Harwood and ditch it in the water as shown in the Video to fail the Mission.  Once the Mission is failed, drive it out of the water and either go to a Pay and Spray to lose the wanted level, pick up a Police Bribe or two to lose the wanted level, or just drive it back to the Garage and store it.  If you save the game and then reload, the wanted level will also be cleared.  It's only a two star wanted level so I think you can manage.

Video by jam8tone

3.3. H Sindacco Argento (3 of 3)

Mission: The Made Man

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: In the Video below will show how to get this H Sindacco Argento with failing the Mission, but I will explain how to get it and pass the Mission at the same time.  Start the Mission, The Made Man, and drive the gang to the ceremony in Harwood.  On the way there, a couple Sindacco Argentos will start to tail you.  Lead them to the junkyard and allow them to stop and get out of the Vehicles.  Simply kill them all and then test both of the Sindacco Argentos to see which one is Heavy.  Apparently, both of them are not Heavy and only one of them will be Heavy.  Once you have found the one that is Heavy, simply drive it back to the Garage and store it.  After storing it, return to the Leone Sentinel and complete the Mission like normal.  Once passed, go and confirm the H Sindacco Argento in the Garage by opening, closing, opening, and closing the Garage to acknowledge the Sindacco Argento is inside.  When you take a Special Vehicle from a Mission while the Mission is still on and not passed or failed, the Garage is not actually acknowledging the Vehicle.  So if you would save the game and then reload the game without checking on it in the Garage first, it would disappear.

3.4. H/TP/EC Black and White Banshee

Mission: The Trouble with Triads

Difficulty: ***** (Old Method) *** (New Method)

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Prior to a new Method to obtain this beast of a Special Vehicle founded by semota, it was said to be hands down the hardest Special Vehicle in LCS to obtain if you were playing on PS2 or Mobile.  If you're on PSP, it's rather easy since blown up wrecks are able to be restored in the Garages so you can very easily just use a H/DP Vehicle and push the Banshee's wreck back to the Garage and have the Garage restore it, similar to that of obtaining the H/FP Sindacco Argento from Taken for a Ride.  However, if you're playing on PS2 or Mobile, this isn't possible and you have to get the Banshee back to the Garage in tact without it catching fire or blowing up.  I'll explain the older and more difficult Method as well as the newer and less time consuming Method.  The Video below shows the older and more difficult Method.  Before starting this Mission, you absolutely must have a H/DP Vehicle inside your Garage.  Start the Mission, The Trouble with Triads, and head to the Triad Fish Factory like normal.  When you arrive, go into the yellow marker, but after the cutscene, immediately leave the Triad Fish Factory.  Don't bother with collecting any money or doing anything else.  After you leave, go to the Police Station and fetch a Police Car as you will need it to obtain this H/TP/EC Black and White Banshee.  Once you are in possession of the Police Car, drive back to Salvatore's Mansion and you should see his Banshee smoking light grey smoke in the center of the driveway.  If this isn't the case for you, reload and try this again.  For some unknown reason, it's possible the Banshee won't be there at all, but if you reload and try again, it will.  When you spot the Banshee, the Mission will soon fail shortly after once the timer gets down to zero.  Using the Police Car, very gently push the Banshee back to the Garage.  If you're doing this Method, it can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 90 minutes.  I've obtained it on PS2 using this Method and it took me personally about 60 to 75 minutes to obtain it.  When pushing the Banshee, try your best to lightly drive up to it until the Police Car is touching it and then slowly accelerate into it.  If this catches fire and blows up, it's game over and you'll have to redo the entire process, so make sure to take your time and be easy on the Banshee.  It doesn't help that it's already smoking when you get back to Salvatore's Mansion, but there is nothing you can do about that.  If you manage to get this beast back to the Garage, clear what is inside your Garage by removing the Vehicles and parking them nearby and out of the way.  Position the Banshee as shown in the Video so the Garage remains open with half of the Banshee inside of it already.  This can be tricky and the Garage can very easily swallow the Banshee and you'll have to start all over.  Using your H/DP Vehicle that was already inside the Garage, use it to push the H/TP/EC Banshee the rest of the way into the Garage.  Make sure you push it in with authority so the Garage remains open until the back of the Banshee hits the wall in the back of the Garage and then as quickly as you can, reverse and allow the Garage to close on the Banshee before it blows up.  As soon as you touch it with your H/DP Vehicle, the Banshee will catch fire, so you need to be quick about this.  Open up the Garage to see your new H/TP/EC Banshee fully restored!  Save the game after a task like this before doing anything else!  Now I will explain the newer and less time consuming Method.  Do as I explained above until the part where I say to go get a Police Car.  Instead of fetching a Police Car, drive to the Fire Station and get a Fire Truck.  Head back to Salvatore's Mansion to find the Banshee sitting in the driveway as I explained above only this time, don't touch the Banshee until the timer runs out and the Mission is failed.  Once the Mission is failed, you can use the Fire Truck to push the Banshee back.  The reason why this is possible is because you can activate the Firefighter Side Mission every time the Banshee catches fire and when you do this and the screen turns black, the fire on the Banshee will always be put out.  The moment you touch the Banshee with the Fire Truck, it's guaranteed to catch on fire so you can imagine how often you will have to do this to get the Banshee back to the Garage, however, it should take far less time than the old Method.  Make sure you don't push it too hard, though, as you don't want to damage the Fire Truck.  Without the Fire Truck and activating the Firefighter Side Mission, you wouldn't be able to use this Method, so be careful and take care when pushing the Banshee back to the Garage.  With this Method, as well, you won't need any H/DP Vehicle in your Garage prior to starting the Mission like the old Method required since the Fire Truck will be enough to push it into the Garage fast enough.  With this new Method, it should only take about 30 minutes at most.  Also, make sure Fire Truck Level 12 is complete before doing this since every time you activate the Firefighter Side Mission, it will add a Mission Attempt to the Stats but if Level 12 is passed already, it won't add any Mission Attempts.  This Banshee is probably the most beautiful Special Vehicle in the entire game and surely one you would probably want to have in your collection.  If you managed to obtain it using either of the Methods, then congratulations!

3.5. H/EC Black Sentinel (2 of 2)

Mission: A Walk in the Park

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, A Walk in the Park, and go into Belleville Park unarmed.  Run to where the Mayor is jogging with his body guards, then whip out a weapon and kill the Mayor and his body guards.  Retrieve the Mayor's phone and then run to where the Sentinels are parked as shown in the Video outside of Belleville Park.  There will be three of them and all three are H/EC Black, so it doesn't matter which one you take.  Once you're in one of the three Sentinels, all you have to do is drive back to the Safehouse and into the yellow marker to pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, just drive the H/EC Black Sentinel into the Garage and store it.  It's probably best to get this H/EC Black Sentinel than the one in No Son of Mine back in Portland as it will conserve storage space early on in the game for other Special Vehicles.

3.6. FP/EC Black Sentinel

Mission: Making Toni

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Making Toni, and you will already be sitting in the FP/EC Black Sentinel.  Just drive to the pier as shown in the Video and dunk it in the water to fail the Mission which will allow you to keep this.  After the Mission is failed, just drive it back to the Garage and store it.

3.7. Unique/EC Chrome Red Campaign Rumpo

Mission: After Making Toni - Found in Free Roam for a Limited Time

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: -

How to Obtain: After you pass A Walk in the Park and Making Toni, which is the first two Story Missions that take place in Staunton Island, some Campaign Rumpos are placed in certain locations around Staunton Island.  During Steering the Vote, you are given a Unique/PP/EC Blue Campaign Rumpo, so if you want the Blue Campaign Rumpo, I would just keep it after passing Steering the Vote since you're still driving it.  However, if you want a Chrome Red Campaign Rumpo, specifically for the different EC on this one compared to the Blue one, simply go to the Stadium on Staunton Island and in front of the stair case, you will find the Unique/EC Chrome Red Campaign Rumpo.  Just jack it and take it back to a Garage.  These Campaign Rumpo spawns are limited and will be gone for good after you finish the Donald Love Missions, so make sure to get it asap after Making Toni.

3.8. Unique/PP/EC Blue Campaign Rumpo

Mission: Steering the Vote

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Steering the Vote, and just do it like you normally would to pass the Mission.  After passing the Mission, you will still be driving this Unique/PP/EC Blue Campaign Rumpo.  Simply take it back to the Garage and store it.

3.9. H/EC Black Bobcat

Mission: Love and Bullets

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Unfortunately, this Special Vehicle requires a Mission Failure no matter what.  I've tried obtaining it while passing the Mission, but it will always disappear from the Garage for some reason after it's passed, whereas the other two Special Vehicles from the same Mission can actually be obtained at the same time while passing the Mission without any issues.  Start the Mission, Love and Bullets, and after the cutscene takes place, use the Sniper Rifle to take out all of the enemies while protecting the Stretch from heavy gunfire.  After you are done killing off the enemies, you'll be instructed to get into the Stretch.  Instead of doing this, however, stand as shown in the Video and aim your Sniper Rifle down the alleyway in the direction of the H/EC Black Bobcat.  Within a few moments, it will start to drive down this alleyway at which time you want to snipe the driver of the Bobcat.  It's crucial that you do this while the Bobcat is still in the alleyway and as quickly as you can in order for it to keep the Heavy Property.  After sniping the driver, get into the Bobcat and then do a drive-by on Donald's Stretch to blow it up and fail the Mission.  After the Mission is failed, just take the H/EC Black Bobcat back to the Garage and store it.

4.0. EC Chrome Red Stallion with Navy Blue Roof

Mission: Love and Bullets

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: The Video only shows how to obtain this EC Chrome Red Stallion with Navy Blue Roof, however, I will be explaining how to obtain the Stallion together with the PP/PC White Stretch.  Start the Mission, Love and Bullets, and after the cutscene takes place, use the Sniper Rifle to take out all of the enemies while protecting the Stretch from heavy gunfire.  After you are done killing off the enemies, you'll be instructed to get into the Stretch.  Instead, turn your attention to the alleyway to the left of the Stretch and take out the Black Bobcat by any means necessary or at least kill the driver.  After you take care of the Black Bobcat, get into the nearby EC Chrome Red Stallion with Navy Blue Roof and drive it back to the Garage.  After storing the Stallion, return to the PP/PC White Stretch and complete the Mission as normal by driving back to Donald Love's and into the yellow marker.  After the Mission is passed, you will still be driving this PP/PC White Stretch so take it back to the Garage and store it while you check on and confirm the EC Chrome Red Stallion with Navy Blue Roof by opening, closing, opening, and closing the Garage to acknowledge the Stallion is inside.  When you take a Special Vehicle from a Mission while the Mission is still on and not passed or failed, the Garage is not actually acknowledging the Vehicle.  So if you would save the game and then reload the game without checking on it in the Garage first, it would disappear.

4.1. BP/FP/PC White Stretch

Mission: Love and Bullets

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: To obtain this Stretch, you will need to use OM0. At this time, drive to Staunton Island.  As soon as the loading screen appears, Vigilante will fail due to crossing Islands.  Simply reactivate Vigilante and now complete it up until you see no more red blips on your Radar.  For some reason, Vigilante will eventually get disabled where you can't progress any further in the Levels.  I personally seen it happen on Level 2, 3, 4, and 5.  I don't know what causes this or why it happens, but just live with it.  When Vigilante eventually stops working and can't progress any higher, go to Donald Love's and start Love and Bullets.  Make note, that upon going into this yellow marker, the game can crash at times.  Once again, it seems random.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  If successfully done, the Mission will start and you will see double of Toni and Donald in the cutscenes.  Once you get this far, you can not hit X any longer.  No running, no accelerating forward.  Only walking/jumping and driving in reverse.  Allow the cutscenes to play out, and if you're lucky enough during these few cutscenes, the duplicated Stretch will not have tipped over.  What should happen as Toni leaves the Stretch during the cutscene to pick up the Sniper Rifle is two Stretches should be there, one on top of the other.  You have to try and quickly enter it and then reverse the entire time to the Safehouse to park the Stretch in the Garage.  Once successful, allow the enemies to finish off the other Stretch or you can walk/jump back to the alley and from afar, snipe Love in the back of the Stretch to fail the Mission.  Either works.  Just remember, throughout this entire time upon going into the yellow marker to start the Mission, you can not hit X anymore.  So once the Mission fails and the BP/FP/PC Stretch is in the Garage, immediately go into the Safehouse and save your game, reload, and everything will be back to normal and the Stretch will still be in the Garage!  This may take several attempts, either due to the game crashing upon starting the Mission, or the more likely outcome, the Stretch will tip over in the cutscenes.  Just reload until the proper outcome happens.

4.2. PP/PC White Stretch

Mission: Love and Bullets

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Consult 4.0 of the Guide as it's the exact same Method to obtain this PP/PC White Stretch.  In 4.0, I will be explaining how to obtain the EC Chrome Red Stallion with Navy Blue Roof together with this PP/PC White Stretch while passing the Mission at the same time.  However, make note that you can obtain this Stretch in FP/PP/PC form simply by killing Donald Love in the back seat of the Stretch and failing the Mission.

4.3. Unique/H Ballot Van

Mission: Counterfeit Count

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Counterfeit Count, and drive to where the Unique/H Ballot Van is located near Belleville Park.  When you arrive, simply follow it until it makes its first stop to make the exchange.  All you have to do is get out of your Vehicle and jack the Unique/H Ballot Van.  Once you jack it, the Mission will fail and now just drive it back to the Garage and store it.

4.4. BP/FP/PP Stretch

Mission: Search and Rescue

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Search and Rescue, and do like the game tells you and go pick up Mr. Leone's Stretch.  Once you pick it up, simply drive it to the pier as shown in the Video and dunk it in the water to fail the Mission and then drive it back to the Garage to store it.

4.5. EC Black Pony (1 of 2)

Mission: Taking the Peace

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Taking the Peace, and just pass it like you normally would.  Once the Mission is passed, you will be sitting in this EC Black Pony and can just drive it back to the Garage and store it.

4.6. BP/EP/FP Speeder

Mission: Shoot the Messenger

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: To temporarily obtain this BP/EP/FP Speeder is rather simple, but to permanently obtain and get it back to the Garage is the hard part.  Make sure you have a Sniper Rifle before starting this Mission.  Start the Mission, Shoot the Messenger, and head to the pier.  When you arrive, you will see a Speeder with a blue arrow on top of it.  Board the Speeder, and as shown in the Video, get close enough to the BP/EP/FP Speeder in the distance but not too far that you scare the BP/EP/FP Speeder away.  Aim from a distance and simply snipe the driver of the BP/EP/FP Speeder to instantly pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, drive your Speeder close to the BP/EP/FP Speeder and do a Boat to Boat jump and land on the BP/EP/FP Speeder.  At this point, drive the BP/EP/FP Speeder to the location you see in the Video.  When you arrive, embrace for the hardest part about obtaining this Special Vehicle.  You're going to have to beach the Speeder on land and have it get to the road.  When I obtained this, it took several attempts to finally succeed at this part, but eventually I got it up onto the road and was successful.  When you finally beach the Speeder at the location you see in the Video, just jack a random Vehicle and carefully push it back to the Garage.  You want to be rather gentle, especially if you're playing on PS2 or Mobile, since if it catches fire and blows up, the Garage won't be able to restore it.  Don't let this alarm you thinking it will be very fragile, though, as when I obtained this, it wasn't even smoking when I got it back to the Garage to store it and I was pushing it with authority.  If you do somehow manage to damage it too much, you can use Toni's body alone to push it from side to side the rest of the way back to the Garage instead of using a Vehicle.  Follow the route back to the Garage as shown in the Video and when you get back to the Garage, just push the BP/EP/FP Speeder into the Garage and it's yours!

4.7. Unique/AP/EC Black Maverick (2 of 5)

Mission: Caught in the Act

Difficulty: *****

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: To obtain this Maverick, you will need to use OM0. You can use other Rampages, but this specific Rampage and where it's located seems most convenient and it also helps with the addition of the Bumps and Grinds Menu I will be explaining now since you'll need it for the Maverick. Now, make your way to Staunton Island to start Caught in the Act with the Menu still on screen.  Make sure when you reach Staunton Island to switch Vehicles to a Taxi/Cabbie as you will need it for the next part before going into the yellow marker to start the Mission.  Park the Taxi/Cabbie as shown in the Video and then make your way into the yellow marker.  As soon as you see Toni on screen standing next to the Speeder that Salvatore is on in the cutscene, cancel the Bumps and Grinds Menu and walk/jump to quickly enter the Taxi/Cabbie you parked nearby.  Once the cutscene ends and you gain control of Toni, you will be sitting inside the Taxi, on the road at this point.  As quickly as possible, drive to the docks as shown in the Video and park your Taxi on the Pier at the ready to activate Taxi Driver as soon as the cutscene plays out where Salvatore jumps the Speeder off the ramp and the barrels explode around him.  The Mission will fail shortly after this, however, you will see something fall out of the sky and into the Ocean.  It's the Unique/AP/EC Black Maverick!  If you managed to get this far, the worst is still yet to come.  Use the Video for guidance, but you will need to use nearby Speeder to reverse-push the Maverick to the next Pier down so you can board the Reefer.  Once you board the Reefer, you need to reverse-push the Maverick all the way to Harwood.  Beware, though, there is very little surface area for pushing the Maverick and this process will take you at least three hours, if not more.  You also have to be careful of the Ferries when you get near Harwood as they will continuously be in your way when trying to push the Maverick past this part.  Lets say you in fact get the Maverick pushed all the way to Harwood as shown in the Video, you still are not out of the clear yet.  You'll need to try and push the Maverick on land using the Reefer alone, but be very, very careful in this process not to damage the Reefer too much and also if you get lucky enough to get it on land, be extremely cautious around the blades.  They are going to be constantly spinning when the Maverick gets out of the water high enough.  If you're in the line of the blades, they will kill Toni.  Be careful entering it if you get this far as you do not want to redo this entire process and take another three plus hours to get back to this step.  If you are successful and manage to enter it without wasting Toni in the process, fly it back to the Staunton Island Garage and store it inside and then immediately save your game!  Give yourself a pat on the back if you obtained this one (without Save States), since it's currently one of, if not the most time consuming Special Vehicle to date.

4.8. H/AP/PP Banshee

Mission: Sayonara Sindaccos

Difficulty: *** (PS2) or ***** (PSP)

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: To obtain this Banshee, you will need to use OM0.  OM0 stands for On Mission = 0 and it allows you to blend certain Missions together to extract otherwise unobtainable Special Vehicles from the Story and Side Missions in LCS.  In order to be able to use OM0, you absolutely must have at least one Rampage available, preferably the one located on Portland Island right across the street located seems most convenient and it also helps with the addition of the Bumps and Grinds Menu I will be explaining now since you'll need it for the Banshee. At this time, head to the Bumps and Grinds Course.  If you passed all ten Courses like I did, some of these Vehicles that need the Bumps and Grinds Menu will out of a Vehicle.  Same thing when you get back onto the Bike and/or out of a Vehicle.  Now, make your way to Staunton Island to start the Mission, Sayonara Sindaccos, while the Menu is on screen.  Do the Mission like normal up until the part where you are shooting the Sindaccos on the PCJ-600's and Bobcat's.  The reason why it's a five star difficulty on PSP is because of this part.  To shoot, you need to press circle on PSP, but by pressing circle, you also can cancel the Bumps and Grinds Menu which you need until the end of the Mission.  If you don't have the Menu, then you will need to redo the entire process.  On PSP, this is a monstrous challenge, but on PS2 this is simple to keep the Menu on screen while getting to the end of the Mission since on PS2, triangle is what cancels the Menu, but we don't need to press triangle to shoot, which makes this task much easier on PS2.  Once you take out all the enemies and get to the end of the Mission with the Menu still on screen, a cutscene will take place.  When the screen turns black and before you see Toni standing on the sidewalk, press X and activate Course 1 immediately.  You'll get the countdown, 3, 2, 1, Go!, and at this point Ryan/Leon will be driving away in the Banshee.  Quickly grab any Vehicle and follow him.  Eventually, he'll slow down when making turns or running into Vehicles, etc, etc.  Just drive ahead of the Banshee a bit and quickly leave your Vehicle and try and enter Ryan/Leon's Banshee through the passenger side door.  You won't be able to jack the Banshee through the driver's side door, so make sure it's the passenger side door you're entering when you steal it.  If successful, just drive it back to a Garage and store it!  It certainly is a beast of a Vehicle considering it's H, AP, and PP simultaneously.  However, it still seems to fish tail and not be as good as Salvatore's Banshee from The Trouble with Triads.  That one still seems like the best Banshee in LCS.

4.9. H Fire Truck

Mission: L.C. Confidential

Difficulty: * (PS2 and Mobile) or ***** (PSP)

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Depending if you're playing on PS2/Mobile or PSP, the Method is entirely different as well as the difficulty involved to obtain it.  The Video is showing the PSP Method and it's probably best to just watch the Video and listen to jam8tone's advice on how to obtain if you want to get it on PSP since he gives you some very good tips.  Similar to that of the old Method to obtain the H/TP/EC Banshee, this H Fire Truck will take around the same time to obtain which is possibly over an hour since you need to push it back to the Garage using Toni's body alone.  Watch the Video and listen to jam8tone on how to obtain it on PSP as I will be explaining the PS2/Mobile Method instead.  If you're playing on PS2/Mobile, you're in luck as obtaining this H Fire Truck is very easy.  Start the Mission, L.C. Confidential, and head to the location on the bridge.  When you get there, you will spot the H Fire Truck sitting there used as a roadblock.  All you have to do is jack it and drive it back to the Garage and store it.  The Mission will fail shortly after.  The reason why this doesn't work on PSP is due to the fact that the doors of the Fire Truck are locked, but on PS2/Mobile, they are not, which makes obtaining this H Fire Truck a breeze.

5.0. Unique/FP Maverick (3 of 5)

Mission: The Passion of the Heist

Difficulty: ****

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Unfortunately, this Unique/FP Maverick is unobtainable if you play on PS2 or Mobile since, like the H/FP Sindacco Argento which is also only obtainable on PSP, it's required to be blown up and a wreck before storing it in the Garage and as you may know, wrecks can't be restored on PS2 or Mobile but they can on PSP.  However, due to the use of OM0 for the Unique/FP/EC Maverick in Calm Before the Storm, this Maverick from The Passion of the Heist is rather inferior at this point since it's not EC.  Before starting this Mission, make sure you have a Sniper Rifle, Remote Controlled Grenades, and a H/DP Vehicle.  If you have done the Hidden Packages, you will already have a Laser Scope Sniper Rifle and can pick it up from a Safehouse, however, if you did not do them, there is various places to find them on the Map.  As for the Remote Controlled Grenades, I am not sure where you can get these, but jam8tone shows you where they are in Shoreside Vale and how to get them.  He uses the H/UH/WP PCJ-600 to get to Shoreside Vale at this time since the Island is still locked, but there is an easier way to do this and it doesn't require the use of obtaining that Special PCJ-600 before going there.  Consult 6.3 of the Guide to learn how to get there by making a Ghost Vehicle and using it to get to Shoreside Vale early.  When you are finally ready and have a Sniper Rifle, Remote Controlled Grenades, and a H/DP Vehicle, start the Mission, The Passion of the Heist, and drive to the location with your H/DP Vehicle marked on the Map.  When you get there, do like you see in the Video.  Park the H/DP Vehicle away from the area a bit so it won't be damaged by any gunfire and take out all the guards, including the four hanging on the side of the Maverick, except the one guard on the ground as shown in the Video.  For this to work, you must leave that one specific guard alive.  After you manage all of this, get in your H/DP Vehicle and go collect a Police Bribe or two as shown in the Video to remove the wanted level.  Once the wanted level is removed, drive back to the location where you took out the guards and park your H/DP Vehicle as shown in the Video.  What you need to do at this point is blow up the Maverick any way possible, then retrieve the briefcase, and after that, stand behind the parked Stretch and throw a Remote Controlled Grenade close by the final guard.  This part is a bit tricky and it's possible it may take several attempts to get it right.  Without detonating the Grenade, get back in your H/DP Vehicle while keeping the camera on the wreck of the Maverick and start pushing it all the way to the location you see in the Video.  The location is actually the place where you take the briefcase, but it won't have a yellow blip on the Map just yet until the Grenade is detonated and the final guard is dead.  After detonating the Grenade, keep your fingers crossed that you threw it close to the guard and it kills him because if it doesn't you will have to restart this entire process.  If successful, just drive your H/DP Vehicle into the yellow marker to pass the Mission and skip the cutscene.  After the Mission is passed, your H/DP Vehicle will still be there as well as the wreck of the Unique/FP Maverick.  Just push the Maverick back to the Garage at this point and allow the Garage to restore it.  jam8tone's Video will demonstrate how to successfully push it into the Garage without the Garage swallowing it and making it disappear.  However, this is still not a guarantee as you should know if you're into collecting Special Vehicles from the various GTA's in the Series.  If you managed to obtain it, then congratulations as it's one of the more challenging Special Vehicles to get in LCS but it sure is a lot of work just for the FP Property on the Maverick which is completely useless in the end.

5.1. Unique/AP Hunter

Mission: Karmageddon

Difficulty: ** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This is an absolutely incredible discovery!  Before this was discovered, the only way to get a Hunter and fly it in LCS was on PSP using CheatDevice.  However, there has been a revolution going on recently and a lot of new obtainable Special Vehicles have been found and this is one of them and interestingly enough, it's rather easy to get.  Start the Mission, Karmageddon, and go steal the Fire Truck as instructed.  Start creating havoc in the Fire Truck like you normally would, but when the meter is almost filled, go to the location as shown in the Video with the Pyramid and climb to the very top of it and press L1, Select, D-Pad Up, and X at the same time.  If done correctly, you will hear a beep and at this time, get back in the Fire Truck and continue to cause havoc until the meter vanishes and the game instructs you to destroy the Fire Truck.  When this happens, drive the Fire Truck to the Casino and quickly get out of it and make your way up the stairs and onto the roof where the Helipad is.  Low and behold, a Hunter will be sitting here, in AP form, and the doors are unlocked!  Just take it and use the Hunter's Rockets to destroy the Fire Truck which will pass the Mission.  Now all you have to do is complete False Idols (using the Unique/AP Hunter if you want to) and Love on the Rocks (again, using the Unique/AP Hunter for part of the Mission if you wanted to) so Shoreside Vale becomes unlocked and you have the Garage big enough to store the Unique/AP Hunter.  Store it in the Garage and save the game!  Make note that you can not do Vigilante in the Hunter like you can in VC, SA, and VCS.

5.2. BP/PP/EC Yellow Patriot with Chrome Plated Bumpers

Mission: False Idols

Difficulty: ** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Before starting this Mission, make sure you have a Flamethrower as you will need it.  Start the Mission, False Idols, and get to the first target which should be the Stretch.  Get out of your Vehicle and stop ahead of the Stretch and allow it to drive toward you.  When it gets close, use your Flamethrower on it.  After, get back in your Vehicle and head to the next target, which will be this BP/PP/EC Yellow Patriot with Chrome Plated Bumpers.  Once again, get out of your Vehicle and stop ahead of the Patriot and allow it to drive toward you.  When it gets close, you your Flamethrower on it.  At this point, the driver will get out scared, run away, and leave the door open behind him.  Get into the Patriot and drive it to the pier as shown in the Video.  When you arrive, you will have to dunk it in the water, however, it could be a bit tricky.  You need to dunk it in deep enough that when the Mission is failed when Faith reaches the Radio Station, the Patriot can preserve the BP/PP Properties.  If it's not deep enough, the Patriot will vanish all together and if it's too deep, you won't be able to get it out without killing Toni in the process.  Dunk it deep enough with Toni inside the Patriot, then get out and push it farther into the water using Toni's body alone.  It should be floating, pretty much, and that is when it will be deep enough and retrievable after the Mission is failed.  At this point, just wait for Faith to reach the Radio Station and the Mission will fail shortly after.  After the Mission fails, just get into the Patriot and try and drive it out of the water before Toni's health depletes.  If you manage this, then just drive it back to the Garage and store it.  You should also test the BP/PP Properties to make sure they were retained.

5.3. Unique Maverick (4 of 5)

Mission: False Idols

Difficulty: *** (PS2 and Mobile) or *** and 1/2 (PSP)

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: If you're playing on PS2 or Mobile and don't want to use OM0 to obtain the best Maverick in the game from Calm Before the Storm, then now is your chance to finally get a Maverick!  However, if you're playing specifically on PSP, then I wouldn't bother with this Maverick and just go for the Unique/FP Maverick from The Passion of the Heist or the Unique/FP/EC Maverick from Calm Before the Storm using OM0.  This Maverick is actually harder to get on PSP and has to be obtained in a similar manner of how the Maverick from The Passion of the Heist was obtained.  The reason it's harder on PSP is the doors are locked to the Maverick, whereas on PS2 and Mobile, they are not.  It's the same reason why the H Fire Truck from L.C. Confidential is harder to get on PSP compared to PS2 and Mobile since the doors are locked on PSP and they are open on PS2 and Mobile.  Something so minor can make all the difference when it comes to obtaining some of these Special Vehicles.  I will be explaining how to get this using the PS2 and Mobile Method, however, I will show a Video of it being obtained on PSP as well.  Make note, though, that in jam8tone's Video showing the PSP Method he fails the Mission to obtain the Maverick.  You don't actually need to fail the Mission and can do similarly to how the Unique/FP Maverick from The Passion of the Heist was obtained.  Take out the Stretch, take out the Patriot, and then drive to the location in jam8tone's Video and wait for the Maverick to come by at which time you will use an RPG and blow it up.  Then you can just use your H/DP Vehicle to push the wreck back to the Church and drive into the yellow marker to pass the Mission and after the Mission is passed, your H/DP Vehicle will still be there as well as the wreck of the Maverick and can just push it back to the Garage at this point and have the Garage restore it.  It's your choice to either pass or fail the Mission, but I see no reason why you wouldn't want to obtain it while passing the Mission as it's probably just as hard and time consuming, anyways, if you're playing on PSP and obtaining this Unique Maverick.  For the PS2 and Mobile Method, before starting this Mission, make sure you have an RPG and also fetch an Ambulance and park it on the Shoreside Vale Lift Bridge as shown in both Videos.  You will need the Ambulance to remain there, so after parking it at the location on the bridge, go fetch a Vehicle but only use this Vehicle for the next duration of the Mission until you are inside the Maverick.  If you use more than one Vehicle after parking that Ambulance on the bridge, the Ambulance will disappear!  Once you have your RPG and the Ambulance parked on the bridge, go to the Church and start the Mission, False Idols.  Once the Mission starts, as quickly as you can drive to where you have the Ambulance parked and jump onto the barrier on the bridge to get Toni up onto the roof of the nearby building as shown in both Videos.  When you get onto the roof, just stand there and wait for the Unique Maverick to fly overhead the building you are standing on.  When you see the Maverick in front of you above the building, just jack it!  This wouldn't be possible on PSP since as I mentioned previously, the doors are locked, but on PS2 and Mobile, you can do this no problem.  After you get inside the Maverick, fly it to a safe location as shown in Piotr Danewicz Video and land it safely on the ground.  After you land the Maverick, the Stretch and Patriot targets should be nearby where you landed the Maverick.  Simply use your RPG to blow them both up.  Now, sometimes when you jack the Maverick initially from Faith, she will fall off the building to her death, however, in the Video, she did not so you will see Piotr Danewicz fly the Maverick at this time back to the bridge to kill Faith with a Sniper Rifle who was still standing on top of the building where you fetched the Maverick initially.  Either way, once all three targets are taken out, fly the Maverick back to the Church and land it nearby and walk into the yellow marker to pass the Mission.  After the Mission is passed, fly the Maverick back to the Safehouse and use a random Vehicle to push it into the Garage to store it!  Alternatively, before going to the Church to pass the Mission, you can store the Maverick in the Garage and after it's stored, just drive back to the Church and pass the Mission and confirm the Maverick in the Garage after it's passed.  Just to be safe, I'd probably go about storing it before making my way back to the Church to pass the Mission, but it's your choice.

5.4. EC Black Pony (2 of 2)

Mission: Night of the Living Dreads

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Night of the Living Dreads, and make your way to Newport to take out some Sindaccos.  After taking out a few Sindaccos, a cutscene will play and then more Sindaccos will arrive while you protect the Yardies.  After taking some of the Sindaccos out in the alleyway, you will see a Black Pony shown in the Video that jam8tone's jumps over into the street.  This Pony is actually AP/EC Black, but unfortunately unobtainable at this time.  Do like you see in the Video, though, and jump over this Pony and get out into the street.  After you're out in the street, run around the building as shown in the Video until you reach the sight of another Black Pony with a red arrow on top of it parked on the side of the road.  From a distance, use a Sniper Rifle to snipe the driver as well as the passenger in the front seat.  Once you do this, a couple of Sindaccos will get out the back of the Pony and run in your direction.  Just kill them at this point and then get inside the EC Black Pony and drive it back to the Garage and park it inside.  After parking the Pony in the Garage, return to the location and kill off the remaining Sindaccos like normal and meet the Ambulance as instructed.  The Mission will be passed at this point.  Go back to the Garage and open, close, open, and close it to acknowledge the EC Black Pony is inside.  When you take a Special Vehicle from a Mission while the Mission is still on and not passed or failed, the Garage is not actually acknowledging the Vehicle.  So if you would save the game and then reload the game without checking on it in the Garage first, it would disappear.

5.5. FP/PP Barracks OL (Unique Variation)

Mission: Munitions Dump

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This FP/PP Barracks OL is one of a kind since it has ammo boxes in the back of it which is very unique for a Barracks OL.  No Barracks OL obtained from a wanted level or anywhere else will have such a feature.  Start the Mission, Munitions Dump, and simply drive to the Barracks OL as shown in the Video.  Don't do anything but follow it.  Eventually, the Mission will fail and now all you have to do is drive along side of the FP/PP Barracks OL and put a few bullets into it via drive-by.  The driver will slow down, stop, get out scared running away, and leaving the door open behind him.  Simply get inside of it and drive it back to the Garage and store it.  Make note that sometimes the driver won't slow down or stop and instead speed up and try and get away.  If this happens, just reload and try again.

5.6. AP Forelli Exsess

Mission: Rough Justice

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This is the only Special Vehicle in LCS that is originally completely AP and obtainable.  You can obtain 11 other BP/EP/FP Vehicles which I will explain later in the Guide and convert them to DP, thus having them in their ultimate form of AP, but they originally aren't DP like this AP Forelli Exsess.  In this Mission, you can actually obtain two AP Forelli Exsess' and pass the Mission, however, I don't see any real reason to obtain both, since one is enough, especially with having only 12 spaces to store Special Vehicles in this game.  Start the Mission, Rough Justice, and drive to the location as shown in the Video.  Don't bother to get any backup or do anything else.  When you arrive to the location as shown in the Video, simply use the Vehicle you are driving to bump into the Forelli Exsess.  At this point, some Forelli's will come out attacking, but don't worry.  Next, as shown in the Video, drive to the second Forelli Exsess and get into it.  This will be the AP Forelli Exsess you will be obtaining.  Drive it to the location as shown in the Video and submerge it deep enough into the water.  Don't go too deep or else Toni will die trying to retrieve it later on, but if it's not deep enough, then it won't retain the AP Properties.  It has to be just right in order for this to work.  Drive it into the water slightly and then jack a random Vehicle and use it to push the AP Forelli Exsess slightly more into the water where it's practically floating.  After submerging the AP Forelli Exsess, go and kill off the handful of attacking Forelli's nearby.  Once they are dead, look back to where you submerged the AP Forelli Exsess.  If it does not have a red arrow on top of it, then it retained it's AP Properties, however, if it does in fact have a red arrow on top of it, then it's not AP and you will have to start over.  If it doesn't have the red arrow on top of it, go to it and retrieve it from the water as shown in the Video.  Once it's out of the water, just drive it back to the Garage and store it.  After storing it, simply return to finish off the remaining Forelli's to pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, confirm the AP Forelli Exsess inside the Garage by opening, closing, opening, and closing the Garage to acknowledge the AP Forelli Exsess is inside.  When you take a Special Vehicle from a Mission while the Mission is still on and not passed or failed, the Garage is not actually acknowledging the Vehicle.  So if you would save the game and then reload the game without checking on it in the Garage first, it would disappear.

5.7. EC White Bobcat with Brown Bumper

Mission: Panlantic Land Grab

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Panlantic Land Grab, and take Donald Love to the Airport like normal.  After the cutscene takes place, drive to the Shoreside Vale Lift Bridge where you will see two Cartel Cruiser's in a convoy protecting Avery who is inside the EC White Bobcat with Brown Bumper.  All you have to do is do a drive-by on the Cartel Cruiser in the back of the convoy which will result in it trying to block you off and then eventually stopping whilst Avery speeds up on the bridge.  Both of the Cartel Cruisers will eventually come to a stop and the Colombians will get out on foot rendering them completely useless, basically.  Just speed up to catch up with Avery and do a drive-by on his Bobcat with putting as few bullets as possible into it until he gets out.  When he gets out, just kill him and retrieve the plans.  Then simply get into his Bobcat with Donald Love and drive back to the yellow marker to pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, just take the EC White Bobcat with Brown Bumper back to a Garage and store it.

5.8. EC Light Blue Faggio

Mission: Stop the Press

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Since there are two Special Vehicles which can be obtained from this Mission, I will be explaining how to get both of them at the same time and pass the Mission.  The Video below only shows how to get one at a time and fails the Mission doing so, but you can very easily get both the EC Light Blue Faggio and the H/PP/WP/EC Yellow Faggio at the same time and pass the Mission.  Start the Mission, Stop the Press, and go through it like normal until you return to Ned's lock-up where he has stashed the film.  After the cutscene, Ned will drive off with the H/PP/WP/EC Yellow Faggio and you will be provided this EC Light Blue Faggio.  Simply get onto it and chase after Ned.  Just kill him, and after he dies, the Mission will be passed, you'll still be riding on the EC Light Blue Faggio, and Ned's H/PP/WP/EC Yellow Faggio will be in front of you.  At this point, just double drive both of the Faggio's back to a Garage.  To do this, just watch the Videos in 1.9 of the Guide as it shows the use of double driving two Special Vehicles back to a Garage and storing both of them.  Just do the same thing with both of these Special Faggios.

5.9. H/PP/WP/EC Yellow Faggio

Mission: Stop the Press

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Consult 5.7 of the Guide as it's the exact same Method to obtain this H/PP/WP/EC Yellow Faggio.  In 5.7, I will be explaining how to obtain the EC Light Blue Faggio together with this H/PP/WP/EC Yellow Faggio while passing the Mission at the same time.

6.0. EC Light Blue Speeder with White Stripes

Mission: More Deadly Than the Male

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, More Deadly Than the Male, and head to the pier where the Yakuza are guarding the arms shipment.  When you get there, simply kill off all the guards on the pier as well as destroy one of the two enemy Speeders as shown in the Video.  From a distance, use a Sniper Rifle to shoot the guard standing on the EC Light Blue Speeder with White Stripes as well as the driver.  After you do this, just board the Speeder with the blue arrow above it and drive it ahead to the EC Speeder.  When you get to the EC Speeder, you want to jump from your own Speeder with the blue arrow above it to the EC Speeder.  Drive the EC Speeder slightly away and then use an RPG to blow up the Speeder with the blue arrow above it to fail the Mission.  Once the Mission is failed, drive the EC Speeder to the location as shown in the Video and beach it on land.  After it's beached on land, carefully push it back to the Garage.  Once in possession of this EC Speeder, the rest is identical to how I explained to obtain the BP/EP/FP Speeder in 4.6 of the Guide.

Video by jam8tone

6.1. EC Light Blue Speeder with Grey Stripes

Mission: More Deadly Than the Male

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Consult 5.9 of the Guide as it's the exact same Method to obtain this EC Light Blue Speeder with Grey Stripes, however, this time you will pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, just turn around and the EC Speeder should still be sitting in the water.  Just board it and take it to the beaching location to get it back on land and push it to the Garage like I explained in 4.6 of the Guide and like it shows in the Videos for all of these Special Speeders in LCS.

6.2. FP Securicar

Mission: Cash Clash

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Before starting this Mission, make sure you have a Sniper Rifle.  Start the Mission, Cash Clash, and drive to the convoy of the three Securicars.  Simply drive ahead of them and use your Sniper Rifle to kill the driver of the Securicar in the front of the convoy.  The driver will fall out dead and leave the door open.  Simply run to the Securicar and get in.  After you are inside the Securicar, you must drive it across the Callahan Bridge until you get the screen in which you have crossed over to Portland.  After this screen appears, the Mission should fail shortly after.  At this point, just drive it back to a Garage and store it.  Without driving across the Callahan Bridge to Portland, the FP Securicar wouldn't be obtainable.  It's vital that you do this part before taking it back to a Garage and before the Mission fails.

6.3. Unique Maverick (5 of 5)

Mission: Cash in Kazuki's Chips

Difficulty: ****

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This is your final opportunity in LCS to obtain a Maverick.  However, this Maverick is once again only obtainable on PSP since it has to be blown up before it can be obtained and as you may know, and as I've stated previously in the Guide about the other Special Vehicles only obtainable on PSP, Garages in LCS can't restore any blown up wrecks of any Vehicles if you are playing on PS2 and Mobile.  Since there is already other opportunities to get a Unique Maverick in LCS, I don't see why you would even bother obtaining this one.  Since I don't play on PSP and jam8tone does a wonderful job at demonstrating, showing, and explaining how to get it in his Video, I'll just let you watch the Video to see how this is obtained if you really feel the need to get the Unique Maverick from this Mission instead of the other chances earlier in the game.  A lot of effort goes into obtaining this Maverick and you will also need to have a Tank prior to starting this Mission.  Make note that in the Video, jam8tone fails the Mission and commits suicide in order to obtain it.  That isn't needed.  Just let the Garage restore it, then go back to the Casino and finish the Mission.  After passing the Mission, confirm the Unique Maverick is still in the Garage.

6.4. H/EC Chrome Red Rumpo

Mission: Bringing the House Down

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Bringing the House Down, and simply get into the H/EC Chrome Red Rumpo provided to you at the start of the Mission.  All you have to do is drive it to the location as shown in the Video at the Airport and dunk it in the water to fail the Mission.  Once the Mission is failed, just drive it back to a Garage and store it.

6.5. AP/TP Vehicles (Almost Anything You Want) (Limited - One Time Only)

Mission: Bringing the House Down

Difficulty: *** (Police Vehicle) or **** (No Police Vehicle)

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: To convert almost any Vehicle into AP/TP form, you will need to use OM0. You can use other Rampages, but this specific Rampage and where it's located seems most convenient and it also helps with the addition of the Bumps and Grinds Menu I will be explaining now since you'll need it for the AP/TP Conversion. At this time, make your way to 8 Ball in Shoreside Vale while the Menu is still on screen.  You can convert non-Police Vehicles to AP/TP form, but I will be explaining how to do it with a Police Vehicle since it's a bit easier.  Once you reach the yellow marker to start Bringing the House Down, park your Police Vehicle in a spot where the Rumpo won't be after the cutscene.  As long as you didn't park your Police Vehicle where the Rumpo would spawn, it will remain there after the Mission is started.  Just leave the Rumpo behind for now and drive your Police Vehicle through the tunnels, exactly as if you were to be doing the actual Mission whilst driving the Rumpo making sure not to cancel the Bumps Menu.  Only thing is, no Forellis will spawn chasing you, so you can take your time.  Park the Police Vehicle in front of the gate in which you will be instructed to drive through at the end of the Mission and then get out and go on foot back through the tunnels the same way you came and when you finally reach the area where traffic spawns, jack one of their Vehicles and drive it back to the Rumpo while the Menu is still on screen.  Make sure not to touch any other Vehicles or the Police Vehicle will disappear by the time you get there with the Rumpo in your possession.  Get inside the Rumpo and now go through the same tunnels as you did with your Police Vehicle while the Menu is still on screen.  Plant the Bombs as usual.  When you finally make it to the last yellow marker to plant the final bomb, walk to where the Forellis have blocked the path and kill them.  Once they are dead, you will see your Police Vehicle still there, in front of the gate you need to escape through.  Simply drive through the gate and allow the cutscene to play like normal with the Menu still on screen up until right before you see the Vehicles falling from the sky on fire.  Right before this part in the cutscene, cancel the Bumps Menu and now just wait a bit until the next part of the cutscene plays out where you see a building being blown up.  Wait until you hear two explosions and once that occurs, immediately activate Vigilante.  If done successful, the Mission will be passed and you will be sitting in your AP/TP Police Vehicle.  You won't be able to move at this point, so exit the Vehicle, and then reenter it.  Allow Vigilante to fail and put the AP/TP Vehicle in your Garage and save the game!  It's very crucial to cancel the Bumps and Grinds Menu and activate Vigilante at the proper time.  If you don't, the game can either crash/freeze, or it'll be soft locked and you won't be able to save the game or enter any Safehouses.  So make sure your timing is spot on for this to work.  Since the Mission is passed after doing this, you can only convert one AP/TP Vehicle of your choosing per Save File, so choose wisely!  Also make note that Fort Staunton will not be blown up after doing this.  It will be and everything will be back to normal, though, as soon as you save and reload.  This AP/TP Conversion removes practically all Properties from your Vehicle, so be sure not be using an already Special Vehicle thinking you can add AP/TP to the already existing Properties on it.  It doesn't work like that.  When the Vehicle is created and converted to AP/TP during the cutscene, it's stripped of the other Properties it possesses!

6.6. EC White Bobcat with Grey Bumper

Mission: Bringing the House Down

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Start the Mission, Bringing the House Down, and go through the Mission like you normally would.  At the very end of the Mission when you plant the final bomb, you will see this EC White Bobcat with Grey Bumper just sitting there.  Instead of getting back into the Rumpo, just take the Bobcat and finish the Mission by escaping through the gate after killing the couple of Forelli's.  Fort Staunton will blow up in the cutscene and after the cutscene, the Mission will be passed and you'll still be driving this EC White Bobcat with Grey Bumper.  Just take it back to a Garage and store it.

6.7. EP/PP Securicar

Mission: The Shoreside Redemption

Difficulty: ** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Unfortunately, this Securicar can only be obtained in EP/PP form, but it's originally H/EP/PP.  Also, despite rather easy to obtain, it may take several attempts.  Start the Mission, The Shoreside Redemption, and go get a Police Car parked nearby.  After, try and get a one star wanted level the moment you drive into the yellow marker.  This is vital for this Securicar to be obtained but can be tricky.  For instance, if you get the wanted level too early, the yellow marker will vanish and you'll have to lose the one star wanted level and try again.  If you get the wanted level too late, the Mission will go on as normal, pretty much, and you won't be able to get the EP/PP Securicar.  It has to be done just right as shown in the Video.  If you succeed, the game will tell you to lose your wanted level, but a second yellow marker will appear.  Ultimately, the Mission has been duplicated at this point and you will have two Securicars.  Just go into the yellow marker a second time and then follow the Securicar up the road a bit until you reach the dam.  You will see the first Securicar driving in circles when you approach the location as shown in the Video.  Drive toward the Securicar while the Mission fails shortly after for abandoning the other Securicar.  At this point, get out of the Police Car and block the Securicar with a blue arrow on top of it.  Using a Sniper Rifle, shoot and kill the driver allowing him to fall out of the EP/PP Securicar leaving the door open behind him.  Get in, and drive it back to a Garage to store it.

6.8. PP Vehicles (Anything You Want) (1 of 2)

Mission: The Shoreside Redemption

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Pass (If Converting One Vehicle) / Fail (If Converting More Than One Vehicle)

How to Obtain: I'll be explaining how to do this with failing the Mission which allows you to make as many PP Vehicles as you wish as well as passing the Mission which can be done on your final Vehicle you want to convert to PP form.  There is no sense failing it on the final Vehicle you want to convert to PP when passing the Mission is just as easy and will save you an extra Mission Attempt in the Stats.  jam8tone has a Video on his Youtube Channel of how this works and I've also seen a couple other Videos out there on how this works, but none of them seem to be a full proof Method in which will work on either PSP, PS2, or Mobile Platforms.  The Methods I explain will guarantee it to work for you.  Before starting the Mission, have the Vehicle in which you want to convert to PP at the ready and simply park it behind a billboard close to the Francis International Airport.  Leaving the Vehicle here is vital for this to work.  Don't park it in the Airport, don't park it on the road or sidewalk, but park it behind a billboard in the grass toward the end of the road and where you will see a right hand turn that will lead into the Airport.  Parking it here will assure nobody stealing it, you won't be near any Colombians, and most importantly, it won't disappear when you start the Mission, The Shoreside Redemption.  If you park it close to where the Mission is activated, after the cutscene it will disappear every single time.  So having it parked quite far away will guarantee it remain there after the Mission is started.  Once you park your Vehicle in the grass behind a billboard, run on foot to the yellow marker.  Do not use any Vehicles at all.  Start the Mission, The Shoreside Redemption, and fetch a Police Car parked nearby.  Do the Mission like you normally would by escorting the Securicar and taking out any Sicilians that get in your way.  Eventually, the Securicar's path will lead you out of Pike Creek as you get closer to the Shoreside Vale Lift Bridge and this is close to where you left your Vehicle in which you wanted to convert to PP.  Just drive a bit ahead of the Securicar when you get near the Vehicle you parked to convert to PP before starting the Mission and get into it.  Just drive in the opposite direction of the Securicar and the Mission will soon fail when you get far enough away from it.  The Vehicle you are driving is now converted to PP and you can drive it back to a Garage and store it.  Rinse and repeat if you have other Vehicles in which you want to convert to PP.  Basically, any Vehicle that Toni is driving during this Mission before the Mission fails is converted to PP.  So any Vehicle that has tires and isn't already PP to begin with can be converted.  To convert a Vehicle into PP form while passing the Mission is very similar.  Instead of driving in the opposite direction of the Securicar and failing the Mission, just keep up with it and do the Mission like you normally would when you were using a Police Car, but this time it will be in the Vehicle you want to convert to PP.  Once the Mission is passed, you will still be sitting in your Vehicle and it will retain the PP Property.  I have heard that when some people pass this Mission, they are not sitting in their Vehicle.  If this is the case, look around and you should find your Vehicle parked down the street a bit.  Just get into it and drive it back to a Garage and store it.  Either way, you shouldn't lose your Vehicle all together after passing the Mission.

6.9. PP/EC Light Blue Stinger

Mission: The Shoreside Redemption

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: The Video will show how to get this Special Vehicle, but with failing the Mission.  I will explain how to get it and pass the Mission.  Start the Mission, The Shoreside Redemption, and protect the Securicar like normal.  Eventually, you will see a roadblock with two of these Stingers parked blocking you from going through.  Like shown in the Video, just jack any one of the two, but instead of driving away from the Securicar and failing the Mission, continue on protecting the Securicar until you get to the end and pass the Mission.  After the Mission is passed, you will still be driving this PP/EC Light Blue Stinger.  Just take it back to a Garage and store it.  I've heard cases that when you pass The Shoreside Redemption you are not inside the Vehicle anymore.  If this is the case for you, look around after the Mission is passed and you should find the Stinger parked down the street a bit.

7.0. H/EP Speeder

Mission: The Sicilian Gambit

Difficulty: *****

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Unfortunately, this is yet another PSP exclusive Special Vehicle, however, it's the last one in the Guide.  You can't get this on PS2 or Mobile since the Speeder has to be blown up before obtaining it and as you may know, Garages can't restore any blown up wreck on PS2 or Mobile.  Since I don't play on PSP, it's best to just watch and listen to the Video since jam8tone does an excellent job with explaining and showing how to get this.  He can give you a lot more tips to obtain this than I can give you.  Make note that in the Video he will fail the Mission and kill himself after storing the H/EP Speeder.  This is not necessary, though.  Once the Speeder is stored in the Garage, you can fetch a Boat and go back to the Lighthouse and finish the Mission like normal.  Once the Mission is passed and the credits roll, simply go back to confirm the H/EP Speeder in the Garage by opening, closing, opening, and closing the Garage to acknowledge the Speeder is inside.  When you take a Special Vehicle from a Mission while the Mission is still on and not passed or failed, the Garage is not actually acknowledging the Vehicle.  So if you would save the game and then reload the game without checking on it in the Garage first, it would disappear.  This is probably by far the hardest Special Vehicle to obtain in LCS so if you managed to obtain it on PSP, congratulations!

7.1. Unique/BP/FP/PP Avenger

Mission: Avenging Angels Level 15 Side Mission (Portland Only)

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Start the Avenging Angels Side Mission in Portland and complete Level 15 to pass it.  Once you pass Level 15 and move onto Level 16, you can cancel the Mission.  After Level 15 is passed, you will be rewarded this Unique/BP/FP/PP Avenger delivered to your Portland Safehouse.  If you want to keep it, you must park it inside a Garage.  Leaving it there will make it eventually disappear and it'll be gone for good.  You can never get it back after that.

7.2. H/BP/FP/PP/TP/EC/PC Brown and Blue Landstalker

Mission: See the Sight Before Your Flight Side Mission (Shoreside Vale)

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This Landstalker is a reward for completing all 12 See the Sight Before Your Flight Side Missions.  Simply get up to the 12th Sight and pass it.  The H/BP/FP/PP/TP/EC/PC Brown and Blue Landstalker will be delivered to your Shoreside Vale Safehouse.  If you want to keep it, you must park it inside a Garage.  Leaving it there will make it eventually disappear and it'll be gone for good.  You can never get it back after that.  In terms of Properties given to a single Special Vehicle, this Landstalker is by far the best in the game so you don't want to miss out on obtaining it!

7.3. DP Vehicles (Almost Anything You Want)

Mission: Free Roam at Any Time

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: -

How to Obtain: This is the legendary DP Conversion that allows you to add the DP Property to almost any Vehicle in the game.  This same DP Conversion is found in GTA III as well, but the Method to use it is slightly different in comparison.  Make note that all Vehicles in the entire database of LCS can be converted to DP form except a Blista, Bus, Fire Truck, Securicar, Trashmaster, and Rhino Tank.  These are Vehicles in which won't be accepted by the Crusher for some reason or another and is true for all Platforms and Versions of LCS.  Even Motorcycles and the Maverick can be converted to DP form, but they use a different Method.  I will be explaining every possible thing you will need to know about this DP Conversion and how it works for all the Special Vehicles in which can be converted.  First of all, the Video shows a Method in which works, but I personally don't like it since it uses a Side Mission in which every time you activate it, it's adding an extra Mission Attempt to the Stats.  If you want to use this Method, it's best to wait until you have all three Avenging Angels Level 15's complete on all three Islands at which time it will stop adding Mission Attempts when you activate it.  However, using Avenging Angels is sometimes mandatory since some Vehicles won't work using the Method I am going to explain first.  For the first Method I explain, all you have to do is have the Vehicle in question you want to convert to DP and drive it to Chinatown where you will find many Hookers walking on the sidewalks.  Just pull up along side of one and allow her to get into the front seat of the Vehicle you want to convert to DP.  After she is in your Vehicle, simply drive to the Crusher in Harwood and park your Vehicle as shown in the Video, right up against the Crusher, blocking off the driver's side door.  Simply exit, wait one second, then reenter the Vehicle.  What will happen is Toni will leave the Vehicle through the passenger side door but the Hooker will stay inside.  When you reenter, Toni will yank her out while the magnet of the Crusher comes down and lifts up the Vehicle and Toni will get back in and scoot over to the driver's seat.  The Vehicle will immediately be dropped back down to the ground but it will for the time being until you store it in a Garage, be a Ghost Vehicle.  It can drive through walls, buildings, and into Blue Hell.  Furthermore, it also seems to grow in size, making the Vehicle harder to control and also slower.  You can actually resize the Vehicle and make it normal again by driving into Blue Hell and allowing it to respawn back on land.  If the Vehicle is too long when you get it back to a Garage, the Garage won't close down on it so it's always a good idea to resize it by falling into Blue Hell when you are near the Safehouse allowing it to be stored a bit easier.  When you drive it back to the Garage, park it inside, and the Garage closes down on it, it will be converted into DP form.  With using a Hooker to do this, it can also be done prior to unlocking the Avenging Angels Side Mission, which means you can do this at the very beginning of the game with a random Vehicle.  If you make a Ghost Vehicle, you can actually drive it through the Subway Tunnel from Portland to Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale allowing you early access to those locked Islands to collect Hidden Packages or do whatever you want to do and when you are done, you can just use a Boat parked at the Airport to get back to Staunton Island and then a Boat from the docks in Staunton Island to get back to Portland to save the game.  Using a Hooker has nothing to do with using Side Missions and this can be done anytime you want which is a good thing.  Now for the second Method using Avenging Angels like shown in the Video.  Avenging Angels will have to be used for certain Vehicles.  For instance, a Hooker won't get into any large Trucks, Vans, Gang Vehicles, or some other random Vehicles which renders the Hooker Method I explained above completely useless and Avenging Angels will be your only option.  To use Avenging Angels to convert a Vehicle into DP form, start the Side Mission and get your Avenging Angels partner in the front seat of your desired Vehicle and drive to the Crusher in Harwood.  When you get there, just do as I explained above for the Hooker Method and what it shows in the Video.  After you're back in you Vehicle when the magnet drops it to the ground, just cancel the Avenging Angels Side Mission and drive your Vehicle back to a Garage and store it.  When the Garage closes down on it, it's converted to DP.  Next, I will explain about Motorcycles and how to convert them to DP.  Previously nobody thought it was possible to convert a Motorcycle into DP, but it surely is possible.  Unfortunately, it will only work with Motorcycles found on the street in traffic and more importantly Motorcycles that a specific pedestrian is driving.  There is two kinds of thieves in LCS and you can find their pedestrian model driving various Vehicles in traffic.  They can sometimes be found driving a PCJ-600, Sanchez, Freeway, or Faggio.  These four Motorcycles can be converted into DP but only if you steal them from a thief originally driving one.  Unfortunately, none of the obtainable Special Motorcycles from the Story Missions can be converted to DP, but nevertheless, you can get some DP Motorcycles.  Don't bother with converting a Sanchez into DP form since there is already an obtainable DP Sanchez from a Side Mission and would be useless, but a PCJ-600, Freeway, or Faggio would be nice.  Simply locate one of these three Motorcycles in traffic with a thief riding it.  Preferably find one close by the Crusher in Harwood.  What you want to do is just jack it from him.  He'll then slowly walk toward you on the Motorcycle and jack it back from you.  What you want to do is slowly drive to the Crusher having the thief follow you the entire way.  When you get close to the Crusher, get off the Motorcycle while the thief is a distance away where he will get onto the Motorcycle before the magnet comes down and lifts the Motorcycle, allow him to jack it from you as the magnet lifts it and drops it back down to the ground.  At this point, jack it back from him and immediately take it back to a Garage and store it.  Motorcycles will surely crash the game if you fall through Blue Hell or do any wacky stuff.  Don't drive into anything on the way back to the Garage as the sooner you store it and allow the Garage to close down on it, the better.  For the final Method in which can be used to convert some of the other Special Vehicles into DP form is a bit more tricky.  This Method is used for things like the Maverick as well as things like the Barracks OL.  The Barracks OL is a rather standard Vehicle and can very easily be converted to DP in GTA III, but for some reason in LCS, it's not really that standard of a Vehicle and you only can convert it using this next Method I will explain, as well as the Maverick.  For these oddball Special Vehicles, you can use the Side Mission, See the Sight Before Your Flight.  This can be done at any time, including after 100% since See the Sight Before Your Flight is unlocked from the start of a new game or after 100%.  Just start the Side Mission and get a passenger in your Vehicle you are converting and pretty much do exactly like the Avenging Angels Method.  I personally never converted the Maverick into DP form, but the person who found it was possible has some photos and good tips on how it's done.  See that here.

7.4. BP/EP/FP Cars (Cheetah, Stinger, Banshee, BF Injection, Patriot, Bobcat, Stallion, Idaho, Esperanto, Perennial, and Manana)

Mission: Car Salesman Side Mission (Portland)

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: First of all, before you obtain any one of these BP/EP/FP Vehicles from Car Salesman, make sure Car Salesman Level 6 is passed already if you're playing on PS2 or Mobile.  However, if you're on PSP, it doesn't matter.  For PS2 and Mobile, Car Salesman is always available even after Level 6 is passed and 100% is reached.  But on PSP, once Level 6 is passed, Car Salesman is gone and you can never activate it again unless you start a new game.  If it's passed before obtaining these BP/EP/FP Vehicles, failing it won't add any extra Mission Attempts and all 11 of these BP/EP/FP Vehicles require you to fail the Mission to obtain them.  Simply start the Side Mission, Car Salesman, pick one of the Vehicles in which you see parked in the lot, and then do what is necessary to raise the meter to the fullest and sell the Vehicle.  However, instead of returning to the lot and finalizing the sale, just drive the Vehicle to Harwood and dunk it in the water as shown in the Video.  The Mission will fail at this point and all you have to do is drive the Vehicle back to a Garage and store it.

7.5. BP/EP/FP Bikes (PCJ-600, Sanchez, Freeway, and Faggio)

Mission: Bike Salesman Side Mission (Staunton Island)

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: First of all, before you obtain any one of these BP/EP/FP Bikes from Bike Salesman, make sure you sell 40 Bikes and pass the Mission.  If it's passed before obtaining these BP/EP/FP Bikes, failing it won't add any extra Mission Attempts and all four of these BP/EP/FP Bikes require you to fail the Mission to obtain them.  Simply start the Side Mission, Bike Salesman, pick one of the Bikes in which you see parked in the lot, and then do what is necessary to raise the meter to the fullest and sell the Bike.  However, instead of returning to the lot and finalizing the sale, just drive the Bike to the pier and dunk it in the water as shown in the Video.  The Mission will fail at this point and all you have to do is drive the Bike back to a Garage and store it.

7.6. TP Vehicles (Taxi, Cabbie, Sentinel, Leone Sentinel, Sindacco Argento, Patriot, Rumpo, Pony, Moonbeam, and Perennial)

Mission: Fire Truck Side Mission (Portland)

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Just so you know, a TP Landstalker can also be found during the Fire Truck Side Mission, but I don't list it as it's inferior and pointless when you're rewarded a Landstalker that is already TP and much better from the See the Sight Before Your Flight Side Mission.  However, the other ten TP Vehicles found aren't available in TP form anywhere else in the game but here.  Make sure you have Fire Truck Level 12 passed before going about obtaining any of these TP Vehicles since every time it's activated, it will add a Mission Attempt to the Stats unless it's passed already.  All you have to do is activate the Fire Truck Side Mission over and over until you get a burning Vehicle to spawn in the Harwood and Saint Marks area of the Map.  When that happens, go to the location and put out the fire on the burning Vehicle.  Once the fire is out and you see the next location of a burning Vehicle added to the Map, cancel the Side Mission and push the TP Vehicle back to the Garage like it shows in the Video.  Make note that the Taxi and Cabbie can be obtained in NE form simply by activating Firefighter inside a Garage and allowing the Garage to close whilst Firefighter is activated.  Then if you're lucky enough and get a Taxi or Cabbie to spawn as the target Vehicle you must put the fire out on, it can appear without a light on top, thus NE (No Extra).

7.7. Heavy Vehicles (9MM Mayhem - PCJ-600, Yardie Lobo, and Patriot)

Mission: 9MM Mayhem Side Mission (Portland)

Difficulty: Varying Difficulty (** to *****)

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Just so you know, a H Stinger and H Bobcat are also obtainable from 9MM Mayhem but I don't list them since you can get a H Stinger from Scooter Shooter slightly easier than 9MM Mayhem.  I also don't list the H Bobcat since you can get a better one from the Story Mission, Love and Bullets, since that one is H/EC Black and this one found in 9MM Mayhem is just H.  Make sure 9MM Mayhem has been passed before obtaining any of these or it will add extra Mission Attempts to the Stats every time you activate it.  Also make sure you have a Flamethrower on you before obtaining any of these H Vehicles since you may need it.  The level of difficulty varies when obtaining these H Vehicles.  For instance, the Vehicle in question that appears earlier in the sequence of targets is obviously easier to obtain than the Patriot since the H Patriots appear last and also have powerful gunmen on the back of them shooting at the Freeway trying to destroy it.  Not to mention you do not have unlimited time with this task, either.  To top it off, a lot of these H Vehicles are completely luck based.  They could very well take hours to obtain if you're unlucky, so keep that in mind.  The PCJ-600, which is the first target found in 9MM Mayhem, is actually H/UH/WP, but all of the other targets are just H Vehicles without any other Properties.  I'll actually be explaining in 8.5 of the Guide specifically how to get this PCJ-600 while being able to convert it to DP so be sure to check 8.5 of the Guide to see how it's done.  When you get onto the Freeway to start the Side Mission, 9MM Mayhem, hit pause and check the Map.  Like jam8tone tells you in the Video, you're going to have to get the driver of the H Vehicle in question that you want to obtain to drive in this small square on the Map.  It's a very small window of opportunity and that is why these H Vehicles are very luck based.  You have absolutely no control of where they will drive.  There is also two Methods in which can be used to obtain them.  You can either use one of the three Adrenaline Pills provided to you at the start of the Mission to be able to slow down a bit for an easier task at shooting the driver dead when he drives into the safety region which is this small square or you can use a Flamethrower on the Vehicle after the Mission is failed.  Both Methods are just as good and both Methods will probably have to be used.  As shown in the Video, just follow the target H Vehicle you want to obtain until it gets to the safety region.  When it gets here, use an Adrenaline Pill and shoot the driver dead.  After shooting the driver dead, quickly kill the driver of the Freeway you are on to fail the Mission.  Once the Mission fails, you will be teleported back to where you started the Mission in the alleyway.  All you have to do is run out into the street and go to the location you shot the driver dead of the H Vehicle and it should still be there.  Get inside of it and drive it back to a Garage.  Sometimes the H Vehicle could be severely damaged and if this is the case, I recommend taking it back to a Pay and Spray before going back to a Garage to store it, but it's your choice.  Using the Flamethrower Method might be slightly easier.  Just kill off the targets until the next one spawns on the Map.  Sometimes the next target will spawn inside this tiny safety region immediately, but the Freeway won't be anywhere near the safety region itself in order to shoot the driver dead of the H Vehicle.  If this happens, you can immediately shoot the driver of the Freeway to fail the Mission and once you're teleported back to where 9MM Mayhem starts and standing in the alleyway, just run out onto the street to find the H Vehicle slowly driving away.  All you have to do is run as quickly as you can keeping up with it and use a Flamethrower on it to force the driver out of it and he'll leave the door open behind him.  Again, just take it back to a Garage at this point or to a Pay and Spray first, if it's severely damaged.  jam8tone does an excellent job at demonstrating both Methods and showing how to get these H Vehicles from 9MM Mayhem, so watch the Video for further tips.

7.8. Heavy Vehicles (Scooter Shooter - Mr. Whoopee, Stinger, and Cartel Cruiser)

Mission: Scooter Shooter Side Mission (Portland)

Difficulty: Varying Difficulty (** to *****)

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Consult 7.6 of the Guide as it's the exact same Method to obtain these H Vehicles from Scooter Shooter.  The only difference will be the safety region in which these H Vehicles need to be in for them to be obtained.  You will see the safety region in jam8tone's Video.  Just so you know, a H Landstalker can be obtained from Scooter Shooter but it's not needed and inferior since you're rewarded a H Landstalker with a lot more Properties from the See the Sight Before Your Flight Side Mission and that is why it's not listed here.  Also, the Mr. Whoopee is not only H, but also Unique since you can't find a Mr. Whoopee anywhere else in the entire game but this Side Mission.

7.9. EC Black Vehicles (AWOL Angel - Landstalker and Patriot)

Mission: AWOL Angel Side Mission (Shoreside Vale)

Difficulty: ** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: These EC Black Vehicles are sort of like obtaining the H Vehicles from 9MM Mayhem and Scooter Shooter but not exactly.  I have not listed the EC Black Bobcat despite being able to get one in AWOL Angel since you can already get a H/EC Black Bobcat from the Story Mission, Love and Bullets, thus this one in AWOL Angel is quite useless and inferior since it's not also H like the other one.  Make note that the Black color on the Patriot is not special at all.  What makes it special is the Chrome Plated Bumpers.  The Black color can be found in traffic whereas the Chrome Plated Bumpers can not.  Before obtaining any of these EC Black Vehicles from AWOL Angel, make sure it has been passed or every time you activate it, extra Mission Attempts will be added to the Stats.  If it's passed already, nothing will be added to the Stats.  Park a PCJ-600 as shown in the Video and start the Side Mission, AWOL Angel.  Go through it taking out the targets quickly until you get to the EC Black Vehicle of your choice that you are interested in obtaining.  Once this happens, follow it as shown in the Video and hope and pray that it drives into the safety region which is the snake like hill in Witchita Gardens.  Shoot the driver dead off the Freeway that you are driving and the Mission will be failed and Toni will be teleported back to where AWOL Angel started.  At this point, if done correctly and at the right time, you should see the EC Black Vehicle driving down this hill.  All you have to do now is run to where you have parked the PCJ-600 prior to starting the Side Mission, get onto it, and chase down the EC Black Vehicle.  Simply put a few bullets into the EC Black Vehicle as shown in the Video which should make the driver slow down, stop, get out, and run away leaving the door open behind him.  Just get into it and drive it back to a Garage to store it.  You will probably have a two star wanted level and if this is the case, pick up some Police Bribes on the way back to a Garage.

8.0. FP/PP/EC PCJ-600 (Blue or White)

Mission: Torrington TT Race Side Mission (Staunton Island)

Difficulty: **** and 1/2

8.5. DP Sanchez

Mission: Scrapyard Challenge Side Mission (Portland)

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Before obtaining this DP Sanchez, make sure the Scrapyard Challenge Side Mission is already passed.  If it's not passed, it will add an extra Mission Attempt to the Stats.  Simply get onto the Sanchez in Harwood near the Crusher to start the Side Mission, Scrapyard Challenge.  Once it starts, just leave the junkyard and start driving the Sanchez back to the Garage.  Eventually, the Mission will fail for leaving the junkyard and you can keep the Sanchez which retains the DP Property.  Store it in the Garage to keep it.

8.6. H/UH/DP/WP PCJ-600

Mission: 9MM Mayhem Side Mission (Portland)

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This PCJ-600 was first introduced in 7.6 of the Guide, however, there is a way to obtain it and immediately convert it to DP which was founded by err5.  I decided to make it separate in the Guide instead of adding it to 7.6 of the Guide.  Make sure you have already passed 9MM Mayhem before obtaining this PCJ-600.  If it's passed already, starting it a second time won't add any extra Mission Attempts to the Stats.  Get onto the Freeway to start the Side Mission, 9MM Mayhem.  Once in control of Toni, simply kill the driver of the Freeway to fail the Mission.  You will be teleported back to where the Mission has started in the alleyway.  Run out into the street to find the PCJ-600 driving by.  Catch up to it any way necessary and jack it from the driver.  The driver will be a Yardie and rather hostile toward Toni.  He'll chase after you until he can take his Bike back.  Simply allow the Yardie to chase you while slowly driving this PCJ-600 to the Crusher in Harwood.  When you arrive, do like you see in the Video and try and get the Yardie to jack the PCJ-600 back from you at the same time as the magnet of the Crusher comes down and lifts the PCJ-600 up into the air.  If done successfully, the Yardie will have mounted the Bike and the Crusher will have picked it up into the air and dropped it back down again.  At this time, just jack the PCJ-600 back from the Yardie and carefully drive back to the Garage and store it.  Try not to fall through Blue Hell because more times than not, the game will freeze or crash.  Once you get it into the Garage and the Garage closes down on it, the DP Property will be added to the Bike.

9.2. PP Vehicles (Anything You Want Except WP Bikes) (2 of 2)

Mission: Firefighter / Free Roam

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Recently discovered by RationalPsycho, we now have the ability to convert any Vehicle in the entire game other than Bikes that possess the WP Property into PP form.  All you have to do is drive your desired Vehicle you want to convert into PP form to the Fire Truck in Harwood, Portland or Aspatria, Staunton Island.  When you arrive, get inside the Fire Truck and hold down R3 to start Firefighter.  However, do not release the R3 button, but instead get out of the Fire Truck while you keep the R3 button held down and get into/onto your desired Vehicle you want to convert to PP.  Now, while the R3 button is still held down, carefully drive your Vehicle to the famous ditching location in Harwood or Bedford Point.  When you arrive, drive your Vehicle into the water and release R3.  Firefighter will be canceled and the screen will turn black.  For the Vehicle to be PP and this to work, you will have needed to dunk the Vehicle in deep enough that when the screen comes back after turning black, you see Toni's Health going down.  If you see it going down, then the Vehicle should be PP.  Try and get it out of the water before Toni dies and then use a Sniper Rifle to test if the PP Property is there and if so, drive it back to the Garage and store it.  If you passed Firefighter Level 12 already, then I recommend using this PP Conversion over The Shoreside Redemption PP Conversion since this one won't add Attempts and you can do it at any given time unlike how restricted The Shoreside Redemption PP Conversion is like and needing to be on that particular Mission to do it.  Besides, this PP Conversion will save you numerous Mission Attempts unlike The Shoreside Redemption which needs to be failed over and over if you want to make more than one Vehicle PP.  The reason why this works is due to the fact that Firefighter, Vigilante, and Paramedics all give the Vehicle PP Tires upon starting the R3 Mission.  So if you hold R3 while in/on another Vehicle and submerge it in water and then release R3, the PP Property is transferred to the Vehicle you are in/on as the game thinks it's the Fire Truck, Police, or Ambulance.

I will only do IV and TLaD since none exist.  TBoGT already exists.  It's on Page 3 of TBoGT Section...I commented in there a bunch 2 years ago when I was doing those Saves.  I haven't did sh*t with the HD Era for one to two years, but plan on re-doing those GTA's after I finish my SA Save File 2 on PS2 as well as finishing my 13.90% Starter Save for SA, as well.

But yeah, when you get to LCS in the coming weeks, I can help you out.  Most are rather easy and take very little effort.  There is only a handful of them that are tedious...

Trying to decide what version to play on. On the one hand, PS2 has a right analog which can control the camera easily unlike the PSP version and I never played that version so could be fun to play. It has extra side missions like PS2's VCS, right? Can't remember. But on the other hand, the PSP version is the version I played all my life and it can restore destroyed vehicles. Hmm, choices.

Do both, nobody's limiting you to only one. Do a PSP playthrough, then a PS2 playthrough or vice versa.
And no, in terms of missions/side missions, GTA LCS is fully identical between PSP and PS2 - no extra side missions at all.

On topic, there are also several "compromised" Special vehicles in this game as well. What I can think of now is an EC black Securicar and EC black Barracks OL, both from "AWOL Angel". However, due to the external "livery" applied to these vehicles, their internal car colors are overridden, making them largely invisible. However, the Securicar has black trims - similar to the one from "Escort Service/Decoy" in GTA III, and the Barracks OL will have black railings (if a variant with railings is spawn, on the flatbed and canopy variants it will be totally invisible).
You also forgot to mention the EC black Bobcat, also from "AWOL Angel".

About the Maverick from "False Idols": after I jack it, I fly it directly to the studio and land in front of it, then wait for Black Lightman and DB-P to arrive, then kill them. After that, I fly the Maverick back to the church and land not so far away to the north and accomplish the mission. After the cutscene, it will still be there, and you can fly it back to the garage.
You can also try double-driving the Maverick and another vehicle (I'd recommend the Patriot because Salvatore's Stretch from "Search And Rescue" is superior due to it being BP and FP) if you have enough space left.

About the Campaign Rumpo - first of all, it's EC as well. If you take it to Pay'N'Spray, it will be painted gray.
Second, after completing "Steering The Vote", several stationary Campaign Rumpoes will spawn on the map in different spots, both in Portland and on Staunton Island (maybe even on Shoreside Vale, but I never checked that out). They will spawn in either blue or chrome red color, both being EC, though they are not PP. I do not remember all of the locations, however, I remember a red Rumpo being parked in front of the Stadium. All of them will stop spawning once "Love On The Rocks" is complete, so they are only available in-between those two missions.

PSP Version is "better" in terms of more available Special Vehicles and the Garage Problem not existing, but PSP and PS2 are identical in terms of everything else, like Arsen said.  Only VCS on PS2 has more things compared to PSP Version of VCS.  Plus, PSP Version of VCS has a bugged Garage Mechanism.  LCS = PSP (Best).  VCS = PS2 (Best).  But in the end, I prefer PS2 for all since LCS is a lot more difficult on PS2 and I like the challenge.

Oh wow.  I totally didn't even think about the Securicar/Barracks OL from AWOL Angel.  I just assumed they were normal, but when you mention it, since they have a livery and not a paintjob, they probably do have those black bars on the side and what not.  I'll fix the Guide when I get up to the AWOL Angel Vehicles.  Won't add the Bobcat to that list, cuz I already have a H/EC Black Bobcat in the Guide from Love and Bullets.  H/EC > EC.  I never include Inferior Vehicles to my Guide.  There is also a TP Landstalker from Firefighter, but it's useless since you are rewarded the ultimate Landstalker, which is also TP from StSBYF.  There is even a Heavy Landstalker from 9MM Mayhem or Scooter Shooter, but again, what gives?  A Heavy Landstalker or a Heavy/BP/FP/PP/TP/EC/PC Landstalker as a reward and much easier to obtain?  There is even a Heavy Bobcat in 9MM Mayhem/Scooter Shooter, too, but H/EC Black is better than just Heavy.  See?  This is why some don't get added due to inferiority.  Furthermore, there is a plethora of PP Vehicles I don't include, either.  Why?  Cuz you can make any Vehicle you want PP with The Shoreside Redemption which I will explain later when I get to it in the Guide.  There is reasons I didn't include some of these.  Now, with the Securicar/Barracks OL, I will add those in when I get to AWOL Angel Post in the Guide.

Nah, the Patriot needs to be destroyed quickly with a Mission Failure.  If you don't have it dunked in the water as you get a Mission Failure, it's only EC Yellow and not BP/PP/EC Yellow...

I included the Unique/PP/EC Campaign Rumpo into the Guide.  The one given to you from the Mission is PP.  The Red Ones are not and none of the ones found around the Map are PP, either.  Just Unique/EC.  I included the best one into the Guide already, and that one is PP and the one given to you for the Mission.  Just pass the Mission, store it in the Garage.  If you want the Red one after passing the Mission before Love on the Rocks, then go take it, but it won't be PP.  I only put the BEST variant in the Guide.  Never the Inferior Vehicles...

Just like in my VCS Guide, there is 2 PP Admirals.  Who cares.  You get BP/PP Admirals and more, from doing the 30 Empire Sites.  Thus, inferior.

Then it can be the same tactic I offered - double-driving but with sinking the Patriot. Two vehicles at once, and then a mission pass to obtain the third - and you can get 3 vehicles in 2 mission attempts (that is, if you seek to get them all). 2 mission attempts regardless.

Also, will you be somehow mentioning which vehicles can be acquired for the Starter Save? Just in case.

That might be possible, but I am not sure.  Sometimes when you jack the Maverick, Faith falls off the building and dies, which could complicate this working.  If she doesn't, then she is left alive.  It's best to listen to what jam8tone says in his commentary for this Patriot.  You need to "distract" the Stretch to obtain this and then drive as quickly as you can to the Pier in Bedford Point.  There just isn't enough time I don't think.  It might be POSSIBLE, but not PROBABLE.  Just like in VCS with the EC Black Conversion whilst making many Black Vehicles at once and then passing.  It's POSSIBLE, but not PROBABLE.  If you pull it off and want to try it out, I can add more info into the Guide, but until then I will leave it as is.

There is none.  The only Vehicle in which you can get in the Starter Save would be the Landstalker, but you can't fully obtain it since there is no way to get it back to Portland early.  You can obtain 9MM Mayhem/Scooter Shooter type of Vehicles early on, but at the cost of +1 to Mission Attempts Stat, even if you pass the Missions first, it still will add to the Stats.  I learned myself that not until ALL Side Missions are passed and you get near 100%, like 97-8% and around The Shoreside Redemption, can you do these Side Missions and fail them where it does NOT add to the Attempts.  For instance, Avenging Angels isn't actually "passed" until ALL THREE Islands are passed.  If you use Avenging Angels to make DP Vehicles early on, it will add +1 every single time you convert one.  I just use Hookers, anyways, however, this doesn't work for Gang Vehicles or Vans, etc, etc...

At the end of the day, you can only store 12 Vehicles in LCS and only 10 Cars and 2 Bikes to make 12.  Or 9 Cars and 3 Bikes, etc, etc.  Portland's Garage is so small and really is only useful for CERTAIN Vehicles, etc...There is only so many Special Vehicles and combinations in which you can have and park 2 CARS side by side in the Garage and be able to get them out.  And even being able to get them out, it takes a good 10 minutes to push them out sometimes.  It's a real pain in the ass that Garage...

That is wrong, at least for me. Whatever mission I complete in LCS, attempting it again NEVER adds any Mission Attempts. I obtain several PCJ-600 bikes from "9mm Mayhem" after I accomplish the mission to complete the Starter Save, and not a single mission attempt addded... Same goes for Avenging Angels. Whenever I completed Level 15 on an island, attempting it on the same island again will not add anything to the Mission Attempts.

EDIT: I am talking about the PS2 version. Don't know if this is true for PSP or Mobile versions though.

Anyway, basically speaking, you can "fully obtain" any vehicle from 9mm Mayhem or Scooter Shooter in the LCS Starter Save - at least on my version of PS2.

Definitely without a doubt doesn't work for me, or I would of used a H/UH/WP PCJ-600 from 9MM Mayhem to get to SI and SSV early instead of using Hookers to make a Vehicle into a Ghost and driving it through the Subway Tunnels.  I've hit Pause after failing to get these Vehicles early on, even if it's passed, it always adds to Attempts.  But then again, you said in your PS2 Version that after passing The Shoreside Redemption, the Vehicle disappears, whereas for my PS2 Version, it does not.  When did you get yours?  I didn't buy LCS/VCS on PS2 until 2014.  I am not sure what Version mine is, but probably not V1.  Each Version has some things different.  jam8tone also mentions in his BP/EP/FP Speeder Video that some Versions of LCS on PS2 teleport you back to land immediately after sniping the driver, but mine didn't do that for me, thus I obtained it...

In my game I am always teleported on the pier after passing "Shoot The Messenger"...

The disc I use now I have purchased in August 2015, as a replacement for the disc I had before, which was bought somewhere in Spring 2010. Both versions were the same for me.

If that is not the issue, I guess the reason can be your game being NTSC and mine being PAL.

Wtf...Then the Speeder is unobtainable for you without a doubt.  See?  Different Version.  I am 1000000% positive my game adds to Attempts for any Side Missions until the end of the game, or AFTER 100%.

Yeah, mine is NTSC.  Could be the reason.  I am not sure, however, I wonder what makes each LCS Version different.  I've even read somewhere that early Versions of LCS from 2005-6-7, etc were able to restore blown up wrecks, but I can't confirm it.  It was only a rumor I read.  I won't get down to the nitty gritty in terms of Versions and what not, but there is a reason I don't want to use the H/UH/WP PCJ-600 from 9MM Mayhem for the Starter Save.  Obtain 7 of them?  +7 to Mission Attempts.  I'd never do that.  I use Hookers to Ghost a Vehicle through the Subway Tunnels and Hookers are unrelated to Missions, thus no Attempts.  There is a reason for what I do and say and it's true for my game Version.  My LCS Version doesn't teleport me back to land or else I wouldn't of obtained the Speeder from Shoot the Messenger.  It's the last Photo in my PS2 Spoiler.  I have the BP/EP/FP Speeder in the SI Garage with the H/DP/PP/TP/EC Banshee.  So yeah, different Versions or NTSC vs PAL.

Now I understand...

It will be interesting going for the Special Vehicles for me, because I may find some obtainable ones to be unobtainable for me or vice versa. It may also happen that in my version, the garages restore wrecks, making it possible for me to obtain PSP exclusives.

There is only 3 or 4 PSP Exclusives in the end, anyways and one of them is a duplicate.  The Maverick in Cash in Kazuki's Chips is just a plain old Maverick and on top of that, requires a Suicide to obtain it.  Meanwhile can get the same Maverick from False Idols and PASS the Mission, no Suicide needed, etc.  H/FP Sindacco Argento basically is only FP which can't be obtained, since you can get one or two of these in Heavy form, without FP, etc, etc...The H/EP Speeder, though, from The Sicilian Gambit is nice, but definitely a PSP Exclusive since the moment you beach it on land, it catches fire and blows up.

And what of Salvatore's Banshee? I know it's not a PSP exclusive, but getting it without having to strain myself so hard, provided my game does restore wrecks, would be quite a stroke of luck for me.

I will see when I'll get around to it though...

Yeah, it's the best Vehicle in the game, imo, but the Heavy Stinger is also a good alternative from 9MM Mayhem OR Scooter Shooter.  The Banshee is slightly better, though, since it's even lower to the ground than the Stinger.  Also, that Banshee requires a Mission Failure.  I thought you were not into Vehicles of the sort that require a Failure?  You can obtain his Banshee and pass the Mission, but then it's only EC and not H/TP/EC...The Heavy Property is what makes that Vehicle the King.  I have it H/DP/PP/TP/EC on PS2 and DP/PP/EC on Mobile...

For me, any Special Vehicle is enough to fail a Mission when it's needed.  Doesn't matter if it's amazing or not.  If it's special, I want it :D :p

Well, when you get it, it will pay off in the end.  Seriously when I got that one, I felt like I conquered Earth, lol :D :p  It felt so good to finally obtain that one, since I wanted it since 2014 but always doubted getting it, but over the years, as I did more playthroughs, got better, more skills, more knowledge, etc, etc, in the end it proved to be rather easy.  But STILL time consuming and semi luck based.  I got it first try, but it took at least 90 minutes, maybe closer to 2 hours.  I wasn't timing it but it was such a slow process to finally get that one...

Go for it.  If you make a Title, like how Blaze made one for my SA Guide, I will add it to this Guide for LCS.  If you want to make one for my VCS Guide, go right ahead, too.  I will add it in to that.  I usually don't care for pretty layouts.  I just care for the cold hard facts and having something complete...

Thanks for sharing my videos at that topic but there's still some vehicles that can be obtained and there'll be recently found at my YT account (Piotr Danewicz)
- PP Hearse (Morgue Party Candidate)
- PP FBI Cruiser (L.C. Confidental)
- PP Firetruck (Carmageddon both: mission and sub-mission)
- FP PP Banshee (Sayonara Sindaccos)
- PP PCJ-600 (The Whole 9 Yardies)
- PP Rumpo (Love On The Rocks)
- FP Stretch (A Date With Death)
- EC Stinger (The Sicilian Gambit)
I know that most of them are pointless but it still a Special Vehicles :)

I figured it was you! :D :p  Yeah, I very much appreciate what you did for your Guide on Youtube.  You were the one who actually got me to obtain the H/TP/EC Banshee from The Trouble with Triads.  It took me a long time to get that one and using jam8tone's Method with the Taxi never worked out for me.  All that did was made the Taxi drive UNDERNEATH the Banshee, and ultimately damaging it.  It also didn't move the Banshee at all.  Furthermore, the Car Thieves, like you explain in your Video are really annoying and always steal it from me.  So once I saw your Method on PS2 of using the Police Car to push it back to the Garage, I tried it and it worked like a charm and got it first try, but it obviously took a long time to pull off...

About those Vehicles, it's what I said to Arsen Vitiuk.  There is tons of PP Vehicles in the Game, but I see no reason to add them into the Guide itself since The Shoreside Redemption Mission can be used to make ANY Vehicle with tires into PP form.  That FP/PP Banshee is cool, but you can obtain a BP/EP/FP Banshee from Car Salesman, and make it DP/PP, so then it will be AP/PP.  AP/PP > FP/PP.  The EC Stinger from The Sicilian Gambit is the exact same EC Stinger from The Shoreside Redemption and that is already in the Guide.  But regardless, thanks for contributing.  Keep up the good work.

I will also be adding in your DP Sanchez Video since you are the only one with a Video on Youtube of how to get it ;)

It now comes to my attention that you missed the EP/PP Firetruck from Karmageddon. I guess it could be worth adding.

do pana Petra: gdy pan będzie dodawać video o samochodzie strażackim z misji "Karmageddon", niech sprawdzi o dostępności właściwości EP na nim.

There is no EP Fire Truck.  During Karmageddon Mission and Side Mission, the Fire Truck's Health is 9,999 or something.  Just look in the game scripts.  thehambone can easily tell you this.  Just like the Maverick in Calm Before the Storm.  It was only a Myth that this was AP/EC Black.  It's not.  It's FP/EC Black.  It has 99,999 Health during the Mission.  Confirmed in main.scm with the 0, 1, 0, 0, 0 flags and this means only FP.  It was also confirmed to have this 99,999 Health.  The Fire Truck only has increased Health.  It's NOT EP by any means...

@Piotr, actually, to test the Bike's DP, all you had to do was shoot it until it smoked black, and then use a Heavy Vehicle to ram into it a bunch.  That's how I tested mine...
