Are you making CJ more light skinned? Or it's a side effect of the hq resolution?

The game 's time that is different on the bright and different.

..and i remove, fake shadow from texture. (very small patch, used original skin)

Very nice. Are you using some king of scaling filter (if so, what filter?) or editing them by yourself?

 

Any release to share? Are you going to upscale all the textures in the game?

You could add normal maps to make up for the pale skin tone due to removing the fake shading and get actual shading (using dk22pac's normal map plugin of course, Ryosuke's plugin causes too much bugs).
