GTA CW Special Vehicle Guide

Special Vehicle Properties Legend:

BP = Bullet Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed by bullets.

DP (CP) = Damage Proof or Crash Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from collisions and will not dent from crashing.

EP = Explosion Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from explosives.

FP = Fire Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed by fire.

AP (FI) = All Proof or Full Immune - BP/DP/EP/FP = AP.

EC (UC) = Exclusive Color or Unique Color - The Special Vehicle has a color that can't be obtained from Pay and Spray or Traffic.

PC = Permanent Color - The Special Vehicle doesn't change Colors when you take it to Pay and Spray, it doesn't count on Vehicles which are programmed to have no Colors (a Livery) or to spawn only in one Color.

Unique = Unique - The Special Vehicle is Unique when it can only be obtained from a Story Mission or Side Mission, the vehicle itself is Special as it's not possible to find it Parked or in Traffic.

H = Heavy - The Special Vehicle's Mass is increased and it can move anything out of its way with ease.

Garages:

Every GTA CW Save can have 14 Vehicles and the Vehicles can be Saved in 14 Garages, each garage having a Maximum Capacity of 1 Vehicle.

***Due to the way the Garage Mechanisms work in CW compared to any of the 3D Era and HD Era GTA's, every single property other the BP and EC is eaten by the Garages. This is true for Nintendo DS, PSP, Android, and iOS. Everything listed in the Guide is the way the Special Vehicle in question appears during the Mission. After you store it, however, it will only retain the BP Property and/or the EC Paintjob.***

1.0. EC Purple and White Cognoscenti
Mission: Pursuit Farce (Mission Replay after Mission Pass)
How to Obtain: Welcome to Liberty City! The first Special Vehicle in CW is the EC Purple and White Cognoscenti, interestingly it's actually a Unique Vehicle and not really EC, because this is a different Vehicle from the normal Cognoscentis found in Traffic, but I call it EC because the Color is Special. To obtain it, pass the Mission Pursuit Farce first and make sure that the Cerveza Heights Garage is empty. Once that is done, get on your Mission Replay Bulletin Board and replay Pursuit Farce. After that, get in the EC Purple and White Cognoscenti and do the GPS Features Tutorial like normally. Now drive it back to the Safehouse and apply the Chevron Bypass Technique. Now this is how the Chevron Bypass Technique works, if you use a Mission Vehicle then the Garage won't accept it and it will make your Vehicle drive away from the Garage Chevrons. So place the Cognoscenti like shown in the Video near the Wall and use the nearby Triad Admiral to push it into the Garage Chevron Zone. You can also do a Burnout and get out of the Cognoscenti while it's driving so the Cognoscenti lands onto the Chevron Zone. Push the Cognoscenti using the Triad Admiral like in the Video, so that it's half inside the Chevron Zone and half outside of it. When it's in that position, the Garage will open and you can simply push the Cognoscenti inside the Garage using the Admiral in a specific way, because when the Cognoscenti is fully in the Chevron Zone then the Garage will never open. While you're at that phase, be extra careful as when you go too much outside of the Chevron Zone, the Garage Door will close and the Cognoscenti might be stuck from the Garage Door, which means you failed this and need to start over. Push the Cognoscenti in the Garage in a specific way so that it's diagonally inside and that one small part of the EC Purple and White Cognoscenti is outside of the Garage. Do exactly like shown in the Video. When you've finally done it, the Chevrons will show that the Cognoscenti is inside by having Chevrons that say "out". Now walk over the Chevrons, Huang will get into the Cognoscenti Duplicate and it will make the Original Cognoscenti out of the Garage, so that the Chevrons will say "in." Now, when you're in the EC Cognoscenti, drive it to the Chevron Zone and the Garage will open. Simply do a Burnout so that the Cognoscenti is faced to the Garage and release the Brake Button, at the same time open the Weapons Wheel and cancel the Mission Replay. The Cognoscenti will be stored in the Garage and the Mission will be Cancelled. Now get out of the Safehouse and open the Cerveza Heights Safehouse Garage, you will see the EC Purple and White Cognoscenti safe and sound stored from the Mission Replay. This Chevron Technique works on all Versions: DS, PSP, old and new iOS Versions and Android.

1.1. EC Purple and Red Banshee (1 of 2)

Mission: Jackin' Chan (Mission Replay after Mission Pass)
How to Obtain: This is Chan's Banshee, it's more Unique than EC as this is a different Vehicle compared to the normal Banshee, it also has the Neon Lights and a Spoiler along with the Purple and Red Paintjob. To obtain it, pass the Mission Jackin' Chan first and make sure that the Cerveza Heights Garage is empty. Once that is done, get on your Mission Replay Bulletin Board and replay Jackin' Chan. After that, quickly go to Chan before he dies. A short Cutscene will play where the the Vehicles explode, now simply grab a Firetruck as instructed and extinguish the Fires before Chan dies like how you normally would. Now, get in Chan's Banshee, you will see some guys after you in some MK GT9's. What you want to do now is simply drive to Chan's Garage, but don't drive fully inside it as that will end the Mission, you want to drive into the Chevron Area of Chan's Garage and then away from it like shown in the Video. When you do that, no enemy MK GT9's will come after you. When you've done that, drive to the Cerveza Heights Garage and do the Chevron Bypass Technique with the EC Purple and Red Banshee. If you use a Mission Vehicle then the Garage won't accept it and it will make your Vehicle drive away from the Garage Chevrons. So place the Banshee like shown in the Video near the Wall and use the nearby Triad Admiral to push it into the Garage Chevron Zone. You can also do a Burnout and get out of the Banshee while it's driving so the EC Banshee lands onto the Chevron Zone. Push the Banshee using the Triad Admiral like in the Video, so that it's half inside the Chevron Zone and half outside of it. When it's in that position, the Garage will open and you can simply push the Banshee inside the Garage using the Admiral in a specific way, because when the Banshee is fully in the Chevron Zone then the Garage will never open. While you're at that phase, be extra careful as when you go too much outside of the Chevron Zone, the Garage Door will close and the Banshee might be stuck from the Garage Door, which means you failed this and need to start over. Push the Banshee in the Garage in a specific way so that it's diagonally inside and that one small part of the EC Purple and Red Banshee is outside of the Garage. Do exactly like shown in the Video. When you've finally done it, the Chevrons will show that the Banshee is inside by having Chevrons that say "out". Now walk over the Chevrons, Huang will get into the Banshee Duplicate and it will make the Original Banshee out of the Garage, so that the Chevrons will say "in." Now, when you're in the EC Banshee, drive it to the Chevron Zone and the Garage will open. Simply do a Burnout so that the Banshee is faced to the Garage and release the Brake Button, at the same time open the Weapons Wheel and cancel the Mission Replay. The Banshee will be stored in the Garage and the Mission will be Cancelled. Now get out of the Safehouse and open the Cerveza Heights Safehouse Garage, you will see the EC Purple and Red Banshee safe and sound stored from the Mission Replay. This Chevron Technique works on all Versions: DS, PSP, old and new iOS Versions and Android. Get used to these kinds of Special Vehicles as that's how most of the CW Special Vehicles are obtained.

1.2. EC Yellow and Black Burrito (PSP only)
Mission: Factory Fun (Mission Replay after Mission Pass)
How to Obtain: This is Melanie's Burrito and it's only available on the PSP Version of CW. It appears in all five of the added Chan and Mel Missions on PSP, but it would be redundant for the Guide to list all five of them, so it's best to mention the Mission where the EC Yellow and Black Burrito can be obtained with the least amount of hassle. It's more of a Unique Vehicle than EC, as this is a different Vehicle to the normal, Gang and Branded Burritos found in Traffic. It's Yellow and Black in Color and also has a White Line along it. (............... will write this later)

1.3. BP/EP/FP Yankee
Mission: Stealing the Show (Pass, can't be obtained from Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: There are seven total Special Vehicles that can be obtained from Stealing the Show, five of them can be obtained using Mission Replay and two of them will need to be obtained during the first go through the Mission and on a Replay. These two are the BP/EP/FP Yankee and BP/EP/FP Bus. You can obtain them both in with passing the Mission at the same time, though be warned as it's slightly luck based and it's one of the more difficult tasks in CW. Before attempting this task, you will need to have two Safehouses with Garages bought before starting the Mission, also you will need 20 Bags of Weed in your Inventory to actually start the Mission. I suggest buying the Varsity Heights Safehouse for the BP Yankee and the Colony Island Safehouse for the BP Bus. When you have bought them, start the Mission Stealing the Show. Get in Zhou's Bobcat and drive to the Gas Station. Now, you will need to throw the 15 Crates into Zhou's Bobcat, but do it as quickly as you can since this BP/EP/FP Yankee comes quite soon at a Road Crossing, check the Video to know exactly where it will spawn. Make note that sometimes other Vehicles will spawn there without the Yankee, if that happens, reload and start again. Basically, throw the 15 Crates to Zhou until the first Style SR and Police Patrol zoom by you, on the next turn, jump off the back of the Flatbed and you should see the Vehicles driving on the Road, one of them being this BP/EP/FP Yankee. If so, you will need to walk up to the Driver's Side Door and punch it a few times to force the Driver out. If you don't do this, then you can't jack the Yankee at all. Furthermore, sometimes the Driver won't get out and instead will speed off, if this happens, reload and try again. Once the Driver slows down and leaves the BP/EP/FP Yankee, jack it and drive it back to the Varsity Heights Safehouse Garage. Make sure you don't drive or go on foor to the Road south of where you get in the BP/EP/FP Yankee, because then the BP/EP/FP Bus will spawn and quickly despawn once you leave the area, meaning you've failed getting both Vehicles at the same time and will need to reload. When you finally get to the Varsity Heights Safehouse, you should see a Burrito to the right of your Garage which is always parked there. Use this Burrito to apply the Chevron Bypass Technique and push the Yankee into the Garage. A Yankee isn't a Vehicle accepted by the Garage, hence why you need to push it in instead of simply driving it in. If you try and drive it in, the Chevrons will push you away and a Message will appear saying the Vehicle is too big for the Garage. Push the Yankee using the Burrito like in the Video, so that it's half inside the Chevron Zone and half outside of it. When it's in that position, the Garage will open and you can simply push the Yankee inside the Garage using the Burrito in a specific way, because when the Yankee is fully in the Chevron Zone then the Garage will never open. While you're at that phase, be extra careful as when you go too much outside of the Chevron Zone, the Garage Door will close and the Yankee might be stuck from the Garage Door, which means you failed this and need to start over. Push the Yankee in the Garage so that it's fully inside. Do exactly like shown in the Video. When you've finally done it, the Chevrons will show that the Yankee is inside by having Chevrons that say "out". This can take some practise and a lot of failed attempts to fully understand how the Chevron Trick works for Big Vehicles, so be very patient. Once the Yankee is secured in the Garage, drive the same Burrito to the Colony Island Safehouse Garage and store it in there as you will need it to push the BP/EP/FP Bus into the Garage. At this point, go back to the Blue Blip on the Radar which is Zhou and the Bobcat. When you get there, continue south down the Road toward South Slopes and a Bus will appear parked on the Side of the Road. This is the BP/EP/FP Bus in which you want to obtain. Simply jack it and drive it to the Colony Island Safehouse. When you get there, park it nearby, get the Burrito out of the Garage, and apply the Chevron Bypass Technique and push the BP/EP/FP Bus into the Garage. This is not an easy task and it can go very wrong, very quickly. You will need to stay inside the Green Chevron Zone the entire time you push the Bus into the Garage. If the Bus is slightly inside the Garage and you back up too far and the Garages closes on it, you'll need to start over as the Bus will be stuck in the Wall and the Garage won't open anymore. The same can be said about the Yankee, too. Both the Yankee and Bus require a tremendous amount of patience if you want to pull it off and get both at the same time and pass the Mission to avoid a Mission Failure in the Stats. Keep practising and finally you'll pull it off, though you'll need experience from redoing it to fully undestand how the Technique works. When the BP/EP/FP Bus is fully inside the Garage, though it will stick out a little tiny bit out, go back to the Blue Blip on the Map which is Zhou and the Bobcat and get into the Bobcat. Drive back to Zhou's to pass the Mission and there you have it. You passed Stealing the Show whilst obtaining both the BP Yankee and BP Bus at the same time. If you pulled this off, congratulations as it's probably the hardest task in all of CW. Simply save the Game and make sure that you don't walk into the Garages' Chevron Zones before saving, as then you'll drive the Yankee or Bus out, and to store them you'll need to do the whole Chevron Trick again. There is no need to confirm Vehicles after storing them in CW as the Garages in that Game are full-proof unlike in other Games and don't eat Vehicles as easily. Make note that after storing these two Vehicles, you'll have a BP Yankee and a BP Bus, the EP/FP Properties don't get saved in CW's Garages.

1.4. BP/EP/FP Bus
Mission: Stealing the Show (Pass, can't be obtained from a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: Check 1.3. to know how to get the BP Yankee and the BP Bus at the same time while passing the Mission Stealing the Show. It's one of the harder tasks in CW and will require you to have a lot of patience. Make note that both this BP Bus and the BP Yankee can't be obtained on a Mission Replay, thus you need to obtain them while doing the actual Mission during the Storyline to obtain it. The EP/FP Properties get deleted in the Garages so they're only BP, but BP/EP/FP during the Mission.

1.5. BP/EP/FP Limo
Mission: Stealing the Show (Mission Replay after Mission Pass)
How to Obtain: There is seven total Special Vehicles that you can obtain from Stealing the Show. Five of them can be obtained using a Replay and two of them will need to be obtained during the first go through the Mission not on a Replay. To obtain this BP/EP/FP Limo, start a Mission Replay of Stealing the Show from the Bulletin Board inside the Cerveza Heights Safehouse. Make sure nothing is inside your Cerveza Heights Garage, either, or it will be deleted for good. Get in Zhou's Bobcat and drive to the Gas Station, then go through the motions of throwing 15 Crates off the Truck into Zhou's Bobcat, but do it as quickly as you can since this special Limo is one of seven Special Vehicles to appear in the sequence of events in the Mission Script. When you throw 15 crates to Zhou, stay on the Truck until you see the Limo after passing the Bus. As soon as you see the Limo, get off the Truck and quickly get in the BP/EP/FP Limo. Now, drive it back to the Cerveza Heights Safehouse, on the way you can crash into the Gas Station to make sure it's EP. When you arrive, do the Chevron Bypass Technique with the BP Limo. If you use a Mission Vehicle then the Garage won't accept it and it will make your Vehicle drive away from the Garage Chevrons. So place the Limo like shown in the Video near the Wall and use the nearby Triad Admiral to push it into the Garage Chevron Zone. You can also do a Burnout and get out of the Limo while it's driving so the BP/EP/FP Limo lands onto the Chevron Zone. Push the Limo using the Triad Admiral like in the Video, so that it's half inside the Chevron Zone and half outside of it. When it's in that position, the Garage will open and you can simply push the Limo inside the Garage using the Admiral in a specific way, because when the Limo is fully in the Chevron Zone then the Garage will never open. While you're at that phase, be extra careful as when you go too much outside of the Chevron Zone, the Garage Door will close and the Limo might be stuck from the Garage Door, which means you failed this and need to start over. Push the Limo in the Garage in a specific way so that it's diagonally inside and that one small part of the BP/EP/FP Limo is outside of the Garage. Do exactly like shown in the Video. When you've finally done it, the Chevrons will show that the Limo is inside by having Chevrons that say "out". Now walk over the Chevrons, Huang will get into the Limo Duplicate and it will make the Original Limo out of the Garage, so that the Chevrons will say "in." Now, when you're in the BP Limo, drive it to the Chevron Zone and the Garage will open. Simply do a Burnout so that the Limo is faced to the Garage and release the Brake Button, at the same time open the Weapons Wheel and cancel the Mission Replay. The BP Limo will be stored in the Garage and the Mission will be Cancelled. Get used to this kind of Method since most Special Vehicles in CW can be obtained using a Replay and this is a good thing since Replays don't effect the Mission Stats in any way. The Video shows a slightly different and simpler Method at the Garage, but it doesn't seem to work on the PSP Version or on some Mobile Versions, thus you need to use the Chevron Bypass Technique. If you're lucky and can do the Method from the Video, then good, you only need to drive the BP Limo into the Chevron Zone, but not in the Garage. Line up the Limo at the Garage, then press the Accelerate and Brake button at the same time, then release the Brake Button to do a Burnout at the Garage. As soon as the Limo enters the Garage, cancel the Mission using the Menu and you will see a Cutscene where Huang gets out of the Garage. If done correctly, get out and you will see the BP Limo in the Garage.

1.6. BP/EP/FP Style SR
First of all, make sure that nothing is inside your Cerveza Heights Safehouse Garage, because otherwise it'll be deleted for good. To obtain this BP/EP/FP Style SR, start a Mission Replay of the Mission Stealing the Show from the Bulletin Board inside the Cerveza Heights Safehouse. Get in Zhou's Bobcat and drive to the Gas Station, then throw 15 Crates onto Zhou's Bobcat as quickly as you can. The BP/EP/FP Style SR and BP/EP/FP Police Patrol will be the first Vehicles which will appear in the sequence of events in the Mission Script. If you're not too quick enough, don't worry, you will see this BP/EP/FP Style SR again later on in this Stage of the Mission, both are shown in the Video. As soon as you throw 15 Crates to Zhou and see the Police Patrol chasing the Style SR, time it just right and jump off the Truck right when the Style SR and Police Patrol appears zooming down the Road. If done correctly, run as quickly as you can in the direction the Style SR and Police Patrol were driving and you should meet up with them. Simply jack the BP/EP/FP Style SR from the Driver and now drive it back to the Cerveza Heights Safehouse Garage. You can also smash into the Gas Station on the way to prove that it's surely EP, thus also BP/EP/FP. When you're at the Garage, all you have to do now is drive it into the Garage and as soon as you're getting inside with the Style SR into the Garage, get in the Menu and cancel the Mission. Make sure Huang parks it, walks out, and the Garage fully closes before the Screen turns black. If done correctly, when you return to normal gameplay the BP Style SR will be inside the Garage and it's yours to keep. The EP/FP Properties were deleted as CW Garages always delete the Properties except for BP. Get used to this kind of Method since most Special Vehicles in CW can be obtained using a Replay and this is a good thing since Replays don't effect the Mission Stats in any way.

Get in Zhou's Bobcat and drive to the Gas Station, then throw 15 Crates onto Zhou's Bobcat as quickly as you can. The BP/EP/FP Dukes will be the third Vehicle which will appear in the sequence of events in the Mission Script. As soon as you throw 15 Crates to Zhou, stay on the Truck a bit and let the Police Patrol and Style SR zoom by you. On the next turn, you will have to jump off the back of the Truck and you should see some Vehicles driving on the Road, one of them could be this Dukes. If so, walk up to the Driver's Side Door and punch it a few times to force the Driver out. If you don't do this, then you can't jack the Dukes at all. Get used to this kind of Method since most Special Vehicles in CW can be obtained using a Replay and this is a good thing since Replays don't effect the Mission Stats in any way. There will be another chance to get a BP Dukes in CW, this is the first one, but it doesn't matter as this first one can always be obtained with Mission Replay.

1.9. BP/EP/FP Blista
Mission: Stealing the Show (Mission Replay after Mission Pass)
How to Obtain: There is seven total Special Vehicles that you can obtain from Stealing the Show. As soon as you throw 15 Crates to Zhou, stay on the Truck a bit and let the Police Patrol and Style SR zoom by you. 2.0. Unique Gumshoe (PSP only)
Mission: Sources (Fail or Pass?)
How to Obtain: Coming soon...

2.1. AP Hellenbach
Mission: The Tow Job (Pass, can't be obtained from a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: The BP Hellenbach used to be a Limited Edition Vehicle in CW and on DS only, but now you can obtain it on all Versions using this trick. Be aware that you can't obtain this BP Hellenbach during Mission Replay, you will need to actually play the Storyline and obtain it while passing The Tow Job. Start The Tow Job and do the Mission like normal up until the part where you are instructed to get the Hellenbach off the back of the Truck. Once the Hellenbach is off the Truck, get into it and get a Two Star Wanted Level as instructed. At this point, try and bang up the Hellenbach enough so it's damaged severely but try and do it close to your Destination which is the Police Station in Bohan. When you get near the Yellow Marker, continue to bang up the Hellenbach so it catches Fire, but doesn't explode. Once it's on Fire, as quickly as you can drive it into the Yellow Marker to pass the Mission. After the Mission is passed, you will see the Hellenbach severely damaged with dark grey Smoke. Now, jack a random Vehicle off the Street and use it to push the Hellenbach back to the closest Safehouse Garage which would be Little Bay. Take your time since the Hellenbach will be smoking severely and sparks will be flying out of the Engine, though you don't need to be very gentle at pushing it as it's actually AP at this point. You can't drive it around in AP form, but you can only drive it around in BP form once you get it in the Garage. Once you get back to the Little Bay Safehouse, use the Chevron Bypass Technique and push the BP Hellenbach into the Garage. Now this is how the Chevron Bypass Technique works, if you have a Vehicle in the Chevron Zone then the Garage won't accept it as it won't open. So place the Hellenbach like shown in the Video near the Wall and use your Vehicle to push it into the Garage Chevron Zone so that a bit of it is outside the Chevron Zone. Push the AP Hellenbach using your Vehicle like in the Video, so that it's half inside the Chevron Zone and half outside of it. When it's in that position, the Garage will open and you can simply push the Hellenbach inside the Garage so it's fully inside. Just keep pushing it in and be careful to always stay on the Chevron Zone in your Vehicle while pushing the Hellenbach, because if you leave the Zone and the Hellenbach is half inside and half outside the Garage, it would be stuck there and you'd need to reload and try again. When it's inside, you have just obtained the BP Hellenbach in CW and if you managed to get it, congratulations. It's just a shame how you can't drive it around in AP form though.

2.2. Unique Fists Tanker (PSP only)
Mission: Trail Blazer (Fail? Pass?)
How to Obtain: Coming Soon...

2.3. AP Spanish Lords Dukes
Mission: Kenny Strikes Back (Pass, can also be obtained during Mission Replay after Mission Pass)
How to Obtain: You can obtain this AP Spanish Lords Dukes after passing the Mission during Mission Replay, but it's just quicker and will save time getting it on the first go through the Mission. Start the Mission Kenny Strikes Back and do the Mission like normal by going to the Spanish Lords' Warehouse and stealing the Spanish Lords Burrito. After hotwiring the Burrito, a Message will come up about more Spanish Lords coming into the Warehouse. At this point, get out of the Burrito and head toward the Gate in which you came in from earlier. Kill the handful of Spanish Lords Gang Members attacking Huang and you will see a Spanish Lords Dukes parked in the Street. This is the one that is AP, on the Road. The one inside the Gate is not AP, so make sure you take the right one. Now get in it and take this back to the Cerveza Heights Garage and store it there, or any other Safehouse Garage, but I suggest you go to the Cerveza Heights one. You will be chased by more Spanish Lords, but they seem to not bother you if you go to Cerveza Heights and it's also a Secluded Area with the nearby Triad Admiral always parked there. While the Mission is on, this AP Spanish Lords Dukes isn't accepted by the Garage so once again, you will need to apply the Chevron Bypass Technique and use the nearby Triad Admiral to push it into the Garage. Now this is how the Chevron Bypass Technique works, if you have a Vehicle from the Mission and you try to put it in the Garage, then the Garage won't accept it and you'll be pushed off from the Chevron Zone. So place the Spanish Lords Dukes like shown in the Video near the Wall and use your Vehicle to push it into the Garage Chevron Zone so that a bit of it is outside the Chevron Zone. Push the AP Spanish Lords Dukes using your Vehicle like in the Video, so that it's half inside the Chevron Zone and half outside of it. When it's in that position, the Garage will open and you can simply push the Dukes inside the Garage so it's fully inside. Just keep pushing it in and be careful to always stay on the Chevron Zone in your Vehicle while pushing the Dukes, because if you leave the Zone and the Dukes is half inside and half outside the Garage, it would be stuck there and you'd need to reload and try again. Once you manage to get it secured inside the Garage, just drive the Triad Admiral back to the Warehouse and get the Spanish Lords Burrito. Drive the Burrito to the final Destination at Kenny's to pass the Mission. You can of course obtain it from a Mission Replay, but you'll need to use the Mission Replay Cancel Trick to obtain it from a Replay, which is explained in the other entries in the Guide. Make note that this will be a BP Spanish Lords Dukes after storing it in the Garage. It's a different Vehicle compared to the normal Dukes, so it's nice to have both the BP Spanish Lords Dukes and the BP Dukes.

2.4. AP Spanish Lords Burrito
Mission: Free Roam after passing Kenny Strikes Back / Warehouse Raid (No need to activate the Side Mission)
How to Obtain: Once you pass the Story Mission Kenny Strikes Back, a Side Mission called The Warehouse Raid will be unlocked. Just drive any Vehicle like a Cabbie to the Warehouse and use it to vault over the Gate without activating the Side Mission. There will be armed Guards inside the Warehouse but they will completely ignore you. Simply walk up to the AP Spanish Lords Burrito in the back and get in and hotwire it. Once you hotwire the Burrito, just drive it out of the Warehouse through the front Gate and that's it. You can infinitely obtain this AP Spanish Lords Burrito and the good thing is, it's AP and you can drive it around in Free Roam for however long you want and it'll remain AP as long as you don't store it in a Garage. Once stored, it'll be a BP Spanish Lords Burrito only. Since it's always there and you can get it whenever you want, I personally wouldn't bother storing it and taking up Garage Space with something you can get in Free Roam at any time. Since you don't have the AP Cabbie on the PSP and DS Versions, you can always obtain this AP Spanish Lords Burrito and play around with it since it's the best AP Vehicle on these Versions that can is reobtainable even after 100% Completion.

2.5. AP Cavalcade
Mission: Street of Rage (Pass, can also be obtained during Mission Replay after Mission Pass)
How to Obtain: You can obtain both this BP Cavalcade and BP Dukes from the Mission Street of Rage at the same time while passing it, or you can also obtain them during Mission Replay from the Bulletin Board. It's just best to get the AP Cavalcade on te first go through the Mission. Start the Mission Street of Rage and then drive to where Heston and his Squad should be, at the Toll Booth. Once you arrive at the Toll Booth, take out all the Enemies and then you will get a Message to save Heston. At this time, don't save him yet, instead turn around to where the Shootout at the Toll Booth took place and you will see a bunch of Vehicles sitting around the Battle Zone. The Cavalcade you want to take is the one that was in front of the Toll Booth when you arrived. It has a Grey Color, though don't worry as it's not Special atleast on PSP. The one that is beyond the Toll Booth on the other side closest to the Yellow Marker instructing you to save Heston is not AP and you don't want to take the wrong one. Simply take the AP Cavalcade back to any Garage and store it. After you store it, return to the Yellow Marker and continue with the Mission as normal by saving Heston to pass the Mission. If you want to obtain both the BP Cavalcade and BP Dukes, do like shown in the Mission, simply double drive them to the Safehouse Garage and store both of them in the Garages. Be sure to get the Dukes which is AP though, which is shown in the Video. Make sure not to drive too far away from the other Vehicle as it might vanish. Once both Vehicles are secured, go back to the Yellow Marker, kill the Minigun Triad and you'll pass the Mission. You can of course get them from Mission Replay using the same technique, though you'll have to use the Mission Replay Cancel Trick to get it, which is explained in other entries in the Guide.

2.6. AP Dukes (2 of 2)
Mission: Street of Rage (Pass, can also be obtained during Mission Replay after Mission Pass)
How to Obtain: Check out 2.5. to know how to get both the BP Dukes and BP Cavalcade from Street of Rage while passing the Mission. Make sure you get the right AP Dukes parked in the Mission. You can also obtain this BP Dukes alone, but it's kind of useless to do it as the BP Cavalcade is much more unique, because you can get a BP Dukes already in the Stealing the Show Replay, only difference is how this one is AP while the one before was BP/EP/FP. You can of course use Replay to get this BP Dukes from Street of Rage, but you'll need to use the Chevron Bypass Technique and Mission Replay Cancel Trick to obtain it, which is explained in the other entries in the Guide.

2.7. AP Burrito
Mission: Torpedo Run (Fail, can't be obtained from a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This is one of the Vehicles in CW which require you to actually get it from the Story Mission as it can't be obtained from Replay. It also requires a Failure, though it's a One Time Only Special Vehicle. Eventough there is a BP Spanish Lords Burrito in CW, this BP Burrito is Special because it's an ordinary Burrito which can be Colored and doesn't have a Livery. To obtain it, start the Mission Torpedo Run, steal the Destroyer and destroy the Zhouboat using the Torpedoes as instructed. Now, you'll be instructed to head to the Jetty, go there but do not enter the Yellow Marker whatever you do. When you're at the Jetty, get out of the Destroyer, get on the Jetty without touching the Yellow Marker and use your Molotovs to blow up your own Destroyer. Eventually, the Mission will fail, now head up to the Street and you will see this AP Burrito there. Now, all you have to do is drive it to a Safehouse Garage and store it to have a BP Burrito. It has a Gray Color on it which isn't Special at all and can always be recreated at Pay and Spray.

2.9. Unique/BP Destroyer
Mission: Torpedo Run (Fail)
How to Obtain: Coming Soon...

3.0. AP Cognoscenti
Mission: Grave Situation (Pass, can also be obtained during Mission Replay after Mission Pass)
How to Obtain: This BP Cognoscenti can be obtained during Mission Replay, but it's just faster obtaining it when you first do the Mission while passing it and you won't waste that much time. To obtain it, start the Mission Grave Situation and make your way through the Graveyard killing the Enemies and protecting Rudy as instructed. After killing off all the Enemies, you will get a Message to meet Rudy at the exit. However, don't do that because a Cutscene will play and Rudy will drive off in the Cognoscenti and the Mission will be passed. Instead, go to the nearby Hearse that is sitting there and use it to push the AP Cognoscenti back to the Steinway Safehouse Garage just like shown in the Video. Don't activate the Cutscene accidently as you'll then have to redo it all. Since the Cognoscenti is AP, it won't get damaged, thus allowing you to push it with authority and not having to worry about how hard you are pushing it. When you get back to the Garage pushing the Cognoscenti like in the Video, apply the Chevron Bypass Technique and push the AP Cognoscenti into the Garage. Now this is how the Chevron Bypass Technique works, if you have a Vehicle from the Mission Script and you try to put it in the Garage, then the Garage won't accept it and you'll be pushed off from the Chevron Zone, same thing if you can't enter the Vehicle because it's locked. So place the Cognoscenti like shown in the Video near the Wall and use your Vehicle to push it into the Garage Chevron Zone so that a bit of it is outside the Chevron Zone. Push the AP Cognoscenti using your Vehicle like in the Video, so that it's half inside the Chevron Zone and half outside of it. When it's in that position, the Garage will open and you can simply push the Cognoscenti inside the Garage so it's fully inside. Just keep pushing it in and be careful to always stay on the Chevron Zone in your Vehicle while pushing the Cognoscenti, because if you leave the Zone and the Cognoscenti is half inside and half outside the Garage, it would be stuck there and you'd need to reload and try again. When you manage to get it inside, go back to the Graveyard and meet Rudy D'Avanzo to pass the Mission. You can't actually drive it around in AP form, so you'll have to bare with the BP Cognoscenti once stored in the Garage. If you obtain it from a Mission Replay, then apply the Mission Replay Cancel Trick explained in the other entries of the Guide.

3.1. EC Purple and Red Banshee (2 of 2)
Mission: Clear the Pier (Pass)
How to Obtain: This second Chan's Banshee in the Story can only be obtained from Passing the Mission on your first go, so I suggest getting the same EC Banshee from Jackin' Chan as it's always obtainable from Mission Replay. If you find a Method how to get this second EC Banshee from Replay, inform me. Start the Mission Clear the Pier and do the Mission like normal by killing off all of Chan's Guards and making your way through the Battle Zone to confront Chan at the end before he drives away in his Special Banshee. At this point, get into the Triad Comet provided to you and chase after Chan. What you want to do is try and put as few Bullets into his Banshee as possible, eventually it'll get damaged a lot and Chan will jump out with the Banshee staying in tact but severely damaged. At this point, finish Chan off by killing him to pass the Mission. Once the Mission is passed, you can jack his EC Purple and Red Banshee and carefully drive it back to a Safehouse and store it in a Garage. Just make sure not to destroy it during the process of obtaining it.

3.2. H/AP Comet + Minigun with Infinite Ammo
Mission: Salt in the Wound (Fail, can't be obtained from a Mission Replay)
How to Obtain: This H/AP Comet will cost you a Mission Failure and you can't obtained it from a Mission Replay, so you will need to fail the Final Mission of CW on your first go to obtain this one, but you'll also get a Minigun with Infinite Ammo that you can keep forever. It's nice how you can get a Special Vehicle plus a Special Bonus for the Minigun as you basically get nothing when you complete CW to 100% Completion, so that Minigun is a rather nice Reward. Start the Mission Salt in the Wound like normal, drive to Charge Island with Heston and make your way through the Battle Zone until you are instructed to go after Kenny when he fleas in a Boat. Instead of going to the Yellow Marker to continue the Mission with the Boat Chase, go to where a Wetski is parked at one of the Piers in Algonquin. Just jump into the Ocean and swim to your Destination. When you arrive at the Wetski, get onto it and drive it back to the Yellow Marker. At this point, what you want to try and do is drive the Wetski onto the Pier and into the Yellow Marker. This can be tricky at times as Huang sometimes will fall off when trying to beach it on the Pier, but with a little patience and persistence you will get it to land on the Yellow Marker. You can also go back onto the Road and try to find your Vehicle in which you came with, then try to drive that Vehicle into the Yellow Marker. Any Vehicle is fine, just make sure that you enter that Yellow Marker while inside a Vehicle. After you succeed, a Cutscene will play and the Boat Chase will resume, however, Huang will be able to dismount from the Boat which normally wouldn't be possible. Just allow the Boat to drive away for about five seconds and then jump off, like you see in the Video. Do nothing and wait until the Boat reaches the Pier on Colony Island where Kenny will be. Strangely enough, when you get the Cutscene at the next Pier and are back on Land, Kenny will be behind you and you and Heston will be in front of Kenny. When you take control of Huang, simply run forward as quick as you can and jack the nearby Comet before Kenny gets in. If Heston gets in with you, don't worry, but you don't want Kenny to take the Comet. Make sure you get the right Comet which you see from the Video as that one is the H/AP Comet. At this point you will be given a Four Star Wanted Level but there is nothing to worry about since you are driving a H/AP Comet with the strength 10x stronger than a Rhino Tank. Go have some fun driving it around disabling the Police Cars by ramming them until you lose the Four Star Wanted Level. At this point, exit the Comet and run away a short Distance so Heston follows you and then quickly run back to the Comet and get in and drive away without Heston, abandoning him. The Mission will fail at this point for leaving Heston behind and now all you have to do is take your H/AP Comet back to any Garage and store it. Once stored, save the game, and then immediately reload the game. By doing this, you will get to keep the Minigun with infinite ammo. Before saving, the Weapon Select will be glitched, but from saving and reloading, it'll be back to normal and you will have a Minigun with Infinite Ammo in your Inventory! Pretty cool. It's not possible to get the BP Comet with the Minigun with Infinite Ammo because after losing the Wanted Level, returning to Colony Island where Kenny is still standing and trying shooting at him, throwing Molotovs at him, pushing his body into the Ocean, but nothing worked and he is invincible. Driving the Comet into the Ocean didn't help either. The only way to obtain this BP Comet + Minigun with Infinite Ammo is via failing the Mission. It's totally worth it, though! If you don't care about the BP Comet and only want to get the Minigun with Infinite Ammo, just enter the Yellow Marker with the Vehicle and do the Boat Chase thing like already explained, then just let Kenny get in the Comet and drive off, after passing the Mission, save and reload and you'll have the Minigun with Infinite Ammo.

3.3. EC Blue Cruiser (PSP only)
Mission: Salt in the Wound (Fail)
How to Obtain: Coming Soon...

3.4. BP Cabbie + AP Cabbie (Mobile only)
Mission: Taxi Driver (Pass, Gold Medal - 15 Fares in a Row)
How to Obtain: Even though this is listed at the end of the Guide, you have the ability to get a BP Cabbie right after the first Story Mission in the game, Yu Jian, if you wanted to, on all Versions. All you have to do is complete the Taxi Driver Side Mission with a Gold Medal by doing 15 Taxi Fares in a Row which will unlock the Reward "Taxi Shield." This means all Cabbies driving around Liberty City from that point on are BP and you can infinitely get them. Just find one and put it in the Garage. Interestingly, these BP Cabbies have a Green Ring when aimed at, while the other BP Vehicles don't, though they're all BP as they don't get destroyed by Bullets. The AP Cabbie is only obtainable on Mobile only and can't be done on the PSP nor Nintendo DS Versions. It's a really cool trick. Once you pass the Taxi Driver Side Mission with a Gold Medal, you will be able to infinitely get an AP Cabbie. All you have to do is find a Cabbie driving on the Street and hail it to stop and take you somewhere. Pick any Destination and allow the Cabbie to drive you there as well as skipping the Trip. As soon as you are dropped off at your Destination, quickly run forward and jack the Cabbie in which you drove with. The Cabbie you jacked is AP and completely indestructible. You can get it infinitely and always drive it around. However, if you store it in a Garage, it will become BP only. This is nice to use in Free Roam after 100% Completion or something and go on a random Rampage whilst driving the AP Cabbie. Have fun! You can read more about it on this Topic.

Thanks.  However, when it comes to the EC Vehicles, I am not sure since the Mobile Versions have major differences in the Colors available that spawn in traffic.  The Cavalcade in Street of Rage...I already have it and it's only BP.  It's already in the Guide.  As you can see from my Photo, it's a Black Color and it seems to not be a set color in the Mission.  The Cavalcade's always seem to have random colors.  The BP Hellenbach sounds interesting, though.  Wish I could see a Video of this one as when I re-do my CW Save in the future, I'd like to get it...

The BP Destroyer has a Video...I saw that one.  However, it's impossible to get any Boat out of the Garage and that is why I didn't include it in my Guide.  You can obtain it and store it, but you can't use it afterwards and it will take up a Garage Space, when 14 is all you get to begin with...

Seems like you have all the cars covered, but I will let you know if there are any missing. Notify me know if you do require assistance. Though too bad there are only 14 cars spaces available however more than 14 possible obtainable special vehicles.

@Gabriel_175, how do you obtain Chan's banshee on Raw Deal, because every time I make a run for his vehicle, somehow I manage to get blown up by the dude with the RPG (collateral effect with the explosion of his car

Timing the weapon select to a SMG or something fast, keep pressing the weapon select after the cutscene, shoot the guy with the RPG before the fire, wait for the mayham to calm down, get inside making sure not to be near a explosion(will go thru the road in the water) and fail to get it.All about timing the weapon select and kill the guy with the RPG before he shoots the Banshee.

Which part doesn't work on DS?  I am sure a lot of this works on DS, but some things do not, like the AP Cabbie, for instance.  This is only exclusive to Android/iOS.  When it comes to EC Vehicles, it's very difficult to tell, as well, since whoever made the Port of CW for Mobile, seemed to change some Colors when they made it with HD Graphics and such.  So now some of the EC Vehicles once said to be EC from people playing DS and PSP are NOT EC on the Mobile Versions anymore...

Nice guide, Millitia. Although I do recall getting the BP Limo from the mission replay once, however I didn't need to use chevron bypass. It's not really ideal to utilise the chevron bypass technique on a Limo, I guess. I got the EC Cog on DS without Chevron bypass as well. Perhaps it's because the DS is slower?
I haven't touched CW for a long while though - I no longer own my DS but I think I still have the emulator I once used to play it on my PC. Regardless, I'm going to get the game for mobile soon. Then I'll have a go at getting these special vehicles. Once again, nice job :cookie:

Yeah, I will update the Guide in a little bit.  Like I said as my most recent comment in the Replay Topic, I am not the best when it comes to CW, but thought a Guide should be made.  I am not very good with IV, TLaD, TBoGT, CW, and V when it comes to all the information I know.  Out of these, CW is probably the least I know since it's the only GTA I've done so far other than V, where I did only ONCE.  I only did CW once and almost a year ago now, so some things are fuzzy...

Yeah, get the Android/iOS Version.  It's awesome and has the AP Cabbie! ;)

EDIT: Fixed the BP/EP/FP Limo Post.

Btw have you checked if there are any special vehicles in the Melanie Mallard missions or the Xin Shan missions? Those (with the exception of the latter) weren't available in the DS and only available since the PSP version. So they weren't covered in GTA_Loco's guide which was for DS. I'd check myself if I had the Android version but I don't suppose I'll be getting it for a while because $4.99 is a lot of money for me right now to spend on a game :p

Melanie Mallard has no Missions on Android/iOS, but Xin does.  I have the Xin Mission Strand still active, as you can see in the Photos posted above.  When I got 100% and after I found the 2 Lions of Fo, I got a call about the Xin Missions.  I personally never did them or looked into them, but I doubt there is anything in them.  I believe Melanie's Missions have some EC Vehicles or something to get in them, but I physically can't test this as these Missions only appear on the DS and PSP Versions, or one or the other.  Android/iOS doesn't have some things included like the PSP Version did.  The PSP Version has the most in it, probably.  The Android/iOS Versions are more like DS, but updated Graphics and different Glitches and sh*t, like the AP Cabbie on Android/iOS, for instance.

I got CW on December 25, 2014.  Christmas Day.  When I bought it, I only payed $2.99.  Most of been some Christmas Special! :D :p  The other Mobile Ports, like III and VC are $4.99, but SA and LCS on Mobile are $6.99.  Either way, I think it's worth it to get these Mobile Ports just to have them on the go...

I would like to look into the Mission "The Tow Job" that has the BP Hellenbach and see if it's obtainable on Android/iOS.  That one would be awesome to have in the Special Vehicle Collection.  Furthermore, on the DS Version as some Pre-Order way back when, you were able to get this as a Download or something.  However, like the BP Patriot, Mobile can't get any of these things.  So if the BP Hellenbach could be obtained, it's definitely one I'd like to get in my next playthrough.

I guess somebody else will have to check it on PSP then...

Yeah, that is why I called this Android/iOS Special Vehicle Guide for CW, since I am not sure of DS and PSP, as things are a bit different.  It seems they changed a lot for the Mobile Versions compared to DS and especially PSP.  Since I own iOS, I personally don't care about the other Platforms since I won't ever have them.  I am most comfortable with it on iOS at this point, as well.

I hope someone who is into Special Vehicles in CW and recording makes Videos of these Special Vehicles in the Guide.  I have Videos for my III, VC, SA, LCS, and VCS Guides, but none for CW.  I think if there were Videos, it would help a lot of people to get them who haven't tried obtaining them yet...

@Fooking Rekt, are you gonna make a CW Guide on Youtube when you finish the other GTA Projects?

I'd like Videos for ALL the Vehicles in the Guide :D :p

I asked Fooking Rekt since he did a GTA III Special Vehicle Guide on Youtube as well as finishing a GTA SA Special Vehicle Guide on Youtube for Mobile Platforms.  I know he has CW Android and records the stuff with good quality for III and SA.  I just don't know when he is planning on getting to CW ;)

Um, I might try to make videos once I finish LCS, VCS, IV, TLAD and TBOGT. Might be worthless by that time since Rekt will probably get there before me but oh well, the more videos, the better.

That's how I feel, too.  The more Videos the better.  All of these are really easy to get in Chinatown Wars and I was able to read the IGN Guide by gta_loco which is outdated and some things incorrect, but it still wasn't too bad.  But it just feels strange how there is basically no Videos in this Topic, but for every other GTA there is tons of Videos.  There is barely any Videos for IV, TLaD, TBoGT, or V dealing with Special Vehicles, either.  It's gonna suck making the IV and TLaD Special Vehicle Guides for the Forum since there is no Videos for guidance...

Have you already started work on the IV/TLAD guide? Or when do you plan to?

I plan to start on those Guides once I finish a few more GTA Projects.  Right now, I am finishing up the 2nd Save File on PS2 for SA.  I will be done tomorrow and post Photos to the SA Guide and my Profile as usual.  Once SA is done with, I am moving to GTA III on Mobile to re-do it since I can improve.  After III on Mobile is done with, I need to update my VC Mobile Save.  Not re-do it, but update it.  I still need to get the EP/FP Hotring Racer for that Mobile VC Save and I also need to remove the fake Silver/White Stretch which I currently have in that Save.  I will also get some NE Vehicles while I am at it to make it look a bit different compared to my VC PS2 Save since I don't have any of the NE Vehicles and don't want any there.  After I update my VC Mobile Save, all I have left to look forward to is GTA IV, TLaD, TBoGT, CW, and V.  I will be doing Starter Saves for ALL of these GTA's and keeping them once they are finished.  I also want to do GTA IV, TLaD, and CW to 100% after the Starter Saves are done with and go for slightly different Special Vehicles this time around and better Stats, too.  I won't do TBoGT or V, but want to do just Starter Saves just in case I want to do those in the far future, too.

So I reckon I will start making the IV and TLaD Guides sometime in July...

I also need to update some of the existing Guides, too.  Like, I need to add the NE Taxi and NE Hoods Rumpo XL to GTA III Guide.  I need to add in the EC Black Conversion to the VC Guide as well as the NE Vehicles.  I should probably add in the FP/EC Maverick to the LCS Guide, too.  Also the EC Maverick and H/EP/FP/PP/EC Flatbed to the VCS Guide...

And if there is any ever Videos for CW, I will update this Guide, too...

Added in!  I am waiting for all the "Stealing the Show" Vehicles.  They are coming up soon and remember to check on those Vehicles Gabriel has mentioned and see if they are obtainable and such.  BP Hellenbach for instance would be a nice one to have and a new addition to the Guide.
