Hey all,

Sorry if this is in the wrong section... feel free to move if it is... but I'm having a mental blank about a song I believe to be from GTA(or maybe Saints Row... don't hit me!).

I'm not sure if it's from Vice City, San Andreas or even another one... but here is what I do know:

1. It's a male singer.

2. It's upbeat, but not latino music.

3. It sounds like it's from the 80's(which made me think Vice City)

4. The only lyrics I know is 'LA LALALA LALALA LALALA LA'.

Now I've searched as many track listings as I can find... I've been through most of the songs from Vice City, San Andreas... but have yet to find it. Which leads me to think it MAY be an original track created for the radio in one game?

I know it's not much to go on... but I'd really appreciate any ideas.

Thanks!

Hey, thanks for replying!

So... as I said, I've been through most of the lists. It's nothing obvious like Horse With No Name, Don't Forget About Me, or anything like that.

Which leads me to be believe it could be an intro/outro?

Hey, thanks for chiming in Tiger.

It is not that song. :(

It's a solo male singer... at least for the la la la part... it's a fast tempo... I got a very 'surfer' vibe from, which made me to think it might be from Wave 103 or Fever FM.

It SOUNDS like 80's. Like... you hear it and think of the 1980's. I'd compare the beat and tone to Working For The Weekend and/or possibly Take On Me.

Nah, it's definitely nothing from the Latino station.

Thank you though.

No, it's not the one BlackSnow176 posted. Because OP has already stated that "It's nothing obvious like Horse With No Name, Don't Forget About Me, or anything like that."

I believe you may be referring to Kids in America from the Vice City soundtrack, although that has a female singer.

I'm pretty sure that was in a trailer. Don't remember for which of the games though.

EDIT: The Look by Roxette. It was in a TBOGT trailer and was on Vice City FM.
