GTA VCS Special Vehicle Guide

Special Vehicle Properties Legend:

BP = Bullet Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed by bullets.

DP (CP) = Damage Proof or Crash Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from collisions and will not dent from crashing.

EP = Explosion Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed from explosives.

FP = Fire Proof - The Special Vehicle can't be destroyed by fire.

AP (FI) = All Proof or Full Immune - BP/DP/EP/FP = AP. AP Vehicles can only be destroyed by tipping it upside down, using the Blow Up All Cars cheat or if a Tank bumps into the Vehicle.

EC (UC) = Exclusive Color or Unique Color - The Special Vehicle has a Color or Color Combination that can't be obtained from Pay and Spray or Traffic.

EC2 (UC2) = Exclusive Secondary Color - This Special Vehicle has an Invisible Secondary Color only viewable by Save Editors.

Unique = Unique - The Special Vehicle is Unique when it can only be obtained from a Story Mission or Side Mission, the vehicle itself is Special as it's not possible to find it Parked or in Traffic.

H = Heavy - The Special Vehicle's Mass is increased and it can move anything out of its way with ease.

PP = Pop Proof - The Special Vehicle's Tires can't be popped.

TP = Tip Proof - The Special Vehicle can be Tipped upside down and it will not catch fire and blow up, it only works if you're not inside of the Vehicle and it's upside down.

WP = Water Proof - The Special Vehicle falls in Blue Hell when it falls in water. This Property is only present on H Bikes.

UH = Unique Handling - The Special Vehicle has changed Handling and it's usually found on Bikes.

PC = Permanent Color - The Special Vehicle doesn't change Colors when you take it to Pay and Spray, it doesn't count on Vehicles which are programmed to have no Colors (a Livery) or to spawn only in one Color.

TD = Triple Damage - The Special Vehicle can take about 3 times more Collection Damage until it blows up compared to a normal Vehicle.

Important Message for PSP Users. As you may know, there is a bugged mechanism in VCS with the Garages. They delete anything inside if you don't perform the proper steps which you can read below. Also make note that this issue was fixed for the PS2 Version. RationalPsycho explains all of this in detail and how to counteract it on the PSP Version.

Introduction: Under normal circumstances, when approaching a garage, the vehicle(s) stored inside start to load in order to properly be used by the Player; geometry, colours, model variations, properties (immunities etc.), spawn coordinates, everything. Once ALL vehicles are loaded, then, and ONLY then does the garage door open.

The Bug: On the PSP version of the game, there is a bugged mechanism which causes vehicles to load inside garages, even if the Player does not stand in front of them, if ANY of the following activities are performed near one:

- Exiting an interior; Safehouses, and, in the Clymenus Suite's case, the nearest Empire Building
- Purchasing a vehicle
- Starting a mission ("Vigilante", "Taxi Driver" etc.)
- Failing/Cancelling a mission
- Completing the "Leap and Bound" mission (101 Bayshore Avenue only)

If one of these conditions are met near a garage, the vehicles stored inside will be loaded and kept in memory, so if you engage in an activity, such as a mission, they will eventually vanish.

How to counteract: It's simple; every time you exit an interior (Safehouse or the Empire Building next to the Clymenus Suite), purchase a vehicle, start or fail a mission near a garage, and pass the mission "Leap and Bound" (in the 101 Bayshore Avenue garage's case), before doing ANYTHING, check the vehicles inside by opening the door and letting it close again, thus reverting the vehicles back to their safe "stored" state. Make note that you don't have to check every single garage across Vice City every time you perform the aforementioned activities, just the nearest one.

The Little Willie: On the roof of the Clymenus Suite, there is an icon that enables you to purchase a Little Willie in exchange for $5000. It is strongly recommended you should refrain from touching it. The reason for this is when buying one, two of the conditions are met which cause vehicles to load inside the garage when they're not normally supposed to simultaneously: Exiting an interior (via the roof) and Purchasing a vehicle, resulting in even more risk to lose your precious vehicles. If you fly atop the roof with a helicopter of your own and attempt to buy the Little Willie, the game will freeze, and you'll get a permanent black "Loading..." screen. If you need a Little Willie, you can get one for free from the Junkyard.

The PS2 version: On PS2, none of these bugs are present, including the Little Willie one, so if you're playing this version, you don't have to worry about any of the aforementioned malfunctions.

1.0. EC Yellow/Green Streetfighter
Mission: Conduct Unbecoming (Pass)
How to Obtain: Welcome to Vice Mainland, Vice City! The first Special Vehicle in VCS is Martinez' Streetfighter in a unique Color. It's used in the first three Missions in the Game where Vic is in the Army. During the first three Missions, this EC Streetfighter will always spawn next to Martinez' Barracks in the Army Base, but after Conduct Unbecoming it won't be available there anymore. Also, during that Stage of the Game, you won't have a Garage and you'll unlock the first Garage right after this Mission, which is the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage. To get this EC Yellow/Green Streetfighter, start the third Mission in the Game, Conduct Unbecoming. Get in the EC Streetfighter nearby and complete the Mission like normal using it, until you get to take Mary to the Fort Baxter Army Base. If you drive too close using your Streetfighter to the Gate, a cutscene will play out and when Vic gets kicked out of the Army, you won't be able to retrieve the EC Streetfighter back. So, when you get near Fort Baxter while driving Mary there, park the EC Streetfighter near to the Gate but not too close, just like shown in the Video. Park it there, get out of it and go to the Gate with Mary on foot. After the Cutscene, Vic will be kicked out of the Army, but if you parked the EC Streetfighter nearby like in the Video, you can go back to it and drive it to the Safehouse to pass the Mission. Now you can use the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage and store the EC Yellow/Green Streetfighter in the Garage. Pretty easy to get.

1.1. PP Cholo Sabre
Mission: Cholo Victory (Fail)
How to Obtain: The PP Property is a bit different in VCS because when you shoot at the Tires, the Vehicle will actually take damage if it's not BP, but the Tires won't be popped. So be careful when testing this Property. Start the Mission Cholo Victory and drive to the Police Station with Phil in his Walton, then drive to the Hospital, like normally. After the next Cutscene when you arrive at the Hospital, you will be instructed to locate the PP Cholo Sabre. When you get close to the PP Cholo Sabre, get out of the Walton as quickly as you possibly can, jack a random Vehicle in traffic and leave Phil behind while you catch back up to the Cholo Sabre. Eventually, the Mission will fail for abandoning Phil and once it fails, just do a Drive-By on the PP Cholo Sabre. The Cholo Driver will slow down, stop, get out and run away leaving the Door open behind him. Simply get in the PP Cholo Sabre and take it to a Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards. Also, you can make this a PP/EC Black Cholo Sabre later on using the EC Black Conversion Trick later in the Guide, thus making it even more Special.

1.2. FP/PP/EC Pink Perennial
Mission: Truck Stop (Fail)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission Truck Stop and get into the FP/PP/EC Pink Perennial provided to you for the Mission. Now, all you have to do is drive it to the location in Viceport nearby as shown in the Video and dunk the FP/PP/EC Pink Perennial into the Water. Dunk it into the water and wait in the water until the Mission fails for "destroying" the Perennial, then drive it out of the water. The Perennial must be in the water while the Mission fails or else it won't preserve its FP and PP Properties. Now drive it to your Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards. Interestingly enough, you can use this FP/PP/EC Pink Perennial to make a FP/PP/EC Black Perennial using a EC Black Conversion which will be explained later in the Guide.

1.3. BP/PP Barracks OL
Mission: Truck Stop (Fail)
How to Obtain: Make sure that you have a Flamethrower or Molotovs before starting the Mission. I suggest getting a Flamethrower as Molotovs act literally like Grenades with Fire and can easily destroy Vehicle with one hit. Start the Mission Truck Stop and drive to the Hotel to pick up some Backup. After the Cutscene, you will be instructed to find this BP/PP Barracks OL. Simply drive to the location as shown in the Video, ahead of the Barracks OL. When you get there, get out of the Perennial and either use a Flamethrower or Molotovs on the Barracks OL to force the Drive out of it. If you use Molotovs, make sure to not directly throw them onto the Barracks OL because it would blow up due to Molotovs behaving like Grenades. Just throw them in front of the BP/PP Barracks OL so that it drives over the top of the flames on the ground. The Driver will stop and get out of the BP/PP Barracks OL and you can easily get inside it now. Be careful as the Doors are actually locked on this BP/PP Barracks OL, so if you want to get out of it, leave the Door open by exiting the Vehicle and quickly walking forward immediately. When you've taken control of the BP/PP Barracks OL, drive to the location in Viceport shown in the Video and dunk the Barracks OL in the water, making sure that it stays in the water while the Mission fails, otherwise it won't preserve its Properties. When the Mission fails, drive out of the water and store it in the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage. You will need to force close the Garage Door with another Vehicle. After that, confirm the Properties.

1.4. H/PP Barracks OL
Mission: Truck Stop (Fail)
How to Obtain: Before starting the Mission, get a Flamethrower or Molotovs, but I suggets getting the Flamethrower. Start the Mission Truck Stop and drive to the Hotel to get some Backup. After picking up the Backup, drive to the location of the BP/PP Barracks OL and allow your Backup to shoot at the Enemies in the back of the Barracks OL, then block the road using your Perennial so it comes to a stop. After the Cutscene, Phil will be driving the H/PP Barracks OL and you will be protecting him against any Enemies that show up. Follow Phil and protect him like normally, until you get near Stonewall J's like shown in the Video. Usually Phil crashes at the wall there which makes this a good location to steal it. At that location, get out of your Perennial and then use your Flamethrower or Molotovs on the H/PP Barracks OL so you can force Phil to get out of it. If you use Molotovs, make sure to not directly throw them onto the Barracks OL because it would blow up due to Molotovs behaving like Grenades. Just throw them in front of the H/PP Barracks OL so that it drives over the top of the flames on the ground. When the Barracks OL catches the fire, Phil will get out and leave the Door open. Now get in the H/PP Barracks OL and be careful as the doors are locked on it. Now, drive it to the location in Viceport shown in the Video to dunk the H/PP Barracks OL in the Water to fail the Mission and then get out of the Water. Make sure it's in the Water while the Missions fails, otherwise it won't preserve its Properties. After that, go to the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage and store the H/PP Barracks OL in it. You'll also need to force close the Garage Door. When it's stored, confirm the Properties.

1.5. FP/EC Light Orange Bobcat
Mission: Shakedown (Fail)
How to Obtain: This one is very easy. Start the Mission Shakedown and drive the FP/EC Light Orange Bobcat that you are sitting inside after the Cutscene back to the Garage. Park the FP/EC Bobcat inside, get out of the FP/EC Bobcat and shoot and kill Marty to fail the Mission. Once the Mission fails, allow the Garage to close down on the Bobcat and it's stored. Also, confirm the Properties. Take note that the EC Light Orange Bobcat spawns during Marty's Missions, but this is the best one you can get in terms of Properties on the same EC Color. Also, you can use this FP/EC Light Orange Bobcat and make it a FP/EC Black Bobcat using a EC Black Conversion Trick which will be covered later on in the Guide.
Video by jam8tone

1.6. EP Conversion Trick (Four-Door Vehicles Only)
Mission: Got Protection? (Fail)
How to Obtain: VCS has two Conversion Tricks and this is the first one which is the EP Conversion, the other one is a EC Black Conversion. The EP Conversion only works on 4-Door Vehicles and you need to fail the Mission every time you convert a 4-Door Vehicle to EP. When using this EP Conversion, keep in mind that the BP/DP/FP Properties all get deleted in the process, only the TP, PP and EC Properties will remain. Before starting this process, have your desired 4-Door Vehicle parked already in the Garage. Start the Mission Got Protection? and head to Marty's Brothel. After the Cutscene, immediately get the nearby Oceanic or Polaris V8 and drive it back to the Garage to fetch your 4-Door Vehicle that you want to convert to EP. Once you get inside of your desired Vehicle to convert to EP, drive it to the location at Viceport as shown in the Video. You will need to dunk your 4-Door Vehicle in the Water before the Girls' Health Meter runs all the way down and the Mission fails. When you see the Meter almost empty, back up into the Water until you see Vic's Health go down like in the Video. His Health going down indicates that the Vehicle you want to convert to EP is deep enough and flagged as destroyed which will preserve the EP Property. Remember, you need to be in the Water in your desired 4-Door Vehicle while the Mission fails, when the Meter gets to zero. As soon as the Mission fails and before Vic dies, drive your EP 4-Door Vehicle out of the Water and back to the Garage to store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards. Also, be sure that you don't get a Vehicle which is already EP and with other Properties on the Special Vehicle List, because the converted EP Vehicle will be Inferior. For example, you can make a EP Landstalker, but it's useless as you can obtain a EP/FP/TP Landstalker from Firefighter, which is far better. Here is a full list of Vehicles that you can make EP at that Stage of the Game and that won't be inferior: EP Polaris V8, EP/PP Admiral, EP Greenwood, EP Oceanic, EP/PP/EC Perennial, EP Regina, EP Sentinel, EP Stretch, EP Washington, EP Patriot, EP Boxville, EP Burrito, EP Moonbeam, EP Pony, EP Cabbie, EP Securicar, EP NE Taxi, EP/PP Ambulance, EP Gang Rancher, EP VCPD Cruiser, EP VCPD Enforcer, EP VCPD Maverick. Make note that all these Vehicles can be also made EC Black later on to get their ultimate form, except for the Polaris V8, Patriot, Cabbie, Ambulance, Gang Rancher, VCPD Cruiser, VCPD Enforcer and VCPD Maverick. Some of them will need explanation though. The EP/PP Admiral is a PP Admiral converted to EP, the PP Admiral is not in the Guide as it's an inferior Vehicle to a BP/PP Admiral later on, but you can get this PP Admiral from the Mission Truck Stop. and make it a EP/PP Admiral (and then later a EP/PP/EC Black Admiral). Here's the Video by jam8tone on how to get this PP Admiral, though you will need to fail Truck Stop to get it. The EP/PP/EC Perennial is the FP/PP/EC Pink Perennial converted to EP, but FP gets deleted and PP stays, thus a EP/PP/EC Pink Perennial. You can also convert this to a EP/PP/EC Black Perennial later on, so two different EP/PP/EC Perennials. EP/PP Ambulance is the FP/PP Ambulance from Paramedic but converted to EP and because the FP gets deleted and PP stays, it will become a EP/PP Ambulance. EP VCPD Cruiser is inferior to the AP VCPD Cruiser, but the EP VCPD Cruiser is the best you can have without using OM0 and AP VCPD Cruiser needs OM0, thus I listed it in. EP NE Taxi is the NE Taxi converted to EP, you can later make it a EP/EC Black NE Taxi which looks awesome! Here's a Video by jam8tone on how to get the NE Taxi, so you can later use it for the EP Conversion. The Patriot needs to be obtained during Conduct Unbecoming, just do the same as described in the EC Streetfighter part of the Guide and then store the Patriot in the Garage and then make it a EP Patriot later on. The Gang Rancher and Stretch need to be obtained from the Vice Beach Island, which is locked territory at this Stage of the Game. Use the Yankee Trick (Video by GTA Series Videos) or BMX Trick (Video by Champion (4emp2008)) or Leaf Links Teleport Trick (Video by jur1z) to glitch your way to Vice Beach. You can find Gang Ranchers driving around Prawn Island and the Stretch parked in Ocean Beach by a Hotel. When you get one of these Vehicles, drive it to the Marina and push the Vehicle in the water, now push it using a Boat back to Vice Mainland Island to the dunking location in Viceport. When you pushed the Stretch or Gang Rancher to Viceport, get it out of the water and store it in the Garage, then make it EP afterwards. Also you can make the EP Stretch a EP/EC Black Stretch later on. Now here comes the biggest beast, the EP VCPD Maverick. It is possible to make a AP VCPD Maverick using the AP Helicopters Conversion Trick, but it involves OM0, the EP VCPD Maverick is the best you can get without OM0, thus not useless. The VCPD Maverick involves a different Method to make it EP. Glitch your way to the Vice Beach using one of these three Methods, then go to the Washington Beach Police Station Roof and get the VCPD Maverick and fly it to the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage. Now you will need to push the VCPD Maverick inside the Garage so it'll be stored there for the EP Conversion. Start Got Protection? and go to Marty's Brothel like normally. Then use the provided Oceanic or Polaris V8 to pick up all three Girls. Picking up all the Girls will remove their Health Meter, so the procedure won't be limited. When you've picked them up, drive to your Garage, but be careful as some Cholos will be after you and may be annoying. When you're at your Garage, take your VCPD Maverick out and fly it to the Downtown Beach with all three Girls sitting inside. Now, you'll need to put the VCPD Maverick in the Water so that it's flagged as destroyed. Get out and kill one of your Girls so the Mission fails. After the Mission fails, push your EP VCPD Maverick out of the Water and store it in your Garage, confirm the Property afterwards. Cool Conversion Trick but it's still limited. Happy converting!

1.7. H/EP/FP/PP/EC Light Brown Walton
Mission: Marked Men (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is a very easy one to get. Start the Mission Marked Men and after the Cutscene, you will be sitting inside a H/FP/PP/EC Walton. It won't have the EP Property when you're sitting on it after the Cutscene. However, if you exit the Walton and then get back in it, the EP Property will be added and you can obtain it in H/EP/FP/PP/EC form. So always remember to get out of the Walton and get back in it after the Cutscene, that's very important. Now drive around to the Viceport dunking location shown in the Video, drive it in the Water and make sure you're in the Water in the Walton while the Mission fails, in other words, make sure that Vic's Health is going down while the Mission fails, because otherwise the Properties won't be preserved. When the Mission has failed, drive back onto land, drive it to your Garage and store it. Basically, do exactly like in the Video, with the extra step of getting out and getting back in. Confirm the Properties afterwards. If it doesn't have the Properties then you haven't driven it deep enough while the Mission was failing. By the way, the color of this Walton can be found parked at Phil's Place in Viceport, but you can't get this Color from Pay and Spray or Traffic, so the Color is EC. Also, you can use this and make it a H/EP/FP/PP/EC Black Walton later on using the EC Black Conversion.
Video by jam8tone

1.8. H/EC/TD Dark Grey Stallion
Mission: Marked Men (Pass)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission Marked Men and drive Phil to the lockup as instructed and drive into the Pink Marker. After the Cutscene, some od Martinez's men will come to ambush Vic and Phil. Simply kill them all and get back into the Walton. After that, head to the location at Viceport near the Pink Marker as shown in the Video while some of these H/EC/TD Dark Grey Stallions follow and chase after you. When you get closer to the destination, look behind you and make sure you are still being tailed by a Stallion or two. Simply park the Walton close by the Pink Marker which passes the Mission after going into it and run out into the street where you should find a H/EC/TD Dark Grey Stallion just sitting there, not moving and with a Red Arrow above it. Now, all you need to do it jack it and then park it somewhere safe and close by. After parking the H/EC/TD Stallion nearby and in a safe place, get back into the Walton and drive into the Pink Marker to pass the Mission. After the Mission is passed, the H/EC/TD Dark Grey Stallion should still be there where you left it, now get in it and drive it to your Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards. Also, you can use this H/EC/TD Dark Grey Stallion to make it a H/EC/TD Black Stallion using the EC Black Conversion. These two Colors are similar, but different.

1.9. FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Quad (Black, Sky Blue, White)
Mission: When Funday Comes (Fail)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission When Funday Comes and drive to the Trailer Park with Louise and into the Pink Marker. After the Cutscene, a Quad Race will begin. All three of the Opponent's Quads are FP/PP/TP/EC/TD White or Sky Blue or Black and any of them can be obtained. At the start of the Race, simply do like you see in the Video and simply block off the area of the Race so that when the Opponent's Quads come around, they will get stuck. You can use your own Quad as well as the nearby Regina and/or Bobcat as shown in the Video to block off the area. It's pretty easy to do it and you have enough time. However, don't stay off your own Quad for longer than 30 seconds or else the Mission will fail. When the three Opponents come by, they will get stuck and if they get stuck for about 10 seconds or so, they will stop racing all together and just sit there like shown in the Video. Most of the time, you will get them all stuck anyways. After of the them gets stuck, all you have to do it shoot the Driver dead and immediately get onto his/her Quad and accelerate forward a bit before the Mission fails and the screen turns black. After that, you will be sitting in your FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Quad of your choice, now all you have to do is drive it to a Garage, store it and confirm the Properties afterwards.
Video by jam8tone

2.0. EC Chrome Red Quad
Mission: When Funday Comes (Pass)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission When Funday Comes and just pass it like how you normally would. So, drive to the Trailer Park with Louise to start the Quad Race and finish in First Place. You're given this EC Chrome Red Quad to complete the Quad Race in. After the Mission is passed, this EC Chrome Red Quad will be in front of Vic, just get in it and drive it to your Garage and store it. Simple as that.
Video by jam8tone

2.1. AP VCPD Cruiser (OM0)
Mission: The Audition (Fail, 2x Attempts)
How to Obtain: This is the first Special Vehicle that involves the use of OM0 (On Mission = 0), a special Glitch which merges Missions together. To get this AP VCPD Cruiser, you will need to do a OM0 Setup first. Get a VCPD Cruiser and drive to the first Rampage location shown in the Video. Rampages can always be replayed even after they're completed. Start the Rampage and then get in your Police Vehicle. Drive to a second Rampage location shown in the Video before the Rampage Timer runs out. Drive up the stairs with your Police Vehicle and park the Vehicle where the Rampage should be. When you've done that, get on top of the Cruiser's Roof or Hood where the second Rampage location is. When the Rampage Timer goes to zero and the Rampage fails, immediately press the Enter Button to get in the VCPD Cruiser, but make sure that Vic did pick up the second Rampage. When you got inside your Police Vehicle, immediately activate Vigilante. If you've done exactly the same as in the Video, you have activated OM0 and you have the Rampage and Vigilante merged together. If you got OM0 like in the Video, cancel the Vigilante Mission and go to Lance's Mission Marker while the second Rampage Timer is still running. Take note that you don't need to use these two Rampages in the Video, but these are the closest to the Mission location. After you cancelled Vigilante, wait for the second Rampage Timer to be on around 5 seconds like in the Video, and then immediately activate the Mission The Audition. Watch the Cutscene until the Rampage fails, when the Rampage Timer goes to zero and it fails, the Cutscene will restart again. Now, skip the Cutscene and you've duplicated The Audition using OM0. When the Mission starts and you're in the Cheetah, it will restart again and now go to King Knuts. Now, a Cutscene will play where Lance uses the Phone, you need to skip it at the right second as shown in the Video or else the Game will crash. Not too late, not too early, you need to do it at the perfect time. After you've done that and the Game hasn't crashed, kill Lance to fail the Mission. When the Mission has failed, there will be two AP VCPD Cruisers right in front of you. Take one and drive it to a Garage and store it. Confirm its Properties afterwards. Now, you will need to save the Game and reload the Save File. That's very important as saving and reloading will remove any Side Effects from using OM0. Good luck!
Video by Vanhela (Lennart)

2.2. PP Cuban Hermes
Mission: Nice Package (Pass)
How to Obtain: The Video shows a Fail Method for the PP Cuban Hermes, but it's not necessary and you can easily pass the Mission to obtain it. Start the Mission Nice Package and you'll the sitting inside a PP Cuban Hermes after the Cutscene. All you have to do is complete the Mission like normally, pick up the Package and go to Viceport, all while maintaining possession of the PP Cuban Hermes until the end of the Mission when it's passed. Make sure the PP Cuban Hermes won't get blown up in the process. After the Mission is passed, you will still be driving the PP Cuban Hermes if you maintained possession of it. Now simply drive it to the Garage and store it, confirm the PP Property. Also, you can make this a PP/EC Black Cuban Hermes using the EC Black Conversion Trick, which looks amazing.

2.3. FP Cuban Hermes
Mission: Papi Don't Screech (Pass)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission Papi Don't Screech and simply pass the Mission. That's all you have to do. So, get in the FP Cuban Hermes provided for you for the Mission, drive to the Stadium to pick up Umberto's father Alberto and drive him to his Cafe slowly and in time so his Stress Meter won't be full. Use the Route around the Junkyard shown in the Video to avoid any Cholos. When you get there and have passed the Mission, you'll be still sitting in the FP Cuban Hermes, now drive it back to a Garage and store it and confirm the Properties. Also, you can make this a FP/EC Black Cuban Hermes using the EC Black Conversion Trick, which looks amazing.

2.4. PP/EC/TD Green Pony
Mission: Havana Good Time (Fail)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission Havana Good Time and drive to the Cholo Warehouse. When you arrive there, simply kill all the Cholos protecting it. After the Cutscene, protect Umberto's guys while they load up the guns in the PP/EC/TD Green Ponies. After killing off all the ambushing Cholos, another Cutscene will take place and then you will be indtructed to get into the PP/EC/TD Green Pony. After getting into the Pony, drive to the location in Downtown Beach as shown in the Video. Watch out, as some annoying Cholo Sabres will come and follow and attack you. Don't let them destroy your PP/EC/TD Green Pony. When you get to the location, simply drunk the PP/EC/TD Pony in the Water to fail the Mission. Be sure that your PP/EC/TD Green Pony is dunked deep enough while the Mission is failing, otherwise it might not preserve the Properties. After the Mission has been failed, drive the PP/EC/TD Green Pony back to a Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards. Also, you can make this Pony into a PP/EC/TD Black Pony using the EC Black Conversion Trick later on.

2.5. FP/EC Cream Pony
Mission: Money for Nothing (Fail)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission Money for Nothing, get in the nearby Sentinel with Lance and Forbes and drive to the FP/EC Cream Pony as shown in the Video. When you arrive, you will see a Blue Arrow on the FP/EC Cream Pony. All you have to do it kill either Lance or Forbes to fail the Mission and then get into the FP/EC Cream Pony, drive it back to a Garage and store it. Confirm the Property afterwards.
Video by jam8tone

2.6. BP/FP/EC/TD Light Blue Pony
Mission: Money for Nothing (Fail)
How to Obtain: Out of the three Special Ponies from Money for Nothing, this is surely the best one. Start the Mission Money for Nothing, get into the Sentinel nearby and drive to the Decoy Cream Pony with Lance and Forbes. Get into the FP/EC Cream Pony and drive to the Warehouse like normally. After the Cutscene in the Warehouse, you will see two Ponies sitting side by side. The BP/FP/EC/TD Light Blue Pony is the one that Lance and Forbes are sitting inside. Walk up to the side of the Driver's Side Door like shown in the Video and simply shoot and kill Lance. As soon as the Door opens and Lance's body falls out, quickly get inside the BP/FP/EC/TD Pony and accelerate forward a bit before the Mission fails. If done correctly and quick enough, the screen will turn black and the Mission will be failed, after that you will be sitting inside the BP/FP/EC/TD Light Blue Pony. At this point, just drive it to a Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards. Also, you can use this Pony to make a BP/FP/EC/TD Black Pony later on with the EC Black Conversion Trick.
Video by jam8tone

2.7. PP/EC Light Blue Pony
Mission: Money for Nothing (Pass)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission Money for Nothing and just complete the Mission up until you're instructed to lose the Cops. So, just get to the Decoy Pony with Lance and Forbes, then drive to the Warehouse and have the 3 Star Wanted Level while you're driving this PP/EC Light Blue Pony until the Progress Meter gets full. Now, when you need to lose the Cops, DON'T go to a Pay and Spray or else you will lose the Special EC Light Blue, instead pick up Police Bribes until you lose the Wanted Level and the Mission gets passed. When you pass the Mission, you'll still be driving this PP/EC Light Blue Pony and now you can take it back to your Garage and store it, confirm the Property afterwards.

2.8. EC White Comet
Mission: Leap and Bound (Pass)
How to Obtain: The Video shows how to get this EC White Comet while failing the Mission, but that's not necessary as you can pass the Mission and obtain this EC White Comet. Start the Mission Leap and Bound, and drive to the location where you will get a good vantage point to watch over Lance making the deal. Use the Binoculars to keep an eye on the deal and eventually you will be instructed to chase after the Boat. Jump down the Roof and get into the EC White Comet provided to you in which you will use to chase after the Boat that Lance is on into a Viceport Freighter. After the Cutscene when you arrive into Viceport, simply take the EC Comet to a Garage before making your way onto the Freighter or leave it nearby as it should remain there after making it off the Freighter. Once you store the EC Comet in a Garage or leave it close by in a safe place, use another Vehicle to jump onto the Freighter or just jump onto the Freighter with Vic alone near some Utility Boats at the Freighter. Go thrugh the Mission like how you normally would by saving lance and getting the Drugs around the Freighter. After that, get off the Freighter to pass the Mission. Once the Mission is passed, get in the EC White Comet if you left it nearby and take it to a Garage and store it. If you've stored the EC Comet while on the Mission, go to the Garage after you pass the Mission and open, close, open the Garage Door so the Game acknowledges that the Vehicle is inside. If you take a Vehicle from a Mission and store it while the Mission is on, the Garage is not actually acknowledging the Vehicle, so if you would save and reload without checking it first, it would disappear. So open and close and open the Garage Door when you come back after passing the Mission. Take note that this White Comet actually is EC, you may see some random White Comets in traffic, but the White Colors are different and you can see a difference if you place them side by side to compare.

2.9. UH Freeway
Mission: The Bum Deal (Pass)
How to Obtain: During the Mission The Bum Deal you have the opportunity to obtain three different Special UH Bikes at the same time and pass the Mission. This will be an explanation how to get them all with Pass. Start the Mission The Bum Deal and drive to the White Stallionz Bar. When you arrive, take out the Bikers outside the Bar so they won't attack you when you exit it. Head into the Biker Bar and kill all the Bikers inside. When you killed them all, leave the Bar and head back outside. Outside, you'll see a UH Freeway, UH WinterGreen and UH Ventoso sitting there. Simply take one at a time back to a Garage and after storing one, just return to the Bar and take the next UH Bike. If you only want one of them, you can just finish the Mission with that UH Bike that you want. If you want two of them, you can park one of the two inside the Garage and then finish the Mission using the second UH Bike. If you want all three of them, park two of the three UH Bikes in your Garage and finish the Mission like normally with the third one. When you're ready, just drive into the Pink Marker and after the Cutscene takes place, kill Forbes who is escaping. Simply chase him down and kill him and drive Lance to his Hotel. Once the Mission is passed, take your UH Bike that you finished the Mission with back to the Garage and store it. Also, you will need to go to the Garage where you stored your UH Bikes during the Mission by opening, closing and opening the Garage Door so the Garage acknowledges the UH Bikes. If you store Mission Scripted Vehicles into the Garage while the Mission is on, the Garage won't acknowledge the Vehicles, so you need to open, close and open the Garage Door. If you don't do that and save, after reloading you'll see your UH Bikes vanished from the Garage. Also, all the Bikes at the White Stallionz Bar are UH 2.0, which means they have double the Handling than usual. Interestingly, Forbes' Ventoso is UH 1.8, which is inferior to the UH 2.0 Ventoso found at the Bar. Also, you can make a UH/EC Black Ventoso using the EC Black Conversion later on. Making the UH WinterGreen Black will just make it Black, it won't be EC as the Black WinterGreen is found in Traffic. The UH Freeway and all Freeways in the game are always Black, so no need to make it Black using the Conversion Trick.

3.2. FP/EC White Sentinel XS
Mission: From Zero to Hero (Fail)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission From Zero to Hero, and after the Cutscene, you will already be sitting in the FP/EC White Sentinel XS. All you have to do now is drive it to the Downtown Beach location as shown in the Video and dunk it in the water to fail the Mission. Dunk the FP/EC White Sentinel XS as shown in the Video, but not too deep. When the Mission fails, get it to a Garage and store it. Confirm the FP Property afterwards. Also, there is no need to use the EC Black Conversion Trick on this as you can make a AP/EC Black Sentinel XS later on. So the FP/EC White Sentinel XS is the best Version of the Sentinel XS while having the EC White Color.
Video by jam8tone

3.3. H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS
Mission: From Zero to Hero (Fail)
How to Obtain: In this Mission, it's possible to obtain both the H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS and the H/PP/TP/EC White Bobcat at the same time with one Mission Failure. In fact, getting both of them is less time consuming than getting one and then failing, then getting the other one. This will be an explanation how to get both of them with only one Mission Failure, instead of two. Take note than hese are probably the most time consuming Special Vehicles in the entire Game and if you don't have patience, then you probably won't succeed at getting them. Start the Mission From Zero to Hero and drive to the Docks in Little Haiti. When you arrive, kill all the enemies while protecting ance and the Barracks OLs. After the Cutscene, you will be instructed to follow Lance. Follow him until you read the location as shown in the Video right before turning left onto the South Bridge and then get out of your Barracks OL. Don't drive to close to Lance at the Bridge part, as the next Cutscene will come up and you'll lose your opportunity to get these H/PP/TP/EC Vehicles. If you exit the Barracks OL before turning left, just like shown in the Video, Lance will stop at the start of the South Bridge and remain there. However, turn your attention to behind you as a Sentinel XS and a Bobcat should be following you. Now you'll need to jack the Sentinel XS or the Bobcat and kill the Driver and Passanger and do the same to the other. Once both Drivers and Passangers are dead, you'll be in possession of both the H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS and H/PP/TP/EC White Bobcat. This next part is where it gets tricky. Like shown in the Video, drive either the Sentinel XS or the Bobcat onto the ledge next to the Bridge and then use Vic's Body to push one of them into the Water, but it needs to land in the Water right side up. If it lands upside down, just reload and try again. You will need to do this for both the Sentinel XS and Bobcat. If you pushed both the H/PP/TP/EC Sentinel XS and H/PP/TP/EC Bobcat in the Water and they landed right side up, it should look like in this: Image. Once both Vehicles are in the water as shown in the Image, then it's time for the time consuming part. You'll need to push both the H/PP/TP/EC Sentinel XS and H/PP/TP/EC Bobact through the Water all the way until you read the Viceport Boatyard dunking location which was used in some Special Vehicles before. The Mission will eventually fail as you get farther away from Lance who is still on the Bridge. Since the Sentinel XS has more surface area to push, make sure the Bobcat is in front of the Sentinel XS. This will surely take you over an hour, so have as much patience as you can. Push them both at the same time like shown in the Video with the Sentinel XS. Depite having two Vehicles to push, it should take practically the same exact time as if you were only pushing one Vehicle. Also, don't worry about the Oxygen/Stamina Meter dropping as all you have to do is swim on top of the Sentinel XS to make it regenerate to full again. When you finally get both of the Vehicles to the Docks in Viceport, push both of them out of the Water and then double drive both the Vehicles to a Garage. To double drive them, drive one of the two Vehicles up a road a bit, then run on foot back to where the other Vehicle was left and drive it to where the first Vehicle was driven to. Repeat this process until you get both of them in the Garage. Be careful not too drive too far away from the second Vehicle as it may disappear. When you've reached your Safehouse Garage with both Vehicle while double driving them, then congratulations! It's one of the greatest tasks in the entire Game. Store both the H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS and the H/PP/TP/EC White Bobcat in the Garage, save them and confirm the Properties afterwards. Good luck! Also, you can get both of these Vehicles and make them EC Black using the EC Black Conversion which will be explained later on, so you'll have a H/PP/TP/EC Black Sentinel XS and H/PP/TP/EC Black Bobcat if you do this. Just so you know, you may see some White Bobcats in Traffic, but the Secondary Color of the Bobcat is different. The EC one will be Pure White, while the Traffic one is White as the Primary Color and Beige-ish/Light Brown as the Secondary Color, thus confirming that it is EC.

3.4. H/PP/TP/EC White Bobcat
Mission: From Zero to Hero (Fail)
How to Obtain: Check out 3.3. to know how to get both the H/PP/TP/EC Sky Blue Sentinel XS and the H/PP/TP/EC White Bobcat at the same time with only one Mission Failure.
Video by jam8tone

3.5. FP/PP Barracks OL
Mission: From Zero to Hero (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is another time consuming Special Vehicle and it's basically the same Method as for the H/PP/TP/EC Sentinel XS and H/PP/TP/EC Bobcat. Start the Mission From Zero to Hero, drive to the docks and kill all the enemies. After the Cutscene, you will be driving this FP/PP Barracks OL. Follow Lance and when you get near the South Bridge, quickly accelerate onto the Ramp into the Water before Lance turns left and drives on the South Bridge entrance. It's very important that you accelerate quickly before Lance turns left, because the next part of the Mission will occur and you will lose the opportunity to get this FP/PP Barracks OL. You also need to land it right side up in the Water, which isn't too hard. Once it lands in the Water, immediately get out of it before the screen turns black. After the screen turns black and the Mission fails, you will be teleported back on land. However, the FP/PP Barracks OL will still be in the Water. Just jump back down in the Water abnd push the FP/PP Barracks OL to the Docks in Viceport like shown in the Video. It will take you some time to swim-push it all the way there, also don't worry about your Oxygen/Stamina Meter as when it drains down, you can simply jump onto the Barracks OL to regenerate it quickly. When you get to the Viceport location, push it out of the Water and drive it back to a Garage and store it. Also, confirm the Properties. It's practically identical on how to obtain the two H/PP/TP/EC Vehicles from the same Mission.

3.7. AP/EC Grey and Pink Maverick (OM0)
Mission: Accidents Will Happen (Fail)
How to Obtain: Welcome to Vice Beach! This is another Special Vehicle that requires OM0 (On Mission = 0), which is a special Glitch that allows players to merge in and duplicate Missions. To obtain this AP/EC Grey and Pink Maverick, you will need to first do a OM0 Setup before starting the Mission. First, get a Police Vehicle like a VCPD Cruiser. When you get it, drive to a Rampage, you will need to pick up a Rampage on foot, any Rampage not too far of Reni's Mission Marker, for example the Molotov one in Little Haiti. After picking it up, get into the VCPD Cruiser and drive to the Drive-By Biker Rampage on the stairs near Ammu-Nation in Downtown before the Rampage Timer goes to zero. Again, you can use any Rampage for it, but not Rampages too far from Reni's Mission Marker. Get the VCPD Cruiser up the stairs and get out of it, now jump on the Hood or Roof of the Vehicle where the second Rampage should be located, all before the Rampage Timer goes to zero. When you're in position, wait for the Rampage Timer to go to zero and as soon as it goes to zero and the Rampage fails, quickly get in the VCPD Cruiser and make sure Vic touched the second Rampage when you pressed the Enter Vehicle Button. When you get in the VCPD Cruiser, immediately activate Vigilante. Now you will have OM0 activated, Vigilante and the Rampage will be activated at the same time. Now deactivate Vigilante to have Mission Markers available with the Rampage playing. Before the second Rampage Timer goes to zero, immediately drive to the Film Studios on Prawn Island and start the Mission Accidents Will Happen when the second Rampage Timer says 1:30 or around so. Skip the Cutscenes and while you wait for the Rampage Timer to expire, go find a VCPD WinterGreen. The Bike is quicker to get in/on than the VCPD Cruiser. Once you find a VCPD WinterGreen, just park it near to the Third Pink Race Checkpoint Marker in the Grassy Area. Once the Bike is parked there, run on foot to the Film Studios and get in the Infernus which is parked there. It's important that you run to the Film Studios and not use a Vehicle as the VCPD WinterGreen might disappear. When you're in the Infernus, drive to the Pink Checkpoint to start the Checkpoint Race Sequence. Drive AS FAST AS YOU CAN through the first three Checkpoints and DON'T run into any of those Red Arrow Infernuses that the Mission instructs you to blow up. If you do run into those Red Arrow Infernuses, the Maverick will just teleport to the next Area and be gone, so you'll need to restart. Once you go through the three Checkpoints, immediately exit your Infernus and make sure the Maverick is in sight. You will hear it hovering above. Once you exit your Infernus, quickly hop on your VCPD WinterGreen that you parked there and activate Vigilante while you accelerate forward as soon as you can. It's very important that you accelerate forward as otherwise the Game will most likely crash, so always remember to drive forward a bit as soon as you can when you activated Vigilante. If the Game didn't crash, deactivate Vigilante and get off the Bike. Now, use your Sniper Rifle to shoot directly at Reni to kill him/her. Once you kill Reni, the Maverick will be set on fire. When the Maverick catches fire, quickly get onto your VCPD WInterGreen and activate Vigilante as soon as you can. Activating Vigilante as this time will put the fire out on the Maverick. Once the fire is out, you will see the Maverick slowly descending while Reni is still inside. Thankfully, the Doors are unlocked, so once the Maverick descends down and hits the Road, yank Reni out and fly it back to the Garage to store it. The Maverick will be heavily smoking and you won't be able to tilt forward at all, but all of that will go away once you store it. Store the AP/EC Grey and Pink Maverick in the Clymenus Suite Garage, immediately save you Game after that and reload. Saving and reloading will remove all side effects that happen because of OM0. Side effects include the Action Meter on the screen and Ramp Locations on your Map, but all of that will go away once you save and reload. When you reload, check on your AP/EC Grey and Pink Maverick and confirm its Properties. Good luck!

3.8. H/EP/FP/PP/EC/TD Chrome Red Infernus
Mission: Accidents Will Happen (Fail)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission Accidents Will Happen and get into the H/EP/FP/PP/EC/TD Chrome Red Infernus with the Blue Arrow on top of it which is provided for you to use during the Mission. As soon as you get into it, just drive it to the Docks in Viceport as shown in the Video. All you have to do is dunk it in the Water, however, making sure it's rather deep into the Water. Make sure to stay deep in the Water until you get the Mission Failed screen and at that time, drive it out of the Water before Vic dies. Once it's out of the Water, drive it to a Garage and store it. Most importantly, confirm its Properties. If it doesn't have its Properties then you haven't put it deep enough in the Water or you had the Infernus out of the Water while the Mission is failing. Again, it's very important that you have the Infernus in the Water deep like shown in the Video until the Mission fails. Also, you can use this H/EP/FP/PP/EC/TD Chrome Red Infernus to make it a H/EP/FP/PP/EC/TD Black Infernus later on with the EC Black Conversion, which would be a different Special Vehicle.
Video by jam8tone

3.9. AP Yola
Mission: Unfriendly Competition (Pass)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission Unfriendly Competition and drive to the Drug Runner and his Bodyguards. After taking them all out, continue on to the next Drug Runner and Bodyguards which will be at the Standing Vice Point Hotel. After the Cutscene, be careful as as best as you can, take out all of the Bodyguards behind the Hotel. They all have AK-47's and can very easily kill Vic. It doesn't help that they not only spawn once in their place, but up to three times, so try and kill them all without dying. You can easily kill them all using a M249 from 99 Red Balloons and with that Weapon this part of the Mission becomes very easy. After killing them all, a Cutscene will take place where the Dealer is getting onto a Quad and will make a run for it on the Beach. Get onto the other Quad as shown in the Video and follow the Dealer closely, but don't get too close or his Bodyguard will shoot Vic. Eventually, a Maverick will show up with more Bodyguards handing off the side with AK-47's. You'll need to time it just right where you can get off the Quad and quickly kill all of them off the Maverick and then get back onto the Quad to continue following the Dealer. If the Dealer gets too far away, the Mission will fail, so you have to be very quick and efficient with this part. If you manage to take out the Bodyguards on the Maverick, then it won't be a threat to you anymore. Also, if you kill the Dealer's Bodyguard on his Quad, then the Dealer will drop Grenades, so be careful. Conitnue following the Dealer and eventually you will get a Message saying to not let the Dealer reach his Seedboat. That is the AP Yola. Follow the Dealer until he gets off his Quad along with his Bodyguard. At this time, kill both of them like shown in the Video and the Mission will be passed. The AP Yola will just be sitting near the shoreline in the Water. Aboard the AP Yola and drive it to the location near the Clymenus Suite as shown in the Video. When you arrive at this location, you're going to have to beach the AP Yola, so drive as quickly as you can to the beaching part location and make sure the AP Yola stays on land. Now you will need to push the AP Yola with Vic's Body to the road. When you get to the road, quickly jack a random Vehicle from Traffic to push the AP Yola to the Clymenus Suite Garage. Make sure you have the AP Yola at sight at all times because it might disappear. Also, don't get a Wanted Level because the Cops can be a pain during this procedure. Push it back to the Garage as shown in the Video. Once it's inside the Garage, you will need to force close the AP Yola if you parked it straight, so use the Sanchez to force close it while having the AP Yola and 2 other Vehicles in the Garage. You can also park the AP Yola sideways like in the Video thus you won't need to force close it, but this way there will be less room for other Vehicles in the Garage. Once it's inside the Garage and once it's saved and stored for sure, just get inside and save the Game. Reload and check on the AP Yola in your Garage, also test the Properties. If you managed to obtain it, then congratulations. It's one of the more tricky Special Vehicles to obtain in VCS.

4.0. H/AP Jetmax
Mission: The Colonel's Coke (Pass)
How to Obtain: This is actually a pretty weird Special Vehicle. Start the Mission The Colonel's Coke and do it like you normally would up until the final Cutscene takes place prior to the Mission being Passed. Make sure to skip the final Cutscene since that is what seems to make this H/AP Jetmax become obtainable. Skipping the final Cutscene and passing the Mission aftwerwards seems to make the Jetmax appear in the Water behind Vic. So, it's very important that you skip that final Cutscene or else the H/AP Jetmax won't be there. After you pass the Mission, just turn around and jump into the Water like shown in the Video and get in the H/AP Jetmax. Simply take the H/AP Jetmax to the beaching location like shown in the Video near the Clymenus Suite. You will see that the H/AP Jetmax is quite slow compared to normal Jetmaxes. When you get to the location, make sure to beach in on the ground like in the Video and then push it to the Road using Vic's Body. When you've done that, push the H/AP Jetmax to the Clymenus Suite Garage using Vic's Body again. Using random Vehicles from traffic to push the Jetmax won't work, as the Jetmax is H and won't move, you can only move it using Vic's Body. Make sure not to get a Wanted Level as the Cops can be a pain during this procedure. Once you've pushed it in the Clymenus Suire Garage, you will need to force close the Garage Door, just simply have 2 other Vehicles in the Garage and then use the Sanchez nearby to force the Door to close. Now, simply save your game and reload and check on the H/AP Jetmax in your Garage. Confirm its Properties just to be sure. It's a pretty weird Special Vehicle as when you get it out on the Water after storing it in the Garage, half of the Jetmax will be underwater and it'll behave like it's a Submarine.

4.1. PP/TP/TD Sentinel XS (OM0)
Mission: High Wire
How to Obtain: Soon...

4.2. BP/FP/PP/EC Black Stretch
Mission: Kill Phil (Pass)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission Kill Phil and simply pass it. So, drive to the BP/FP/PP/EC Black Stretch with Barry and then pick up Phil Collins. Kill all the Forelli henchmen and then take Barry and Phil to the Hotel using the BP/FP/PP/EC Black Stretch to pass the Mission. Once you have passed the Mission, drive the BP/FP/PP/EC Black Stretch in your Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards.

4.3. AP Helicopters Conversion Trick (All Helicopters except the Hunter and Little Willie) (OM0)
Mission: Steal the Deal (Fail)
How to Obtain: Now this is absolutely amazing, another Conversion Trick found in VCS and it's an AP Conversion! However, you can only make Helicopters into AP form, all Helicopters except for the Hunter and Little Willie. So you can only make these Vehicles: AP Maverick, AP VCPD Maverick, AP Sparrow, AP Seasparrow, AP Armadillo and AP Air Ambulance. AP Maverick is inferior and not worth it as you can get a AP/EC Maverick. Also, make note that the AP Armadillo and AP Air Ambulance barely fit into the Clymenus Suite Garage and they'll be stuck inside if you store them there. Before doing this, I suggest you have your desired Helicopter already in your Clymenus Suite Garage. This AP Helicopter Conversion Trick requires OM0 (On Mission = 0) which is a special Glitch that merges or duplicates Missions together. First you will need to do a OM0 Setup. Get a Police Vehicle and drive to a Rampage location. You can use any Rampage. When you get there, start Vigilante, get out of the Police Vehicle and stand exactly where the Rampage is supposed to be. Deactivate Vigilante when you stand where the Rampage is and now OM0 will be active. Rampages will be active and you can start Missions. Now, immediately start Vigilante and drive to any Purchase Vehicle Padlock icon. Make sure the Rampage Timer expires and goes down to zero first and then walk into the Purchase Vehicle Padlock. Don't press anything until the Vigilante Timer expires and the Side Mission fails. When the Side Mission Timer expires, the Buy Window will be gone, but will still be functional and you will be able to walk around. Now, you will need to know the Basics of moving with the Padlock Icon Active. You absolutely can't press X or else you will be teleported to the Purchase Icon location, if you want to use Triangle and Circle without cancelling the whole Setup, you will need to press and HOLD DOWN the X Button. While you hold down X you can use Triangle and Circle, but make note that you SHOULDN'T release the X Button as otherwise you'll get teleported away and the OM0 Setup will be cancelled. Make note that you can only get on Bikes during this Stage, but don't use Triangle to get out of it, you must need to crash into something so Vic will be thrown off the Bike and will be in on-foot Mode again. I suggest waking/jumping and when you get on a Bike like explained (press and HOLD X and then you can press Triangle to get in), you absolutely can't release the X Button by any means, so you'll need to accelerate and navigate through Traffic without getting stuck anywhere, because you can't release the X Button. Now, when you know that, walk to Diaz' Mansion to start the Mission Steal the Deal. When you've started the Mission, walk (or run if you have the X Button holded down) to your Garage with Lance and push the desired Helicopter out of the Garage. When it's out of the Garage, press down and hold X and then Triangle to get in it. Now you will need to have X holded down while flying it to the Pink Marker outside the Strip Club. This will be a bit tricky. When you pull this off and still are holding down the X Button, you will see a Cutscene playing, as soon as the Cutscene starts playing, RELEASE the X Button. You will get teleported to the Purchase Vehicle location and at this point, EXIT the Helicopter and press X to skip the Cutscene. The Mission will immediately fail for being too far away from Gonzalez' Goon and your AP Helicopter will be sitting right next to you. Fly your AP Helicopter to the Clymenus Suite Garage and store it, also confirm its Properties. If you've managed that, congratulations!

4.4. PP/EC Navy Blue Flatbed
Mission: The Exchange (Fail)
How to Obtain: Despite being inferior to the H/EP/FP/PP/EC/TD Navy Blue Flatbed in the Guide, this PP/EC Navy Blue Flatbed doesn't require OM0, while the better one does, so I am including this PP/EC Flatbed in the Guide. If you're not into OM0, you can still obtain this PP/EC Flatbed as it's the best possible Flatbed without the use of OM0. Start the Mission The Exchange and get into the Rumpo as instructed and take the Drugs to the Meeting Point in Downtown. After the Cutscene, simply use the Laser Scoped Sniper Rigle to eliminate all of the enemies and then another Cutscene will take place. After that, get into the PP/EC Navy Blue Flatbed with the Blue Arrow on top of it. Now, instead of driving it back to Diaz' Mansion, just drive it to the Docks in Viceport like shown in the Video. Be careful of the enemies in the Admirals who will come after you. Simply dunk the Flatbed in the Water and allow the Mission to fail. Once the Mission fails, exit the PP/EC Navy Blue Flatbed and use Vic's Body to rotate it to make it easier to get it out of the Water. Once you get it out of the Water, just drive it back to the Garage and store it. Confirm its Property afterwards. Also, you can use this PP/EC Navy Blue Flatbed to make it a PP/EC Black Flatbed using the EC Black Conversion Trick later on.

4.5. H/EP/FP/PP/EC/TD Navy Blue Flatbed (OM0)
Mission: Farewell to Arms (Fail, 2x Attempts)
How to Obtain: This is another Special Vehicle that requires OM0 (On Mission = 0), which is a special Glitch that allows players to merge in and duplicate Missions. Before starting the Mission, you will need to do a OM0 Setup. First, get a Police Vehicle like a VCPD Cruiser. When you get it, drive to a Rampage, you will need to pick up a Rampage on foot, any Rampage not too far of Diaz' Mission Marker, for example the Molotov one in Little Haiti. After picking it up, get into the VCPD Cruiser and drive to the Drive-By Biker Rampage on the stairs near Ammu-Nation in Downtown before the Rampage Timer goes to zero. Again, you can use any Rampage for it, but not Rampages too far from Diaz' Mission Marker. Before the second Rampage Timer goes to zero, immediately drive to Diaz' Mansion and start the Mission Farewell to Arms when the second Rampage Timer says 0:02 or around so. The Rampage will fail as soon as the Story Mission starts. Now, skip the Cutscene and shoot at Gonzalez' Flatbed which is on the Road like in the Video and let the Flatbed blow up so the Mission fails. When the Mission fails, you will be in front of Diaz' Mansion and the H/EP/FP/PP/EC/TD Navy Blue Flatbed will be just outside it. It will have a blue arrow on top of it but that will disappear when you store it. Get in the H/EP/FP/PP/EC/TD Navy Blue Flatbed and drive it to a Garage and store it. Save the game and reload to remove all OM0 Side Effects. Confirm the Properties aftwerwards. Also, you can use this same Flatbed to make it a H/EP/FP/PP/EC/TD Black Flatbed by using the EC Black Conversion Trick later on, so basically two different Special Vehicles with the same Properties.

4.6. EP/FP PCJ-600
Mission: Burning Bridges (Fail)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission Burning Bridges, the Mission removes all of your Weapons that Vic had prior starting the Mission, but don't worry as you can pick them all up, just turn your Camera to the right and you'll see them all. When you've picked your Weapons back up, draw your attention to the Maverick that Lance is shooting at. Simply shoot and kill Lance to fail the Mission. Now, run straight forward through the Fuel Depot and you will see the EP/FP PCJ-600 just sitting there. Get onto it and drive it back to a Garage to store it. Confirm the Properties aftwerwards. Also, you can make this a EP/FP/EC Black PCJ-600 using the EC Black Conversion Trick, so you can convert it in its ultimate EP/FP/EC form.

4.7. AP/EC Light Grey and Blue Sentinel XS
Mission: So Long Schlong (Fail)
How to Obtain: This Mission has two different AP/EC Sentinel XSs which can be both obtained at the same time with one Mission Failure. These two Sentinel XSs are actually AP/EC2, where the EC2 is Visible. All normal Sentinel XSs have their Secondary Color as Black, but these have a Blue EC2 and Light Grey EC2. I call them both EC as their Color Combination can't be duplicated and you can't change their Primary Color without having the Secondary Color removed. To get both of these AP/EC Sentinel XSs with one Mission Failure, start the Mission So Long Schlong. Now, don't allow Mendez' Bodyguards to infiltrate the Film Studio. Just do this part like normal. Eventually, after killing a whole ton of Bodyguards, Reni will send Vic a Pager Message stating to come help near the Malibu Club. All you have to do is drive there near the entrance, but DON'T exit your Vehicle as exiting the Vehicle will remove the AP Property on these Sentinel XSs. Just stay in your Vehicle and keep an eye on the shootout so the AP/EC Sentinel XSs won't get removed. Now, wait for Reni's Health to drop down to zero so the Mission fails. Once the Mission fails, get in the compound and jack the AP/EC Sentinel XSs which are located there. The one in front of the Comet is the AP/EC Light Grey and Blue Sentinel XS, and the one on the right is the AP/EC Blue and Light Grey Sentinel XS. Now, double drive them to the Garage. To double drive them, you will need to drive one AP/EC Sentinel XS and then stop nearby, then get out of it and run to the second AP/EC Sentinel XS, drive the second one a bit in front of the first one, then get out of it and get in the first one again. Repeat this process until you come to The Clymenus Suite Garage. Now store both AP/EC Sentinel XSs in the Garage and confirm their AP Properties. Also, you can use any of those two Sentinel XSs and make them a AP/EC Black Sentinel XS using the EC Black Conversion Trick.

4.8. AP/EC Blue and Light Grey Sentinel XS
Mission: So Long Schlong (Fail)
How to Obtain: Check out 4.7. to know how to get both of these AP/EC Sentinel XSs with only one Mission Failure.
Video by jam8tone

4.9. EC Chrome Red and Yellow Comet
Mission: So Long Schlong (Pass)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission So Long Schlong and don't let Mendez' Bodyguards infiltrate the Film Studio. Basically do this Part like normally, eventually you'll get a Pager Message from Reni stating to come help near the Malibu Club. Get in the nearby Deluxo and drive to Reni before his/her/its Health goes down to zero. Kill the Mendez Goons in the compound who are attacking Reni. After killing them, a Cutscene will play and Vic and Reni will be placed in a Sentinel XS and instructed to drive Reni to the Hospital. Instead of doing this, exit the Sentinel XS and go to where the EC Chrome Red and Yellow Comet was sitting inside the Compound. Just get in the EC Comet and take it to drive Reni to the Hospital. Be careful of Mendez' Goons who will be attacking you as they can give lots of damage to the EC Chrome Red and Yellow Comet. After taking Reni to the Hospital, the Mission will be passed and all you have to do is drive the EC Chrome Red and Yellow Comet to the Safehouse Garage and store it. The Video shows a Fail method, but that's not necessary as you can pass to get it. Also, you can get this EC Comet and both AP/EC Sentinel XSs with one Fail. Do the same like in the 4.7. Section of the Guide, but instead of double driving, you need to triple drive the two AP/EC Sentinel XSs and this EC Comet to the Garage.

5.0. H/EC Black and White Boxville
Mission: Domo Arigato Domestoboto (Fail)
How to Obtain: Start the Mission Domo Arigato Domestoboto and drive to the Downtown Fire Station to get a Fire Truck. Get in the Fire Truck and drive to Ammu-Nation which is also in Downtown. Simple enter Ammu-Nation and exit it. For some reason, going into this Interior and back out again will make the H/EC Black and White Boxville much lighter easier to push, if you don't go in this Interior, it apparently won't be able to be oved off the ground where it's sitting in front of the Mendez Mansion on Prawn Island. After entering and exiting Ammu-Nation, drive your Fire Truck to Prawn Island and park it in a safe location to the left of the Bridge on the sidewalk. Now, run on foot to the H/EC Black and White Boxville and start pushing it to where your Fire Truck is waiting near the Bridge. This should take about 15-25 Minutes and it's really not that bad. Whatever you do, DON'T get in the H/EC Boxville, as the next part of the Mission will happen and you won't be able to get the H/EC Boxville afterwards. Keep pushing the H/EC Boxville to the Fire Truck location near the Bridge. When you get to the proper location, it should look like in this Image. Once the Boxville is where it needs to be, use your nearby Fire Truck you brought with you to push the H/EC Boxville into the Water which will result in the Mission failing. Give it a good push and after pushing it into the Water and after the Mission has failed, the situation should look like in this Image. Notice the Passanger Side Door is sticking out of the Water. All you have to do at this point is enter the H/EC Black and White Boxville through the Passanger Side Door and VERY carefully drive it out of the Water. The hardest part about obtaining this is actually pushing it into the Water and driving it out of the Water. You don't want to push it in too little or else the Mission won't fail and even if it does, the Boxville may have lost the Heavy Property in the process. If you push it in too far, then you won't be able to drive it out of the Water after the Mission fails. Driving it out of the Water can also be quite tricky since there is an annoying lip at the top of the hill that the Boxville can easily get stuck on. Furthermore, from pushing the Boxville into the Water with your Fire Truck, the Fire Truck will have done some Damage to the H/EC Boxville and only after colliding with a couple more objects, the Boxville will already be on fire and about to blow up, which would mean you'd have to restart. Carefully get it out of the Water and then drive it back to a Garage making sure that it doesn't blow up in the process. When you get to the Garage, store it! Save your Game in another Slot and then reload to check if the H Property is still there. If it is, then you've obtained the H/EC Black and White Boxville. If the H Property is not there, reload from the other Save Slot and try it again. If you've managed to obtain it, congratulations! This is surely one of the harder Special Vehicles in VCS. The Video actually shows a Method which will take you days to obtain it, literally. Also, you can use this H/EC Black and White Boxville to make it fully Black using the EC Black Conversion, so it will be a H/EC Black Boxville, which is also quite unique and a different Special Vehicle.

5.1. EC Black Conversion Trick (Almost Any Vehicle)
Mission: In the Air Tonight (Pass with converting as many Vehicles to EC Black as you want)
How to Obtain: This is an awesome Conversion Trick that paints any desired Vehicle into Black Color in VCS and it doesn't involve any OM0 techiniques! You can use this technique to make other Special Vehicles with Properties into EC Black as this Conversion won't delete any Properties. You can fail the Mission after making each Vehicle into EC Black, but it's better to make every Vehicle you want to be made EC Black and then pass the Mission so there won't be added Attempts in your Save, but that's a bit more challenging to accomplish. To do this, you will need to have your desired Special Vehicle already in your Garage. Don't drive to the Reni Mission Location at the Hospital with your desired Vehicle as it will always disappear after activating the Mission. Start the Mission In the Air Tonight and get into the nearby Washington or Ambulance parked at the Hospital and drive Reni and yourself back to one of the three Garages to fetch a Special Vehicle in which you want to convert to EC Black. Be careful when getting your Vehicle out of the Garage since if you or any other Vehicle bumps into Reni, he/she will more than likely die and the Mission will be failed. This is one of many reasons why converting a bunch of Vehicles all at once can be very tricky. A lot can go wrong and it's usually Reni doing dumb things which will cause the Mission to fail. Once you have the Vehicle in which you want to convert to EC Black, drive Reni and yourself to Downtown to the grassy location as shown in the Video. You can use any secured and safe location you want for this, just as long as it's not near a Road. If you want to convert all Vehicles which are in the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage and The Compound Garage, then you can easily do that as both Garages are in very secure areas. The Clymenus Suite Garage is not ideal as it's very near a Road and Reni can easily die during the process. Also, when you have entered Vice Mainland, Mendez' Goons will follow you in EC Black Sentinel XSs. They are very, very important for this task. Drive to the grassy area in Downtown or any secure location you want and you want to try and get a Black Sentinel XS filled with enemies to follow you to your secured location. Make sure to damage their Sentinel XS while you're in your desired Special Vehicle so that they will run out, then run away and have Mendez' Goons get inside your Special Vehicle. When they touch and get inside your Vehicle, it will turn into EC Black! The only downfall is that the Vehicle will be scripted to be smoking heavily as soon as the Goons enter it. The moment you see the Special Vehicle turn into EC Black, just run back to it and jack it from the Goons and kill them. You can shoot and kill Reni to fail the Mission and carefully drive your converted EC Black Vehicle in your Garage and store it, if you don't care about Stats. However, like already mentioned, you can use the Goons in the secured areas of the 101 Bayshore Avenue Garage and The Compound Garage to convert 4 Vehicles per Garage easily just by tricking them to get inside your Special Vehicle. Get them to touch your Special Vehicle in these secured areas, then kill them and quickly get your newly converted EC Black Vehicle to the Garage nearby, then get your second Special Vehicle and repeat the process with other Goons which will come soon after you've killed the first ones. Just make sure Reni won't die. When you've converted all your Special Vehicles you want to EC Black and when they're all secured in the Garages, get in a random Vehicle with Reni and drive him/her to the Airport. Now, just drive to the Stadium and do the Phil Collins Part like normally to pass the Mission. Also, you can use your last Special Vehicle converted to EC Black to get Reni to the Airport and you can even use the grassy area near the Airport to make the Goons make your final Special Vehicle into EC Black, if they make it EC Black near the Airport, just take Reni quickly to the Airport Pink Marker nearby. After you've taken him/her to the Airport, no more Mendez Goons will be after you and you will easily need to get your newly made EC Black Vehicle into a Garage, and then drive to the Stadium to pass the Mission. Also, be very very careful as the Vehicles will be scripted to have Black Smoke and sometimes the Mendez Goons will blow it up and you'll need to restart the whole process if that happens. The grassy area near the Airport for the final converted Vehicle is best used for Heavy Vehicles as they can easily blow up because of the Black Smoke and Heavy Physics. Now, very importantly, when you've made a lot of Special Vehicles into EC Black, before saving, check all your Garages! Otherwise, they will despawn as they are Vehicles used in Missions, so when you pass the Mission, be sure to open, close and open the Garage Door to make sure the Converted EC Black Vehicles are safe and sound! There are some Vehicles which can't be made EC Black, like the Biker Angel, VCPD Cruiser, VCPD Enforcer, VCPD WinterGreen, Fire Truck, Ambulance, any Helicopter, Polaris V8, Forklift, Bulldozer, Splitz-6 ATV, Bovver '64, Gang Rancher, any Boats and more. Some Vehicles won't be EC when you convert them to Black, like the WinterGreen, which can be found Black in Traffic. All this might sound complicated, but the process is very easy, just make sure that idiot Reni doesn't die in the process and that you use secure areas so the Mendez Goons get inside your desired Vehicle. Happy converting!

5.2. H/UH/AP/PP/WP Biker Angel (OM0)
Mission: Light My Pyre (Fail)
How to Obtain: This is the final Special Vehicle that requires OM0 (On Mission = 0), which is a special Glitch that allows players to merge in and duplicate Missions. Before starting the Mission, you will need to do a OM0 Setup. Also, you will need to make the Empire Site just right north of Malibu Club a Protection Racket Empire Site. To do the OM0 Setup, get a Police Vehicle like a VCPD Cruiser or VCPD WinterGreen. When you get it, drive to a Rampage, you will need to pick up a Rampage on foot, any Rampage not too far of Lance's Mission Marker, for example the Minigun one in Washington Beach like shown in the Video. After picking it up, get into the VCPD Vehicle and drive to the M4 Rampage in Ocean Beach like shown in the Video before the Rampage Timer goes to zero. Again, you can use any Rampage for it, but not Rampages too far from Lance's Mission Marker. Get the VCPD Vehicle next to the exact location for the second Rampage and get out of it, make sure the Police Vehicle Door/entering is right where the second Rampage should be located, all before the Rampage Timer goes to zero. When you're in position, wait for the Rampage Timer to go to zero and as soon as it goes to zero and the Rampage fails, quickly get in the VCPD Vehicle and make sure Vic touched the second Rampage when you pressed the Enter Vehicle Button. When you get in the Police Vehicle, immediately activate Vigilante. Now you will have OM0 activated, Vigilante and the Rampage will be activated at the same time. Now deactivate Vigilante to have Mission Markers available with the Rampage playing. Before the second Rampage Timer goes to zero, immediately drive to Lance's Mansion and start the Mission Light My Pyre when the second Rampage Timer says 0:21 or around so. Skip the Cutscene when it says exactly 0:09, then the Rampage will fail during the second Cutscene. It's very important that the Rampage fails when the second Cutscene plays. When the Rampage fails, skip the Cutscene and walk straight forward to get in the PCJ-600. During this part, Lance will be driving this H/UH/AP/PP/WP Biker Angel. Shoot down the first attacking Mendez' Goons until they blow up. When they blew up, drive straight north to the Protection Racket Empire Site just north of Malibu Club. Get inside that Empire Site and when you see Lance and the Mendez' Goons coming near on the Radar, activate the Protection Racket Extortion Empire Side Mission just like shown in the Video. Now, get out of the Empire Site and you will see Lance just sitting there on the Road on his H/UH/AP/PP/WP Biker Angel. Now, get your Fists out and punch Lance until he gets out of the Biker Angel. Once he gets out, hop on the H/UH/AP/PP/WP Biker Angel. Now, drive it to a Garage and store it. Be sure to save the Game and reload so you will remove all Side Effects from OM0, like Lance's Health Bar on the Screen. When you reloaded your Game, confirm the Properties of the H/UH/AP/PP/WP Biker Angel. This Bike is actually Everything-Proof as it has all possible Properties that a Biker Angel can have, which is insane!

5.3. EP/FP/TP Vehicles - EP/FP/TP Admiral, EP/FP/TP Glendale, EP/FP/TP Perennial, EP/FP/TP Rumpo, EP/FP/TP Landstalker
Mission: Firefighter (Fail)
How to Obtain: Now we come to the Side Mission Special Vehicles. First of all, it doesn't matter if you've passed Level 15 before attempting Firefighter, it will always give a +1 Mission Attempt in the Stats every time you activate Firefighter. To obtain these EP/FP/TP Vehicles, get in a Fire Truck and activate Firefighter and simply drive to the Burning Vehicle. All the Burning Vehicles found in this Side Mission are EP/FP/TP. All you have to do is put out the Flames on the Vehicle, allow the next Level to happen and then simply cancel Firefighter. Now, get out of your Fire Truck and get in your EP/FP/TP Vehicle of choice, drive it to a Garage and store it. Simple as that. Also, you can make these EP/FP/TP Vehicles truly Special and One-Time Only by making them EP/FP/TP/EC Black using the EC Black Conversion Trick.
Video by jam8tone

5.4. FP Vehicles - FP Washington, FP Greenwood, FP Securicar, FP Moonbeam, FP Oceanic, FP Sentinel, FP Squallo, FP Speeder
Mission: Robbery Empire Site Missions (Fail)
How to Obtain: All Vehicles featured in the Robbery Empire Site Side Missions are FP. Just so you know, there are a FP Sentinel XS and FP Landstalker in these Missions too, but they are useless as you can get a AP/EC Sentinel XS and EP/FP/TP Landstalker. If you want to get these FP Vehicles, I suggest that you complete all 6 Jobs of Robbery so you won't get any added Mission Attempts when you activate the Missions for a 7th or more time. The only downside when you do that is that you'll have a bigger chance of getting random 2 up to 5 Star Wanted Levels when you exit the Empire Site after activating Robbery. Activate Robbery and then go outside, drive to the Vehicle and when you're near it and see the FP Vehicle you want, deactivate Robbery, then simply use your Sniper Rifle to snipe the Driver out so he leaves the Door open. Now, simply drive the FP Vehicle to your Garage and store it. Some Vehicles will come as Backup so you'll need to shoot at the Main Target until you get the Message stating that they've called for Backup. If you do the Money Truck Missions, just follow the convoy and cancel Robbery just behind the Convoy, get to your desired FP Vehicle and snipe the Driver out, get in the FP Vehicle and store it in the Garage. For the FP Squallo and FP Speeder, you basically do the same. Activate Robbery, get out and get in the Boat, now drive to the Target in the Boat and steal it, simply cancel Robbery and use the Beaching location to beach the FP Boat near The Clymenus Suite and then push it to the Garage, store it there and force close the Garage Door using another Vehicle. Do the same as shown in these Videos for each Vehicle that you want. Take note that the Vehicles and Missions are completely randomized after you've completed them. The FP Boats will appear in the Boat Briefcase Courier Missions, the FP Securicar will always appear in the Money Truck Missions, the FP Washington will always be in the Road Briefcase Courier Mission, all other FP Vehicles will come as Backup in the Road Briefcase Courier and Money Truck Missions. Also, to make these FP Vehicles truly Special and One-Time Only, I suggest that you make them FP/EC Black using the EC Black Conversion Trick. All FP Vehicles can be made FP/EC Black, except for the FP Boats. Even the FP/EC Black Securicar can be made, which looks awesome.

5.5. EC Orange BF Injection
Mission: Beach Patrol (Pass or Fail)
How to Obtain: This EC Orange BF Injection can always be found on the Vice City Beach and it's used to activate Beach Patrol. You don't even need to activate Beach Patrol to get it. Just push the EC Orange BF Injection out of the area where it spawns, then get in it. If you pushed it away and then got inside it, then Beach patrol won't be activated, thus no +1 Mission Attempt in the Stats. When you're inside it, just drive it to a Garage and store it. Simple as that. Of course, you can pass or fail Beach Patrol and then drive the EC Orange BF Injection to the Garage, but not having to activate the Side Mission is just the best option.
Video by jam8tone

5.6. H/WP Sanchez
Mission: Beach Patrol (Fail)
How to Obtain: Before obtaining this H/WP Sanchez, make sure that you've passed Beach Patrol Level 15, so when you activate the Side Mission again, it won't add any +1 Mission Attempts in the Stats. Simply activate Beach Patrol, but you need to make sure you got the Biker Gang Scenario when you activate Beach Patrol. If you got the Ambulance or Coast Guard Scenarios, just deactivate and then reactivate the Side Mission until you get the Biker Gang Scenario. When you get that, drive to one of the H/WP Sanchezes, stop the EC BF Injection so you aren't too close to the Sanchez and use a Sniper Rifle or M249 from a Distance to kill the Biker on the H/WP Sanchez. If you are too close to the Biker, the H/WP Property will be deleted. After that, just cancel Beach Patrol and then get on the H/WP Sanchez. It's always best to check if the H/WP Sanchez still has its H/WP Property, to check it, just drive into the Ocean and if it falls through Blue Hell, then you've just obtained the H/WP Sanchez. When you respawn back on the Road, drive it to a Garage and store it. You can make this a H/WP/EC Black Sanchez using the EC Black Conversion to have it in its ultimate Special form, plus making it EC Black will make it a One-Time Only and truly Special Vehicle.

5.7. UH/FP/PP/EC/TD PCJ-600 (Black, White)
Mission: Turismo (Bike Races) - Escobar Run-Way, Port Sports, Cuban Wheels, High Stakes Highway, Asphalt Assault (Fail)
How to Obtain: Before obtaining these UH/FP/PP/EC/TD PCJ-600's, make sure you first completed the Turismo Races so it won't add any added Mission Attempts when reactivating the Turismo Races to obtain them. Before starting this task, make sure you have a Sniper Rifle or any good Weapon. Start any Turismo Bike Race and drive to the Race Location where you will find the three PCJ-600's. Make note that the Sky Blue one is not EC and thus only UH/FP/PP/TD and inferior to the UH/FP/PP/EC/TD Black and UH/FP/PP/EC/TD White PCJ-600's, so pick the Black or White ones. When you get there, don't enter the Pink Marker as that will start the Race. Pick the one PCJ-600 that you want to obtain and then walk up to the side of one of them as shown in the Video. Use the Sniper Rifle, aim it at the Driver's Head and kill the Driver, now when he dies quickly get on the PCJ-600 and accelerate forward before the Screen turns black. Accelerating forward is a very important step so don't forget to do that, because if you don't do that the PCJ-600 will disappear. When the Screen turns Black and the Mission fails, you will be sitting on a UH/FP/PP/EC/TD PCJ-600. just drive it to a Safehouse Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards.

5.8. FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Stinger (Black, Sky Blue)
Mission: Turismo (West) - Rum & Salsa Sting (Fail)
How to Obtain: Before obtaining these FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Stingers, make sure you first completed the Turismo Races so it won't add any added Mission Attempts when reactivating the Turismo Races to obtain them. Make sure you have a Sniper Rifle or any good Weapon before getting this Special Vehicle. Start the Turismo West Race Rum & Salsa Sting. Drive to the Race Location and don't enter the Pink Marker whatever you do. Make note that the White Stinger is not EC and is only FP/PP/TP/TD, while the Black and Sky Blue ones are FP/PP/TP/EC/TD, so pick either the Black or Sky Blue ones. When you arrive there, stand in front of the desired Stinger's Driver Side Door. Get your Sniper Rifle, aim at the Driver's Head and shoot to kill him. When he dies, quickly get inside the Stinger and accelerate forward. Accelerating forward is very important for this step, as when you don't do it, the Stinger will vanish. When you're inside the Stinger and you accelerated forward, the Screen will turn black. After that, the Mission will fail and you've just obtained a FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Stinger. Just drive it to a Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards.
Video by jam8tone

5.9. FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Cheetah (Black, Sky Blue)
Mission: Turismo (East) - Fools Rush (Fail)
How to Obtain: Before obtaining these FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Cheetahs, make sure you first completed the Turismo Races and the Side Mission Crash! so it won't add any added Mission Attempts when reactivating the Turismo Races or Crash! to obtain them. The Video shows a PSP Method, but I will explain an easier Method for the FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Cheetah which works on both PSP and PS2. The reason why the PSP Method doesn't work, which is shown in the Video, is because the Race Vehicles won't be tipped upside down when you leave the Island and come back. Make note that the Method for the Race Stinger or Race PCJ-600 don't work on the Cheetahs and Infernuses. If you try to shoot the Driver off and get in, Vic won't have enough time to enter the Vehicle and accelerate, so that Method won't work. To obtain the FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Cheetah, start the Side Mission Crash! and immediately cancel it. The reason why you want to do that is because you'll need the H/TD Coach to obtain these Race Cheetahs. Start the Turismo East Race called Fools Rush and drive to the Starting Race Location with the Coach. Don't enter the Pink Marker. Line up the Coach so it's blocking the Cheetah's path and then jack any random Vehicle from the Street and ram one of the Cheetahs to start the Race. What will happen is the Cheetahs will become stuck and if they remain stuck for about 5 to 10 seconds, they won't continue the Race anymore. At this point, carefully using the Coach, push the Cheetah of your choice to the Vice City Beach into the Ocean and submerge it in the Water. Make note that only the Black and Sky Blue ones are EC, the White Cheetah is not EC, so pick either the Black or Sky Blue ones. When you pushed the Cheetah into the Water at the Beach, equip your Sniper Rifle, aim for the Driver's Head and kill him. This will fail the Race. After that, the Cheetah should still be in the Water. Push it out and get inside the Cheetah. Make note that the Cheetah is actually locked, so if you get out of it, don't let Vic close the Door fully or else you won't be able to get back in it. Now when you're driving the FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Cheetah, just drive it back to a Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards. If it doesn't have its Properties then you haven't fully submerged it in the Ocean and you'll need to try again.

6.0. FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Infernus (Black, Sky Blue, White)
Mission: Turismo (East) - Supercharged Circuit (Fail)
How to Obtain: Before obtaining these FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Infernuses, make sure you first completed the Turismo Races and the Side Mission Crash! so it won't add any added Mission Attempts when reactivating the Turismo Races or Crash! to obtain them. The Video shows a PSP Method, but I will explain an easier Method for the FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Infernus which works on both PSP and PS2. To obtain the FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Infernus, start the Side Mission Crash! and immediately cancel it. The reason why you want to do that is because you'll need the H/TD Coach to obtain these Race Infernuses. Start the Turismo East Race called Supercharged Circuit and drive to the Starting Race Location with the Coach. Don't enter the Pink Marker. Line up the Coach so it's blocking the Infernus' path and then jack any random Vehicle from the Street and ram one of the Infernuses to start the Race. What will happen is the Infernuses will become stuck and if they remain stuck for about 5 to 10 seconds, they won't continue the Race anymore. At this point, carefully using the Coach, push the Infernus of your choice south to the Water near Lance's Condo into the Ocean and submerge it in the Water. Make note that all three of the Infernuses are EC, so you can pick the Black, Sky Blue or White Infernus, whichever you want. When you pushed the Infernus into the Water, equip your Sniper Rifle, aim for the Driver's Head and kill him. This will fail the Race. After that, the Infernus should still be in the Water. Push it out and get inside the Infernus. Make note that the Infernus is actually locked, so if you get out of it, don't let Vic close the Door fully or else you won't be able to get back in it. Now when you're driving the FP/PP/TP/EC/TD Infernus, just drive it back to a Garage and store it. Confirm the Properties afterwards. If it doesn't have its Properties then you haven't fully submerged it in the Ocean and you'll need to try again. Also, a White colored Infernus can be found at Lance's Condo, but it's still EC because you can't get that White Color from Traffic or Pay and Spray, and also you can't put the FP/PP/TP/TD Properties onto any Random White Infernus, thus the Color with the Properties is Special. By the way, you will find these same Infernuses from the Turismo West Race called Downtown Showdown, but it's much easier to obtain them from the Supercharged Circuit Turismo Race.

6.1. H/TD Coach
Mission: Crash! (Fail)
How to Obtain: Make sure you've completed Crash! before getting this H/TD Coach so you won't get any added Mission Attempts in the Stats when reactivating the Mission to obtain this. Simply go to the InterGlobal Film Studios on Prawn Island and get in the Coach to start the Side Mission Crash! When the Side Mission is activated, simply cancel it and you'll be sitting in a H/TD Coach. You can obtain this H/TD Coach at any time after Accidents Will Happen. To make this a One-Time Only and truly Special Vehicle, you can make it a H/TD/EC Black Coach using the EC Black Conversion Trick. It looks awesome in Black Color.
Video by jam8tone

6.2. H/TD Linerunner (PS2 Only)
Mission: Rush! (Fail)
How to Obtain: This can only be obtained on the PS2 Version of VCS, as the Side Mission Rush! is not available on the PSP Version. Before obtaining this H/TD Linerunner, make sure you've completed the Side Mission Rush! so you won't get any added Mission Attempts in the Stats when reactivating the Mission to obtain this. Simply get to Viceport and activate the Side Mission Rush! by getting into the parked Linerunner. After that, simply cancel the Side Mission and you'll be sitting in this H/TD Linerunner. You can obtain this at any time of the Game. To make this a One-Time Only and truly Special Vehicle, you can make ti a H/TD/EC Black Linerunner using the EC Black Conversion Trick. It's probably the best Heavy Vehicle in the Game as it doesn't catch fire quickly and it looks awesome in Black Color.

6.3. Unique Barracks OL with Ammo Boxes
Mission: Skywolf (Fail)
How to Obtain: Before obtaining this Special Vehicle, make sure you've passed Skywolf first so you won't get any added Mission Attempts in the Stats when reactivating the Mission to obtain this. Start the Side Mission Skywolf by getting in the Hunter in Escobar International Airport. Do the Side Mission like normal up until you have to use the Hunter to blow up the Targets. Instead of blowing them up, just cancel the Side Mission and land the Hunter near the Barracks OLs with Ammo Boxes. Now, use Vic's Body alone to push the Barracks OL with Ammo Boxes to The Compound Garage around the Wall. Have it stored in the Garage and use a Vehicle from the Garage to Force Close the Garage Door when the Barracks OL is inside. When you've pushed it inside the Garage and got it stored inside, you've just obtained the Unique Barracks OL with Ammo Boxes. Make note that on the PSP Version, the normal Barracks OLs are Black in Body Color, while the PS2 ones are Green, but on the PSP Version this Unique Barracks OL with Ammo Boxes looks a bit like the Green Barracks OLs from the PS2 Version.

6.4. Unique Seasparrow
Mission: Land, Sea and Air Ace (Pass)
How to Obtain: The Seasparrow only appears in the Story Mission The Colonel's Coke and in the Side Mission Land, Sea and Air Ace. It can't be found in Traffic or parked anywhere in the Map, but can be infinitely obtained from the Side Mission. But I call it Unique as it's only obtainable from a Mission and not during Free Roam. To get this Unique Seasparrow, simply start the Side Mission Land, Sea and Air Ace by getting onto the Sanchez at the Lighthouse. Pass the Side Mission like normally and you'll be sitting in a Unique Seasparrow. Just fly it to The Clymenus Suite Garage and store it there. You can also cancel the Side Mission as soon as you get inside the Seasparrow, but I prefer passing it and getting it. If you want to do it with a Mission Failure, you'll need to pass it first so you won't get any added Mission Attempts in the Stats from reactivating it again to obtain this Seasparrow. Then, reactivate the Side Mission again and cancel the Side Mission when you're inside the Seasparrow. Also, you can use this Unique Seasparrow to make it truly Special and One-Time Only using the OM0 AP Helicopter Conversion Trick, so you can be an owner of a Unique/AP Seasparrow in VCS.
Video by jam8tone

6.5. FP/PP Ambulance
Mission: Paramedic (Fail)
How to Obtain: To obtain this FP/PP Ambulance, simply get to the Little Havana Hospital, and get in an Ambulance and start Paramedic. Go and pick up a Patient. Once the Patient is inside the Ambulance, go to the Viceport Docks dunking location and put the Ambulance in the Water. When it's in the Water, the Mission will fail, stay in the Water until the Mission fully fails and then drive out ouf the Water before Vic dies. Now, just drive it to a Garage and store it. Also, you can use this FP/PP Ambulance and make it a EP/PP Ambulance using the EP Conversion in Got Protection?, but you'll need to obtain this FP/PP Ambulance first and then convert it to EP, the FP Property will be lost when you convert it to EP. It's just another pretty easy Special Vehicle to get in VCS.
Video by Vanhela (Lennart)

6.6. BP/PP Vehicles - BP/PP Admiral, BP/PP Idaho, BP/PP Polaris V8, BP/PP Stallion, BP/PP Sabre Turbo, BP/PP Landstalker
Mission: Owning 30/30 Empire Sites
How to Obtain: To get these BP/PP Vehicles, you'll need to own all 30 Empire Sites in Vice City. Once you own all of them, the Vehicles which spawn in front of the Empire Sites will be BP/PP. The BP/PP Admiral will be at Loan Shark Empire Sites, BP/PP Idaho at Protection Racket Empire Sites, BP/PP Polaris V8 at Prostitution Empire Sites, BP/PP Stallion at Drugs Empire Sites, BP/PP Sabre Turbo at Smuggling Empire Sites and the BP/PP Landstalker at Robbery Empire Sites. They will infinitely spawn there and to get them, just drive to one of your Empire Sites and drive them to your Garage and store them. Also, you can make five of these into truly Special and One-Time Only Special Vehicles by making them BP/PP/EC Black using the EC Black Conversion Trick. Only the Polaris V8 can't be made EC Black.
Video by jam8tone

6.7. BP/PP BF Injection
Mission: After Passing Beach Patrol
How to Obtain: This can be obtained on both PSP and PS2. Pass Level 15 of Beach Patrol and there'll be a Padlock at Sunshine Autos on Vice Mainland. Go to Sunshine Autos and buy the BF Injection there for $5000. This BF Injection is BP/PP. Now, simply drive the BP/PP BF Injection to a Garage and store it. You can make this a truly Special Vehicle by making it a BP/PP/EC Black BF Injection using the EC Black Conversion Trick.
Video by GTA Series Videos

6.8. BP/PP Ventoso (PS2 Only)
Mission: After Passing To Victor, the Spoils
How to Obtain: This can only be obtained on the PS2 Version as the Padlock doesn't appear on the PSP Version. Pass the Mission To Victor, the Spoils. Now go to King Knuts at Downtown and walk into the Padlock there. Buy the Ventoso for $2500. This Ventoso is BP/PP. Now, simply drive the BP/PP Ventoso to a Garage and store it. You can make this a truly Special Vehicle by making it a BP/PP/EC Black Ventoso using the EC Black Conversion Trick.
Video by GTA Series Videos

6.9. BP/PP Sanchez (PS2 Only)

Mission: After Passing Conduct Unbecoming
How to Obtain: This can only be obtained on the PS2 Version as the Padlock doesn't appear on the PSP Version. Pass the Mission Conduct Unbecoming. Now go to your 101 Bayshore Avenue Safehouse and walk into the Padlock there. Buy the Sanchez for $4000. This Sanchez is BP/PP. Now, simply drive the BP/PP Sanchez to a Garage and store it. You can make this a truly Special Vehicle by making it a BP/PP/EC Black Sanchez using the EC Black Conversion Trick.
Video by GTA Series Videos

7.0. TD Sentinel
Mission: Loan Shark Empire Site Mission (Fail)
How to Obtain: Start the Loan Sharking Empire Site Side Mission at any Loan Shark Empire Site. Retrieve a PCJ-600 or a Benson as instructed. Wait a moment and use the look back Camera and eventually you'll see someone coming after you in a PCJ-600 or a Sentinel. If it's the PCJ-600, don't bother, but if you see someone coming in a Sentinel, simply deactivate the Loan Shark Side Mission and jack the Sentinel from the Driver. Drive this TD Sentinel in a Garage and store it. This Sentinel has the Triple Damage Property. You can make this a One-Time Only Special Vehicle by making it a TD/EC Black Sentinel with the EC Black Conversion Trick.

True.  There is no Unique Vehicles in VCS, like there is in III, VC, SA, and LCS, but I am not bothered by it.

The selection of Special Vehicles in VCS is very boring to me and a lot of them are too easy to obtain, as well.  But all in all, it's still a fun GTA and some nice Special Vehicles to be found within.

There is actually quite a few UNOBTAINABLE Special Vehicles in VCS like an EP Seasparrow, H/AP/PP/WP/UH Biker Angel, AP/EC Maverick, and more.  I wish one day these will be obtainable! :)

Yes, duping works on VCS as well, here is how to do it:

Works on PS2.

Hell yeah!  Holy sh*t...I seriously hope we can obtain some Special Vehicles in VCS that are unobtainable.  Like in From Zero to Hero?  The Barracks OL that Lance is driving is H/AP, I think.  If something like that could be obtained, I'd easily do a 4th Save File for VCS and get some of the stuff...

He tested duping stuff, like skipping missions what are not for us, we need to start mission then start it again obtaing vehicle then die, this will cause both missions to fail, we don't want to complete missions since they will skip other missions.

Yeah, that's true.  All of the Special Vehicles thus far that used these techniques in SA required a Suicide.  I'd imagine it would be the case in LCS and VCS, too.

Anyone got any ideas for the H/AP/PP/WP/UH Biker Angel or the AP/EC Maverick?  If these could be obtained, I'd do a 4th Save File for VCS and get them, plus some others I didn't get yet, like the FP/PP/EC Pink Perennial and such...

I may be wrong, but I believe the punk Perennial from "Truck Stop" is also EP, and it retains its EP and FP properties after passing the mission. I would need to confirm that, as I do not remember for sure, yet I remember having it stored in my garage with a unique property after passing a mission.

Yeah, as you can see, EVERY Video besides the H/EC Black/White Boxville is from jam8tone, so I only can say what he has said.  However, some of his Methods involved failing, even though you can pass, like for Reni's Yellow/Red Comet in So Long Schlong.  His Video shows failing, but I can assure you, you can pass for it.  Every time I KNEW it can be passed, I stated in the written description, but most Vehicles do require a Failure.  That's why I am lenient with failing IF AND ONLY IF it's for a Special Vehicle.  Special Vehicle > Stat, in my case, but I try to just do it all.  Meaning get all the Special Vehicles, even if they require a Failure, but pass for everything else in the game.  Lowest Mission Attempts in VCS is 113, like LCS.  I have like 121 Attempts and things like that, only failing for the Vehicle in question and if I could, I got multiple at once, like the H/PP/TP/EC Sentinel XS and H/PP/TP/EC Bobcat in From Zero to Hero.  Did all that for ONE LESS Mission Attempt in the Stats.  I see no reason to NOT do it, cuz if you get ONE of them and not BOTH, it still takes a good 45 minutes to an hour or so to push it across the Ocean to the Docks.  Pushing the Bobcat alone is a lot worse since barely any surface area, like the Sentinel XS has to push.  That one was LeonTheKiller's Method.  He told me about it a long time ago in another Topic and did it when I did my VCS Saves.

If the Perennial is also EP, let me know!  Very interesting.  However, I doubt it, cuz jam8tone always tests the properties after obtaining it in his Videos and Molotovs explode a Vehicle, similar to Grenades in VCS, so he didn't throw any too close to the Perennial when showing the properties.  It MIGHT be EP, but I doubt it.  When you confirm report back please! :)

All right, I will. Might take several weeks before I have time to get down to VCS, but when I do, I'll tell.

Also, this one I know for sure, Sentinel XS cars driven by Mendez's goons in "Light My Pyre" are black. To fetch one, you have to force crash one of their cars into a wall and then stop near them and exit your vehicle. They will also exit their vehicle and begin shooting you. Alternatively, you can take one of the cars blocking the mansion entrance. Just do not forget to check the garage after the mission is over.
Although it is inferior to the black Sentinel XS from "So Long Schlong", as it has no proofings, I guess it is worth mentioning too.

Yes, this is true.  I didn't include it in the Guide since there is an EC Black Conversion with "In the Air Tonight."  Also, In the Air Tonight has EC Black Sentinel XS's chasing after you and Reni, as well, just like "Light My Pyre."

Also the So Long Schlong Sentinel XS is only AP.  I just converted it to EC Black in my Save with "In the Air Tonight" EC Black Conversion :D :p  AP/EC Black > AP

What I'll need to check out as well is Phil's limo from "Kill Phil". During my playthrough, it retained the BP property after I passed the mission (didn't check FP or PP).

I guess the reason is jam8tone playing a PSP version of VCS and me playing a PS2 version, which can have some more subtle changes in-between apart from those we already know of, special vehicles included.

After Kill Phil it's only BP/EC (maybe BP/PP/EC), but DEFINITELY NOT FP.  You can also buy a Stretch at Sunshine Autos and that is BP/PP.  Also Kill Phil Stretch is EC Black.  I am not sure if the one you can buy is also EC Black...

I talked to jam8tone in PM here on the Forum last February 2015, but unfortunately he hasn't been on since and also hasn't had any updates to his Guides on Youtube in the past year, either :/  He told me he PURPOSELY fails the Mission.  His goal is obtaining it, easiest method involved.  So he is CHOOSING to fail when it can even be passed.  For instance, he fails "When Funday Comes" for the EC Quad YOU ARE DRIVING.  Why?  Just pass the Race and you're still sitting on it.  Idk why he does some Methods like that...

Now, with the Race Vehicles, this is exclusive to PSP as what you see in his Videos.  If you go to the West Island and return to the East Island with the Sandking, as shown in his Videos, the Race Vehicles are NOT upside down, which adds complications to obtaining them on PS2.  It takes a LONG TIME for the FP/PP/TP/EC Cheetahs.  It took me 2 hours to get that one and I got it twice now.  The Infernus isn't too bad, but still takes a lot longer than the PSP Method.  At the starting line of the Races, on PSP the Vehicles are upside down and slide like butter when pushing them, and you don't have to be as gentle.  With these on PS2?  It's a nightmare.  You gotta be super gentle.  One "big" bump, Race starts, and you must reload and try again.  Since they are not upside down, either, they are semi "stuck" on the ground since the parking brake is on.  It takes a long time to get that Cheetah, but I wanted all the worthy Special Vehicles in VCS, so I had to do it.  For me, I got the best 36 in VCS.  I could do another Save, but only if more is discovered.  There is a lot of EC and FP Vehicles I don't have yet, but comparing these EC and FP Vehicles to what I have currently, I feel I got all the good and challenging ones in the game already.

Yes, those seem like a nightmare. I didn't bother with the racing vehicles, although I wonder what happens if you manage to "catch" one of those vehicles after the race is over, as in, do they retain their properties.

Regardless, next time I play VCS, I will check out FP ability on Phil's Stretch after I pass the mission.

jam8tone states verbally in his Race Vehicle Videos that after ONE Lap, they lose their properties.  So unlike the Race Vehicles in LCS, which you just wait at the finish line and then push them to a ditching location to push them into the water, this can't be done in VCS :/

Yeah, I feel like there is a still a lot of mystery still left in the Stories games, so anything will be helpful, really...

Also, this might interest you since I know you also like the Starter Saves.  49.20% can be achieved in VCS right after Soldier before any other Story Missions:

I would like some advice on which vehicles to get during my next VCS playthrough. I'm not doing 3 different files, so I want to pick those which are of most use, while at the same time trying to avoid those that require mission failure (although I might consider getting an AP Sentinel XS). I prefer bikes to cars, yet at the same time, I doubt cunching up space with, shall we say, 5 heavy bikes from "The Bum Deal" will be necessary.

Here is a draft of what I am going to get.

Bayshore Avenue:

  • Martinez' Streetfighter
  • Quad bike from "When Funday Comes"
  • Phil's Perennial from "Truck Stop"
  • ? (Open to suggestion)

The Compound:

  • Some motorbikes from "The Bum Deal" (quantity not ascertained yet)
  • White Comet from "Leap And Bound"
  • ? (Open to suggestion)

The Clymenus Suite:

  • Phil's Stretch
  • Reni's Comet
  • AP Sentinel XS (?)
  • Boxville from Domo Arigato Domestoboto.

Will be grateful for any feedback, advice and suggestions. Thanks.

Don't forget (since you play PS2) that you can buy a BP/PP Sanchez and BP/PP Ventoso.  To make them more special, convert them to EC Black like I did in my 3rd Save File.  I personally wouldn't of cared for these, unless they were EC Black and that's why I converted them.

Converting many Vehicles to EC Black all in the SAME Attempt of starting In the Air Tonight IS possible, but not probable.  Sometimes they kill Reni or Reni will do something stupid and get bumped by a Vehicle and die, etc, etc.  So making many Black Vehicles at once and then passing the Mission can be tricky.  Plus, every time the Hitmen jack your Vehicle, which makes it Black, it will emit black smoke and a few bumps back to the Garage can set it ablaze.  I personally pass on the FINAL Black Vehicle I am converting, but when converting multiple, I just fail the Mission over and over.

Also, some of the ones you named require a Failure, I believe...Or maybe I am reading it wrong.  That Boxville, I suppose you mean just EC form and not H/EC form which is much harder to get and worth it in the end, in my case.

Also there is no Heavy Bikes in VCS, but the H/WP Sanchez from Beach Patrol.  You can pass Beach Patrol Level 15, and then save and come back and do it again and fail the Mission (Won't add into the Stats) and obtain this if you want.  The Bum Deal Bikes are UH and not Heavy...

You can obtain a FP/PP/EC Black or whatever color you want PCJ-600 from a Race, as well.  Pass Race, THEN fail it (Won't add to Attempts).  These are simple, like the FP/PP/TP/EC Stingers since you can snipe the driver, get on quickly, and drive forward.  After the screen flips black, you will be sitting in/on said Vehicle still and it's yours.  Only the Cheetah and Infernus from the Races is a bitch to obtain and more so the Cheetah...

Btw, just so you know, 113 Mission Attempts is the lowest you can get in VCS.

Trivia Time:

73 in III

88 in VC

162 in SA

113 in LCS

113 in VCS

About the mission attempts - that I know, I've played each of these games a dozen times over. Only so, for reason unknown, I have 89 Mission Attemps in VC by the end of the day - no mission failures whatsoever...

Didn't know those bikes from "The Bum Deal" aren't heavy... They act like heavy though... Smashing other vehicles out of the way...

About the Boxville: I meant the simple EC version, requiring no mission failure... Unless there is a more valuable substitute.

I would also prefer to refrain from vehicles that can be gotten more than once (racing vehicles, Firefighter vehilces, Sanchez from Beach Patrol, purchasable vehicles) up until the very end of the game (provided I have any space left), since they are not "one-times" like the Storyline mission ones.

That happened to another guy I talked to.  He is also OCD about the Stats and also had 89 Attempts in the end, but then later re-did the game, and got 88.  Despite the game saying "Mission Passed!" after doing the Shooting Range, you did NOT pass it unless you gain the fast reload ability.  That could be where you went wrong, too.  It doesn't matter if it says Mission Passed! and gives you the money.  It's NOT passed unless the fast reload ability is achieved with scoring more than 45 points on the FIRST GO.  I have 91 Attempts in VC on both PS2 and iOS and I can account for my failures: EC Black Washington, BP/EP/FP Squalo, and BP/EP/FP Sabre Turbo.  I didn't have to fail for the Washington, though.  If I passed, I would have 90, but since I failed, I have 91...So I am 10000000000000000% sure 88 is the lowest possible...

When I drive those UH Bikes around and run into a Vehicle, I go flying off the Bike.  I don't think they are Heavy, but if they are, that is very interesting and I need to load up my Save and try them out to see if they are Heavy since I have all 3.

Yeah, I am the same way.  I like going for as much as I possibly can from the Story Missions, which aren't replayable unless you start a new game and then save the Side Mission Special Vehicles for the end.  ALL 12 of the Black Vehicles in my 3rd Save File are Side Mission Special Vehicles.  11 of the 12 were converted to Black and that PCJ-600 was Black already from the Race.  Most of them came from Firefighter, since there exists EP/FP/TP Vehicles and the Empire Site Jobs, which exist FP Vehicles.  I made these EP/FP/TP/EC Black and FP/EC Black in the end.  That's why I saved these sorts of Vehicles for my THIRD Save, since they are all from Side Missions.  Btw, the 3rd Save is a "continuation" of my 2nd Save File.  All I did was got up to In the Air Tonight (Around 97.?? - 98.??%) and then saved the game in Slot 4 (Slot 1 is Starter Save and Slots 2 through 4 are 3 100% Saves with 12 Special Vehicles in each) and simply emptied the Garages of what I got in the 2nd Save File and then obtained all these Side Mission Vehicles and then used In the Air Tonight to make them EC Black and then passed In the Air Tonight, Last Stand, and Skywolf and I was yet again 100% without having to do the entire game over.  So technically, I only did 2 Saves from 49.20% using the Starter Save and the 3rd Save I started with 97-98% or so lol...

I did the same thing in LCS.  I'd work my way up to The Shoreside Redemption and then save in a new Slot, then obtain Side Mission Vehicles and convert them all to PP and then pass TSR as well as The Sicilian Gambit and I was yet again 100% with 12 Special Vehicles in the Save and didn't need to do the entire thing over again.  5 of my 7 LCS Saves were from 48%, but 1 of the 7 was at 98% when I got the 12 Vehicles for the Save.  There was another Save where I didn't care to convert any to PP and just got Side Mission Special Vehicles on an ALREADY 100% Save.  If you play it smart, it can save you time in the end doing it like that, instead of starting over at the beginning, or from the Starter Save.

But yeah, there is only so many Bikes/Quads in VCS that can be obtained, and especially with passing, so you will have a very slim selection since you don't want to fail any Missions...In general, as you can see, most Vehicles in all GTA's require a Failure to obtain them.  Only a small selection can be passed and usually if you want to pass and get it, it involves a much harder method to getting it.  That's why I don't mind failing for them when I have to.  I KNOW that most require a Failure and since I like Special Vehicles more than perfect Stats, I get them.  But it's not like I fail a Mission and then try the Mission again.  I reload.  I literally ONLY fail for a Special Vehicle.  Not failing a Mission WITHOUT getting something out of it, and then saving over the failure.  I don't do that.  Only for the Special Vehicle I will fail and save over it...

I guess it can be the Shooting Range in VC that gives me an extra Mission Attempt. Will check it out the next time I play VC.

I also like to keep failures to minimum - and apart from that, in all games I have 0 busted, 0 wasted, no cheats, minimum Pay'N'Spray usage (save for III, since it doesn't register anyway), $0 spent on weapons in all games (save for III, again), high Days Passed In Game/Safehouse visits ratio (save for III, once more), relatively fast times to achieve 100%, relatively high Criminal Rating etc. I also go for some singular records like Dirtring time in VC, 61 Kickstart best score (didn't achieve it yet), all Gold medals in schools in SA, 40 points in Scrapyard Challenge, but little else. I don't really care for record times that much.

Yeah, I am pretty much the same way in all the GTA's about the Stats.  The only difference is I am 100% WILLING to fail for a Special Vehicle, whereas you rather only obtain the non-failure Special Vehicles and in regards to SA, I am also 100% WILLING to fail + suicide for some of them that require it, in which there is quite a few, especially with a lot of these new discoveries as of late, in which require a suicide to get them as there is no other way to fail the Mission besides Wasted/Busted.  I keep it universal.  I won't get wasted and then get busted for another.  I will just keep the Busted to 0 and increase the Deaths, instead, or vice versa.

SA is the only GTA in the ENTIRE Series that is like that.  Every other GTA can fail the Mission without a Suicide...

Anyways, back to VCS Special Vehicles.  If you need to know anything else, let me know.
