1.0. EC2 Black Perennial

Mission: Big Smoke

Difficulty: ** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Start the Mission like normal.  After the first few cutscenes before getting onto the BMX, you will see Big Smoke's Black Perennial blown up near the sidewalk.  When you take control of CJ, use his Body or another random Vehicle nearby to push the wreck of the Perennial out into the street.  At this point, the Ballas should appear in a Voodoo.  You could have picked up a Weapon before starting this Mission if you wanted and then shot the driver out of the Voodoo, however, I will be explaining like in the Video since I always just obtain it this way.  Once the Voodoo shows up, try and block it in with your own Vehicle as shown in the Video, but make sure you always keep the camera on the wreck of the Perennial so it doesn't vanish.  The Ballas will shoot at your Vehicle and blow it up, meanwhile also blowing them up in the process, too.  Once you take care of the Ballas, you can either use a Fire Truck that sometimes spawns after the Vehicles explode or any random Vehicle from the street nearby and push the wreck of the Perennial all the way back to the Garage.  If you've done a Starter Save before this Mission and have bought Santa Maria Beach, you could push it there since it's closer, however, I just push it back to Ganton like shown in the Video.  Use the route jam8tone shows in the Video and once you push it back to Ganton and let the Garage renew the Perennial, then just go back to the BMX and finish the Mission.  After the Mission is passed, confirm the Perennial in the Garage.  Make note that unlike most EC2 Vehicles, THIS EC2 is VISIBLE.  Any Perennial can be modded "Black" in Transfender, however, not the roof.  The roof of this Perennial is also Black, which is special and visible.

1.1. AP Tampa

Mission: Nines and AK's

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Start the Mission like normal and drive the gang to Emmet's for shooting practice.  Once you get there, use CJ's Body alone to push the nearby Tampa out into the street as shown in the Video.  This Tampa is the AP Tampa.  Once you get it pushed out into the street, either use his Body to continue to push the Tampa or you can just jack a Vehicle and use it to continue to push the Tampa.  I recommend a Vehicle as it's usually quicker.  Just continue to push the Tampa all the way to the Ocean near the Pier as shown in the Video and make sure it's dunked in the water deep enough so the game flags it as destroyed, thus keeping the AP Properties in tact.  At this point, just go back to Emmet's and finish shooting the targets.  Once you have done that, drive Big Smoke back to his house.  When you get there, you should receive a phone call about buying some new clothes.  After the call, you must go back to where you dunked the Tampa in the water and, like shown in the Video, use the Sawn Off Shotguns to get it out of the water.  Technically, you could push it out using CJ's Body alone, but it would take a long time, so I don't recommend doing that.  Just use the Sawn Off Shotguns to get it out of the water and when it's out, get it back up into the street.  At this point, use a random Vehicle to push the Tampa back to Binco where you were instructed earlier to go and buy new clothes.  Once you get it to this location, use a Parachute that you have in your inventory to stomp the Tampa to death as shown in the Video.  The moment it blows up, quickly go into Binco and once you can take control of CJ inside, immediately turn around and exit.  The Mission will be passed and the wreck of the Tampa should be right in front of you where you destroyed it.  Now, just jack a suitable random Vehicle and push the wreck of the Tampa back to Ganton to renew it in the Garage.  Once you renew the Tampa, check on it and you will see that it's AP.

1.2. AP PCJ-600

Mission: OG Loc

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission and go through the motions of driving to the destinations.  When you are finally sitting on the PCJ-600 with OG Loc after the cutscene, drive forward a bit as shown in the Video and STOP.  At this point, get off your PCJ-600 and kill OG Loc by using an SMG or AK-47; something powerful as he has a lot of health.  When he dies, the Mission will fail, however, you will see Freddy's AP PCJ-600 just ahead in front of the alleyway.  All you have to do now is run forward and jack it.  Now take it back to a Garage and store it.  This is the AP PCJ-600.

Video by jam8tone

1.3. AP Sanchez (1 of 2)

Mission: Wrong Side of the Tracks

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission like normal and play up until you kill all the Vagos off the Train and are making your way back to Smoke's house to drop him off and pass the Mission.  Instead of taking Smoke home to pass the Mission, drive the Sanchez to Glen Pond and dunk it in the water.  Don't dunk it too far in that you won't be able to get it out, but dunk it deep enough to register the Sanchez as destroyed as shown in the Video.  Once it's dunked in the water enough, kill Smoke to fail the Mission and then drive the Sanchez back to a Garage.  Double check the Properties to make sure that you dunked it deep enough because you don't want to save the Sanchez if it's normal.  It will only be AP if it was dunked deep enough before killing Smoke to fail the Mission.

1.4. AP Packer

Mission: Just Business

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: First and foremost, I will be explaining how to get all three (AP Packer, AP Sultan, and DP/EP/FP BF-400) Special Vehicles at the same time, with one Mission Failure in the Stats instead of three.  Also make note that there is various Methods and ways to go about obtaining these, but I would say this is by far the easiest, most reliable, and quickest way to get your hands on these once previously thought to be unobtainable Special Vehicles, or Special Vehicles in which required Cheat Codes to obtain.  For years, these three Special Vehicles required Cheats to obtain them but now they can be obtained without Cheats.  Simply start the Mission and do exactly like you normally would and pick up Big Smoke and drive to the next red marker.  After the cutscene, take out all the Russians and proceed to the door where Big Smoke will be waiting for you.  At this point, do exactly like you see in the Video by killing all the SPECIFIC Russians you see and leaving one of them alive.  Now, as quickly as you can, jump down to the street and run to the Gas Station where the Vending Machine will be.  At this point, look at your Minimap very closely.  You will see the blue blip (Smoke) and a red blip (Remaining Russian).  This next part is all about timing, but shouldn't be a problem.  You must allow Smoke to kill the remaining Russian and one second after he does, quickly buy Sprunk.  For some reason, buying Sprunk will allow you to jump off the BF-400 that you and Smoke drive on for the next part of the Mission.  Once you buy the Sprunk, the game will teleport you back to Smoke and the Mission will play like normal, kind of.  Go through the chase sequence like shown in the Video and eliminate some of the Russians chasing you and shooting at you when necessary.  You will need to get the BF-400 you and Smoke are riding on to have low Health.  Get the Health Bar low like shown in the Video by allowing some of the Russians to shoot at it.  After the cutscene takes place where the Packer with the Sultans loaded on the back of it jumps down into the storm drain, wait a few seconds to allow the Russians to catch up and then quickly jump off your BF-400, which wouldn't normally be possible unless you bought the Sprunk at the right moment.  At this point, run forward as quickly as you can in the direction the Russians are going chasing Smoke on the BF-400, and the Mission should soon fail.  Once failed, just jack the AP Packer and kill off the few handful of Russians shooting at CJ at this point.  Now, load the AP Packer up with the AP Sultan, which sometimes remains on top of the Packer, however, both Sultans that were on top of the Packer are AP and also load up one of the Russian BF-400's that were chasing you.  These BF-400's are DP/EP/FP.  Once you have loaded up the AP Packer with the AP Sultan and DP/EP/FP BF-400 on the back of it, make sure to RAISE them up.  In the Video, rhans doesn't raise the back of the Packer up, which makes it even harder to drive and hope they don't fall off the back.  I recommend raising the Packer's back so the Sultan and BF-400 will be on a level, flat surface and not on that slant, however you still need to drive SLOW and be very careful.  Once you have it all loaded up and ready to proceed, drive straight until you reach the section in the storm drain where you can find a Body Armor Pickup underneath the bridge in Ganton.  The Video does it differently by not unloading the AP Sultan and DP/EP/FP BF-400 at Ganton, but I recommend doing that as it will save time and is the most direct route.  At this point, drive up the incline and then to Ganton to unload the AP Sultan and DP/EP/FP BF-400 into the Garage.  Once those are stored safe and sound in the Garage, drive the AP Packer to the Gas Station where that Sprunk Machine was earlier, and also where a Broadway is always parked, nearby on the side of the Gas Station.  Just park the AP Packer close by that Broadway and get into the Broadway and activate Pimping Mission.  What this will do is immediately impound the AP Packer to the Los Santos Impound.  Just cancel the Pimping Mission after you see the AP Packer vanish right before your eyes and drive the Broadway to a Safehouse and save the game.  Reload and check on your Vehicles.  The AP Sultan and DP/EP/FP BF-400 should be safe and sound in Ganton and your AP Packer should be safe and sound in the Los Santos Impound.  If you want the AP Packer, you will NEED to store it in the Impound as it's the ONLY place it can be stored at the present time.  The earliest time it can be moved would be when you unlock The Country and the Mission Badlands.  At this time, if you wanted, you could take the AP Packer and store it in Doherty in San Fierro, however, I would recommend keeping it in the Impound until you buy the Verdant Meadows Airstrip when you unlock The Desert Missions.  At that time, you can easily store it in the Hanger and keep it there for good.  Make sure you also have a good understanding of how the Impound Garages work.  There is one in Los Santos, San Fierro, and Las Venturas.  Each can store a total of 3 Vehicles, giving you 9 extra spots to store Special Vehicles, however, if you have Special Vehicles in there, it can complicate the playthrough and make it more time consuming and tedious.  If you go about obtaining this AP Packer, I would hold off on Just Business until the very last moment.  You can actually hold off on Just Business and when you MUST complete it, the only Missions to follow are Reuniting the Families and The Green Sabre and The Country is already unlocked then.  Also, if you go about obtaining this AP Packer, you WILL have to run on foot to the remaining Los Santos Story Missions and all of The Country Story Missions to prevent the AP Packer being overwritten in the Impound, however, once you unlock San Fierro and your AP Packer is still safe and sound in the Los Santos Impound, you should have nothing to worry about at this point and can safely drive Vehicles again.  Like I said, get a better understanding on how the Impounds work, how to enter/exit them, etc, etc, etc if you go about obtaining this AP Packer as the Impounds do NOT behave like the normal 17 Safehouse Garages around the map.  Good luck!  I wrote a lot, but it's much easier than it sounds.

1.5. AP Sultan

Mission: Just Business

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: See the AP Packer Description above as it's the same Description to obtain the AP Sultan.  Alternatively if you are playing on the Mobile (Android/iOS) Platforms, there is a really easy way to obtain this AP Sultan with a Method exclusive to Mobile where you can force close the game App at the right time and when you resume gameplay, the AP Sultan will be sitting there on an invisible Packer hovering in the air.  You can just walk up to it and jack it and then drive it back to a Garage.  See how to do that here with a Video by you fooking w0t m9?

1.7. DP/EP/FP/MP BF-400 with No Exhaust

Mission: Just Business

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Arrive to the Mission with a fast Bike, preferably an NRG-500, and step into the red marker as shown in the Video to start the Mission.  Proceed like normal until you get outside with Big Smoke to take out some more Russians.  At this point, like shown in the Video, kill the handful of Russians and leave two alive.  Now quickly jump down and run to the Impound as shown in the Video and grab your NRG-500 that was impounded from when you drove it to the Mission marker.  At this point as quickly as you can drive it out of the Impound and to the Info Icon at the Police Station.  This next part all boils down to luck as it depends on whether or not Smoke kills the remaining Russians as you get the last Tip from the Info Icon at the right time to gain control of CJ in the next cutscene.  If you were successful, as shown in the Video, take out the Parachute and punch Smoke until he dies which will fail the Mission and the DP/EP/FP/MP BF-400 with No Exhaust will be just sitting there.  Take it back to a Garage and store it.  The reason for it losing the Exhaust in the first place is because of what happens at the Impound.  When you quickly drive out like that, you are losing other Vehicles that were impounded, which results in the Exhaust on the BF-400 to not be present.  Pretty cool, huh?  Like I said, it's not a very difficult Special Vehicle to obtain, but it does rely on a lot of luck to obtain this.  Also make note that the MP Property, despite being present on the BF-400, doesn't actually exist and register attacks from Melee Weapons and because of this it's almost identical to the DP/EP/FP BF-400 from the above Post except this one doesn't have the Exhaust.  Alternatively, if you want to go above and beyond you can obtain this DP/EP/FP/MP BF-400 with No Exhaust together with three EC Nebulas and some other EC2 Nebulas all at the SAME time with only one Mission Failure.  You can see that here with a Video by rtyuijhggff.

1.8. EC Yellow/Green Nebula 1

Mission: Just Business

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Similar to how you gained control of being able to jump off the BF-400 in the AP Packer Post by using the Sprunk Vending Machine, you will be doing the exact same setup here to obtain all three EC Nebulas at the same time.  However, for this task, you must acquire a Minigun from Area 69 or one of two locations in Las Venturas where a Minigun spawns.  There is many ways to do that and it's not too hard, but I won't be explaining how to get the Minigun in these Posts.  Once you get outside with Big Smoke to kill off more Russians, proceed to kill them all except one, just like how I explained in the AP Packer Post, and then dash to the Gas Station where the Sprunk Vending Machine will be.  Using your Minimap, watch carefully when the red blip vanishes and one second later, buy a can of Sprunk.  The cutscene will take place with you getting on the back of the BF-400 with Big Smoke, only this time, you won't be glued to it and will be able to dismount at any time.  Like shown in the Video, you will need to jump off the back of the BF-400 at the right time, run forward and equip your Minigun, and then try and aim at Big Smoke and the BF-400 and blow it up to fail the Mission.  You must be quick, though, as the Mission Script can't play out too long or the Nebulas will be scripted to blow up or vanish.  Once you fail the Mission, run forward and jack the Nebula as shown in the Video.  Unlike the Video, if you were even quicker to blow up Big Smoke's BF-400, the second EC Nebula might not have blown up, but in this specific Video, it did, thus rhans had to push the wreck back to the Garage while double driving the other EC Nebulas.  If you were lucky to not get the second EC Nebula destroyed, then you could triple drive them back to a Garage.  rhans is specifically using the EC Red Nebula to push the wreck of the EC Sandy Brown Nebula because the Red Nebulas is actually Heavy, but Heavy Properties don't save in the Garages in SA like they do in LCS and VCS.  Once you store the Red Nebula it won't be Heavy anymore and just EC Red.  Triple drive them, or double drive them and push the other wreck back to the Garage simultaneously and there you have it!  All three EC Nebulas obtained at the same time with only one Mission Failure.  Good luck!

2.1. EC2 Army Green Mesa

Mission: Robbing Uncle Sam

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: I'll be explaining the Method to get all three obtainable Special Vehicles (EC2 Mesa, BP Forklift, and EP Mule) at the same time from this Mission while passing the Mission.  When you start this Mission, the EC2 Army Green Mesa sometimes does NOT have a roof.  You want to reload if this happens until it spawns WITH a roof as that is what makes this Vehicle special.  The EC2 is VISIBLE on this Mesa as the roof can't be modded in a Transfender with the Color you see, just like how the EC2 Black Perennial is.  Once you start the Mission and take control of CJ, jump over the gate, but do NOT shoot off the lock.  You want to keep the gate closed so Ryder can't enter quite yet.  After you make it over the gate, kill all the Guards hanging around and now head toward the Mesa that is just parked there for you to steal and take it back to a Garage like you see in the Video.  After you store the Mesa in a Garage, come back to do the next part of the Mission.  At this point, shoot the lock off the other gate before allowing Ryder to come into the compound and take out the two Guards inside there where you use the Forklift and load up the crates.  After those two Guards are killed, now you can shoot the lock off the first gate and allow Ryder to drive in with the Mule to load up the crates.  Quickly use the Forklift to load up all the crates while defending Ryder as the occasional Guard will spawn with a Pistol and shooting at him.  As soon as all the crates are loaded up in the Mule and you killed off any remaining Guard, now drive the BP Forklift back to a Garage and store it.  After you store the BP Forklift, again return to the compound and this time, get into the EP Mule and drive it to the destination to pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, you can now take the EP Mule and store it in a Garage if you want to keep it.  I personally don't ever keep the EP Mule or the EP Banshee which is coming up in the Guide a little later, simply due to the fact you can make ANY Vehicle EP/FP with Gray Imports in a later Mission.  So I don't see a real point in keeping the EP Mule, but you can if you want.  I only include it in the Guide since you can obtain it and pass the Mission at the same time, along with the other two Special Vehicles from this very same Mission.  Make note that since the EC2 Army Green Mesa, BP Forklift, and EP Mule were used in the Mission Script, they WILL disappear from the Garages if you do not check them before saving and reloading the game.  Make sure you go back to the Garage(s) where you stored these Vehicles and open, close, open, and close the Garage door for the Vehicles to register and actually save.  Once you do that, you can save your game and reload and the three Special Vehicles from Robbing Uncle Sam will be in the Garages.

2.4. EC2/EM Pony

Mission: Life's a Beach

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This one is very easy to obtain.  Simply do the Mission like normal up to the part you get inside this Van with the sound system in the back.  This is the Pony that you want to obtain.  Simply drive it into the Ocean to fail the Mission and it's yours for the keeping.  I suggest driving it over to where Santa Maria Beach Safehouse is located and dunking it in the water there and then pushing it out with CJ.  You won't be attacked by any guys from the party where you stole the Pony from.  Once you get it out of the water, take it to the Garage and store it.  Make note that the EC2 is invisible on this Pony.  No human eye can see this special color.  Only through a Save Editor can you see what color the EC2 is.  However, this Pony also has the EM Off-Road Tires.  You can't mod a Pony in a Transfender and give it Off-Road Tires, so this feature is very special for the Pony.

2.5. BP/FP Voodoo

Mission: House Party

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This one is quite tricky to obtain with passing House Party along with obtaining the BP/FP Tahoma at the same time, but I will be explaining the Method to get the BP/FP Voodoo and BP/FP Tahoma at the same time and passing the Mission.  In the Video, Stea1thman actually obtains the BP/FP Voodoo, BP/FP Tahoma, and BP/FP Greenwood, but the Greenwood is inferior since an AP Greenwood exists in End of the Line, so I wouldn't worry about this one and just get the better AP Greenwood later on.  Right as the Mission starts, like shown in the Video, take out the Ballas inside the Tahoma on the right hand side of the roadblock.  If you shoot them before they close the door of the Tahoma, this task will be a lot easier.  Normally, the doors are locked to this Tahoma so you must be quick to kill the Ballas so they leave the door open to the Tahoma.  Once you take out all the Ballas surrounding the Cars, a cutscene will play and more Ballas will be spawned on top of the bridge.  Take out all of these Ballas next.  After killing off the four Ballas on the bridge, another cutscene will take place.  Here is where the difficult part comes.  What you want to do is take out all of the Ballas EXCEPT the ones that are in the alleyway next to CJ's House and Ryder's House.  If a Grove Street Member kills them, then you must reload and try this entire task again.  Make sure to kill off the Grove Street Member like shown in the Video so those Ballas do not die.  At this point, go to the BP/FP Tahoma and drive it over near the Safehouse and park it there, again, leaving the door open so you can get back into it later on.  At this point, use CJ's body to push the BP/FP Voodoo to where you see in the Video and then blow it up with Explosives or a Parachute.  Once the Voodoo is destroyed, now you may kill the final Ballas in the alleyway to pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, you will need to push the wreck of the Voodoo into the Garage and then put the Tahoma in afterwards.  Strangely enough, the BP/FP Tahoma KEEPS the Properties in tact without destroying it in the Mission, however, the BP/FP Voodoo would become a normal Voodoo again after you passed the Mission if it was NOT destroyed.  That is why you have to destroy it before passing the Mission, so it keeps the BP/FP Properties.  Once you push the Voodoo into Garage and renew it, now just drive the Tahoma into the Garage and there you have it.  BP/FP Voodoo and BP/FP Tahoma obtained at the same time with passing House Party.  Good luck!

2.7. EP/FP Vehicles (Anything You Want)

Mission: Gray Imports

Difficulty: * and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Pass if Only Converting One Vehicle /// Fail if Converting More Than One Vehicle

How to Obtain: This is a very simple Conversion Trick that can convert ANY Vehicle in the entire game into EP/FP form.  All you have to do is activate Gray Imports and after you do that, go get a Vehicle out of your Garage that you want to convert to EP/FP.  Alternatively, you can have your desired Vehicle parked nearby before activating the Mission.  It won't disappear after the cutscene.  Once the Mission is activated and you have your desired Vehicle at the ready, now just drive it to the Warehouse where the next red marker is located.  Once you drive into the red marker, your Vehicle was successfully converted into EP/FP!  It's that easy.  Just drive your EP/FP Vehicle back to the Garage and store it and then come back to either pass the Mission or fail the Mission.  Only fail the Mission if you plan on converting more Vehicles into EP/FP.  If you're only converting one Vehicle into EP/FP, then you can pass the Mission after storing the EP/FP Vehicle in the Garage.  To fail the Mission, just let the Russian escape as shown in the Video.  This way, you can continue to convert other Vehicles into EP/FP before passing the Mission and moving on.  To pass the Mission, just kill the Russian at the end, and then confirm your EP/FP Vehicle in the Garage after the Mission is passed.  For example, if you want to convert 5 Vehicles into EP/FP, you have to fail the Mission FOUR times and on the FIFTH and final attempt, you can pass the Mission while converting the last Vehicle you want into EP/FP form.  This will save a Mission Attempt in the Stats, so I recommend doing that.  Make note that this EP/FP Conversion Trick will DELETE ANY OTHER PROPERTY ON THE VEHICLE!  So lets say you want the BP Forklift converted into BP + EP/FP (BP/EP/FP Forklift).  This won't happen.  The BP Forklift will have the BP Property removed and it will be replaced by just EP/FP.  The ONLY Vehicles you should use to convert to EP/FP are ones found in traffic or found at their spawn points.  They should be normal Vehicles with NO properties or if you want, they can be EC Vehicles as the EC paintjob won't disappear when you convert a Vehicle into EP/FP.  It will be EP/FP/EC after the conversion.  So either use normal Vehicles without any Properties or use EC Vehicles, but do NOT use Special Vehicles which have other Properties on them as those will be deleted in the process of converting the desired Vehicle into EP/FP form.  What most people do is they usually obtain "Rare" Vehicles from Vigilante and locked off areas of the map and then use these type of Vehicles to convert to EP/FP.  For instance, you can get a Seasparrow early on in the game with a 4 star wanted level and bring it back to Los Santos and store the Seasparrow on the Mulholland Roof Safehouse and it will save there.  Then during Gray Imports, you can make it an EP/FP Seasparrow.  Or you can obtain a Phoenix, Turismo, Hotknife, Euros, Bullet, etc, etc, etc and make these EP/FP and have yourself a collection of Rare Vehicles all converted to EP/FP.  The possibilities are endless!  Watch the Video below for further assistance as jam8tone goes into detail about the Rare Vehicles and how to get them so you have them at the ready to convert to EP/FP.

2.8. EP Banshee

Mission: Gray Imports

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: For this Special Vehicle, I will be explaining how to pass the Mission and obtain the EP Banshee at the same time.  However, the Video shows a Mission Failure Method and you also don't have to watch the entire thing.  Just watch the Video from the 9:10 mark.  On Page 2 of this Topic, Comment 36, OrionSR explains how to get the EP Banshee with passing Gray Imports.  Read his description and look at the photos he posted for further assistance.  Make note that, like the EP Mule, this EP Banshee is pretty much useless since you can convert any Vehicle into EP/FP as I explained in the above Post.  You can just jack a Mule off the street and make it EP/FP and you can just jack a Banshee off the street and also just make it EP/FP.

2.9. AP Admiral (1 of 3)

Mission: Los Sepulcros

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission like normal and drive to the Cemetery.  Once you get there, just leave the area and go find a Tractor in the Country somewhere or have one ready and inside one of your Garages.  Drive the Tractor back (You can also use a Tow Truck if you have one and think finding one of them is easier) to the Cemetery and park it in front of the AP Admiral sitting there.  Now, just shoot one of the Ballas to fail the Mission for scaring Kane and tow the AP Admiral back to a Garage since the doors are locked.  Once it's inside the Garage and the Garage door closes on it, the doors will become unlocked and you will have the AP Admiral ready to use.  I used to always obtain this AP Admiral from this Mission, however, since it requires a Mission Failure, as does the AP/EC2 Admiral below this Post, I don't obtain this one anymore and I go for the AP/EC2 Admiral from You've Had Your Chips later in the game which can be obtained while passing the Mission.  Getting it later on in the game will also conserve storage space early on for more Special Vehicles, so I recommend holding off until the Las Venturas Mission is unlocked and getting an Admiral from that Mission instead of now, but it's up to you, of course.

3.0. AP/EC2 Admiral (2 of 3)

Mission: Los Sepulcros

Difficulty: ****

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This one is quite tedious and time consuming to obtain and I don't think it's worth it.  It requires a Mission Failure, like the AP Admiral above found from the same exact Mission, and there is another AP/EC2 Admiral coming up later on in a Las Venturas Story Mission that is much easier to get than this one and much less time consuming, not to mention, you can pass the Mission to obtain it later on, so I wouldn't recommend getting this one.  However, if you need this one for some reason, I will explain how to get it.  Start the Mission like normal and drive to the Cemetery in the Greenwood.  When you arrive, get out of the Greenwood, and go jack a random Vehicle.  At this point, you want to drive to the Docks in Los Santos and drive around that area until you find a Packer.  When you find a Packer, take it.  Drive the Packer back to the Cemetery and load it up with the Admiral as shown in the Video.  This Admiral is actually the AP Admiral from the above Post, however, you need to "take" this one in order to fail the Mission and obtain Kane's AP/EC2 Admiral from the Ballas and have it in AP form.  Once you load up the other AP Admiral, drive CAREFULLY to the location as shown in the Video and then get the AP Admiral off the back of the Packer when you arrive like you see in the Video, as well.  At this point, drive the Packer to where you see in the Video and now bring the AP Admiral down to the same location by using CJ's Body to push it down the stairs like shown in the Video.  Here is where it gets extremely tedious.  Push the AP Admiral up the back of the Packer and then get into the Packer and position it exactly like you see in the Video where the Packer is hovering on the dock with the AP Admiral raised above it with water below it.  This is the most crucial part so watch the Video closely and take care with doing this task as you need to be very careful and gentle.  Once you finally managed to do this part, get out of the Packer and go back to the Cemetery but MAKE SURE you do NOT jack any Vehicles.  You must run back on foot for this to work.  I think what happens is the Packer will despawn after 3 minutes exactly dropping the scripted AP Admiral into the water, failing the Mission, thus doing it so quickly that the properties of Kane's AP/EC2 Admiral stay in tact and allow you to obtain it.  Notice in the Video, Rustlerr2010 gets out of the Packer at exactly 13:00 and goes up the the Grove Street Members to start the next part of the Mission at exactly 15:40.  The next cutscene is about 20 seconds, which adds up to 16:00 and now reaching 3 minutes for the Packer to despawn and drop the AP Admiral into the water.  MAKE SURE you do this.  Timing is everything.  After the cutscene ends, the Mission will immediately fail and now all you have to do is run forward to Kane's AP/EC2 Admiral which will nearby and snipe him dead so he falls out leaving the door open, since the doors are locked.  At this point, just get inside and take it to a Garage.  Good luck as you will need it.

3.1. AP HPV-1000 (1 of 2)

Mission: Reuniting the Families

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This one is rather easy to get, but is also luck based.  If it wasn't luck based, I would rate it a one star difficulty, but because it's 100% luck to obtain it, I rate it a two star difficulty.  To obtain this Police Bike in AP form, start the Mission and literally go through the motions up until you finally take out the Police Maverick on the roof with Sweet and are ready for the next part of the Mission where you are inside the Greenwood.  At this point, you basically do nothing.  You have to hope the Cops shoot at the Greenwood enough to get it destroyed at a specific part of the Mission as shown in the Video.  If that happens, then you are in luck as the Mission will fail, and you can run out of the alleyway and retrieve the nearby AP HPV-1000 that will be just sitting there.  Just take it back to a Garage.  Make note that another AP HPV-1000 comes up later on in the game when you unlock The Country Story Missions and at this time, you will also be able to purchase Dillimore and Palomino Creek Safehouses which give you eight more spots to store Special Vehicles, so if I were you, I would hold off and get the next AP HPV-1000.  It's even easier to get than this one since it requires no luck.

3.2. DP/EP/FP/MP Police

Mission: Reuniting the Families

Difficulty: * and 1/2 (PC and Mobile Version) or ***** (PS2 Version)

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This is by far the worst Special Vehicle in all the GTA's combined simply due to how luck based it is and only specific for the PS2 Platform.  For example, I have tried to obtain this DP/EP/FP/MP Police on four separate occasions on PS2 and each time I gave it a few days worth of attempts throughout the day to try and get this and I haven't had the luck to date.  I've came close about six times in all the attempts, but I was always too far away from the Police at the time, thus it despawned due to low draw distance.  To obtain it is rather simple if you are on PC or Mobile Platforms, though.  Start the Mission and do exactly like we did for the AP HPV-1000 in the above Post.  Once you go through the Mission up to the point where you and Sweet are getting into the Greenwood, the luck is about to commence.  If you're on PS2, you literally do nothing at this point and just hope and pray the Cops shoot the Greenwood enough that it blows up BEFORE making the turn to go up the hills.  If the Greenwood is destroyed before the cutscene, but not ON THE STREET the DP/EP/FP/MP Police will be coming out of the alleyway on, then you won't obtain it due to low draw distance.  Always make sure to keep the camera on the DP/EP/FP/MP Police at all times.  This is very important as it won't be coming out of the alleyway if you don't keep the camera on it the entire time like you see in the Video.  Now, like you see in the Video of where the Greenwood was destroyed, if this happens to you on PS2, you won't obtain it, but on PC or Mobile, you can obtain it like that no problem since draw distance is a lot better.  Good luck if you're playing on PS2 as it's a total nightmare to obtain.  If you managed to get the Greenwood destroyed early enough, run to where the DP/EP/FP/MP Police will be coming out of the alleyway while keeping the camera on it at all times and steal it by free aim shooting the driver out of the Vehicle, which will make him fall out leaving the door open behind him for you to get in and drive away.  Take it to a Garage immediately and save the game.  If you obtain it on PS2, congratulations!!!  To obtain it on PC and Mobile is very easy since you have this Method in which you can rapidly hit Pause/Unpause which results in the health of the Greenwood dropping a lot quicker than normal, thus allowing you to basically have the Greenwood destroyed right at the alleyway of where the DP/EP/FP/MP Police will be coming out of.  Once the Cops start shooting the Greenwood, simply Hit Pause/Unpause over and over until you need to keep the camera on the DP/EP/FP/MP Police and let the Cops finish the job and the Greenwood should blow up a lot earlier than normal.  Just snipe the driver out of the Police and take it back to a Garage.  Hitting Pause/Unpause does not work on PS2, unfortunately, so this is why it's so luck based on PS2 since it all relies on the Cops shooting the Greenwood to destroy it really early.  See the PC/Mobile Exclusive Method here with a Video by rtyuijhggff

3.3. AP/EC2 Bravura

Mission: The Green Sabre

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This was once thought to be unobtainable until the Parachute Trick was discovered a few years back.  This is the Bravura that you are instructed to get into during the Mission before driving to the ambush under the Mulholland Intersection to rescue Sweet.  Before starting this Mission, make sure you have a Parachute and a Sawn Off Shotgun (Hitman Level) with at least several hundred rounds of ammunition in your inventory.  This AP/EC2 Bravura is one of four Special Vehicles in SA that must be shot back to a Garage as its glued to the ground.  Nothing can move it; not even a Tank.  Start the Mission like normal and meet Cesar where he tells you to go.  When you arrive here, you will see the Bravura sitting there.  What you want to do now is get out your Parachute and punch the passenger side door off of the Bravura.  Once it falls off, continue to punch and stomp the Bravura with the Parachute until it catches fire.  Now, as soon as you see it catch fire, quickly get in through the passenger side, and quickly exit the passenger side.  If you were successful, you would have cloned the Bravura in the cutscene and will actually see two of them there temporarily until the cutscene ends.  Once the cutscene ends, the AP/EC2 Bravura wreck will be sitting there.  Just let Sweet's Health run out to fail the Mission and now get your Sawn Off Shotguns out and shoot the wreck of the Bravura following the same route as you see in the Video back to El Corona to renew it in the Garage.  Always keep the camera on the wreck of the Bravura at all times to prevent it from disappearing and watch out for the annoying one star wanted levels.  jam8tone does a good job showing how this works.  It may seem difficult and tedious at first, but when you get the hang of it, these kind of Special Vehicles will become much easier and in fact, fun to obtain.  Once you get it back to El Corona just shoot it into the Garage any means necessary and let the Garage close down on it and renew it.  Good luck.  Alternatively, you can obtain this AP/EC2 Bravura along with the AP Sentinel that is also in this Mission at the same time with only one Mission Failure if you desire, but it's not really needed.  It's just a cool challenge and if you're up for it, try it out.  See the Video by rtyuijhggff

3.4. AP Sentinel (1 of 2)

Mission: The Green Sabre

Difficulty: ** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This is rather easy to obtain, however, it depends on the choice of weapon.  If you have a Minigun in your inventory, then obtaining this AP Sentinel is nothing, however, if you don't and only have an SMG, AK-47, or M4 in your inventory, then this could be a bit more tricky to obtain.  Don't be alarmed, though, as it's still pretty easy to get, but only requires you to be quicker.  Start the Mission like normal and arrive at the Bravura where Cesar tells you to meet.  When you get there, get into the Bravura which will activate the next cutscene.  After the cutscene takes place, get back into the Bravura and head to the ambush under the Mulholland Intersection.  When you arrive there, take out all of the Ballas there except one or two and now direct your attention to the nearby parked Sentinel(s).  At this point, if you have a Minigun, get out of the Bravura and put around 100 rounds of bullets into the side of the Sentinel so that it emits black smoke.  At this point, just get into the Sentinel that is smoking black and drive it to a Garage.  This Sentinel, despite the damage done to it is AP.  It turns into an AP Sentinel when it emits black smoke.  It does this so the Vehicles can't blow up around Sweet and kill him.  If you don't have a Minigun, but an AK-47 or M4, do the same thing by getting out of the Bravura and putting in enough rounds to the side of the Sentinel until it emits black smoke.  You could also stay inside the Bravura and do a drive-by on the Sentinel.  This will prevent reloading times with the SMG and help out to get the Sentinel smoking black quicker.  Bottom line is, however way you want to get the job done, you need to get the Sentinel to smoke black before the Mission fails for it to be AP.  Once you do that, then get inside the AP Sentinel and drive it back to a Garage and store it.  Since there is SO many Special Vehicles that come up early on in Los Santos, I recommend waiting until a later Mission to obtain this AP Sentinel.  However, getting it later from "Mountain Cloud Boys" in San Fierro is much harder, although, you will conserve storage space early on in Los Santos if you want to obtain it later on.  It's your choice.

3.5. AP Sabre (1 of 2)

Mission: The Green Sabre

Difficulty: ** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This isn't very good to obtain from this Mission since one comes up later when you reach The Country Story Missions and can buy two more Garages to store eight more Special Vehicles.  I would advise waiting until "Tanker Commander" to obtain an AP Sabre to conserve storage space in Los Santos early on.  I will be explaining the Method to get both the AP Sabre and AP Sentinel from "The Green Sabre" at the same time with only one Mission Failure.  Before starting the Mission, make sure you have a Minigun with AT LEAST 200 rounds of ammunition.  Start the Mission and head to where Cesar tells you to go and meet.  When you arrive, get into the Bravura which will activate a cutscene.  When the cutscene ends, get back inside the Bravura and head to the ambush under the Mulholland Intersection.  Take out some of the Ballas but leave one or two alive.  Now what you want to do is use the Minigun to put about 100 rounds into both the Sentinel and Sabre as show in the Video to emit black smoke so both the Sentinel and Sabre become AP.  Once you do this, double drive both the AP Sentinel and AP Sabre back to a Garage as the Mission fails and there you have it.  It's really easy, but surely requires a Minigun to get the job done quickly.

3.6. AP Sanchez (2 of 2)

Mission: Badlands

Difficulty: * and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission like normal and arrive at the Ranch where the FBI Agents are located up the mountain.  When you get to the Ranch, kill the handful of FBI Agents guarding the place and then get onto the nearby Sanchez as shown in the Video before the cutscene takes place.  This is the AP Sanchez.  After the cutscene takes place, you will be sitting on the AP Sanchez still.  Now all you have to do is drive the AP Sanchez to the Ocean and ditch it in the water deep enough as the Mission fails so it keep the AP Properties.  Do exactly like you see in the Video and abandon the Washington at the right moment and drive the Sanchez to the Ocean.  You have plenty of time to do this, but what you want to do is get the Sanchez deep enough into the water before the Mission fails.  When the Mission fails, just push the Sanchez out of the Ocean and check to see if the properties are still on the Sanchez.  If they are, just drive it to a Garage and store it.

3.7. BP Tanker

Mission: Tanker Commander

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: I will be explaining the Method to get the BP Tanker, AP Tanker Trailer, and AP Sabre at the same time with only one Mission Failure.  Before starting this Mission, make sure you have a Tractor inside the Dillimore Garage.  Start the Mission and after the cutscene takes place, go and get the Tractor from your Garage.  At this point, take the Tractor and park it in front of the Sabre like you see in the Video.  Now, kill Catalina to fail the Mission and take the Tanker and hook it up to the Tanker Trailer but make sure to keep the camera on the Sabre at all times while you do this, or it can disappear.  After the Tanker is hooked up to the Tanker Trailer, CAREFULLY double drive the Tractor hooked up to the AP Sabre back to the Dillimore Garage alternating with driving the BP Tanker with AP Tanker Trailer.  Store the AP Sabre in the Garage like shown in the Video, and after that is done, get back into the BP Tanker with AP Tanker Trailer and now drive it to San Fierro as you will be storing both the BP Tanker and AP Tanker Trailer in the Doherty Garage.  Take care as putting the BP Tanker and AP Tanker Trailer in Doherty can be tricky.  The Trailer technically can be STRAIGHT in the Garage, but the nose of it will be sticking out a bit.  However, if you run away from the Garage while keeping the camera on the Tanker and Tanker Trailer inside Doherty, the Garage will eventually close and the Vehicles will NOT be removed and will remain there.  Once you manage to store the BP Tanker and AP Tanker Trailer successfully, you can now go and save your game and congratulations as you obtained all three Special Vehicles at the same time with only one Mission Failure.

4.0. AP Sadler

Mission: Tanker Commander

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Here is one of the easiest Special Vehicles to obtain in all of SA and it's AP, too!  To obtain this, start Tanker Commander and connect the Tanker to the Tanker Trailer.  Once you connect it, another cutscene will take place and you will see two guys in a Sabre coming after you and try to destroy the Tanker and Tanker Trailer.  At this point, just get out of the Tanker and deal with the guys in the Sabre.  Blow the Sabre up and kill those guys any means necessary.  Once you take those guys out, get back in the Tanker connected to the Tanker Trailer and drive it to the Trucking Company to pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, turn to your left and you will notice a Sadler parked at a Gas Station.  This Sadler is the AP Sadler.  The doors are unlocked and you can easily just jack it and drive off with it.  Store it in a Garage and that's that.  Make note that you can ONLY obtain this with passing the Mission and ONLY obtain this if you kill the guys in the Sabre before proceeding to complete the rest of the Mission.

4.1. AP HPV-1000 (2 of 2)

Mission: Small Town Bank

Difficulty: * and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Start the Mission like normal and play up until you are fighting the Cops outside with Catalina.  At this point, all you have to do is fight through the handful of remaining Cops outside and after the cutscene takes place, kill Catalina immediately to fail the Mission, and hop onto one of the two nearby HPV-1000's.  They are both AP.  Simply lose your wanted level by any means necessary using Police Bribes or changing your clothes at a Safehouse and store the AP HPV-1000 in a Garage.

4.2. BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Fortune

Mission: Wu Zi Mu or Races After 100% Completion

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Fail (Won't Add +1 to Mission Attempts)

How to Obtain: For this Special Vehicle, as well as the next one below in the Guide, I will be explaining the Method in which you get this after 100%, or at the very least, after you have access to the Races.  By doing this, you will save two extra spots in which you can now store two other Special Vehicles in place of this BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Fortune and the BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Elegy below.  Both of these Special Vehicles, as well as a plethora of FP Vehicles can all be obtained after 100%.  Once the Races are passed and later failed for when you want to obtain a Special Vehicle from the Race, it will not count toward the Mission Attempts Stat.  So not only will these Methods with getting it after 100% save you two extra Garage spaces early on in the game to store more Special Vehicles essentially, but it also will save two extra Mission Attempts being added to the Stats.  Besides, getting them during Wu Zi Mu and Farewell, My Love take just as much time as they take with getting them after 100%.  To obtain the BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Fortune from the "Races," make sure you have a Parachute as well as a Grove Street Member with you.  You must recruit one before starting the Mission.  Now go to the Races Board in Los Santos and select "Badlands A."  After the Race starts, allow the Grove Street Member to get in the Black Sabre that is given to you for the Race and proceed to the end of the Race.  However, when you get to the end, don't finish and instead, go around the last checkpoint like shown in the Video and now wait for the other Vehicles to come around to finish the Race.  Try and get Woozie's Fortune secluded from the other two Vehicles in the Race (FP Sabre and FP Stallion) and then get out of your Black Sabre and have your Grove Street Member open the passenger side door of the Fortune and then shoot him dead out of it.  This will allow the door of the Fortune to be opened and CJ to get in, otherwise the doors are locked.  As you will see, the timer is ticking down since you're not in the Black Sabre.  Reenter it to reset the time and then quickly go steal the Fortune by getting into the passenger side door and then drive it on top of Woozie like shown in the Video and now get back in the Black Sabre to once again reset the time.  At this point, get out and go to Woozie and use the Parachute to stomp him to death.  Without the Parachute, this wouldn't be possible, so you need it.  Once he's dead, get back into the Black Sabre to reset the clock and now you can either do a Vehicle Chain or you can push the Fortune with the Black Sabre back to a Safehouse like Dillimore or Palomino Creek.  If you do a Vehicle Chain, you can double drive the Fortune with the Sabre to reset the clock back to a Safehouse, however you will need to always not get too far from the Sabre so you can run back to it in time to reset the clock.  Pushing it with the Black Sabre itself might be better since it could be faster, however, it's up to you.  Once you push it back to the Safehouse like shown in the Video, just get the Fortune into the Garage and then let the Garage close on it.  Reopen and close it to assure it's there and now just let the clock run down while you keep the camera on the Fortune in the Garage.  Once the Race fails, the game will teleport back to the Race Board.  At this time, just go back to the Safehouse you pushed the BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Fortune to and check on it.  It should be there, safe and sound!  This is the same sort of thing to do to obtain the BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Elegy down below in the Guide.

4.3. BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Elegy

Mission: Farewell, My Love or Races After 100% Completion

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Fail (Won't Add +1 to Mission Attempts)

How to Obtain: Before reading this, you should read the BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Fortune Post from above, as it's very similar to obtaining this BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Elegy and the Method I am explaining is the one in which you do after 100% Completion is achieved with the Races in which are always replay-able once they are passed.  Like the Fortune, make sure you have a Parachute before starting this Race (Badlands B).  However, you do not need a Grove Street Member like you did for the Fortune in the above Post.  Once you have the Parachute, start Badlands B.  Do the Race like normal, but when you arrive at the last checkpoint to finish the Race, don't go through it and instead, go around it and wait for the other Race Vehicles (FP Sultan and FP ZR-350) to finish the Race.  At this time, get out of the EC2 ZR-350 that is provided to you for the Race, and snipe Catalina dead from the passenger side door of the BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Elegy.  She is always there for this Race, which makes a Grove Street Member not needed.  Now quickly get inside the Elegy and run over Woozie like shown in the Video.  Get back into the EC2 ZR-350 to renew the time on the clock and now get back out and use the Parachute to stomp Woozie to death like you see in the Video.  At this point, it's the exact same thing you do to obtain the Fortune from the above Post.  Either double drive both the BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Elegy and EC2 ZR-350 back to a Safehouse or push the Elegy with the ZR-350.  Whatever you find easier as it's up to you.  Once you get the Elegy back to the Garage, push it in and then let the Garage close on it, then reopen it and close it to assure it's there.  Now just let the timer expire and you will be teleported back to the Race Board.  Just jack a random Vehicle and go check on the BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Elegy that you pushed back to the Garage.  It should be there safe and sound just like how the BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Fortune was like from the above Post in the Guide.

4.4. BP/EP/FP/MP Patriot

Mission: Yay Courier (Cesar Phone Call)

Difficulty: * and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Every Time Cesar Calls You, it Will Add +1 to Mission Attempts Stat

How to Obtain: This Special Vehicle is not from any Story Mission and is from a Phone Call you will receive either when you are in The Country or when you get to San Fierro.  Cesar will call CJ and say "The Cash Is Leaving Los Santos Again," and this is the call in which the BP/EP/FP/MP Patriot is from.  To obtain this, you should "know" when he will call next about the Yay leaving Los Santos again and save your game at the Ganton Safehouse.  When you load the Save and walk out of the Safehouse as shown in the Video, the call will take place and the Patriot will spawn in Grove Street.  Before accepting or denying the call, get CJ positioned in front of the Patriot and simply deny the call at this point.  At this point, just punch the Patriot until both drivers get out and then use CJ's Body alone to push it back to the nearby Ganton Safehouse Garage.  If you have a Vehicle in the Garage beforehand, you could use it to push the Patriot into the Garage.  Let the Garage close on it and there you have it.

4.5. Unique/AP RC Raider

Mission: Wear Flowers in Your Hair

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This is probably the most Unique Vehicle you will find in any GTA to date.  This is the Remote Control Helicopter that Zero is flying around during the Mission when you arrive at his Shop to pick him up and what's even more special is you can obtain it in AP form.  There is many Methods on ways to go about obtaining this, but I am choosing to explain the Method I show in the Video since it's the Method I personally use to obtain it and don't think it's that difficult in the end.  Furthermore, you can also obtain this RC Helicopter in normal form and pass the Mission, but it's inferior to the one in AP form, thus I won't be explaining that one.  Make sure you have around 750-1000 rounds of Sawn Off Shotgun shells before starting this Mission and make sure it's at Hitman Level.  When you arrive at Zero's Shop to pick him up, do NOT go into the red marker but instead, place the Emperor that you are given for the Mission to drive around and pick up the guys, right up against the bench to protect Zero from impatient and scared drivers for this next task to obtain the Unique/AP RC Raider.  After placing the Emperor like shown in the Video, you can also get other Vehicles to block off Zero from getting ran over by scared drivers.  Once you have secured the area where Zero is sitting on the bench, now the tricky part comes into play.  Use the Sawn Off Shotguns to try and shoot the RC Raider upside down like shown in the Video.  By doing this, the RC Raider will catch fire and blow up.  Make note that this may take a bit of time to actually make happen, but stay persistent.  Once the RC Raider blows up, quickly get into the Emperor and pick up Zero by going into the red marker, but make sure you keep the camera on the wreck of the RC Raider in the process.  Once you have Zero secured inside the Emperor, turn your attention to the wreck of the RC Raider.  Now just take your time and push it back to Doherty, which is close by, using the Emperor.  Once you get the wreck into the Doherty Garage, let the Garage close on it to renew it, and then open the Garage again to check on it.  If it's there, then you obtained it!  All you have to do now is drive in the red marker at Doherty to pass the Mission and after you can check on the Unique/AP RC Raider again and save the game.  In the Video, fnxrak will push the wreck of the RC Raider to Hashbury, but it's slightly farther away than Doherty.  It's your choice of where you want to push it to, but I personally push it back to Doherty to renew it in the Garage.  Good luck!

4.6. AP/EC2 Merit

Mission: 555 We Tip

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Have a Parachute in your inventory before starting this Mission.  Do the Mission like normal up until you must return the DA's Merit to the underground car park.  A Valet guy will come down to pick up the Merit and at this time, simply wait for him to get into the Merit and then stand in front of the Merit blocking him off so he can't drive any further as shown in the Video and snipe him dead.  He will fall out dead leaving the door open behind him, which is otherwise locked.  At this point, just get inside the AP/EC2 Merit and drive it back to a Garage.  When you get to a Garage, park the Merit inside and get out the Parachute and stomp the Merit until it catches fire.  When it blows up, the Mission will fail and the wreck will still be inside the Garage.  Just close and reopen the Garage to renew it and there you have it.  It's a very easy Special Vehicle to obtain but a really nice one to have in your collection.

4.7. AP Savanna

Mission: Photo Opportunity

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This Special Vehicle is quite tedious and time consuming, however an essential Special Vehicle to obtain.  Start the Mission like normal and go and pick up Cesar.  When you get into his Savanna, you want to actually drive all the way back to Los Santos to the Bomb Shop and arm the Savanna with a bomb.  After you arm the Savanna with a bomb, head to Angel Pine which was originally instructed for you to do in the Mission.  When you arrive in Angel Pine, let Cesar out of the Savanna and then park it where you see in the Video.  Wait a few seconds to allow Cesar to get up the steps and away from the Savanna.  At this time, you want to arm the bomb, get out of the Savanna, and quickly run up the stairs into the red marker, but make sure once you gain control of the camera that you look at the Savanna at all times until the Mission fails as shown in the Video.  Once the Mission fails, you can just jump down off the roof and head toward the wreck of the Savanna.  Here is the tedious part.  While keeping the camera on the wreck of the Savanna at all times, you need to find a Tanker.  One will eventually spawn, but a Tanker is usually more than sufficient for this task.  Once you find a Tanker, use it to push the wreck of the Savanna all the way back to Doherty using the route shown in the Video.  Try getting the Savanna flipped on its back as once you do that, it will slide like butter and make the long push seem shorter and time will go by quicker.  Once you get it back to Doherty, push it into the Garage and let the Garage renew the wreck.  Be quick, though, as Doherty has a tendency to eat wrecks of Vehicles right outside the Garage when they get close to it or as you push it in.  Once it's in the Garage, reopen it to check it's there and save the game.

4.8. EC Brown Camper

Mission: Jizzy

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This Special Vehicle is easy to obtain.  Just do the Mission like normal until you have to rescue Jizzy's Ho.  When you get to the location, just take out the guys beating up the Ho and then take the EC Camper to a Garage.  After storing the EC Camper, come back to the Broadway and finish the Mission.  After you pass the Mission, confirm the EC Camper in the Garage before saving by opening, closing, opening, and closing the Garage for the EC Camper to register inside.  Alternatively, if you want to obtain the EC Camper along with an EC2 Stretch and EC2 Huntley, you may, however make note that the Huntley's EC2 is completely invisible but the Stretch's EC2 is not.  The Stretch's bottom half is colored Black.  You can make your own Black Stretch inside a Transfender, however the bottom half can never be Black, which makes this special and you can obviously see it.  There is another EC2 Black Stretch that is coming up later in the Mission Ice Cold Killa except that one coming up later is FULL Black, top and bottom, and a lot easier to get than this one so if I were you, I would wait to obtain the Stretch later on and just pay attention to the EC Brown Camper most importantly, and the EC2 Huntley if you really want it for your collection for some reason.  To see how to obtain the EC Brown Camper, EC2 Huntley, and EC2 Stretch, watch the Video by you fooking w0t m9?

4.9. AP FCR-900

Mission: T-Bone Mendez

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This is the second Special Vehicle in the Guide out of four that requires the Sawn-Off Shotgun (Hitman Level) to shoot the wreck of this Bike back to a Garage since there is no other means of moving it off the ground.  Before starting this Mission, you must have a Heat Seeking RPG in your inventory.  Once you have one, start the Mission.  Once you activate the Mission, drive to where you see in the Video and fire a Heat Seeking RPG Missile at the FCR-900 on the far right hand side.  This will fail the Mission for destroying a package and now you can jump down and head toward the FCR-900 wrecks on the ground.  What you have to do is pick the color (if you can see clearly) you want as well as the variation (with or without windscreen, etc) you want and then get out your Sawn Off Shotguns and shoot it back to Doherty Garage since that is the closest Garage available.  I suggest using the route you see in the Video by shooting it up the freeway a bit and then off the freeway by those construction cones near the Pay and Spray.  Using this Method seems to be the fastest and most reliable out there and it avoids a lot of Cop attention, too.  Like I explained in the AP/EC2 Bravura Post, you will need to keep the camera on the AP FCR-900 wreck at all times so it doesn't disappear.  Once you shoot it back to Doherty, get it into the Garage by any means necessary and allow the Garage to close on the wreck to renew it.  If you managed to pull it off, your shiny, new AP FCR-900 should be inside the Garage, and if it is, save the game!

5.0. AP Boxville

Mission: T-Bone Mendez

Difficulty: *****

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This is definitely the hardest Special Vehicle in the Guide up to this point.  Not only it is hard to get, but it also is quite time consuming as well.  There is a Method in which you can commit suicide to obtain it, which is probably the easiest.  There is also a Method in which you can simply fail the Mission to obtain it, which is slightly harder than the Method which involved committing suicide.  Now, the Method I will be explaining for this Guide and showing a Video of is the Method in which you can pass the Mission and obtain this AP Boxville at the same time, but beware, it's not going to be easy and it will take a long time.  Make sure you have a Parachute in your inventory before starting this Mission.  Start the Mission and go and retrieve a Fire Truck from the San Fierro Fire Department near Doherty.  What you want to do like shown in the Video is launch a Fire Truck off that cliff until you hit the Boxville away from where the cutscene usually takes place.  This can take many repeated tries, but as long as you don't activate the cutscene, you can continuously return to the Fire Department to get a new Fire Truck to launch off the cliff.  Once you successfully manage to knock the AP Boxville away from the cutscene, go AROUND the cutscene radius like shown in the Video to get inside the AP Boxville.  Once you are in possession of the AP Boxville, drive it to the Pleasure Dome as shown in the Video and dunk it in the water making sure it's quite deep.  Next, leave the AP Boxville and go and do the next part of the Mission like normal.  Activate the cutscene, get on an FCR-900, and steal the packages from the other guys riding the FCR-900's.  After you get all the packages, return to the Pleasure Dome.  When you get back to the Pleasure Dome, you will notice the AP Boxville is submerged in the water where you left it.  You will have to now push it out of the water by any means necessary using CJ's Body alone.  Once you get it out of the water, which could be very time consuming, drive it near the red marker but not into the red marker and get out your Parachute.  Destroy the AP Boxville using the Parachute and once it blows up, go into the red marker while keeping the camera on the wreck of the Boxville to pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, use any random Vehicles to push the wreck of the AP Boxville back to a Garage but remember to keep the camera on the wreck at all times to prevent it from disappearing.  The Paradiso Safehouse is the closest to the Pleasure Dome so like in the Video, you want to get the wreck of the Boxville back there.  When you arrive, push the AP Boxville wreck into the Garage and let the Garage close on it to renew it.  If you managed to pull this off, then congratulations!  It's surely one of the hardest Special Vehicles to obtain out of all the GTA's combined and certainly in SA alone.  Good luck as you will need it for this beast!

5.1. EC Chrome Yellow Burrito

Mission: Mike Toreno

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: There is a Method that is a one and a half stat difficulty, however, that Method requires you to fail the Mission.  I will be explaining and showing the Method in which you can pass this Mission while obtaining the EC Burrito.  Start the Mission like normal and go find Mike Toreno in the Burrito at the Airport.  Once you locate the Van, take out the enemies as shown in the Video.  After the cutscene, immediately run to the EC Burrito and use CJ's Body alone to push it ahead so the guys stop shooting at it.  After you get the Burrito far enough away so nobody is shooting at it, slowly but surely push it to the location like you see in the Video and dunk it into the water.  Once it's dunked far enough into the water, you will instantly get a 3 star wanted level.  Just go pick up a couple Police Bribes or go to a Pay and Spray to lose the wanted level.  After the wanted level is gone, return to the location where the Burrito was dunked in the water and use CJ's Body alone to push it out of the water.  Once you manage to get it out of the water, push the EC Burrito back to a Garage (closest is Hashbury).  After putting the Burrito into the Garage, simply go back to the Airport and pick the guys up and drive to the Pleasure Domes to pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, go back to the Garage and confirm the EC Burrito is there before saving.  Open, close, open, and close the Garage for it to register and there you have it.

5.2. AP Sentinel (2 of 2)

Mission: Mountain Cloud Boys

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This AP Sentinel is much harder to obtain from this Mission as opposed to the one from The Green Sabre as I explained earlier in the Guide.  However, if you wanted to conserve storage space early on in Los Santos and waited to obtain the AP Sentinel from this Mission, then now is your chance.  This is another Special Vehicle like the AP/EC2 Bravura and AP FCR-900.  It's completely glued to the ground and the only way it can be moved is with the Sawn Off Shotgun (Hitman Level).  Before starting the Mission, make sure you have a Parachute in your inventory as well as a Sawn Off Shotgun (Hitmen Level) with at least 1,000 shells.  Start the Mission and take out the enemies like normal.  However, when you reach the point in the Mission like shown in the Video, leave that one enemy alive who is standing around the side of the building and also get Woozie's Health down very low.  From here, run to the parked Sentinel as shown in the Video and get your Parachute out to stomp it to death until it catches fire and blows up.  After it blows up, keep the camera on it, while you kill Woozie to fail the Mission.  Once the Mission is failed comes the hard part.  The reason why this one is slightly more difficult than the AP/EC2 Bravura and AP FCR-900 even though it uses the same exact Method is because of the Triads.  When you try and shoot this wreck of the AP Sentinel back to a Garage, the Triads are usually alerted and as you may know, they carry around AK-47's and can easily shred your health/armor down to nothing.  As long as you shoot the wreck out of Chinatown and stay alive for the duration, the rest of the shooting should be standard.  Just remember to keep the camera on the wreck at all times so it doesn't disappear and be careful of the Triads walking around.  Once you get the wreck back to a Garage, shoot it in by any means necessary and allow the Garage to close on the wreck and the AP Sentinel will be renewed.  Good luck!

5.3. EC/EC2 and EM Vehicles (Anything You Want) (1 of 2)

Mission: Mountain Cloud Boys

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Pass (If Converting Only One or a Handful of Vehicles) or Fail (If Converting Two or Many Vehicles)

How to Obtain: This Conversion Trick was first founded by rtyuijhggff using the "Replay Feature" shown here and later evolved, here.  However, such Method only works on PC and not Console or Mobile Platforms.  Later, it was found by Bender. that such Replay Feature isn't actually needed like shown in his Video, thus allowing this Conversion Trick to be done on ALL Platforms, including Console and Mobile Platforms.  For the Guide and this Post, I will be explaining his Method since it's the Method in which can be used on all Platforms of SA.  Make note that this Conversion Trick essentially makes NEARLY all EC and EC2 Vehicles practically useless, but there is some exceptions.  For instance, an EC/EC2 Vehicle in which has a color that is NOT found in Transfender/Loco Low Co. can't be replicated using the Conversion Trick.  An example of this would be the three EC Nebulas from Just Business.  Before starting the Mission, make sure you have one up to four Vehicles inside the Doherty Garage.  Start the Mission and proceed like normal up until you are instructed to kill off the enemies.  At this point, kill the enemies standing around the Sentinel, but do so in a manner that you don't blow it up as it's needed shortly.  After you take those enemies out, proceed forward and take out the enemies that arrive on the Sanchez'.  Again, though, be careful not to blow them up.  Once you take care of those enemies, kill off all remaining enemies EXCEPT the one as shown in the Video.  Run back to where the first set of enemies were at the Sentinel and take this Sentinel and park it on top of the remaining enemy.  After that, run back and grab one of the Sanchez' as well as allowing Woozie to get on it with you.  Drive to the location as shown in the Video and get off the Sanchez and run away a bit and then run back to the Sanchez and get back on it.  You have to do this to get Woozie away from the area of the last enemy that you park the Sentinel on top of as well as CJ himself.  Once you "get rid" of Woozie, drive back to the Doherty area and jack a random Vehicle that can be modded in Transfender and drive it into the Transfender.  This next part is where it becomes challenging.  When you enter the red marker inside Transfender, the usual cutscene will take place as if the Mission was playing normally.  However, obviously things are a bit different.  The moment you are allowed to select options in Transfender, choose Car Stereo or Hydraulics and now wait until you hear Woozie say "You drive, I'll send them back to the sewers!"  At this point, you can actually exit the Vehicle as shown in the Video, however, you won't be able to "see" the enemies driving in the two Sentinels.  What you must try and do is kill them and blow the Sentinels up.  After you accomplish that, try and navigate back to Doherty like you see in the Video.  Using the Crane that spawns next to Doherty is a very good reference point.  When you finally arrive back to Doherty, go to the Garage and get on/into any Vehicle you have stored inside the Garage.  It will be "invisible" at this point, but just remember how you parked the Vehicle you want to convert inside the Garage before you started the Mission.  When you get on/into the Vehicle of your choosing, take it slightly out of the Garage as shown in the Video and select all the necessary modifications you want to make it have as well as EC/EC2 paintjobs that normally wouldn't be on the selected Vehicle you want to convert.  Once you select the modifications, hit the button to exit Transfender.  If you converted a Motorcycle like in the Video, you will be standing on top of Transfender and you will still be "stuck" in the interior world.  Do like you see in the Video to fall into Blue Hell and be respawned back on land with your new EC/EC2/EM Motorcycle.  If you choose to convert other kinds of Vehicles, they could be positioned different or more difficult to get out of the Transfender, but by all means, get your converted Special Vehicle out of the Transfender and at this time, either take Woozie back to his place to pass the Mission if you only wanted to convert this one Special Vehicle, or if you want to convert a lot of Vehicles into EC/EC2/EM, just kill Woozie after getting your Special Vehicle out of Transfender to fail the Mission.  Rinse and repeat the process until all desired EC/EC2/EM Special Vehicles are converted and you are satisfied.  Good luck!  Here are some other Videos that you should check out here and here.

5.4. DP/EP/FP/MP Rancher

Mission: Lure

Difficulty: * and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This Special Vehicle is really easy to get.  Simply start the Mission and get into the Rancher that is provided to you.  Drive it all the way to Angel Pine and into the red marker.  After the cutscene takes place, turn around and drive the Rancher to the location as shown in the Video to dunk it into the water.  Make sure you dunk it deep enough, or the Rancher will NOT keep the DP/EP/FP/MP Properties.  Once you dunk it in the water, the Mission will fail.  Now just use CJ's Body alone to push it out of the water and then drive it back to a Garage to store it.

5.5. AP Maverick (1 of 3)

Mission: The Da Nang Thang

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This AP Maverick isn't recommended to get.  For one, it's very tedious and time consuming.  Two, you can obtain yet another AP Maverick later on from a Mission in Las Venturas with passing the Mission and it's much easier and not time consuming.  Three, the "best" AP Maverick comes up in a few Missions from now.  Not only is the Maverick AP, it's AP/EC, however comes at a cost of not only failing the Mission, but also committing suicide to obtain it.  Overall, serious collectors will probably go for that one and not this one or the AP Maverick later on from a Las Venturas Story Mission.  However, it's your choice, so take your pick.  There is plenty of them to obtain.  Start the Mission like normal and play up until you are instructed to go onto the Ship.  Instead of going onto the Ship, turn around and swim to shore.  Once you get to shore, go jack any random Vehicle and drive to the location you see in the Video.  This spot you are driving to is called an Undrowning Zone.  Not only can you do what you see at this location, but you can do this same thing in a couple other locations on the map, too.  When you arrive at the Undrowning Zone, get into the Ocean and swim down to the sea floor to the spot you see in the Video which will allow CJ to be under water without needing oxygen.  The game is tricked into thinking CJ is on land.  Once you are successfully on the sea floor, run on foot all the way to where the AP Maverick crashed during the cutscene, at the Ship.  When you arrive, you will notice the AP Maverick is perfectly in tact, but sitting at the bottom of the Ocean.  You will need to slowly but surely push the AP Maverick back to land and out of the water as shown in the Video.  This may take some time, but eventually you will get it out of the Ocean and be able to fly away with it.  When you finally manage to get it out of the Ocean and can fly it away, fly it to Doherty or Hashbury and store it in the Garage.  Once you store it, go back to the Ship and complete the Mission like normal.  When the Mission is passed, go back to where you stored the AP Maverick and open, close, open, and close the Garage to register the AP Maverick inside.  Make note that the third part of the Video cuts off after the AP Maverick is stored.  You do NOT see him finishing the Mission.  But I assure you, you can store the AP Maverick and then go back and finish the Mission like normal and then confirm it in the Garages afterwards.  Good luck if you want to obtain this one.  Like I said, there is a much easier Maverick that you can obtain later in a Las Venturas Story Mission while passing the Mission instead of this one.  You can also obtain the AP/EC Maverick in a few Missions from now, as well, and that is the ultimate special Maverick in SA.

5.6. DP/FP Rumpo

Mission: Outrider

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This Special Vehicle is so easy to obtain.  Start the Mission and drive to the Washington at the Gas Station.  Once you take control of the Washington after the cutscene, drive the Washington to the next part of the Mission where the game instructs you to get onto the Sanchez and take out the roadblocks ahead for the Rumpo.  Instead of doing that, just grab the Sniper Rifle that is supplied for you sitting next to the Sanchez and use it to snipe the driver of the Rumpo.  The Mission will fail, the guy will fall out, and he will leave the door open, which is otherwise locked.  Simply get inside of it and drive it back to a Garage to store it.  Make note that this DP/FP Rumpo is actually Heavy/DP/FP, but Heavy Properties don't save in the Garages in SA like they do in LCS and VCS, so once you store this Rumpo in the Garage, the Heavy Property will be no longer, but it will still be a DP/FP Rumpo.  Alternatively, you can obtain the DP/FP Rumpo as well as an EC2 Washington at the same time while failing the Mission once, however, the EC2 on the Washington is completely invisible.  If this interests you, check out the Video by you fooking w0t m9?

5.7. EC2 Black Stretch

Mission: Ice Cold Killa

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: The Method I will be explaining and showing in the Guide is the Method to obtain the EC2 Black Stretch and EC Green Pizza Boy at the same time and pass the Mission.  This is a very simple task to accomplish.  Start the Mission and go to the Pleasure Domes as instructed.  When you arrive, you will notice a handful of Black Stretch's parked nearby.  At this time, take any one of the handful of Black Stretch's parked there and drive it back to a Garage.  After storing the EC2 Black Stretch, return to the Pleasure Domes.  When you get back, make sure you destroy Jizzy's Broadway that is parked outside.  By destroying his Broadway, something cool will take place a little later on.  After you destroy his Broadway, make your way into the Pleasure Domes to find Jizzy and then make you way out of the Pleasure Domes after you find him.  Once you get back outside, you will notice that since you destroyed Jizzy's Broadway, he will instead jack a Green Pizza Boy and make his escape using this!  All you have to do is knock him off the Pizza Boy and then kill him.  After you kill him, retrieve the phone to pass the Mission and now drive the EC Green Pizza Boy back to a Garage to store it.  Make sure you also check on the EC2 Black Stretch at this time before saving the game.  Open, close, open, and close the Garage that the Stretch is in so it registers and saves in the Garage.  Make note that this EC2 Stretch has a visible secondary color.  The bottom half of it is Black and you can see it.  You can take any Stretch into Transfender and make it Black, but it can never have a Black bottom half to it, which is what makes this one special.

5.9. AP/EC Blue Maverick (2 of 3)

Mission: Toreno's Last Flight

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Fail + Suicide

How to Obtain: This is the better of the AP Mavericks in the Guide since it is also EC.  Sadly, to obtain this AP/EC Maverick, you have to not only fail the Mission but also commit suicide.  This is one of four Special Vehicles listed in the Guide that require a suicide in order to obtain the Special Vehicle from the Mission.  The reason for this is because there is no other way to fail the Mission.  The Mission will always be "on" unless CJ is wasted or busted and that is the only way to cancel the Mission and fail it.  Make sure you have a Sawn Off Shotgun (Hitman Level) with at least 5,000 shells before starting this Mission.  This isn't exactly a hard Special Vehicle, but it could take a long time to obtain it.  Start the Mission and immediately go to the Airport and fetch a Maverick.  When you get a Maverick, head to the location as shown in the Video and land on the roof.  Do NOT trigger the cutscene.  If you do, you will need to start over.  When you get onto the roof, land the Maverick, and kill off the few enemies on the roof below, where the AP/EC Blue Maverick is sitting.  After you kill the guys, use your Sawn Off Shotguns to shoot the AP/EC Maverick off the helipad with the Method like shown in the Video.  This can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 60 minutes, so be patient.  Slowly but surely, it'll get closer to falling off and then it'll eventually happen.  Once it falls off the helipad, jump off the building as shown in the Video, but do NOT trigger that cutscene as I mentioned earlier.  Especially after taking the time to shoot the AP/EC Maverick off the helipad, you do not want to accidentally trigger the cutscene and have to start over.  Once you're off the building, run around it and go fetch the AP/EC Maverick.  It may be too close to the helipad so it won't be able to take off immediately.  If that is the case, just use CJ's Body alone to push it away from the helipad a bit more and then get into it and fly it to either Doherty or Hashbury, but again, do not fly near that helipad or over it.  You don't want to trigger the cutscene after all that time and work.  Once you get it back to a Garage, use a Vehicle to further push the AP/EC Maverick into the Garage.  Once the Maverick is secured in the Garage, simply kill yourself by any means.  It does not have to be inside the Garage, the Maverick doesn't have to be destroyed, etc, etc.  Once the AP/EC Maverick is inside, just commit suicide by any means necessary like with Satchel Charges or an RPG or something.  When CJ dies and is respawned back at the Hospital, go back to the Garage and confirm the AP/EC Maverick by opening, closing, opening, and closing the Garage once more to register it inside and there you have it.  It's not terribly difficult, but it can be time consuming.  It's surely the best of the 3 AP Mavericks in the Guide, though, since it's also EC.

6.0. EC Light Blue Pony

Mission: Toreno's Last Flight

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This is simple to get compared to the previous Special Vehicle in the Guide from the same Mission.  Before starting the Mission, make sure you have a Heat Seeking RPG.  Start the Mission and go to the location like normal.  When you get here, take out some of the enemies standing around.  After that, simply walk up the staircase which will trigger a cutscene.  After the cutscene takes place, immediately get out the Heat Seeking RPG and fire it a few times at the Maverick.  It will blow up, the Mission will be passed, and you can run back down the staircase and claim the EC Light Blue Pony as your prize.  Simply take it back to a Garage and store it.  Alternatively, like shown in the Video, you can arrive at the location and take the EC Pony back to a Garage and then return to finish the Mission and pass it, but it's not needed since you can do it the way I described which will save time in the end.

6.1. DP Leviathan

Mission: Interdiction

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Before starting this Mission, make sure you have some heavy, large Trucks stored in the San Fierro Impound.  At this stage of the game before the Hanger becomes unlocked, you will have to store this DP Leviathan in the San Fierro Impound.  However, it shouldn't be too bad.  First, make sure you also have a Minigun with at least 500 rounds of ammunition as well as an SMG, AK-47, or M4 in your inventory.  Start the Mission like normal and head up the mountain like shown in the Video.  When you get there and trigger the next part of the Mission, take out all the Black Mavericks that come at you using the Minigun.  However, like shown in the Video, you will need to allow one of these Black Mavericks to survive.  To get this to happen, you need to shoot one of the two armed guys from either side of the Black Maverick as well as lessen the health of the Black Maverick entirely.  You have to put enough bullets into it, but not too much or it'll blow up.  It has to be just right, so this could be tedious and may take several tries but eventually you will pull it off.  Once you destroy all the Black Mavericks except one of them and allow that one to fly away but remain alive, pull out another gun like an SMG, AK-47, or M4 and shoot the Leviathan until the health gets very low like shown in the Video.  What this will do is force it to land, but not blow up.  When it lands successfully, jump off the mountain and jack it.  It'll be spinning in circles, so it may take a bit of time to jack it, but you certainly can do it like shown in the Video.  Once you take control of it, fly the Leviathan to the entrance of the San Fierro Impound like shown in the Video and park it there.  Now run into the Impound while keeping the camera on the Leviathan.  When the Garage door opens up, run back and fetch the Leviathan.  Since it's DP, you could try flying it in there, but it's a very tight fit.  So you can just push it in if you want like shown in the Video.  Once you get it to where you see in the Video, blow it up by shooting it.  The Mission will fail and now you will need to get it to the spot as shown in the Video since that is where Vehicles save inside the Impound.  Push it there by any means necessary and allow the Impound to renew the wreck of the Leviathan and you obtained it.  Keep it there until you buy the Airstrip at Verdant Meadows to store this DP Leviathan in your Hanger.  If you know how the Impounds work and how to enter and exit them, then I suggest storing some large Trucks inside there before obtaining this since, like you see in the Video, it took a few Dunes to push the wreck of the DP Leviathan into the Impound Zone.  Good luck as you will need it!

6.2. EC Black Maverick

Mission: Interdiction

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This one is quite challenging to obtain, especially since it has no immunities and is just an EC Vehicle.  Before starting this Mission, you should have a Tow Truck in Fort Carson Garage and a Minigun with at least 500 rounds of ammunition.  Start the Mission and have your Tow Truck at the ready.  Arrive at the top of the mountain like instructed for the Mission, but instead of driving into the red marker, park the Tow Truck as shown in the Video and go into the red marker on foot.  After the cutscene, quickly get out your Minigun and as gently as possible put some Minigun rounds into the Black Mavericks that arrive.  Your task is to very lightly shoot a Black Maverick out of the sky in which you can force land it without blowing it up.  This can be very tricky and can take a handful of attempts to get it right.  If you manage to force land a Black Maverick as shown in the Video, take out the remaining Black Mavericks and allow the Leviathan to escape and drop the package in the next cutscene.  After the cutscene takes place, you should still hear the blades of the Black Maverick spinning on the ground.  At this point, get in the Tow Truck and connect the EC Black Maverick to it.  SLOWLY, tow it to the next location that you are instructed to go.  After you get there, get out of the Tow Truck as shown in the Video and run and get the package on foot.  Once retrieved, run back to the Tow Truck connected to the EC Black Maverick and tow it CAREFULLY to the final destination where you will pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, you can tow it to a Garage that you have space in, or like I suggest, tow it back to Toreno's Ranch as shown in the Video and activate the next Mission "Verdant Meadows."  After the cutscene, get back in the Tow Truck and tow the EC Black Maverick to Verdant Meadows Airstrip and buy it.  After that, just tow the EC Black Maverick into the Hanger and let the Hanger close on it.  If you obtained it then congratulations as it's not that easy.  This entire time towing the Black Maverick around, it's very fragile.  Any little bump from a crazy guy in traffic while towing it can easily unhook it and make the Black Maverick explode which will mean you need to do this entire thing over.  Take caution and watch out for the crazy traffic which can make obtaining this Special Vehicle a nightmare.  Good luck!

6.3. Unique Andromada

Mission: Stowaway

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Fail + Suicide

How to Obtain: Unfortunately, this Special Vehicle only seems to be obtainable on PS2 by normal means.  On every other Platform that exists, when you try and push the wreck of the Andromada into the Hanger, it always disappears quickly, unlike on PS2.  To obtain it on PS2 isn't too bad, though, however before starting the Mission, make sure you have a Minigun and a Tank inside your Hanger.  Activate the Mission, and when you gain control of CJ, immediately get off the PCJ-600 and get out the Minigun to shoot the Andromada until it blows up.  Once it blows up, go and get the Tank from the Hanger.  Use the Tank to push the wreck of the Andromada into the Hanger.  You can use the PCJ-600 to hold open the Hanger door which will make this easier to push into the Hanger.  Once the Andromada is secure and inside the Hanger, use Satchel Charges or an RPG to blow yourself up inside the Hanger with the Andromada and this will fail the Mission.  When you respawn at the Hospital, go back to the Hanger and confirm the Unique Andromada inside.  Make note that it can't be taken out of the Hanger by any means without blowing up.  If you want to use it, you will need to use the Vehicle of Death Cheat on it which will allow you to drive it out of the Hanger without damaging the Unique Andromada.  This is more of a "Trophy" Special Vehicle similar to that of the AP Tanker Trailer and Unique/AP RC Raider.

6.4. AP Mothership

Mission: Black Project

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail + Suicide

How to Obtain: This is the Camper with a psychedelic hippy paintjob that The Truth drives.  You can get it in AP form, however, at the cost of a Mission Failure and a Suicide in the Stats.  This is also the third of four Special Vehicles in the Guide which require a Suicide in order to obtain the Special Vehicle.  For this AP Mothership, literally do the entire Mission like normal up to the point where you steal the Jetpack and are making your way out of Area 69.  At this point, instead of going to meet The Truth on top of the mountain, fly the Jetpack to Fort Carson and use the Vending Machine to buy a Sprunk.  By buying a Sprunk, this will now grant access to being able to drive Vehicles again and it'll also remove the Jetpack off CJ's back.  Simply jack a random Vehicle at this point and now drive to Area 69 (won't get a wanted level when you return) or if you have a Tank already in a Garage, go and get that instead.  Once you are in possession of a Tank either stolen from Area 69 or that was in your Garage, drive the Tank to the top of the mountain as you see in the Video.  When you get there, use the Tank to push the AP Mothership all the way back to Verdant Meadows.  If the AP Mothership rolls over, catches fire, and blows up, don't worry as it'll still be AP.  Just use the Tank to push it all the way back to Verdant Meadows as shown in the Video.  When you get there, push it into the Garage and if the Mothership didn't blow up along the way, make sure you push it all the way to the back of the Garage so The Truth can't drive away after you commit suicide like you see in the Video.  Get out of the Tank and use Satchel Charges or an RPG to blow yourself up inside the Garage with the Tank and AP Mothership.  Once the Mission is failed and CJ respawns at the Hospital, go back to the Garage and check on the AP Mothership to see if it's still there.  If it is, then great!  Save the game and proceed.

6.5. AP/EC2 Admiral (3 of 3)

Mission: You've Had Your Chips

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This is the last chance to obtain an AP Admiral and this is also the best one in the game since it's not only AP, but also EC2 and can pass the Mission while obtaining it.  Before starting this Mission, make sure you have a Minigun, Parachute, and about 20-ish Satchel Charges.  Start the Mission and when you arrive to the Warehouse, take out all the guys like normal.  After killing off all the guys inside, plant a Satchel Charge on all of the machines.  Once you do that, before detonating them, go back outside of the Warehouse and stand like shown in the Video.  At this point, detonate the Satchel Charges and immediately change to the Minigun in your inventory.  What you have to try and do is use the Minigun and kill the driver of the AP/EC2 Admiral that will spawn driving toward CJ, but you have to do is quickly or else the AP Properties will be removed.  Like shown in the Video, quickly use the Minigun to kill the driver of the AP/EC2 Admiral that spawns and also take out the other occupants of the Admiral.  At this time, go and steal the AP/EC2 Admiral and drive it back to the Casino and park it where you see in the Video.  Take out your Parachute and stomp it to death until it catches fire and blows up.  Once it blows up, immediately go into the red marker to pass the Mission while keeping the camera on the Admiral's wreck.  After the Mission is passed and you gain control of CJ again, keep the camera on the Admiral's wreck and jack a random Vehicle off the street.  Push the Admiral wreck back to the Rockshore West Safehouse and allow the Garage to renew it.  Once the Garage closes on the wreck, reopen it to check if it's there.  If it is, then great as you just obtained the best AP/EC2 Admiral in the game.

6.6. EC Green Packer

Mission: Cop Wheels

Difficulty: ** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Before starting this Mission, make sure you have a Sniper Rifle and some Satchel Charges.  Start the Mission and head to the location you see in the Video.  Use the Sniper Rifle to shoot the Cop from afar.  Run to the HPV-1000 and plant a Satchel Charge on it.  After planting the Satchel Charge, take the HPV-1000 and go pick up a couple Police Bribes as shown in the Video.  After losing the wanted level, find the EC Green Packer which travels around the ring of Las Venturas and drive ahead of it.  Get off the HPV-1000 and detonate the Satchel Charge, but make sure the EC Green Packer is visibly seen.  Once you detonate it, the Mission will fail.  Now all you have to do is run up to the EC Green Packer and punch the door as shown in the Video.  This will get the driver out of it and now you can get inside of the Packer through the passenger side door that is left open while the Mechanic stands there.  Once you gain control of the Packer, drive it to the Hanger and store it inside and that's all there is to it.

6.7. BP/MP Walton

Mission: Madd Dogg

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Easiest Special Vehicle to obtain in all of SA?  I think so.  To get this BP/MP Walton you literally do nothing but pass the Mission.  Once the Mission is passed, you will still be driving this BP/MP Walton.  Just take it back to a Garage and store it.

6.8. AP Buffalo (1 of 2)

Mission: Misappropriation

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Before starting this Mission, make sure you have a Tractor (not a Tow Truck) stored either in Prickle Pine, or a nearby Safehouse in Las Venturas.  Start the Mission like normal and go to the mountain and allow the enemy to get inside his Maverick.  Get in the Maverick that is supplied to CJ for the Mission or arrive to this location in your own Helicopter.  Fly back to the Garage in which contains the Tractor and when you get there, take the Tractor and drive it to the Emerald Isle Car Park like shown in the Video.  When you get here, drive the Tractor up all the levels to the highest floor and park it in front of the AP Buffalo like you see in the Video.  Make sure it's the right one as two Buffalo's are parked side by side, but only the one closest to the staircase is AP.  Allow the enemy to land and leave the Maverick and proceed to run down the staircase.  When you see him, simply shoot and kill him as well as retrieve the dossier.  The Mission will be passed and now all you have to do is use the Tractor to tow the AP Buffalo back to a Garage and store it.

Video by LieutenantCB17

6.9. AP Maverick (3 of 3)

Mission: Misappropriation

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: If you wanted to obtain the AP Buffalo from above, then this AP Maverick won't be obtainable from the same Mission.  However, if you skip the AP Buffalo from above, then you can obtain this AP Maverick and pass the Mission.  Don't worry if you skip the AP Buffalo from this same Mission since another AP Buffalo comes up in the next Mission and you can also pass to obtain that one, too.  To obtain this AP Maverick, start the Mission using a Tow Truck and drive to the top of the mountain once the Mission is activated.  As shown in the Video, when you get there, park your Tow Truck safe and sound a bit away from the enemies.  Kill off all the enemies and retrieve the dossier to pass the Mission.  At this time, go back to where you left your Tow Truck and drive it to where the enemy's AP Maverick is sitting on the rock.  Simply use CJ's Body to maneuver the AP Maverick accordingly so you can hook the Tow Truck up to it.  Once you hook the AP Maverick up to the Tow Truck, tow it back to the Hanger and store it inside there.

7.0. AP/EC2 Buffalo (2 of 2)

Mission: High Noon

Difficulty: ***

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: Come to the red marker to start this Mission wearing the Jetpack.  When you get there, take the Jetpack off but have it spawning in the same location as you see in the Video by the gate.  Once you get it to stay in that spot by the gate, go into the red marker to start the Mission.  After the cutscene, CJ should "run" straight into the Jetpack you left there before starting the Mission.  Use the Jetpack to beat Pulaski to the AP/EC2 Buffalo ahead and get inside of it.  Make sure that you allow CJ to close the door of the Buffalo before accelerating forward because if you don't, Pulaski will yank him out immediately and then you need to redo all of this.  Allowing CJ to fully close the door of the Buffalo before accelerating won't allow Pulaski to pull CJ out of the Buffalo.  Instead, he will try and open the door but CJ would have accelerated too far ahead for Pulaski to stay on the Buffalo's door and be able to yank CJ out.  Once you successfully take the AP/EC2 Buffalo from Pulaski, drive it to the location as shown in the Video and dunk the Buffalo in the water.  Doing this will preserve the AP Properties when the Mission is passed.  After you submerge the AP/EC2 Buffalo in the water, get Pulaski to follow you into the water.  Use a Sniper Rifle or some type of weapon to get his attention.  You can shoot him from afar which will make him run toward the direction CJ is.  At this point, get into the water and allow Pulaski to chase CJ directly into the water.  Once Pulaski falls into the water, he will die and the Mission will be passed.  Now all you have to do is use CJ's Body alone or Sawn Off Shotguns to push/shoot the AP/EC2 Buffalo out of the water so you can drive it away.  When you get it out of the water, just drive it back to a Garage and store it.

7.1. AP/EC White Newsvan

Mission: Cut Throat Business

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This AP/EC Newsvan, as well as the EC BF Injection, AP/EC Vortex, and AP/EC Vortex, can be obtained together at the same time with only one Mission Failure, however, it's very tedious and difficult.  If you want to give it a try, though, check the Video by rtyuijhggff.  Obtaining all four Special Vehicles from this Mission at the same time will save you one extra Mission Attempt in the Stats.  For the Guide, I will be explaining how to get the AP/EC Newsvan separate without the EC BF Injection and both AP/EC Vortexes.  For those three Special Vehicles, I will explain down below since getting all three of them at the same time is very easy compared to getting all three of them, plus the AP/EC Newsvan at the same time.  Doing it like that, will only cost one extra Mission Attempt.  To obtain this AP/EC Newsvan separately, have a Parachute and Satchel Charges before starting the Mission.  Also make sure you have a Sawn Off Shotgun (Hitman Level) with around 1,200 shells.  After starting the Mission, put a Satchel Charge on Madd Dogg and get into the BF Injection without him and drive to the next location as shown in the Video.  When you arrive, you will see the AP/EC Newsvan just sitting there.  At this point, go up to it and get out the Parachute and stomp/punch the AP/EC Newsvan to death until it catches fire and blows up.  Once it blows up, detonate the Satchel Charge.  This will fail the Mission for killing Madd Dogg and since the AP/EC Newsvan was destroyed before failing the Mission, it will retain the AP Properties.  Now, this is one of those Special Vehicles in which is completely stuck on the ground and nothing will move it.  At this point, get the Sawn Off Shotguns out and start blasting the wreck of the AP/EC Newsvan back to Santa Maria Beach Safehouse Garage.  Beware that at this stage of the game, the Ballas will have Gang Territory in the Santa Maria Beach area.  It may be beneficial to actually do the Gang Wars to 100% and/or in this area of the map before going about obtaining this AP/EC Newsvan since the Ballas shooting at you can complicate obtaining this Special Vehicle.  By any means necessary, get the AP/EC Newsvan wreck shot back to Santa Maria Beach and into the Garage to restore it new.  To be honest, this is probably the easiest Special Vehicle in SA in which needs the Sawn Off Shotguns to shoot a wreck of a Vehicle back to a Garage.  The AP/EC2 Bravura, AP FCR-900, and coming up soon, the AP Greenwood, are much harder in the end to obtain than this AP/EC Newsvan.  Take your time and eventually you will have the AP/EC Newsvan.  Good luck!

7.2. EC Red and Black BF Injection

Mission: Cut Throat Business

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This EC BF Injection, as well as the AP/EC Newsvan and both AP/EC Vortexes, can be obtained together at the same time with only one Mission Failure, however, it's very tedious and difficult.  If you want to give it a try, though, check the Video by rtyuijhggff.  Obtaining all four Special Vehicles from this Mission at the same time will save you one extra Mission Attempt in the Stats.  For the Guide, I will not be explaining this Method and instead, I will be explaining in this Post how to get the EC BF Injection as well as both AP/EC Vortexes at the same time with only one Mission Failure.  Before starting this Mission, make sure you have Satchel Charges.  Once the Mission is activated, put a Satchel Charge on Madd Dogg and get into the nearby EC BF Injection which is provided to you for the Mission while leaving Madd Dogg behind.  At this point, drive the EC BF Injection back to any Garage and park it inside.  After you store the EC BF Injection in a Garage, go to the next location of the Mission where the Newsvan and Vortexes are sitting.  When you get here, simply detonate the Satchel Charge killing Madd Dogg and failing the Mission.  Once the Mission is failed, simply get into the Black and White as well as the fully White AP/EC Vortexes and double drive them back to a Garage.  In fnxrak's Video, he doesn't do this and instead fails the Mission and obtains the EC BF Injection separately without both the AP/EC Vortexes.  However, in both of the AP/EC Vortex Posts below, he will show how to double drive both of the Vortexes back to a Garage.  I am not sure why he fails the Mission for this EC BF Injection since you can park it in the Garage and then go fetch the Vortexes.  Doing it like this is costing him extra, unneeded Mission Attempts.  Once you double drive both of the AP/EC Vortexes back to a Garage, check on the BF Injection before saving and reloading the game by opening, closing, opening, and closing the Garage for the BF Injection to register.  Once you do that, then you fully obtained the EC BF Injection as well as both of the AP/EC Vortexes at the same time with only one Mission Failure.

7.5. AP Infernus

Mission: Beatdown on B-Dup

Difficulty: ** (PS2 V1 Exclusive Method) or ***** (All Other Platforms and Versions of SA)

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This AP Infernus is surely one of the hardest Special Vehicles to obtain in all of SA, especially if you're playing on another Platform besides PS2 and more importantly, Version One.  On PS2 V1, you have the ability to take control of CJ during the ending cutscene of this Mission and actually jack the AP Infernus and drive it into Glen Pond to fail the Mission and preserve the AP Properties.  On any later Versions of PS2 as well as any other Platform, this does not work and the only way to destroy the AP Infernus in the cutscene would be to use a Tractor or Monster and park it a certain way where the AP Infernus will flip over during the cutscene and blow up, preserving the AP Properties for when the Mission fails.  I will be explaining all the Methods for the Guide, so don't worry.  For the PS2 V1 Exclusive Method, start the Mission like normal and do the entire Mission up until you are about to enter the red marker at B-Dup's House to confront B-Dup.  At this point, walk into the red marker and when the cutscene plays, skip it by pressing X but MAKE SURE that you continue to hold X for this next part as it's very important.  For instance, if you don't hold X for the remainder of this Mission until the Mission fails, you will need to drive in reverse as shown in the Video, which is quite difficult navigating in reverse to Glen Pond.  I found a way that allows you to drive forward, which makes obtaining this AP Infernus even easier.  Once you skip the cutscene and continue to hold X, the moment you see CJ outside on the sidewalk talking to Sweet, run to the driver side door of the Infernus during the cutscene and jack it at the same time you are still holding X.  This will allow you to drive forward, however, if you release X and then press it again, CJ will be instantly wasted, the Mission will fail, and the Infernus will be deleted off the screen right before your eyes.  This is why it's extremely important to continue to hold X from the time you skip the cutscene inside B-Dup's House until the "Mission Failed!" words come up on the screen after driving the Infernus into Glen Pond.  Once you are inside the Infernus holding X, you will obviously accelerate forward.  The problem now will be the railing of the bridge being in your way preventing you from directly driving into Glen Pond.  What you must do is accelerate forward while using the Analog to maneuver the AP Infernus in a 180 degree turn.  You can use the railing on the bridge to bang into and help turn the AP Infernus around as well as using the E-Brake to slide the AP Infernus 180 degrees around quicker after accelerating forward a bit.  Once you manage to do this, then blindly, navigate the AP Infernus into Glen Pond.  The cutscene will be locked on the spot of where the AP Infernus was originally parked, so you won't see anything at this point when trying to drive the AP Infernus into Glen Pond.  However, it's not that difficult as long as you don't run into any of the annoying trees placed around Glen Pond.  Once you manage to get the AP Infernus into Glen Pond, the Mission will immediately fail for killing Bear and the screen won't be locked where the cutscene took place anymore and you will see CJ sitting in the Infernus in Glen Pond.  At this point, get out of the AP Infernus and simply push it out of the water using CJ's Body alone.  Once you push it out, simply get back inside of it and drive it back to a Garage and store it.  Remember, this ONLY works for PS2 V1.  No other Platform or Version is capable of having CJ move in the cutscene.  For the other Methods, the difficulty rating is much higher since you need to be really lucky and have some precision.  Using a Tractor or using a Monster to flip the Infernus is the same exact Method.  I am showing both Videos since some people find that using a Tractor to flip the AP Infernus in the cutscene is damn near next to impossible.  But I also heard the opposite of this, where people think the Tractor is easy to use and flip the AP Infernus and the Monster is damn near next to impossible.  Whatever works for you, obviously do that.  Before starting the Mission, make sure you have either a Tractor or a Monster parked inside the Ganton Garage.  When you start the Mission, drive the Tractor or Monster to Glen Pond and do the Mission like normal.  After finishing off the Ballas and are ready to confront B-Dup in his House by going into the red marker, place the Tractor or Monster (whichever Vehicle you choose to flip the AP Infernus in the cutscene) EXACTLY how you see in the Video.  I mean it, if you park either the Tractor or Monster slightly off than what you see in the Video, then you won't be able to flip the AP Infernus during the cutscene.  This is basically the make or break moment.  Once you have the Tractor or Monster parked accordingly, go into the red marker at B-Dup's House.  After the cutscene where you go outside again and are standing on the sidewalk with Sweet talking, you should see the AP Infernus spawn in its usual spot, however, the Tractor or Monster should still be there and it should actually flip the AP Infernus over so it catches fire and blows up as shown in either of the Videos.  If you manage to do that, then congratulations as that is probably the hardest part about this task, getting the AP Infernus to flip over.  Once the Mission fails and the wreck of the AP Infernus is sitting there, use any random Vehicle found in traffic (sometimes a Fire Truck will spawn and you can use that to push the wreck back to a Garage) and push the wreck of the AP Infernus all the way back to the Ganton Garage.  When you get back to Ganton, carefully push the wreck into the Garage and allow the Garage to renew the AP Infernus good as new.  If you obtained it, immediately save your game as this task usually will take many, many tries and attempts.  As I said in the beginning of this Post, this is one of the hardest Special Vehicles to obtain in SA, so you have been warned.  Also beware of the Ballas around Glen Pond when the Mission fails.  They can cause a lot of trouble and deplete your health/armor quickly.  You may find yourself in a Gang War while trying to push this back to the Garage.  I've seen Videos on Youtube already where a Gang War starts and they have to take over the Territory while keeping an eye on the wreck of the AP Infernus.  This is surely possible, but makes it that much harder.  As quickly as you can, once the Infernus flips over and the Mission is failed, get it back to the Garage by any means necessary!  Good luck as you will surely need it!

7.6. Mothership Converted to EC White Camper

Mission: Riot

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: This is very easy to get and pretty cool how you can obtain the Mothership and turn it into an EC White Camper by removing the hippy paintjob.  Simply start the Mission and after the cutscene when you are sitting inside the Greenwood, just get out, and take the nearby Mothership sitting next to you and drive it back to a Garage.  After parking the Mothership inside a Garage, go back to the Greenwood and pass the Mission by driving back to Grove Street.  After the Mission is passed, go back to the Garage you stored the Mothership in and check on it by opening, closing, opening, and closing the Garage once more to register it in there.  Now, to "lose" the hippy paintjob, all you have to do is go to the Garage, but do so WITHOUT looking at the Garage and open it.  When it's open and CJ is not looking at the Mothership, simply close and reopen the Garage without looking at the Mothership and you will notice that the Mothership has now turned EC White.  You can do this with the AP Mothership from Black Project, too, but then you would forever lose the hippy paintjob which is unique in and of itself.  You could obtain two AP Motherships and keep one with the hippy paintjob and one without it and turned EC White, but at the cost of two Suicides in the Stats instead of one.  Personally, I would obtain the AP Mothership from Black Project and then obtain this Mothership from Riot and pass the Mission to get it and turn it EC White.  Then you have both forms of the Mothership.  One in AP form with hippy paintjob and one in normal form converted to EC White.

7.7. AP Glendale

Mission: Los Desperados

Difficulty: ** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Before starting this Mission, make sure you have a Tow Truck inside the El Corona Garage.  Start the Mission like normal and just do the Mission taking out all the Vagos in the beginning.  When you finish taking out the Vagos and are ready to move onto the next part of the Mission by going into the red marker, do so.  At this point, like shown in the Video, take out all the attacking Vagos except the ones all the way at the other end of the alley that come to attack last.  Keep these couple Vagos alive while you run on foot back to the El Corona Garage to get your Tow Truck.  Once you get the Tow Truck, all you have to do is drive it back to the shoot out and simply run over Cesar which will fail the Mission.  At this point, just hook the nearby AP Glendale up to the Tow Truck and tow it back to the El Corona Garage to store it and that's it.

7.8. Unique/BP/FP S.W.A.T.

Mission: End of the Line

Difficulty: * and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: This is a nice Special Vehicle to obtain and is also quite easy.  A Rhino Tank is always BP/EP, but this S.W.A.T. Tank is BP/FP, which is quite unique.  To obtain it, start the final Story Mission of the game, End of the Line.  When you drive the Greenwood to the red marker and are instructed to break down the wall of the Crack Palace, go and get the Unique/BP/FP S.W.A.T. as shown in the Video.  However, instead of doing the Mission like normal once you get inside the S.W.A.T., drive it to the Los Santos Bomb Shop and put a bomb on it.  Alternatively, you could have Satchel Charges before this Mission in your inventory.  At this point, drive it back to a Garage that can fit the S.W.A.T. nicely in.  When you park it in the Garage, either detonate the bomb you put onto it or plant Satchel Charges on it and blow it up.  Make sure that when you do all of this, you are still inside the Garage and it remains open.  Once the S.W.A.T. explodes, the Mission will fail.  All you have to do at this point is close the Garage on the wreck AFTER the Mission fails and it blows up, then reopen the Garage and you will see the Unique/BP/FP S.W.A.T. renewed and sitting there.  It's a really nice one to have in your collection and is rather easy to get, so everyone should have this one!

7.9. AP Greenwood

Mission: End of the Line

Difficulty: ***** (100% Gang Territory Taken Over) or *** and 1/2 (Using a Gang War Method)

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: Here it is.  One of the most tedious Special Vehicles to get in all of SA.  The Videos I am showing below depict two different routes in which you can take to get the AP Greenwood back to the Garage in Grove Street.  However, toomuchinvigilation's Video is probably showing the easier Method of the two and the one I recommend, especially if you didn't take over the Ballas Gang Territory at the Crack Palace where this Mission takes place and/or acquire 100% Gang Territory taken over.  I am showing rtyuijhggff's Video due to the fact not only does he obtain the AP Greenwood, but he also obtains the Unique/BP/FP S.W.A.T. from the above Post at the same time to avoid one extra Mission Attempt in the Stats.  rtyuijhggff also uses the exact same route I use to get back to Grove Street when I obtain the AP Greenwood in my personal Saves.  Now, obtaining both the S.W.A.T. and Greenwood at the same time like he does is phenomenal and I doubt many people will succeed at getting both at the same time like this, but I recommend using his route to at least shoot the AP Greenwood wreck back to Grove Street, especially if you took over the Crack Palace Ballas Gang Territory and/or acquired 100% Gang Territory taken over.  Going this route will allow CJ to keep most of his health/armor by the time you get back to Grove Street unlike some of the other routes and Videos I saw on Youtube when obtaining the AP Greenwood.  I will be explaining both Methods in the Guide on how to obtain the AP Greenwood.  If you went ahead and acquired 100% Gang Territory like I personally do for my Saves when I reach the ending Missions in Los Santos, then you will be stuck using the harder Method to obtain the AP Greenwood as shown in rtyuijhggff's Video.  Before starting this Mission, make sure you have at least 1,500 rounds of Sawn Off Shotgun (Hitman Level) shells as well as a Parachute.  Start the Mission and get into the Greenwood with Sweet and drive to the Crack Palace and into the red marker.  After the cutscene, simply get out the Parachute and stomp the AP Greenwood to death until it catches fire and blows up.  At this point, the Mission will fail and now comes the tedious and tough part.  Using the Sawn Off Shotguns, blast the wreck of the Greenwood to the staircase as shown in rtyuijhggff's Video.  It's not too difficult as it's literally straight ahead, down the road.  However, be careful and try and do it as quickly as you can.  The reason for this is because during the end of the game after the Mission "Riot," there will be riots in the streets and some of the pedestrians are carrying around Pistols and Uzis.  They also like to run up to CJ and punch/kick him.  This is the whole reason why this Method is the more challenging of the two.  You have these rioters as well as the usual one star wanted level and Cops that you have to worry about while trying to shoot the wreck of the AP Greenwood back to the Garage and keeping the camera on it at all times.  The sooner you can get the wreck shot to the staircase I mentioned above, the better.  Once you get the wreck to the end of the road, shoot it down the staircase.  When it gets down there you should be much more safe for the rest of the way from the rioters as the route as shown in rtyuijhggff's Video avoids them the rest of the way, basically.  Continue to shoot it the exact route as you see in rtyuijhggff's Video until you reach Grove Street after crossing the freeway.  When you get the wreck here, the rioters will become a problem again, however, you are now very, very close to the Garage.  As quickly as you can, shoot the wreck of the Greenwood back to the Garage and into it by any means necessary and allow the Garage to close on it so it can be renewed.  Check on it to see if it's there and if it is, then congratulations as it's a very difficult and tedious task to pull off.  For the Method that involves a Gang War as shown in toomuchinvigilation's Video, start the Mission like normal and retrieve the S.W.A.T. Tank as instructed.  Once you get into the S.W.A.T., drive it back to where the Greenwood is.  Park the S.W.A.T. close by and get your Parachute out and stomp the AP Greenwood to death until it catches fire and blows up.  The Mission will fail at this point and now you will have to start a Gang War with any of the nearby Ballas while keeping the camera on the wreck of the Greenwood at all times.  Once the Gang War is initiated, kill all the swarming Ballas except one or two.  Get into the S.W.A.T. and park it on top of the Balla or two that is remaining, but do not be too quick to run them over or they will die.  You want them to be kept alive, but underneath the S.W.A.T.  Once you manage to trap them underneath the S.W.A.T. while the Gang War is still going on, get out and go back to the Greenwood which you should of been keeping the camera on this entire time while trying to trap the Ballas under the S.W.A.T.  Use the Sawn Off Shotguns to quickly shoot the wreck of the AP Greenwood back to Grove Street at this point.  It should be easier than the previous Method, since while a Gang War is "on" and taking place, no pedestrians with Pistols and no Cops are spawning which makes it a much easier time shooting it back to Grove Street.  When you approach Grove Street, however, the Gang War will probably run out since you are too far away from the war zone and the rioters will have returned.  So be careful to finish the job off with shooting the wreck into the Garage and letting it close on it to renew it and there you have it, the AP Greenwood in your possession!  Good luck!

8.0. AP/EC2 Feltzer (1 of 2)

Mission: End of the Line

Difficulty: ** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail

How to Obtain: After the last Special Vehicle in the Guide, this one is much easier to obtain and is also from End of the Line like the previous two Special Vehicles in the Guide.  Start the Mission and go through the entire Crack Palace to take out Big Smoke.  After taking out Big Smoke, like normal, continue to make your way out of the Crack Palace where a cutscene will take place and reveal the Crack Palace blowing up, Sweet jumping onto the ladder of a Fire Truck, and CJ hopping into a nearby Feltzer to rescue Sweet.  This Feltzer is the AP/EC2 Feltzer that you want to obtain.  Simply drive along, following the Fire Truck until you get to the spot near Glen Pond as shown in the Video where you will divert your course.  At this time, quickly drive the AP/EC2 Feltzer into Glen Pond before the Fire Truck gets too far away.  The Mission will fail for "destroying" the Feltzer and now all you have to do is using CJ's Body alone, push the Feltzer out of the Pond.  When you get it out of Glen Pond, just drive it back to a Garage and store it.

8.1. AP Fire Truck (Ladder Truck)

Mission: End of the Line

Difficulty: ***** (Mobile and PS2 Platforms) or *** and 1/2 (PC Platform)

Pass or Fail: Fail + Suicide

How to Obtain: This is another monster of a Special Vehicle to obtain.  Furthermore, you can actually obtain the AP/EC2 Feltzer from above and the AP Fire Truck at the same time, however, it's not necessary.  Not even to save one Mission Attempt in the Stats.  When you pass the first half of "End of the Line" and make your way out of the Crack Palace like we did for the AP/EC2 Feltzer in the last Post, then the game stops adding Attempts to the Stats for this Mission, even if failed again.  So obtaining both the Feltzer and Fire Truck at the same time is only for a challenge to see if you can do it, but it's not for helping the Stats in any way.  To see how to get both the AP/EC2 Feltzer and AP Fire Truck at the same time, see the Video by Stea1thman (Part 1 and Part 2).  For the Guide, I will be explaining how to get only the AP Fire Truck.  If you are playing on Mobile Platforms or PS2, this can be extremely hard to obtain and will require many, many attempts and a lot of practice, but it's certainly possible as I done it myself on PS2 three times to date.  Before starting, make sure you have a Parachute as it's essential for obtaining the AP Fire Truck.  If you obtained the AP/EC2 Feltzer from the above Post, then every time you start End of the Line, the game automatically will place CJ at the second half of this Mission, where he is instructed to chase the Fire Truck and rescue Sweet.  This makes obtaining the AP Fire Truck a lot LESS time consuming than it could be as you don't need to make your way through the Crack Palace anymore to take out Big Smoke.  Now, when you get into the Feltzer to chase Tenpenny's Fire Truck, keep in mind, there is many different routes and ways of doing this next part, however, I am showing the route in which made me succeed all three times on PS2 when I obtained the AP Fire Truck for my collection:

Spoiler

The orange line represents where the Fire Truck will drive along the scripted route.  The red line represents where you divert course and stop following the Fire Truck.  When you get to this part as shown on the map, follow the red line while keeping the camera on the location of the Fire Truck using the minimap as shown in jam8tone's Video.  This is very, very difficult to do on Mobile and PS2 as the camera is a lot harder to control compared to PC Version.  Take your time and get a lot of practice with this as it's not easy.  Once you learn camera control, follow this red line until you reach the Bomb Shop in Los Santos.  You want to arm the Feltzer with a bomb and not lose the Fire Truck at the same time.  Do as shown in jam8tone's Video and arm it with a bomb while being careful not to "lose" sight of the Fire Truck using the minimap.  Drive and catch up to the Fire Truck and right when you see the words on screen about the Cop stomping on Sweet's fingers, arm the bomb immediately!  Timing is crucial.  If you arm the bomb too late, the cutscene will play and the Mission will carry on like normal.  However, if you arm the bomb at the right time while catching Sweet on top of the Feltzer, quickly jump out of the Feltzer.  The Feltzer will blow up at this time but strangely enough, the Mission will still be "on" and Sweet didn't die.  Continue to run on foot to where you see the AP Fire Truck driving.  It won't actually disappear, it only looks like it is.  Follow the road until you reach the AP Fire Truck and then get inside of it through the open passenger side door.  This AP Fire Truck is usually locked and you won't be able to open it up again if you get out of it at this point, so right now, drive the AP Fire Truck to the Hanger as shown in the Video.  Once you park it inside the Hanger securely toward the back as I recommend, take out the Parachute and punch the AP Fire Truck to death until it catches fire and blows up.  Now, the Mission won't fail even if you destroy the AP Fire Truck so the only way to fail the Mission is to waste CJ at this point.  As quickly as you can before the wreck of the AP Fire Truck vanishes, blow yourself up with Satchel Charges or an RPG, etc.  When you respawn at the Hospital, immediately go check the Hanger to see if the Fire Truck is there and if it is, then congratulations as you pulled off one of the hardest Special Vehicles in GTA history, especially if you are on Mobile or PS2.  To obtain it is slightly easier on PC since camera control is much easier with the mouse.  Also, you can use a different route to the Bomb Shop if you go about obtaining it on PC, as well.  Make note that I heard of people obtaining the AP Fire Truck on PS2 using the same route as you see for the PC Method as shown in this Video by LieutenantCB17.  You can use whatever route to the Bomb Shop is easiest for you, obviously.  If you find the PC Method is easier than the PS2 Method as shown in jam8tone's Video, even if you are playing on PS2, then use the PC Method by all means.  Good luck!

8.2. AP Bandito

Mission: Helena

Difficulty: **

Pass or Fail: These Are Obtained from Jealous Girlfriends Which Have Nothing to Do with the Mission Stats in the Pause Menu

How to Obtain: This AP Bandito, as well as the other five AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicles below will all have the exact same Method to obtain.  The only requirements are that you have a Tow Truck in a Garage and that you have the two-time dating scripts enabled and never disable them.  If they are disabled, you can never obtain these Vehicles in the playthrough and have to start a new game.  In order to keep the two-time dating scripts active, DO NOT EVER date a Girlfriend when that is the only Girlfriend CJ has.  In order to obtain these Vehicles, you will need two or up to six Girlfriends at the same time to make it work and keep the scripts enabled.  Not only this, but when you take a girl out on a date and if another Jealous Girlfriend doesn't show up, you MUST reload.  If you finish the date, then the scripts will be disabled.  Don't do this.  Always reload if a Jealous Girlfriend doesn't show.  When you get Denise after Burning Desire, let her alone.  Don't touch her, don't date her.  Do nothing with her.  What I usually do is after "Green Goo" and unlocking Las Venturas for the final buyable Safehouses, this is when I go around getting the other Girlfriends that CJ can date in the game.  Theoretically, you can even obtain these AP Jealous Girlfriends after 100%, or even before the first Story Mission in the game, "Big Smoke."  If you get them early, only Katie, Michelle, and Barbara's Vehicle can be obtained since Denise is unlocked by "Burning Desire," Millie is unlocked by "Key to Her Heart," and Helena is unlocked by unlocking The Country Story Missions.  So once you have two or more Girlfriends at the same time and haven't gone on a single date with a Girlfriend yet, then we can proceed with obtaining these AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicles.  Like I mentioned in the beginning of this Post, have a Tow Truck in any nearby Garage for when you go on a date with a Girlfriend.  Make note that Girlfriends CJ can date won't actually like him for how he looks because he is either too skinny or too fat, too little or too muscular, etc, etc, etc.  He has to be just right.  To make this process easier, get 50/50 Oysters collected.  Once all 50 Oysters are collected, then the Girlfriends will like CJ no matter what and date him.  Bring the Tow Truck to the start of a date at any one of the six Girlfriend's Houses and pick her up to take her out to eat.  Pick a spot the Girlfriend will like, thus raising her Progress in the Stats.  Drive the Tow Truck to the desired Restaurant for the date.  After the date has ended, your Girlfriend will want to be driven home.  If you picked a place close to their House, this process will be a lot easier and quicker.  Get into the Tow Truck and just wait a few seconds without moving.  If a cutscene plays where you are spotted by another Jealous Girlfriend, then you are in luck!  Just take the Girlfriend home that you took out for some food while allowing the Jealous Girlfriend to tail you all the way back to her house, but make sure you allow the Jealous Girlfriend to keep up.  You don't want to lose her.  Use the look back camera to keep her in close view and proximity for this next part.  When you arrive back at her House to drop her off, go into the red marker as shown in the Video while the Jealous Girlfriend follows CJ close behind.  After the cutscene when you drop the Girlfriend off at home, you will still see the Jealous Girlfriend sitting in their AP Vehicle.  Once you gain control of CJ after the date has ended, all you have to do is hook the Tow Truck up to the AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicle and tow it back to a Garage.  Sometimes, if you bump into the AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicle, the Jealous Girlfriend will leave the Vehicle which will unlock the door.  If this ever happens to you, then the Tow Truck isn't needed anymore and you can just take the AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicle back to a Garage by driving it instead of towing it.  However, make note that this doesn't happen often, and more times than not, you'll need the Tow Truck and the Jealous Girlfriend won't come out of her Vehicle after the date has ended.  To get the other AP Jealous Girlfriends rinse and repeat until all of them are obtained and in your possession.  I usually take Katie out whilst obtaining the AP/EC Hustler from Denise, AP Monster from Michelle, AP Ranger from Barbara, and AP Bandito from Helena.  Once those four AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicles are obtained using Katie to take out on a date, I then switch to taking out Michelle or Barbara on a date to acquire Katie's AP Romero.  Obviously, the Girlfriend you take out on a date will NOT show up as a Jealous Girlfriend until you take another Girlfriend out on a date which will allow her to finally show up in which you can obtain the final AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicle.  Most people go about only obtaining the essential five AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicles leaving out Millie's AP Vehicle.  This is due to the fact Millie's Vehicle of choice she drives as a Jealous Girlfriend is actually a Feltzer and there is an AP/EC2 Feltzer already from End of the Line and is the better of the two AP Feltzers.  Usually, Millie drives a Pink Club as her Vehicle of choice, but for some reason on all Platforms when she shows up as a Jealous Girlfriend, it's not the Club she is driving but instead this Pink AP Feltzer.  You can obtain it if you want, but it's inferior to the AP/EC2 Feltzer from End of the Line.  If she did indeed drive her Club instead of the Feltzer when she appears as a Jealous Girlfriend, then I would treat Millie's AP Club like the other five AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicles, but because it's not the Club, then I don't bother getting the AP Feltzer from Millie nor will that be shown in the Video posted below.  Like I said, it's the same process to obtain all of these AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicles, so once you obtain one of them, do the same exact thing to obtain the remaining ones you need.  Watch the Video below for further assistance.  Good luck!

8.8. AP Vehicles (Anything You Want)

Mission: Taking a Girlfriend on a Date

Difficulty: * (Mobile Exclusive Method) or ** and 1/2 (All Other Platforms Method)

Pass or Fail: These Are Obtained from Dating Girlfriends Which Have Nothing to Do with the Mission Stats in the Pause Menu

How to Obtain: For a while, there was only a Mobile Exclusive Method in which allowed you to convert practically any Vehicle in SA into AP form.  However, now there is a Method in which works on all the other Platforms of SA.  For the Guide, I will be showing and explaining both Methods.  To convert practically any Vehicle into AP form on Mobile, simply gain the ability to date any one of the six Girlfriends CJ can date in SA.  The earliest point in the game where you can convert Vehicles into AP on Mobile would be after Burning Desire when you unlock Denise as a Girlfriend, however, you can do this at any stage of the game after that, including after 100% completion.  All you have to do is arrive to the Girlfriend's House in your desired Vehicle you want to convert to AP.  Simply take the Girlfriend out on a successful date; one that she likes, and when you return to take her home, do so by driving into the red marker.  When she invites you in for "coffee," accept, and the moment you hear the orgasm sounds of the Girlfriend and CJ having sex, close the game App on the Mobile Device as shown in the Video.  The Girlfriends will automatically ask CJ in for "coffee" if you have all 50 Oysters obtained before doing any of this, so I suggest getting those 50 Oysters collected before you do any of these AP Conversions.  After you close down the game App on your Mobile Device, simply resume gameplay and when you resume gameplay, the date will be over and CJ will be sitting inside the Vehicle you wanted to convert to AP!  Just take it back to a Garage and store it.  It's that easy.  In the Video below, it shows a bunch of random Vehicles being converted to AP, even things like a Rhino Tank, Leviathan, Hunter, etc, etc, etc.  The Method is slightly different if you want to convert such Vehicles into AP form, but it's still easy and self explanatory.  Watch the Video below for further assistance.  Make note that there has been some glitches on the Android Version with doing this AP Conversion.  For instance, when you resume gameplay on some Android Devices, the Girlfriend will still be hanging around.  Continue to convert more Vehicles into AP form, and the Girlfriend you dropped off will keep multiplying.  Convert 15 Vehicles into AP form?  15 of said Girlfriend will be standing around the house.  Even if you kill the left over Girlfriends, they will still be left dead and on your map and are never "cleaned" up; they will always remain there.  On iOS, I haven't heard of this problem occurring, though.  I personally have iOS, as well, and it never happened to me with the Girlfriends duplicating.  When I resume gameplay, the Girlfriend vanishes and is recreated if I convert another Vehicle into AP form.  That's how it's "supposed" to work, but on SOME Android Devices (not all) there is this problem with not being able to get rid of the previous Girlfriends.  Another problem I heard about on Android is that SOME Vehicles don't work.  For instance, on iOS, I was able to make a Hydra converted to AP.  However, some people tried making one on Android, but it would give a message saying "SA Must Close Down Right Now."  This message would appear after trying to exit the Hydra and store it in a Garage.  The moment CJ would exit the Hydra, the game would give this message and crash.  Again, this seems to be hit or miss depending on WHICH Android Device you have, but take precautions.  Like I said, it seems to be Android specific with Girlfriends duplicating and/or some Vehicles not working to convert to AP and crashing the game when you exit them.  All of these bugs I explained do NOT occur on iOS.  It seems to be problems only occurring on Android Devices.

Now that I explained the Mobile Exclusive Method on converting almost any Vehicle into AP form, I will explain the other Method which works on all the other Platforms of SA, although it's slightly more difficult and certainly a longer process.  First and foremost, like the Mobile Exclusive Method, this can also be done at almost any stage of the game.  The earliest time would be once Trucking Missions are unlocked and once you have one of six Girlfriends active as CJ's Girlfriend.  The ONLY way this works, though, is if you have a phone call active in CJ's Cell Phone.  For instance, after you pass a Mission, usually people call CJ and tell him where to meet for the next Mission or congratulating him on a good deed, etc, etc, etc.  Keep a phone call in memory by NOT answering it.  Once you have a phone call saved, then you are able to go about converting Vehicles into AP form.  I suggest waiting to make AP Vehicles until you unlocked Las Venturas as well as the Quarry Missions.  Make sure you also complete all seven Quarry Missions before doing this.  This way, you have access to all the Garages in the game and the maximum storage capacity.  Furthermore, once all seven Quarry Missions are passed and you use the Quarry Missions to successfully get OMF0, it will NOT add any Mission Attempts to the Stats once you fail said Quarry Mission since it already has been completed.  So I recommend having the entire map unlocked and all Safehouses bought as well as completing all seven Quarry Missions.  I also recommend getting all 50 Oysters collected as that will make the Girlfriends like CJ no matter what.  As long as you take them on a successful date, they will no matter what ask CJ to come inside for some "coffee."  Once you have all the prerequisites checked off, you're ready to proceed.  Load up your Save and when you exit the Safehouse, you should hear CJ's Cell Phone ringing with the phone call that is kept in memory as I explained above.  Jack any random Vehicle and drive to the Quarry.  When you arrive, just get out/off your Vehicle so that CJ will step directly into the red marker and immediately start Quarry Missions.  What will happen is you will be on the Quarry Mission while the phone is being picked up, thus duplicating the Mission which allows this to work and create AP Vehicles.  Without this step, this wouldn't be possible so make sure you fully understand how to get OMF0 and duplicate the Quarry Mission.  Once you do this step, hop on the Sanchez given to you for the Mission and drive to either Millie's House or Barbara's House.  When you arrive at a Girlfriend's House, go into the red marker to initiate a date.  At this point, take the Girlfriend on a successful date and when she wants to be taken back home, proceed back to her house.  When you get back to her house, pay attention to the time that is left from activating the Quarry Mission.  Just get off the Sanchez and walk on foot into the red marker.  At this point when you get the cutscene where the Girlfriend is asking CJ to come in for some "coffee," just let the timer expire from the Quarry Mission and the Mission will fail, however, you will gain control of CJ and won't be locked in the cutscene at the Girlfriend's House, but still will be on a date.  All you have to do now is go back to a Garage and fetch a Vehicle of your choosing that you want to convert to AP.  Once you get your desired Vehicle, drive to a location as shown in the Videos and submerge it under water.  As the Vehicle is being submerged in the water, activate the next part of the date where CJ and his Girlfriend are having "coffee" by pressing the button to accept it.  Once the coffee cutscene ends, all you have to do is get out of the Vehicle you want to convert to AP and push it out of the water using CJ's Body alone.  Once you get your desired AP Vehicle pushed out of the water, just drive it back to a Garage and store it.  Rinse and repeat and create as many AP Vehicles you want!  But remember, the most vital part of this working is being able to get OMF0 which will allow you to be on a Quarry Mission while on a date with a Girlfriend.  If you get this part down perfectly, then the rest is rather standard stuff.  Make note that there is many different spots to submerge the Vehicle in water.  For instance, if you want to make an AP Motorcycle, you will need to use a spot, like this.  If you want to make an AP Rhino Tank or any large Aircraft like a Shamal or Hydra, you will need to use this spot and undrown the Vehicle as shown in both of these Videos here and here.  This spot can also be used for Helicopters and things to that nature, too.  All in all, it's not that bad as long as you fulfill the prerequisites and get OMF0 with the Quarry Missions.  Happy converting!  The possibilities are endless at this point.  For instance, in the Guide there has been an AP/EC Maverick, AP Mothership, and AP Fire Truck in which not only required a Mission Failure to obtain it, but they also required a Suicide in the Stats, too.  With this AP Conversion Method, you can essentially obtain the EC Maverick in Toreno's Last Flight instead of having it AP and pass the Mission while doing so without a Suicide and then later use this AP Conversion to make it AP/EC like it originally was from the Mission.  You can go about obtaining the Mothership from Riot and passing the Mission while doing so and then use this AP Conversion to make it an AP Mothership like the one in Black Project, only this time, without a Mission Failure and a Suicide in the Stats.  You can easily just take the Fire Truck (Ladder Truck) that spawns at the San Fierro Fire Department and use this AP Conversion to make it an AP Fire Truck (Ladder Truck).  The one from End of the Line requires a Mission Failure and a Suicide in the Stats, but converting one into AP like this won't have any any affect on the Stats whatsoever.  Like I said, the possibilities are endless.  Use this trick wisely!  I don't recommend going all out and just making any random AP Vehicles like the ones already found in the Story Missions.  If you can obtain them from the Story Missions, it's better, since it actually requires a lot of skill to get some of the AP Vehicles from the Story Missions.  You'll feel better about yourself if you conquer a challenging task than using this AP Conversion to take the easy way out and make any AP Vehicle with ease.  I only recommend this under extreme circumstances, like the AP Vehicles from the Story in which require a Suicide in the Stats.  Converting them to AP with this trick will save you from wasting CJ three times.  Have fun!  Here is some other ways on going about converting Vehicles to AP.  Only this time, it's using "Trucking" to gain OMF0 and using Denise as the Girlfriend to take out on a date.  See the Video by toomuchinvigilation (Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3).  His Video also shows a variety of different kinds of Vehicles being converted to AP.

8.9. AP Mountain Bike

Mission: Beat the Cock!

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Fail (If You Pass 2 Triathlon Events, it Will Not Add Any Attempts to the Stats)

How to Obtain: This one is very easy to get and it's more of a Trophy than anything else.  Start the Side Mission Beat the Cock! and simply steal the opponent's Mountain Bike and let the Mission fail.  Once the Mission fails, just take it to a Garage and store it.  The Mountain Bike is AP but it's nothing special.  The reason it's not very special like an AP Car//Truck/Motorcycle/Helicopter is because ALL Bikes, like a BMX or Mountain Bike can be shot at with a Minigun and nothing will happen, can crash into as many objects as you want and nothing will happen, explosions won't harm it, nor will any fire or melee attacks.  The only reason this one is special mainly is for the EP property.  The Bike ITSELF won't blow up, but if the Bike wasn't EP and CJ was sitting on it, the explosion would knock him off and possibly kill him.  But since it's EP, CJ will be safe while sitting on it with any explosions close by.

9.0. EC Grey Club

Mission: Import/Export Crane

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: -

How to Obtain: Once you complete the Import/Export Lists, every Wednesday and Sunday you can import this EC Grey Club.  Just import it and take it to a Garage and store it if you want this Special Vehicle.

Video by LieutenantCB17

9.1. EC2 Green Remington

Mission: Lowrider Challenge

Difficulty: * and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail (Won't Affect Stats)

How to Obtain: For the EC2 Green Remington, just activate the Side Mission Lowrider Challenge and shoot at it like in the Video and then block the driver's path from escaping and snipe him out.  The door will be left open.  Just get in and drive it to a Garage.  The cool thing with these despite being EC2 is that they are visible like the EC2 Perennial, EC2 Mesa, and EC2 Stretch already in the Guide.

Video by fnxrak

9.2. EC2 Yellow Remington

Mission: Lowrider Challenge

Difficulty: *

Pass or Fail: Pass

How to Obtain: For the EC2 Yellow Remington, just activate Lowrider Challenge and this time pass the Mission.  After it's passed, like shown in the Video, snipe the driver out and take the Remington back to the Garage.  Usually the Remington is blocked by another Vehicle like you see in the Video, so it should be a bit easier than the EC2 Green Remington from the above Post.  The cool thing with these despite being EC2 is that they are visible like the EC2 Perennial, EC2 Mesa, and EC2 Stretch already in the Guide.

Video by fnxrak

9.3. EC Dark Grey Vincent

Mission: Debt Owed to Casino

Difficulty: * and 1/2

Pass or Fail: -

How to Obtain: This EC Dark Grey Vincent is easy to get, but I recommend you wait until after 100% to get it and perhaps, on a separate Save File, since it requires you to lose ALL of your money and be at - $100,000.  First, use Inside Track Betting to lose all of your money so you have $0.00.  After that, go to the Casino in Las Venturas and bet $100,000 as shown in the Video and lose.  Exit the Casino at this point and you will get a phone call about the debt you owe to the Casino.  Just hang around outside for a few minutes after you receive that phone call and you should get another phone call that says about CJ hanging around the neighborhood and some guys have been sent to talk to him about his debt problems.  The EC Dark Grey Vincent should show up with several armed guys really soon at this point.  Simply kill them all when it shows up and take the EC Dark Grey Vincent as the prize.  Just take it back to a Garage and store it.

Video by fnxrak

9.4. EC/EC2 and EM Vehicles (Anything You Want) (2 of 2)

Mission: -

Difficulty: *** and 1/2

Pass or Fail: Fail (Won't Effect Mission Stats if Trucking/Quarry Missions Are Complete)

How to Obtain: Like the AP Conversion, this is another Conversion Method in which can be done after 100%.  The requirements for this to work out is you need to have a Phone Call in memory and also two Lowriders and/or two Tuner Vehicles in a Garage, depending on which Mod Garage you choose.  Any Phone Call will do, including the Catalina Phone Call after 100%, despite not being high priority.  Like I explained in the AP Conversion Post about getting OMF0 with using Trucking or Quarry, you will do the same setup for this, as well.  Once OMF0 is in place, go to the Airport as shown in the Video and get to the Ticket Booth.  Let the timer count down to about ~7 seconds or so remaining and at that time, buy a ticket for a flight to San Fierro.  As soon as the Mission fails and you can jump out of the AT-400, do so.  Make note you cannot skip the flight until you get to a Mod Garage.  This is the reason for driving in reverse and not running since the buttons to skip the flight are shared with driving forward and sprinting.  Hopefully the Baggage Handler will be there when you jump out of the AT-400, if it is, get to it and drive back to a Garage that you have either a Lowrider or Tuner Vehicle inside and take the Vehicle to either Loco Low Co. or Wheel Arch Angels, again, driving in reverse.  When you get inside the designated Mod Garage of your choice, this is the time to skip the flight.  After the flight is skipped, you will need to make it back to a Safehouse or the Atrium to restore the normal game world view as shown in the Video.  Once the normal game view is back, run to a Safehouse Garage where your desired Vehicle you want to make EC/EM is located.  Get inside of it, but make sure to remain inside the Garage.  Don't drive away.  When you enter your desired Vehicle, you can now mod it however you like.  When you finish, you'll have to exit your new EC/EM Vehicle and navigate blindly inside the Garage to find your Lowrider/Tuner Vehicle.  You need to do this if you want to be able to get out of the Mod Garage.  If you exit the Mod Garage with the desired EC/EM Vehicle, you'll be trapped inside there and can't get out.  This is the reason you need to have random Lowriders/Tuners inside the Garage at the Safehouse, since you need to get into one of them before closing out of the Mod Menu, but make note it's tricky to find it inside the Garage and may take several attempts.  Once you find your Lowrider/Tuner and have all the things applied that you want, exit the Mod Menu and the Mod Garage will open up.  Just drive back to the Safehouse Garage where your desired new EC/EM Vehicle is and check on it.  It's not too hard, but it may take some practice and getting used to.  Good luck!

This Section Is Dedicated to Special Vehicles That Use Mission Duplication and OMF0.

***Warning*** - The reason these Special Vehicles are not listed in the main Guide above is because they need more testing.  Some of the Methods behave differently on each Version of SA as well as the Platform in which you play on.  The game can crash/freeze, Saves can become corrupt and not load, double percent could be earned after passing a duplicated Mission thus block off upcoming Missions, map glitches can occur where a stray blip will forever remain on the map, and the list continues.  If you're playing on the PC Version of the game, things are a bit more tolerable and you're able to do most of this stuff without a problem but if you're playing on another Platform, then you could run into some problems.  Even if you are playing on PC, depending on the Version, things could go wrong, as well.  Some of the Videos and Methods below are not easy and you really need to know what you are doing to pull them off.  I suggest only to try and obtain these Special Vehicles shown below if you're playing the PC Version and have a full understanding on how Mission Duplication and OMF0 Methods work.  You have been warned.

-- In High Stakes, Low Rider you can obtain the AP/EC2 Remington, AP Blade, and AP Majestic.  However, at the present time it only works on the PC Version since starting Just Business on other Platforms will freeze/crash the game.  However, if you are interested in seeing it done and trying it out yourself, check out the Video by toomuchinvigilation (Part 1 and Part 2)

-- In Just Business, you can obtain an AP/EM/NE BF-400.  Check out the Video by rhans

-- In Reuniting the Families, you can obtain a DP/EP/FP/MP/EM Greenwood and AP Police Maverick.  However, you really need to get the setup correct for this to work out.  You also NEED a Minigun and Katie as a Girlfriend so when CJ is wasted, he can keep his Weapons.  See the Video by rhans (Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3)

-- In Reuniting the Families, you can obtain an AP Tanker.  However, you really need to get the setup correct for this to work out.  You also NEED a Minigun and Katie as a Girlfriend so when CJ is wasted, he can keep his Weapons.  See the Video by rhans

-- In Photo Opportunity, you can obtain the AP/EC2 Picador, AP/EC2 ZR-350, AP/EC2 Washington, and AP Broadway.  However, it seems to only fully work on the PC Version.  You can obtain these on PS2, but it will leave a stray blip on the map and it will be permanently glitched.  Obtaining them is rather simple so if you want to know how it's done, see the Video by toomuchinvigilation (Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3)

-- In T-Bone Mendez, you can obtain the AP Boxville and AP FCR-900 at the same time.  These are already in the Guide and each use normal Methods, however, you can obtain these much easier and quicker if you use Mission Duplication Methods.  I personally wouldn't recommend it, but if you are having trouble obtaining these then you could look into this Method.  See the Video by toomuchinvigilation

-- In Toreno's Last Flight, you can obtain the AP/EC Maverick which is already in the Guide using normal Methods.  Only this time, it's using Mission Duplication to obtain it and not only that, it's using a Method in which does not require a Suicide in order to obtain it.  See how it's done in the Video by rhans

-- In Stowaway, you can finally obtain the Unique Andromada, but this time on the PC Version.  This Special Vehicle is already in the Guide, but explains and shows the normal Method which only works on PS2.  To obtain it on PC, you will obviously need to duplication the Mission for this to become obtainable.  The good thing with this Method is you will not need to waste CJ.  To see how to get it on PC, see the Video by rhans

-- In Architectural Espionage, you can obtain an EC2 Washington.  The EC2 is completely invisible, however, to obtain this Special Vehicle is quite tricky.  If this interests you and you'd like to obtain it, see the Video by rtyuijhggff

-- In Up, Up, and Away!, you can obtain the AP Leviathan.  To see how its done, check out the Video by rtyuijhggff

-- In Saint Marks Bistro, you can obtain yet another AP Sentinel.  It's not really needed and there is already two listed in the Guide that use normal Methods.  However, since this one comes up in Las Venturas late in the game, to conserve storage space early on in Los Santos and San Fierro, you could obtain it from this Mission instead using OMF0.  To see how it's done, see the Video by rhans

-- In Beatdown on B-Dup, you can obtain the AP Infernus.  This is already in the main Guide using normal Methods, however, I am showing it here as well since there is an easier Method on PC to get it and flipping the AP Infernus in the cutscene with a Tractor or Monster isn't needed.  If you want to use this Method to obtain it, then check out the Video by toomuchinvigilation (Part 1 and Part 2)

-- In End of the Line, you can obtain the AP/EC2 Feltzer and AP Fire Truck.  This is already possible, however, it requires the usual Mission Failure and Suicide in order to obtain them at the same time.  Now you can obtain both at the same time with only a Mission Failure and no Suicide.  If you want to see how it's done, check out the Video by rtyuijhggff

-- In the Lowrider Challenge, you can convert any Lowrider into AP form.  It requires a Suicide and the Lowriders are required to have Hydraulics.  Since an AP Conversion for any Vehicle exists, this is inferior at this point and isn't needed anymore.  Although, if you want to try and obtain these, check out the Video by rtyuijhggff and the Alternative Method using Satchel Charges by toomuchinvigilation (Part 1 and Part 2)

-- In Boat School, you can obtain a handful of EC Watercraft (EC White Coastguard, EC Red Dinghy, EC Strawberry and White Vortex, and EC Yellow and Blue Vortex), although it's quite difficult.  It wouldn't be possible without OMF0.  To see how this is done, watch the Video by rhans or Video by rtyuijhggff

-- In Air Raid, you can obtain a Unique/EP/FP RC Baron.  Make note that this is extremely luck based and hit or miss.  Perhaps it was obtained on a fluke.  To see it being obtained and how it's done, check out the Video by you fooking w0t m9? and Video by rhans

-- In Supply Lines..., you can obtain the AP Berkley's RC Van.  It's extremely difficult, but if you want to see it done, check out the Video by rtyuijhggff

-- In 8 Track, despite not being Special Vehicles with any special properties or paintjobs, you can obtain the Hotring Racers A and B from the Opponents.  It's a pretty difficult task to accomplish, but these Vehicles would be nice to have and then convert to AP/EC/EM using the Conversion Tricks.  If you want to see it done, check out the Video by OrionSR (Part 1 and Part 2), and Video by toomuchinvigilation (Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3).  Here is the original Video by rtyuijhggff

The White one?  Yeah, I prefer Campers without the roof, but I am not gonna worry.  The EC Brown Camper is without roof and the EC White Camper is with roof.  The AP Mothership also has the roof, too.

Woah, you are right.  It looks unobtainable on Android/iOS.  The Touch Screen Button does not appear to jump off the BF-400...That really sucks ass cuz this AP Packer is a must have...

At least you can still get the AP Sultan and DP/EP/FP/MP BF-400.  The Mobile Exclusive Method for the Sultan and the new Method in the Guide for the BF-400 with the added MP property at least works, so it's only the AP Packer you can't get at this time.

Have you tried to get the EC Mutant BF-400 again?  You said in the other Topic it doesn't work anymore on Mobile, either.  That sucks!  This is why I stick to PS2 V1 for my MAIN MEGA Saves....Everything works on PS2.  All Methods are there, nothing is patched, etc, etc, etc.  The only part in which sucks on PS2 is the DP/EP/FP/MP Police, but other than that, everything else works flawlessly.

I once posted a Video of LieutenantCB17 obtaining the AP Greenwood where he was able to get back inside the Greenwood after the cutscene by leaving the passenger side door open.  This does NOT work on my PS2.  CJ automatically will run to the driver side door, which is locked, instead of using the opened passenger side door.  However, even if I could get inside of it, it's not anything special, since it wouldn't me moved off the ground, anyways...

I could buy a controller :D Then i could get it lol

Yeah, a Controller solves all problems.  The AP Fire Truck would probably be next to impossible on Mobile with Touch Screens alone.  You may need to get a Controller if you want the Packer and Fire Truck...

I'm late to the party but oh well lol
Congratulations on achieving 60+ UVs @Militia :) Maybe one day I'll do that too xD

Lol, thanks, but it's easy.  I knew I could do it.  I even have Ganton completely empty and 2 spots inside El Corona.  There is plenty of space left and I successfully was able to use the Los Santos Impound for half of the duration of the game while my AP Packer sat inside of it before I moved it to the Hanger.

I've heard you talk about SA for literally 6-9 months now, but you never seem to finish.  Only III and VC, but those GTA's take less than a week (or at least for me) and all Special Vehicles are so easy (at least for me).  I barely find a damn thing hard in those GTA's.  LCS/VCS are the same old, same old, too, in terms of difficulty of Special Vehicles, too.  99% are all easy these days.  Even SA is easier for me the more times I go through it.  AP Greenwood took first try this time, for instance, so did the other 3 Shotgunning Vehicles.  In terms of SA, I can do anything and I can obtain anything at this point, other than the stupid Police Car on PS2.  I would have the DP Leviathan in this Save, but it was discovered on Christmas Day, 1 week after I passed Interdiction and acquired the EC Black Maverick.  Not to worry, though.  Since I can't get the Police and need to get it on Mobile (again), I might as well round up the DP Leviathan on my next, new Mobile Save.  But for now, I am concentrating on doing the 48% Starter Save for LCS on iOS, followed by finishing to 100% with 12 Special Vehicles.  Once that is done with, I will then do SA on Mobile.  Who knows, maybe something else will be discovered by then, too!

Btw, I will lay PS2 to rest now in terms of SA.  I know I said this more than once in the past, as well, but this time, I can't seem to improve anymore for SA on PS2, so even if more things are discovered, I won't care, and for now on just get the remaining stuff on Mobile.  I refuse to bother doing a Save on PS2 again.  It takes a long time to get all of these and finish the game while making sure nothing disappears.

the pink cars of Woozie you can get them anytime after 100% complition so essentially they are not unique, just rare    , maybe mention that in the guide   and videos cos in that case they can be skipped to save garage space

is the Big Smoke delivery Sanchez proofed ?

The BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Fortune and BP/EP/FP/MP/EC2 Elegy are indeed Special Vehicles.  How can a Vehicle not be special when it has all those properties?  If you know, the AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicles can be obtained even after 100%, but that doesn't mean they aren't special.  So can all the FP Race Vehicles be obtained anytime from ALL Races and there is FP Vehicles in Firefighter Level 1 and 2, as well, that can be obtained anytime.  Even Cesar's BP/EP/FP/MP Savanna can be obtained anytime, but I didn't list in the Guide, since there is an AP Savanna in Photo Opportunity.  AP > BP/EP/FP/MP = Inferior.

You can skip them if you want and get them later, but when you make it out into The Country, there is enough space anyways.  As you can see, I have 61 Special Vehicles and obtained the Fortune and Elegy during the Story and NOT after 100% and had plenty of room...

Nope only the Patriot

Incorrect.  It is AP Sanchez in the Courier Mission for Cesar when he calls you when the Sanchez spawns instead of the Patriot.  But it requires Cheats (Blow Up All Cars) and then push wreck back to a Garage.  There's been a Video on Youtube of this for a while.  Perhaps it was by Doom41k or Stea1thman, but it's there...

I don't list Special Vehicles that require Cheats, or I would of listed the AP Sentinel from Saint Mark's Bistro.  I don't need Cheat Vehicles...

True, but he asked if it was proofed and it is.  It's AP, but requires Cheats, so it's useless.  Plus there is 2 easy as pie AP Sanchez' in the game already.  Just pick one from WSotT and Badlands.

OK

well maybe you can have a Vice City new guide too ?

in San Andreas,  essentially the only proofed Maverick worthy to get is the one from Toreno's Last Flight cos it's uniqe color , the other one is normal color , is that correct ?

Also , the Dozer in Deconstruction  aren't special either ?    they seem to have at least more health than normal

Nah, that other guy made a Guide and if people want to ask questions, I can just answer them in the appropriate topic.  A lot of what you will see for methods in his Guide are outdated and don't need to use such a method anymore...Some Vehicles aren't even listed, etc, etc.

There is 3 AP Mavericks in SA.  Just view the Guide.  1 AP Maverick from The Da Nang Thang.  1 AP/EC Maverick from Toreno's Last Flight.  1 AP Maverick from Misappropriation.  In fact, both CJ's Maverick AND the enemies Maverick are both AP during the Mission at some point and both can be obtained, but not at the same time since you need to use a Tow Truck and tow one of them back since the doors are locked.  But yes...The AP/EC Maverick from Toreno's Last Flight is the only one with the EC as well as AP and it's the "best" one to get.  But it DOES require a Mission Failure AND a Suicide.  Whereas The Da Nang Thang and Misappropriation Mavericks do not.  In fact, you can PASS these Missions and obtain them no problem.

Nope, Dozer in Deconstruction isn't special at all.  It may have increased health during the Mission, but it's nothing special.

Yeah, the Guide only took 1 week to finish, that was including 11 hour shifts on 4 days of the week :p  Glad it's done now, though.  I am also glad I finished my SA Save on PS2 so now I am concentrating on LCS for Mobile and then back to SA, but this time on Mobile to round up some more Special Vehicles.  SA is the best GTA hands down for Special Vehicles and the most fun to obtain them in this game.

I see you edited your VC Topic and added in better info as well as the proper Special Vehicles, etc...It's looking better!

Are you sure the EP Banshee can be obtained by passing the mission? On my first attempt (wasted a good 40 minutes) of making my FP/EP vehicles video i made 4 vehicles FP/EP, and i killed the Russian dealer while he wasn't even near the Banshee. I then drove the Banshee into the Gas Station and BOOOOOM, Wasted

Hm, yeah, you are right.  I know there is a way to pass and get it, but I am not sure how it's done.  I know some people who've done it before, though when they do a No Missions Failed Playthrough and only obtain Special Vehicles which don't require a Mission Failure...One of the guys had this EP Banshee as well as converted only ONE Vehicle into EP/FP (Seasparrow) since you can pass and do that, too, before getting the EP Banshee.

Check the PROOFED and RARE vehicle Discussion if you want to obtain the Just Business Vehicles Cheatless and without having to collect any Info Icons!

I'm new to this forum, but not new to Car Collecting since I have my own method of obtaining the Just Business vehicles withOUT Cheats! Of course, and you don't even have to collect the LSPD Headquarter's Info Icon! The weirdest part is: Why hasn't anyone figured it out yet? It involves the usage of Satchel charges and the Sprunk vending machine... It's doable also without Satchel Charges, but you have to wait longer, and hold your Buy Drink button until Smoke deals the Russians.

You can even "farm" dozens of copies if you'd like! :)

Here's my guide:

(insert number)

AP Packer, AP Sultan, FP/EP/CP/MP BF-400

Mission: Just Business
Character: Big Smoke
Location: Los Santos

Requirements: Satchel Charges (pick up from Montgomery)

How to Obtain:
Proceed through the mission until you get outside. Now kill the two Russians shooting at Smoke (kill also some of the nearest to the door). Now plant two or three Satchels around the remaining Russians, but not too many because Smoke will take some blast damage from those, but he will survive providing he hasn't lost so much health from the shootout. Now run to the gas station where the Broadway is parked. There's a Sprunk vending machine with flower pickup beside it. Equip your Detonator and approach the vending machine until the Buy Drink message appears. Detonate the Satchels, and BUY a drink after you heard the blast. Now the cutscene where you mount the bike with Smoke should start as normal. If not, hold your key for Buy Drink and hope the cutscene starts after Smoke has killed the last Russian, but in middle of the animation where CJ drinks the Sprunk. The cutscene looks like normal, but you'll be able to jump from the back seat of the BF-400 at any time of the Chase. You can explore any part of the chase and how things are scripted. But be careful about entering the Nebulas or any other mission vehicles because they are scripted to disappear and you will be Wasted is you're in one when it happens. But leave that for another time. Let the Russians damage the bike until there's small amount of health left on the bike before the cutscene where the Packer comes with Sultans on top of it. Now jump out of the back seat and hopefully the Russians destroy the bike and the Packer and the other vehicles will stop somewhere under the bridge or a little further. Now run up to the vehicles and kill the enemies so they wont bother you. Some of them are invincible, so you have to beat them with a parachute equipped. Now you can load the Sultan and the BF-400 to the Packer and do what you want with them, or collect them individually if you want.

EC2? Nebulas cannot be obtained at the same time as these ones but you can obtain them on an another run.

I don't like to use the impounds though and I would like to know how to jump to the restricted 4-star territory with the Packer. It fits to Doherty, I heard. Flint Intersection has those annoying barricades. But if it's the only way to impound it to keep it then i'll just do it to save all unnecessary trouble.

The vending machines seem to reset CJ mission-specific restriction scrips somehow and you can enter/exit vehicles as normal. In Black Project you do NOT have to use the crane for example because buying a drink from a vending machine (no animation occurs while on the Jetpack) turns the Jetpack into a conventional one and you can leave it like normal and the pickup appears near CJ. This won't work in Reuniting the Families because CJ is not really sitting in the car. He is stuck on top of it. With a crappy AK from Emmet.

I hope I helped you all and hopefully using vending machine technique will facilitate obtaining any existing or known Special Vehicles in the future!

For any Guides on Special Vehicles, post them here.  Thanks for the info.  Sounds interesting.  Maybe it will help my friend to obtain these on Mobile since they are unobtainable on Mobile.  Only the AP Sultan using a Mobile Exclusive Method and the DP/EP/FP/MP BF-400.  Not the DP/EP/FP BF-400 that the Russians are driving.  He can't get the AP Packer, either.

I've already obtained the AP Packer, AP Sultan, and DP/EP/FP BF-400 on my new, current PS2 Save so I can't try this new method.  Someone else can if they like, though.

the brown Camper how many of them you got ? cos there are 3 color versions (white, black and red) plus the roof variants which makes 6 combinations possible

I only care to obtain one of the Brown Campers.  The Brown is what makes it special.  Not the Red, White, and Black, at least I don't think.  That's like saying all the numbers on the SWAT Tank are different, so every single SWAT Tank is special...

I told him to edit his post but he hasn't yet.

It seems his Method might be one of them that does not need as much luck as using the Info Icons since he is using Satchel Charges to detonate the Russians when HE wants them dead.  Not when Smoke himself kills them.

EDIT: Thanks to lil weasel, he copy/pasted the guy's HIDDEN Post back into the above post of his from the Proof/Rare Topic, so his Method is now a few Posts up!  Try it out!
