I like the mixture of LCS props in GTA III, makes the city feel more alive. I wouldn't even mind if tonis safehouse in Portland (which is destoryed in III) gets restored, but it needs a main.scm edit since one of the hidden packages is located inside one of the broken building.

PS2 Feels is not done, I still have some DFFs to edit but I think I'm near the end.

PS2 Feels will have its own IPLs, IDEs and COLs files.
IPLs, to fix many things in mid-air like for example at the airport.

There, not only the shadow was in mid-air, but also the containers, hangars and trailers. DFFs and COLs of the area had to be edit as well to fix the whole thing.

Whoa nice! I'd love to see the open LCS shoreside tunnel in GTA 3 though.. The only reason why R* "closed" the tunnel in III is because to make it feel more "open-world" and it's not story related.

This won't be optional. If I make this optional, I'll have to make the LCS buildings and lighthouse too, it's something I want to avoid. Also, that would make more IPLs and COLs to edit.

The only things optional are the law enforcement vehicles to switch between default, blue and white or LCS.

 

Whoa nice! I'd love to see the open LCS shoreside tunnel in GTA 3 though.. The only reason why R* "closed" the tunnel in III is because to make it feel more "open-world" and it's not story related. 

Not gonna happen. I'm improving a little GTA III with LCS stuff but I'm trying to keep the game as it was. The tunnel will remain closed with invisible walls.

That's nice to know. I thought that the LCS stuff would be optional.

What happened with GTA3 PS2 Feel? I mean, I'm not demanding anything but is taking you so long to release it even more than GTA San Andreas PS2 Feel, that IMO is a 2x bigger.

You know you're comparing the incomparable?

The one for San Andreas is mostly TXDs and DFFs converted from PS2, nothing else. Also, the moment I annonced it, it was pretty much done.

Compared to that, the one for III is textures converted from III on PS2, DFFs from LCS that I have to edit to match III and fixing things here and there. The last things I have to do are annoying and I need time that I don't have right now. If it's just changing the ID of a sidewalk, I have time, it's fast to do, but what I have to do for III is completely different.

Another thing, when I have time, it doesn't mean I'm working on this. Sometimes I'm tired to work on this and I change my mind by doing something else. It can be related to GTA, like PS2 screens or I play a game entirely different.

In brief, just wait, till I'm satisfied, there won't be any download link and there won't be anymore news, nothing interesting to show.

Triad Fish Van:

The damaged passenger door window is untextured.

 

Train:

Some posters are mirrored.

 

III Aircraft Chopper:

Forgot to remove the secondary color from the tail. You'll see no difference, but it's bugging me.

 

Patriot:

Interior part visible from the exterior. Some vehicles got already fixed from this issue, but looks like I missed this one.

All I see, is the default Dead Dodo. And this quote concerned the fixed vehicles I've done, not the default ones.

GTA III Fixed vehicles updated.

What has been updated?

Triad Fish Van, the damaged passenger window was untextured.

Train, three posters were mirrored.

III Aircraft Chopper, removed the secondary color from the tail.

Patriot, fixed the damaged rear doors showing the interior part.

Esperanto, fixed the texture on the undamaged wings.

Bobcat with extra parts added, it can be found in the Extra folder.

Default Dodo, you'll see a little difference between the undamaged and damaged rotor.

III Aircraft Dodo, same thing as the default Dodo. Don't forget to update aircraft.col.
