GTA 3 may not be that broken as VC, SA and IV but it still has some bugs and differences with PS2. This community mod aims to fix bugs and use best assets in PC vanilla quality

Improved Train - added PS2 graffity, fixed lights etc.
Added flight path from PS2 v1.40 EU version (much longer now)
Fixed UV mapping on following models: Ind_mainten2, nrailsteps, indbilbridge1, ind_mainten3, redlightbuild06v
Fixed 2 object placement around the map
Added zones names for subway stations (have to start new game )
Added higher quality audios for few missions
Fixed textures for 8-Ball Auto Yard gate, radar27, fire escapes, Fire exit sign on Raffle's Fish Market, ticket machine and barrier support, "Fabric-8" (fabricate) shop appearing on apartment block in St. Marks, Paper lanterns, Bollards, Roast Peking Duck restaurant sign
Added unique face for Yardie gang member, introbits

Restored missing lighthouse red brick texture (mottbrick_red64HV) to match xbox GTA3 and LCS (whoa PS2 has this broken too)
Restored missing piano keys texture in Sal's house (piano) to match xbox GTA3 and LCS
Added german translation with alteration to PS2 1.40 EU audio
Fixed one of the intro Colombians so he now uses his uniquely designed head
Restored missing 8ball3D texture to 8ball ball in Shoreside Vale (VC android source)
Restored missing texture (detail_128_grey) on bank in first cutscene to match xbox version
Fixed the damn black line on "Liberty City Bank" sign in first cutscene
Fixed black line betweeen roads in first cutscene

Added PS2 timecyc, handling and particle CFG. (so water and smoke is not nerfed anymore)

Much better and more HQ PS2 Wooden texture (chipboardgrating64HV) in some buildings around Portland.
