Looks like rotation of the barriers resets itself, maybe you can try playing around with xform and resetting it. (After that you could try to rotate them as you want them to be and save IPL)

How did you use ninja ripper correctly? i want to do it with some canyons on NFS Carbon but all i get importing it is a bunch of props in the middle of the scene.

Whoops, I didn't even notice this topic but now I get what you meant on the BSOR topic. This is a massive project you got going on here. Take all the time you need on whatever you like to work on even though there are a few people asking for classic weeds to be updated (me included). No need to rush anything or get stressed about not being able to "deliver" everything at the same time.

These mods should be for you enjoying modding in the first place and be for making others happy in second place.

Now for on-topic: This looks pretty well done. Like others said: basic stuff first, making it look pretty should be last priority since it's easier to do that after getting everything modeled and placed in the map (that way you avoid weird looking and misplaced prelight too, since applying that and then moving things tend to give those issues). All in all this looks pretty good. Are there any plans on putting objectives/missions on this map (after the basic and making it pretty stuff of course)?

I dunno man, I mean I can't speak for the OP but I think it's pretty unanimous that people would rather see a whole new map rather than a character only you're asking for that may or may not be used for masturbatory purposes.

not interested in doing it myself, modelling is not my thing. i already broke numerous SA installs trying to do so. 

 

rather have someone who can do it properly finish it.

 

also it has nothing to do with the topic, I was just quoting what you said about people wanting to see new maps. and yet these 4 maps arent being worked on at all

 

as for something on topic, im unsure if it was this mod or a different NFS mod but I was supposed to be making radio stations for it. so im getting back on that.

People wanting a new map converted from NFS =/= some guy wanting someone to convert maps for him because he's unwilling to learn how to convert them himself. (Funnily enough, so did the guy who exported those maps to 3dsmax. Hmmm...)

I think the best thing to do is to wait and see what OP does with this map.
