The latest update really sums up their treatment for PvE. On top of new game mode, maps, and classes, they just f*cking gave PvP free items that PvE had to pay and have to pay for.
First, one is Crossbow. Unlike the PvE counterpart, it's customisable and free. In PvE, you need to buy Fallen Ghosts DLC and the weapon is locked in that DLC campaign only - even until now, feedback after feedback.
The second one is M16. It's a new weapon under the Predator theme. It's free for PvP. Outside that, you will have to buy Predator Pack for 2600 Credits and that means it's about 18-20 bucks more or less and that is about the same price as DLC Campaign as well.
I'm not pissed over M16 locked behind the expensive Predator Pack - that's different matter. But rather on the treatment of the f*cking main portion of the game that was sold for. They were so curious for player feedback on PvE, rejected almost everything because they said they have 'vision' ignoring the fact that many of those they rejected are supportive for that, and most of the hard work sweat seems to fall into PvP, which has been given out monthly updates and roadmap featuring classes, maps, and game modes. To put more salt in the wound before kicking it, right now they are really catering for the people who used to trash their game at any given chance for not being sold for them.
If anything is holding me back from buying AC Origins, it would be because of this experience. Apparently I was wrong using WD2 as a proof to believe that they will wholeheartedly support the PvE.
