I still remember when I got VCS. It was at a gamestop in my hometown. It was a used copy, i still remember poping it on my ps2 and watching the intro video. Good times.

I played this game and LCS on PSP when i was 6, had lots of memories with them, I can't wait to play these games again

I haven't used a cellphone in like three months, I don't even like that much technology, but if VCS is released for Android, then I guess I'll have to re-charge it back.

Like past reply's I hope the mobile version of VCS will be good and not crappy and rushed like the android version of gta3 and vc just to make a quick dollar. They still haven't fixed the missing interior texture bugs for the android version of VC. I even submitted this problem on rockstar support and it looks like they don't care to fix it. Very unhappy about that.

Unfortunely I don't have a phone for a mobile release, which I highly believe that it will be released for Android & iOS like LCS.

A PC port will be heaven.

 

Eh, screw it, I'll get them both for my PS3 in a couple of hours if I can afford the money.

How was III and VC rushed? Those were perfect gta's on mobile. LCS was rused re-using all the weapon icons and sh*t. III and VC were not rushed at all because War Drum does a grate job with their games unlike Lucid games that f*cked up LCS for mobile.

VC wasn't look at models in strip club or ocean drive hotel, they are pretty messed up

On the android version of III for me, sometimes the advertising and sign textures on the Luigi's sex club 7 building would turn white and would not show up. I had to reload or restart the game for them to show up. Also in one area the textures were in bad quality I had to go away from that area then come back to that area for it to load 100%. And like you said some of the interior textures in VC were not even looked at and tested before they released it. It was a rush job. Other than that they could of had something good here. VC on android could of been even better than the PC version if it didn't have those embarrassing bugs they have yet to fix.

Standing here I realize I'm lucky to still be alive 10 years later to play a potential phone version of this and count the days down again

Also multiplayer they didn't even have that in the mobile port of lcs(ps2 port) so I will bet it will be the same with vcs.

I hope it too but I think it will not happen sadly.

I'd prefer a Mobile release on iOS/Android, considering III, VC, SA, and CTW are on iOS/Android. .

i liked this game, i hope wardrum remakes it tho, remastered models and stuff, I don't wanna see that oil effect on the characters this time, but it was my favourite game. I played it on PSP, and PS2. I hope they make it better

well comparing the War Drum and Lucid, in LCS Lucid improved every pedestrians textures and every main characters textures. but War Drum didn't improved pedestrians in iii,vc and sa. so Lucid is kinda than War Drum

They will, but this time we will profit from PS2 port by getting more side missions. They also scraped coop in SA on PS3 and Xbox 360

Use a controller. Useing the touch controlles for any gta mobile game is god awful.

I'm sure they would make it more time like the side missions in lcs mobile you had to do 9 levels instead of 12.

Which is actually a good thing in a way, Lucid sorta maybe accidentally, maybe not accidentally, included every single DFF, TXD, COL, etc for LCS inside an IMG that it doesn't even use. And it's the original textures, not the weird HD mod style ones, it loads it's textures from a different area so the game shipping with all these TXD's is like, curious.

 

But yeah, the port may not be as good stable wise on mobiles, but their leftover stuff is a blessing for PC modders, I said it last year when LCS came out on Mobile that LCS PC teams have literally just been given the game on a plate, but hardly anyone made use of it.

I miss the world we lived in when this game was released. Seems like such a long time ago. I don't care who makes the port really, none of the ports have been that bad in my experience.

Whether it is Lucid Games or Wardrum Studios that ports VCS (I think a 10th anniversary mobile release is inevitable at this point), I hope they leave the framerate uncapped.

I really hope it's Wardrum this time. They did so good porting III,VC, and SA but Lucid slipped a little. The re-used weapon icons still bother me :/ Don't know why they ever did that in the first place.

GTA III and VC can be also uncapped on android and it runs in 60FPS, literally there is option for frame limiter. SA has it broken, when it's on it's 25FPS, when off it's 30FPS. Also i think the unlocking FPS to 60FPS still breaks the game physics.

That's where LCS was different, the physics still worked properly even at 60fps, which really is one of the major things left to try and find out about so it can be ported to the PC games so we can finally ditch that old broken ass physics timing.
