Let's be honest, anyone who comes in here with their "herpderp my 10k Batty wud smoke ur Electric bike in a racezz" is either jelly they can't afford one or just too dumb to understand the point of owning one. It's got nothing to do with races.
As for the general criticism of the KERS, I don't understand it. If it was easier to recharge or lasted longer, it'd be pretty OP, no? Which people spend a lot of time complaining about. The 2 things I use it for are boosting from a standstill or to quickly get out of a danger zone, typically when I'm cornered by cops, or to get me up a hill with no run-up which I'd have NO chance of doing on any other bike.
The price? Well, yeah, compared to the other bikes it's a huge rip-off. But I think all the other bikes are way underpriced. Haku should've been 200k or so, while the Bati at 100k+. The scrub bikes should be down in the 10-30k region. So I didn't mind paying 700k at all considering it's the same money most people drop on a fugly Zentorno or similar.
Don't be so narrow minded.
I own a Lectro and I know perfectly well how to use it. I stated facts about the KERS. If you don't understand it then it's you who doesn't know how to use the bike.
Did I quote you? Are you one of the derpers talking about Bati vs Lectro racing?
... didn't think so. Not sure why you're getting snarky. I also know perfectly well how to use it. Hence why I'm in the appreciation thread posting about it.
You didn't quote anyone, and I was discussing the fact that it's slower than the most commonly used speediest bikes so it was appropriate for me to respond to you. A Bati, Akuma, Hakuchou or even a well ridden Ruffian would "smoke" the Lectro. I can quite happily say that and I am not "jelly I can't afford one or just to dumb to understand the point of owning one". Too many people in here are so weak that they can't accept even the vaguest criticism of something that they have.
And I'm not "getting snarky". I'm merely responding to your post that was (intended or not) a response to a conversation I was taking part in.
