Rancher XL for GTA: Vice City, Maxo's Vehicle Loader format. (You need the latest version to make it work..)
       RANCHER XL

So, this is a simple mod, featuring 2 versions of Rancher XL, a normal variant (sensitive at collisions, and also found on the streets), and a snowny variant (nearly collision-proof, cannot be found on the streets)

Model used: FBI Rancher

Features:
Normal Variant:
*Rancher is 4-door and faster, Rear Wheel Drive.

Snow Variant:
*3D snow on the hood and roof (snow is textured!)
*Nearly undestructable on head-on collisions
*4-door, and it's faster, Four Wheel Drive.
*A detailed snow on bumpers and chassis.
*FBI Rancher wheel, but this time snowny, and even has those stuff to keep wheels from sliding, uhhh! (3D modeled too!)

The wheels and the snow textures look nothing like snow to me. It just looks like someone painted white spots on it randomly.

Thanos, the non snowy varient looks very high quality based on your images. :) Invest more time with the snowy varient and I can only imagine it will look much better. :^:

No texture was changed from the vehicle, just made the clean blue body.

Why not a Police variant instead of a snow variant? It would be much more appropriate.

It's not even a matter of who makes the best textures or not, it just looks very sloppily done.

You should consider how snow will fall onto a vehicle and how it will be thrown onto the vehicle by the tires when driving. Going over the body texture with the MSPaint spray tool is not going to yield a good looking texture.

It's great that you're trying, but it looks like you need a lot more practice. If you think an hour is a long time to put into a mod, you probably don't have the patience or free time to really get into it. Both 3D modeling and texture editing/creation are extremely time consuming when done correctly.

I always have practice in 3d modeling at 3ds max, i have a lot .MAX files that i created just from bored, since i don't know how to put a map in VC.. In textures.. well there i really have no pantience, texturing is boring for me.
