1. San Andreas
Good: Immersion, multiple cities experience, lots of countryside and the gangs. They really pushed the game to it's boundaries back then
Bad: too many glitches, bad frame-rate, ...
Good: nice story and fun
Bad: city design
Good: The graphics and driving controls, the decision to include countryside
Bad: map design (there is no point driving to the north), and Los Santos felt a bit too disappointing, East & South LS should have been larger, didn't like all the personalities as well. Story was not long enough and bad. They putted too much resources & efforts in online development, while i'd prefer to see DLC.
Good: Best story in a GTA Game, great city
Bad: limited customization and things to do in the open world, lack of countryside and the grey graphics. Online was really boring
Driving is okay, but needs time to get used to, and very different from all the other GTA games (this game maybe has the least arcade-feeling), what is not bad but just a choice, but i really didn't like the game because of the greyness, not much to do (esp. when you finish the story) and the absence of countryside
Have to play Vice City yet and The Ballad of Gay Tony
