im using VCLF.ide and .IPL but the bank floor is missing, why? and which files are related to the transparent bank floor?

I'm not sure what texture you wanted, and since I have the ability to do so, here is the .obj (+DDS textures) for that particular model, and here is the night version of said model/textures.

Some bugs at Tommy's Mansion, most of these happens when not using project 2dfx (except the TVs), i know project 2dfx is a very popular mod shouldnt be dependant to other mod, specially since it isnt related to the original pc-ps2 feeling

I don't mind at all if VCLF is dependent on 2DFX; they compliment each other very well, bringing the game forward by at least half a decade.

 

If you want an original PS2 experience, get yourself an original PS2 and the game.

you have the same problem that can be seen in the third screenshot? 

and you arent suppossed the see that bridge from the Vercetti State office? i mean, you can even see things that are more far away so why not the bridge

Its crashed again. I deleted my all mods. Just downloaded The Leftover fixes. When i try to reach marina of cortez, game gives crash

well at least it only crash OS for you... for me it broken Windows 10 totally i had to do reinstall :(

It makes the text look blurry from starfish island and for some reason the heads look really blurry too then i deleted it and it was fine, also i think the ps2 version doesn't use it?

Yes, the PS2 version doesn't use mipmaps, it's an addition for PS2 Feels to make everything look nicer.
