Ok, traffic pathing would be annoying but for such a small road would it really matter if just no car decided to go there ?  :lol:

In that building they inserted later, there is actually a palm growing inside of it wich is probably a leftover. 

traffic pathing is one of the worst parts of gta map editing

No he doesn't. It's a generic placeholder subtitle made before Reece had lines.

 

People don't even realize what "Beta" even means, and half of this "Beta" content people want is just placeholder content

That explains all the missing trees, GTA:VC vehicles and weapons, and leftover animations.

 

As far as "beta content" I'd concider focusing on removed features and unused content.

Anything else like "no trees in this screenshot" is just because they weren't added yet.

Does anyone know where can I get the real first paintjob for Legend? Because the one in the game archive is essentially just a copy of the Elegy one.

its possible that the fire was photoshopped... you know because its the ONLY 1 screen that we can see that kinda fire..

Although i think it's possible to restore this feature, i can do it.

But there is no trace of how it works...

Does the oven catch up on fire everytime you visit the restaurant ?

If you order too much?

Also It explains why there is a fire extinguisher in some clukin bell restaurants

Cluckin' bell doesn't have fire extinguishers (and some of my save games are glitched which makes them not appear in other restaurants). The fire effects might also be just a placeholder. The second trailer shows several effects that are different from the final version, including the fire.

Why your timecyc.dat (Weather file) is strange, like orange hue or smt, way more orange than on ps2

nope you SADLY need to install this in mod loader folder however you can install it manually .
