I found it in some Mission audio folder , it was labeled as Test1 and Test2 (Test1 had left channel i think and Test2 had right channel)

I remember that, in the Expanded Weapon Arsenal mod for GTA VC I was working on with amongst others we used it for the Zastava M70.

it looks like you could see workers with a construction sign in the beta:

I've seen them near that stunt jump on a construction site near Middle Park.

A 'wasted' screen was seemingly planned, it is hidden in some coding where the colours, coordinates, sizing of all text in the game is set (e.g. subtitles).

Tried to restore it by editing that code, but to no avail. But I did try to emulate it in the game, by giving the subtitles the same properties, and getting the subtitles to say wasted by editing american.gxt. 

This is close to how it would have looked with the same coordinates, sizing and colours (probably would have had the actual GTA font though).

Yes, but not on this part of the game, this jacket is only sold in a clothes store in Algonquin, so there are 2 possible reasons to why Niko is wearing it:

1: There was a cloth store that sold this jacket in Broker on a beta of the game.

2: They spawned it in Niko with a debug function for the screenshot.

Yeah, that screenshot with Niko and LJ does look around the final, except for the shirt. But that is a pretty cool render of Hove Beach tho.

 

And does that CB recruitment sign exist in the final, in another CB restaurant maybe?? I've never paid attention to it.

Yes it can still be activated, you need to uncomment the entries by removing the ";". I think it show the street name in the upper right of the screen or something like that, I'm not sure tho; it was already found some pages back.

I found another idle with pistol animation for Niko , he throws his gun and grabs it again , can't really show it due to 2 reasons:
A.Picture will not say much

B.I can't put the pistol , so it isn't really good for a video

if anyone wants to see it then find "playidles_hgun.wad" (Open it with OpenIV)

I can always release these mods if you want guys, just ask. However I am contemplating making a documentation of MLOs as the lack of mods, information and the fact that GIMS messes portals up suggest that it is not widely available or even documented/known about.

Sorry for my lack of knowledge, but what do you mean by flags?

And also with those peds inside the interior, did you spawn them yourself or is there original, unused code that places them there that you activated?

You're doing God's work, Rented. If you did that, I'd be up to finish up my Beta Bank. It was pretty much 90% done when I gave up on MLO.
