This is good. Typically females who are too drunk are too easily taken advantage of.
Hopefully this can help.

So according to this new bill, if two drunk-out-of-their-mind people have sex with each other, they are both guilty of rape and, technically, can be tried and sent to prison? Fantastic. I'm not sure these people actually thinking these thing through before voting on them.

Are campussies like voyeuristic rape-schools?

I never got in, because of the metal detector.

After the campussy police disarmed all my heavy weapons, the detector still gave positive for my dick-lock.

I don't get this. Does it mean if she says yes while drunk and realises in the morning you fell out of the ugly tree, hitting every branch on the way down, that she regrets that decision it's her fault?? It makes no sense

Then who, you? There's a world of difference between regretting a poor judgement call and being violently and forcibly attacked. All sh*t like this does is further broaden the definition of the word.

If you have drunken, but consenual sex with someone, then decide say, two weeks later that you didn't like it for some reason, that's not rape no matter how hard anyone tries to spin it. Do you see how treating it as such would lead to massive amounts of false reports, which would in turn make *actual* cases of rape that much more stigmatized?

The victim.

Date rape is committed without violence, is it therefore not rape?

This could be interesting.

Scenario A:

Boy meets girl at party. Both into each other there and then. Boy and girl screw. Girl into boy and wants relationship/babies/marriage ASAP, boy thinks girl is actually a bit too cuckoo and doesn't wanna know.

Girl then decides to take revenge by claiming she wasn't consenting. Boy gets arrested and thrown in jail, criminal record and generally gets their life f*cked up.

Now I'm not saying there's many cases are like this and rape is a real serious problem, but law change will end up creating different problems.

I guess short of sex taping the event with declarations at the beginning, or carrying around consent certificates for people to sign (uh..) then it will always be a grey matter.

This has actually happened to my friend. She wanted a serious relationship but he (My friend) didn't so she went to the police and he got charged with rape. Luckily, She later admitted she was in love with him and it was consensual so the charges were dropped.

Statistically speaking, it's far more likely to be true. Scum.

People like you are the reason women who've endured rape/sexual violence are often too afraid to do anything about it.

People like her are  a major part of the reason for every single case of actual rape that gets wrongly dismissed my police, or juries or anyone for that matter, as far as I am concerned she should have been locked up for a decent amount of time, yes her only crimes were; slander, lying to the police, wasting police time, perverting the courts of justice (attempted since she came clean) but these crimes in my opinion should be taken more seriously given the accusation. They are a serious part of the problem. However there are few people who would go this far, you would have to be f*cked in the head to go that far and doubly so to go through all the way, unlike your friend's ex, glad she wasn't full nutter, you never go full nutter.

In England there has been a plethora of child sexual abuse scandals coming to the surface, they are saying 1400 in Rotherham alone between 1995 and 2013 and everyone is asking how this happened, well it happened because of sheer ignorance, by people assuming the children being abused were lying because some others may have lied, also because of the whole mentality of "children should be seen and not heard" bullsh*t, that is too a major factor, however a lot of these cases, like the ones in Rotherham, are in my lifetime, when such mentalities were dwindling, so it is definitely a mix. This is just to serve as another real world example as to why lying about such things is monstrous, causes harm not only to the person you accuse but also to others.

@Spectre that is worse than believing every single case, people with your auto-dismissive attitudes are part of the problem, as are people who automatically believe every case. Every case should be judged individually when more evidence comes to light, the place to find that evidence is not an internet forum or tabloid newspapers or anything to do with Rupert Murdock

This is golden. Great post.

It is a true issue that deserves discussing. Yes, rape is bad and the legislation should try to stop it. But do so in wise ways.

Endlessly passing bills that empower women's words and make them OP means that a woman can literally just use society's attitude and sympathy for rape victims to derail a man's life. As a form of revenge, slander, attack, or anything else.

Look at how this chick used the "he raped me" thing to get out of mommy trouble. Oh, and he had his life ruined and she faced no consequence.

80b3738627ba2132.jpg

What happens when a guy gets drunk, meets a drunk girl, and then they have sex. The next day, the guy realizes she was uglier than Medusa with a meth addiction. Can he say "she raped me?", will he get taken seriously or be given sympathy?

This is why I oppose blind and hasty lawmaking for rape. There are soooo many social double standards to consider, that blindly adding more power-ups to rape laws can't possibly be good for both men and women.

rsz_1rsz_regret.jpg

This is a true story:

> girlfriend and boyfriend got into fight
> she goes to club to drink the stress off
> gets drunk, flirts with hot guy, and they have a one night stand
> she sobers up the next day and the guilt of cheating hits her
> she tells her boyfriend "he raped me" to avoid the cheating charge
> boyfriend beats up the other guy
> the "rapist" has had his image and life pretty much f*cked up for a long time

And this, kids, is why I will never pick up bar sluts in America or engage in one night stands. A quicky with some drunk bimbo is not worth the risk of having your character assassinated. If I want sex I'll either go to a brothel, or enjoy in it with long-term partner like a girlfriend or wife.

1521603_616264255108231_670888963_n.jpg

"He raped me" is some cheatcode that women can use whenever a guy pisses them off, to ruin his life. Shame on the women who use it, as it affects the credibility of women who have actually been raped.

You have all seen "the boy who cried wolf", right? Now imagine "the girl who cried rape"
If too many girls start misusing "he raped me!" whenever they are in a bad mood due to a guy, it won't be long before a real rape happens and no one takes the victim seriously. No one hates false-rape accusations more than a rape survivor.

How the hell is it even possible to get convicted because of a false allegation of rape against you? Unless they vigorously ram a dildo around their hate hole and inflict bruises on themselves to make it look like they were raped, how else can it be possible? You shouldn't be able to be convicted of something just on someone's word.

Regretting having had sex and crying rape is really f*cking low btw. "Wraaaagh I have a hangover, and to make things worse those cute guys that gang banged me actually turned out to be a filthy group of neck beards. Damn my poor judgement whilst inebriated. I don't wanna seem like I voluntarily slutted myself out and slept with those losers though so I'll just claim they raped me". f*cking bitches.

I don't know where you're from, but in the developed world society revolves around the happiness of women. It's called gynocentrism.

It's why women get reduced sentences when committing crimes, but men get the full consequence of the law.
It's why women's health gets more funding.
It's why women's issues receive more attention overall, and are globally backed.

In the modern world, women are the most privileged group and have unbridled power. You can snap your fingers and yell "sexism!" and the entire government will jump at your feet to create a new statute that gives you bonuses because you have ovaries.

And yes, by extension it also means that a woman's words alone are enough to get a man ruined over a rape charge. Just look at the examples I've posted. If you want more let me know

Spoiler

Have you ever played Monopoly? Now apply that to what women have.

I'm not an MRA, kid.

An MRA means you take special care in fighting for men's issues and support the cause. I don't.

Not because I don't believe it, but because I'm just a lazy ass mofo. I have games to play, movies to watch, and toys to collect. I don't care about these social causes, any of them, enough to put effort into real life action. You will never see me attending protests or seminars or starting clubs on university campuses or something. But they are fun to argue about on the internet.

I'm not an MRA, socialist, humanist, egalitarian, LGBQT or whatever, pro-life or pro-choice and all these other labels. Political correctness or whatever goes along with it.

If you want to label me, call me "random internet dude with anti-feminist stance and low-tolerance to hate speech"

And a cause as idiotic as first-world-feminism, oh man, that's a fun one. Desecrating femtards on the internet never gets old.

Oh, and I can't help but notice that (as always) you make points and resort to ad hominem. Instead of defending your statements with facts, like how mature and reasonable people who like to have productive discussion do.

There's literally no point in debating people like you. I mean, for one, you actually think MRA is a real-life movement with real-life goals--lol. And two, you'll just cling to whatever strand of circumstantial evidence that best supports your ass-backwards narrative. I'd rather just hit you over the head with a bat.
