Accurately merge map objects

Hello, what's the best way to accurately merge map objects, or way to merge it non manualy?

Because I hate blank "stripes" in map like on this picture:

I'm not sure what you're using, but in 3ds max I usually use the Snap tool, or get the coordinates of the object using MEd or some other map tool, then copy/paste them.

You could fix that if you had a vertex snap tool?

 

I do not have much experience with Zmodeller because there is nothing like map-ip
