For some reason, when I play Vice City on my PC, I can't use the mouse to move the camera, I tried it on San Andreas, and the mouse works fine... Anyone else have this problem? Or is it just because the game is old?

Another fix-- Right lick the vice city  .EXE file (or the short cut) -- and select properties-- under the Compatibility tab-- tick the "disable visual themes" check box and click apply.

This has been known to fix the mouse not working issue on windows 7.

Watch the video in this thread-- http://gtaforums.com...entry1063399328

On the same tab- running the came in compatibility for windows 98/ME has also been know to help this issue.

Just added these to the bug list thread--- I thought I already had but apparently not.
