i really am curious. i see alot of people on this forum who either hate online or love it. I am truly interested in the precentage of how many choose to play SP only, compared to who plays both, and even those who play online only.

i personally only play SP, i just cant seem to get into online. not my thing i guess.

(for some reason, my computer would not let me create a poll, either that or i just couldnt figure out how to do it lol.  Mods, feel free to add one for the three options.)

I do. However, my Online time has dropped off. Been trying to beat GTA IV, and GTAO has just gotten boring the past few weeks.

I always try to take advantage of GTAO when I have XBL. I've recently tried to complete singleplayer, and I've discovered a lot of stuff that I've never noticed about it. Equal play time.

Yes. But always complete single player first before going online. If not, you're a scum.

Depends, usually I'm all two but since I dislike the singleplayer in V and it's not getting a lot of fan service (thank you Online) I'm doing nothing but getting Online every week or two to play with my crew.

There is a thread that's the exact same in the series chat section.

No. Single Player only!
I won't be like others focusing on online, rather have faith in single-player gaming.
SP are the roots of the series, and so no one can make me believe in online crap!!

I've played hundreds of hours of SP, and still do, but I'm starting to come around to Online. I want give the same explanations as I have elsewhere other than to say it's possible to play Online as though it were just another part of SP, and handles more like a 3D era GTA.

I play both, but SP has been boring, so Ihavent played it in around 2 months, and only really do online to make money, or play with friends, but I haven't done that in a while, both are really good components, but they're only as good as the effort you put in

Both, but I played SP first. I didn't join MP until around November or something.

Both have their own ups and downs, but I still prefer SP over MP due to all the fun glitches you can do. I'm a glitches hunter, and thanks to GTA:SA I started to dig glitches and use them for my own advantage. MP glitches are bleh. No funny glitch other than sh*tty money glitches and RP ones (As if getting RP is hard anyway). This is why I stick to SP more. The Cop Free glitches are great. Lets me enjoy roleplaying Trevor as if he did joined the army already.

Yes. But always complete single player first before going online. If not, you're a scum.

Sadly though, I'm sure most of the GTA:O players hadn't even touched SP. I sometimes feel like I'm the only one who actually finished the storyline first.

I don't really play Online anymore. If I do it'll have to be with Lazyboy. and some of my other PSN friends.

I play both equally, really whatever I feel like playing I'll play it usually I'll play mp if my friends are on and sp if there not. BUT you have to complete sp first or like street racer said your scum.

I play both regularly , hate to see people not playing story mode by looking at their 100% checklist.

Previous poll had 90 votes total:

59 for GTA V
16 for GTA Online
15 for both

I, myself, do not want to have to be online to enjoy the features of agame for which I have already paid.

I played both, because I like to use the whole experience that's given to me.

I honestly can't understand why people just refuse to play one mode. Whether it's SP or Online. Why would you limit yourself?

Tried it at a friends house. Couldn't stand playing for more than 5 minutes. But that's my opinion.
