Just now updated. took out the second wait, so everything is now instantaneous. And added the NRG500 with unique jumps. But they only show if you dont have them all. As the rest.
Bus is next will post update within a day about it , if i havent already coded it all.

Since the other mod i had "Ballas Driveby"

Which if you want to check out , i would.

I decided to add something to the Ultimate Traffic Mod.

With this traffic mod i am doing ,it is growing pretty big.

And as it has i added and have taken a away.

After getting the police to come after you all the time.

And better police responses , I wanted to give it a little flair.
I added where the hiddens can be found , easily , without any codes.
As fun , by driving certain vehicles that kindof pertained to what it
represents , from certain standpoints.

The #bus i am going to have to do some work on , but i can do it.
Give me a little on that.

I did manage to add where a #majestic or #tahoma within radius will either ,
do a driveby or not. They do become wanted. These are random and not apart of the "Ballas DriveBy" mod i was speaking of. Sometimes they do and sometimes they dont driveby.

I enhance a few things. ]

Ill upload the might be Final Version , within the month.

Can you make an .ini so that EVERY feature of the mod can be turned on/off?

I don't even want to test it with some of those features, and I'm sure a lot of other people would be put off testing as well.

The Police ai within the game at the moment is really good.
I have cops coming up and hitting me.
Cops from all directions.
There is not a cop that isnt doing something.
Either chasing another criminal , or me.

The perks of the vehicles that give you stuff
Arent in any way, changing the vehicle. Excluding
The Camper.I might make an individual setting, on that.
Because of visuals. And i cannot change the paintjob on that one to anything else. , i might make it where certain cars spawn at certain times , or zones.

If you do get another model that isnt painted on the spawn , you can paint it yourself.Just not the spawned version that is.
Both variations are spawned.

Just to note, i have fixed a couple of things ,
where planes near by take off.
Now only planes in the air will stay near you within range.

I might create a couple of manual car spawns of planes. Within the same script.
That will only take off , and spawn in \mid air , that initially wasnt in the game.

Still working on bus.
Will add taxi routes also.

Where if you get in the passenger seat, it takes you to certain stops.
On route they will stop then after some seconds it will drive off.

Like airports, casinos , stores , or hospitals ect.

I will post the new update when i have finished certain aspects of the coding.

Adding drive-by by cops would be nice. A lot of harder to escape, but more realistic. And I think soldiers at 6th wanted level are useless while you escape by a car. I don't know why tanks dont use its cannons. You could also add shooting hunters or/and SWAT van, SWAT tank with wather cannon.

I downloaded Ultimate 1.2. Bugs:

I can't obtain more than 2 stars wanted level. (I don't like when I obtain two stars after just few shots)

To many car accidents on crossroads.

Cars never explode. 

Strange reappearing cops when chasing me.

I just downloaded the newest one and I really like the random paintjob spawning and air traffic. It looks really awesome.

But the cars are travelling way too fast both on regular roads and highways. If it's possible to reduce the speed by about 5-10mph then that would generate less crashes I think.

Still an amazing mod though. :)

I have set up the ini.
I condensed and added a couple things. And rearranged.

Ill remove the health on the cars.
You would have to hit it with a couple , rockets or something.
I thought they exploded to easily.

The two star wanted level ill make as an ini feature. And some more now that you mention it.
I have set it up when someone is around you and you fire a shot ,
Two stars comeup.
One star you get with just having a weapon drawn infront of someone.

I have to make the RaceCars/Loco spawn at certain zones or times still.
At the moment they spawn all the time.
The lowriders spawn with paint jobs only if they have hydraulics.Already.

I fixed a couple things.

Not as much time , this past day.
But ill get it up soon.
Give me a few more days.

Any Ideas.
Besides what has been said.?

For me it is just to fast call this mod "ultimate" :), but as we see you working constantly on it, so I hope you make it perfect. As Methical mentioned to make it "ultimate" it would be great to make more complex .ini file because everyone has different expectations.
I can tell you what I would like to see in such mod and what you would change in what you've done already.
 
I imagine wanted levels like that:
* - activates when hit someone with fist, flower, golfclub (not dangerous weapon) or car and somebody is in radius; police use batons, police cars chasing you, easy to escape; 
** - if someone see you with dangerous gun like AK-47, tec9, minigun, molotov; if you kill more than one ped with not dangerous weapon or car, if you shoot someone, if you use weapon like katana, chainsaw,
baseball. It occurs only when someone is in radius. Police shoots you and is aggressive on the road, try to hit you as usual. It is possibility to hide and lose those two stars (no one in radius).
*** - If you kill more with weapons like tec9, pistol, katana, chainsaw; you kill many people by car, you kill cop. Heli come along, doesn't shoot, just uses lights to track you, barricades as usual
**** - if you kill more but only when you use weapons like mini-gun, fire-gun, rocket launcher. enforcers appears. Barricades as usual; normal police cars shoot you from car (drive-by).
*****- if you kill more with those dangerous weapons. FBI, SWAT Van and SWAT Tank appears, more (two?) helicopters.
******- only if you use most dangerous military vehicles: rhino, hydra, hunter. 
For Rhino: Soldiers appear, with other rhinos and patriots (but not some many like now), barricades with barracks (but only for barricades; shooting hunter
For hydra or hunter, other hydras and hunters tries kill you
 

Traffic , Honks or blows siren.
More , Randomly or when near other vehicles.
Honking your horn , makes the traffic around you ,
edgy.

Good idea, but also cars should go by you when you block the road too long.
 

 

You dont have a wanted level within a small radius from center circle of Grove Street.

It should be an option. :)
 

It is harder to blow up vehicles.
Try the gas tank.

If I shoot gas tank, car doesn't blow.
 

Taxis have nitrous.

It should be an option. :)
 

Some taxis have a passenger.
It will be the male01 actor.

Is it possibility to put peds typical to place where taxi is?
 
 

Faggio are all pink , all the time. They give you respect when driven.
Like a meter. Reminds me of VC

Hi there ,

I dont know if i put it in forums but , i have it where if you honk. The vehicles next to you , drive off. Not too fast but you know they are leaving. Even when light is red. ill see about getting some kind of timer.

Ill see about making where hydras/hunters/tanks come into play when you are in that type of vehicle.

Updates.

I added an array of police , 20 to be exact.
0-19

They are on a loop , so up to 20 police are controlled.
By the loop. They have to be ground police or have gotten out of their vehicle.

I reordered the police script by doing so.

I created health of 1 when a car is tipped.
If you attack the vehicle , it will explode.
I have tested this.

I need to script driveby police.

Ill upload the next version in the next day.
Ill keep you guys posted.

I have spend a little bit of time recently , And have done alot of work on it. I know you will thrill compared to when it initially was released. I cannot release it just yet. But please be patient. It will be very soon.

I would remove most things that are relating to the 'wanted' level. This is meant to be a traffic mod.
Maybe make another mod relating to all things 'wanted'. Leave this one as just traffic.

Can you split up the .ini parameter for the taxi please? I'm not interested in the nitrous, but am in the lights and the passenger (can there be more than just male01?)

Also, your thread is rather untidy. I'm actually lost with what features are in the mod. Its been changed and updated so many times, and not all in one place ..
And the first post hasn't been updated in a while with all the features, latest release and maybe even a changelog etc.
Make it look tidy and professional man, have some pride.

I too would love to see varying passengers in the Taxis. And also, the passengers tend to get out in the middle of highways etc. which looks a little weird. I think if it's possible for you to have the Taxis pull to the side of the road maybe and then have the passenger exit that would make it much better.

And also I hope the Coach script is coming together nicely. ;)

Hi guys ,

The download if up as soon as it is approved.
Today i am sure.

Taxis have been corrected.
They are random passengers.
I will create a change log.
Sometime in the near future.

The entire code has been redone but not changed.
Some things spoken on here i was thinking of doing,
Or some , suggested but i never did , create.

I would like to see that Coach script and maybe in convertible cars etc you can hear the radio slightly of that vehicle (like in GTA IV/V). It may seem a bit farfetched but I remember seeing it done in a YouTube video a while ago.

 

EDIT: Just thought of another idea. When you're driving a police vehicle, every minute or so you could hear a randomised "We got a _____ in _______" "Suspect last seen in a _____ _____" (the underscores being the bits that get randomised).

I actually could put one car on a packer , i almost got it perfect in a single loop i was testing with. i would put lock on the vehicle , so it wouldnt roll.

And i would like to note that this mod has already been put in WIP status.
As there are many things which i would like to do.
There are a few bugs which i am testing and i will let you in on and if you havent noticed or have only tested with the script and not looked within.

I loop through peds and cars that are already available through the game , which allows me range from the amount of actors and vehicles which i can control.
Which is different from many of the cleo mods out there.
I do have a bunch of unique mods built within this one mod.
That is trying to be entirely Traffic Related.
I am so much wanting and am going to make this one of the best mods out there.
You can see by the script that i am puting in time to make things the best way they can be.

Certain parts and codes that are within the loop crash.
And so i am testing as well.

The current version has alot of things which you will be able to tell , if you code any language that i have enhanced.

I am not a pro CLEO coder but i do have a bit of experience in certain languages which help me with making these mods.

I think i make some interesting ones. To say the least.]

Ill make a link , and future links too this mod on a file hosting server until , it is complete.

With comments and people saying they wanted to try out what it is like now ,
I am in haste to submit the upload.

There isnt really anything wrong with it.
But as you know , certain things need to be tweaked.
Or tested. I have a new section where i am about to add , all the boats within the loop.
I have a section where cargo bobs get a magnet.

Already tested , but it crashes some times. Not in the mod yet.
I have to test. Because all variables within this huge script.
Have too al function together.

You guys have been pretty cool though so.

Just saying , thanks too.

I have to adjust and test to make sure things happen , the way they should.

I have tested this and it is by far more complex than half the other Cleo only mods out there.

I have taken the download for the moment.
It is just a blank rar with a text file.

I think ill wait till i have alot more finished before i want it downloaded.

So much i can do with it and i promise to have it finished within a certain time frame.

Update.

I have added a section to disable footcops in all areas.

If there happens to be a footcop , i havent seen one , but as there may be areas which have weird zones or something , i have covered all zones specified within the game.

As with that , i have added another section to have all peds and cars within the game to spawn in all areas.

They are at random and are changed that way.

Gangs remain the same.I wont change these.
Dealers will remain the same.

This is only for civmale and female models.


I fixed a glitche , where "when i said i redone the script." mistakenly had called upon a separate model , where it crashed the game.
I am sorry about that.

I have added a section to change gang densitys and dealer densitys

A couple more things.

I finished cargobob and leviathon
They both will have magnets connected.

I fixed police ai slightly.
I took out the look at actor and am using only aim at actor with no pause.0635:
I noticed that after i added in the regular cop models , more swat and fbi were walking away.
I have added in separately each model.

Ill keep you posted.

Some bus version will be within this.

Within all traffic.

If all options are set to "ON" ( see (UTSETTINGS.ini ))

The police and medic uniform suspends stars. Instantly.

Police , stop on a dime.
Attack with force and keep coming after.
Better police AI.

Your Wanted Level is suspended.
When not in radius of 500.0 of any pedestrian and vehicle.

Flying vehicles gives you a parachute.

Leviathons and cargobobs have magnets

Tank and Barracks have been taken out of the star levels.
Cars for that city have been added instead.
LA , SF , LV or Country Police Ranchers.
To the correct city.

Some police come up on you and fight you instead of just using their gun.

Traffic , Honks or blows siren.
More , Randomly or when near other vehicles.

Honking your horn , makes the traffic around you ,
edgy.

You can see headlights farther.

Cars will either , drive away , attack you more or jack your car
when you damage thier vehicle. Excluding Family\Grove Gang Models

Random criminal models will attack police
#bmycr
#hmycr                    
#wmycr
#vwmycr        
#vbmycr
#vhmycr
#shmycr
#swmycr

Total traffic work up.
All cars apply "traffic_behaviour_to 0" car rules,
unless a 2 star level is obtained.
Then "traffic_behaviour_to 2" or 3

Taxi as a passenger. (When you complete the taxi missions)
Taxis and Cabbies take money from you by the meter. Every second money is taken away
Taxi and Cabbie models will drive all over San Andreas. Usual areas , City by city. Airports ect.
It will surprise you.

All cars generated.
All car variations within traffic.
A 3 mirror cheetah is one of those available.
Hoods , Fenders Spoilers. Ect.

Black and White stretch limos.

#Faggio are all pink , all the time. They give you respect when driven.
Like a meter. Reminds me of VC

#Sabre  when driven this sprays your Gang Tags

#Newsvan when driven , shows you where the photos are on the map.

#Jetpack when driven , shows you where the horseshoes are on the map.

#Vortex when driven , shows you where the oysters are on the map.

#NRG500 when driven , shows you where the jumps are on the map.

Any vehicle driven , if you already have or will have after using the vehicles.
The hiddens , in the game, will not show up on the map.
Tags , horseshoes , photos , oysters, jumps. If you have them all.
Which would be easy to get by this.

#Camper s The special Truth Camper. "OUTTHERE" They get you drunk/high when driven.
With this option on all Camper models are spawn as the Mothership

#MrWhoop ees Give you money when driven. Tons of money like a meter.

#Sweeper s Give you money like a meter when driven.

#Securica rs Give you 100, 000 when stolen. They also give you some text.
"Armored Vehicles Are Rigged To Explode Seconds After Stolen"
And it plays the mission accomplished sound.
With the text "earned 100, 000"
A wanted rating of 3 stars earned.
And then show you a timer 3 , 2 , 1 , then the Securicar explodes. Better jump at 3 or 2. You can live at one.

All Lowriders and race cars have paint jobs.
Lowriders with paintjobs have hydraulics.

All helicopters and planes if in your area will fly close to you
Boats will be in your general area. More than normal.
If in the air.
Or on the sea.
They will continue to be in your general area.

More Cops chasing Criminals on the streets.

If you are carrying a gun or certain other weapons , and you are close to a pedestrian , you have a wanted star. 10.0 radius.

If you are firing a gun within range 25.0 you have 2 wanted stars.

Crowds of pedestrians now scatter when you shoot.

Only if you wear the police and medic uniform , can you do whatever you want.
And not be wanted.Excluding military zones.

Options to

Disable foot cops ; Have only police in vehicles unles you are wanted.
Change pedestrian density
Change car density
Gang Density
Drug Dealer density
Enable gang spawn
Ballas gang drivebys
Enable all peds in all zones
Cars Ect.
Change The Speed of Traffic

And for awesome car chases.
Infinite Car health
No popped tires

The download will be available soon.

 

The #Bus is next as i have finalized what i needed to for the mod to be completed. It will be very similar to the taxi Variation but without having to complete the Taxi missions. Try it out and see.

 

As with the coding , i have had to script this differently. To all work together.

Alright, To make the police more realistic, Why don't you add some gunners at a FBI rancher, Ranger and Police Maverick?

This is one of the best cleo mods ever. Dont knock it till you try it.
