How do you make a gif your signature without it just being a link? Never did it before

500x150 is the size for a signature.
Use the [img ] commands while pasting the link to have it appear as a gif.

Use ezgif.com to resize and once you're done, save it on another image hosting site such as imgur since they expire after after a certain amount of time IIRC

Yeah, ezgif does NOT store images on their servers. It's not an image hosting site. It's simply a tool to change your images.

There is no size in kb limit, just a size in pixels (500 x 150) limit.

Just post the image here via imgur. I'm sure someone will be willing to help you resize.
