Being the person that walks nearly everywhere, it's kept me in good health. My monthly swim workouts also help. I'm not chiseled from marble by any means though haha.

I used to be in good shape actually, but it's been a long time since I play any sports. I'm not as good as I was when the year started.

I run everyday 3-5 miles and I hike every weekend if the weather is good. I have good cardiovascular endurance, and I'm strong. People wouldn't look at me and think I'm in good shape because I'm chubby. Hatas gon hate.

This is me minus the chubby thing. I try to run about 3-5 miles every other day do anaerobic activities every day, and try to do a 10 mile hike every month, and this really helps offset the massive amount of alcohol I have a tendency to put into my body. Sometimes life and work gets in the way, but I typically keep to this schedule. If nothing else, I'm able to find the time to do 30 minutes of prison pushups and situps.

I was thinking about that earlier today. I'm skinny, almost no fat or muscle anywhere except the stomach and thighs, which have just a little more than most people my age. I do cardio and stretching once a day for about twenty minutes, because it makes me feel safe. Last checkup the doctor told me I was in shape, but sometimes I wake up and feel anemic, and I'm sure that's not a good thing. :(

I think I'll start fixing what I eat. (I say right before putting some chicken in the fryer. :( )

I'm 5'10, about 166lbs and around 10-12% body fat so I'm in quite good shape in my opinion. I've always been a keen sportsman and at University I was playing football 4 times a week, Rugby 2 times a week and going to gym as well so I guess that's when I was in my peak physical condition. I've left university now but I try and keep fit and eat right as much as I can, going to the gym regularly, running etc.

I just can't go a week without doing something physical, its not in my nature. The problem with me, like most others is alcohol. I enjoy going out with my mates and having a drink too much to cut that out of my diet and live a totally healthy lifestyle.

I'm too clumsy to be athletic. I lose my footing on the stairs a lot and have fallen down them a few times. I've even lost my footing on flat ground and fell, it just happens. :(

But I do a pathetic amount of push ups every morning to stay in shape, so I think I'm doing ok.

I'm definitely no deffpony, but I'm happy. I exercise every morning and I love doing it (although I skip weekends these days), I try to do some cardio like running or cycling (swimming when it's hot) at least twice a week, and I try to watch what I eat, even though I love my artery clogging foods.

I'm pretty fit. And I'm just starting some strength training. I already purchased a bench press, some weights and lots of whey protein to stimulate muscle growth. I don't want to be huge like a bodybuilder, but I need more muscles. I have broad shoulders, and without larger muscles it just doesn't look right to me.

I haven't done sh*t as far as an actual workout goes in like 3 months. But I do go on hikes and biking in the woods fairly often these days. Does running from security guards count?

I've been on a pretty steady decline for the past year. Every morning I look out the window and see the sidewalk beckoning. "Grab your iPod and come run on me!" she shouts, and for a moment I consider it. Hell, sometimes I even put my running shoes on and head for the door. But then he cuts me off. He's stronger than I am, and he can play me like a fiddle. For the last year I've been living in a house with the biggest bully I've ever known, and no one can help me. His name is Cool Ranch Doritos, and he is a monster.
