Hi, I'm new to GTA and I got GTA IV so I could play but it shows up as GTA IV FATAL ERROR: Unable to create depth render target. I tried re-installing DirectX and I think I'm all up to date on my Video Card Driver.

Specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit

Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU 2.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.0GHz

DirectX 11

4096MB Ram

I even tried re-installing GTA IV, I also bought GTA IV off of Steam.

GMA X3100 is actually not supported by GTA IV. You will need a decent GPU to play it. And also, do you own a laptop? If so, then you can't install a GPU. And we can't help further. Sorry.
