So this is the second day of school and... I don't like it. I know almost nobody in my classes and my teachers are simply just "okay" but not great. And it is taking forever for me to get a schedule change, one that'll get rid of Hospitality/Tourism for something business/money related. The only class that I feel somewhat comfortable in is band and maybe health.

I just have that god awful stressed feeling where you just feel anxious yet you're unsure why. I feel like if I keep things the way they are, I'll have a very boring/disappointing year.

Going into my senior year of undergrad on Monday. Knowing that the "Class of 2018" is coming here tomorrow makes me pretty uneasy, but I guess it's inevitable. This year, I'm just focusing on my research and finishing up some graduation requirements. Not too excited about it, to be honest.

Doesn't matter if it's boring or not, focus. Pass your GCSE's because I'm in a very tight situation failing my maths for the 4th time since high school. I'm in college right now and have to say for three years, starting my third year September 3rd. Passed my English last year though. These two are very important things in your life, especially for getting a job in the future. I only have one more chance to pass otherwise I won't be able to go to the University I want to and will have to go the the sh*tty local one.

In case you don't know already, I'm kind of an introvert and always focus on my work and stuff. I get A/B and A honor rolls all year long and am not the social type. But last year I had a few people to talk to in my classes and at the library but now I just don't. All of the juniors I spoke too on a regular basis last year are all seniors now and so we have seperate lunches. The people I usually spoke to in my classes last year and the year before that just aren't in my classes this year. It sucks and I am not one to randomly make new friends.

No I'm a junior. The people I used to talk to last year during lunch, back when I was a sophomore, are now seniors. I'm not gonna tell anybody where I go to school, just that it's in northwestern San Antonio.

School started for me like 3 weeks ago. The Danish socialist facist government has made a new reform for now and the future, where all kids and teens are supposed to stay in school all day, everyday (we do have our weekends though). Gee, as soon as I get that green card, it's the next plane to the US, marry a black woman and automatically become citizen. My kids ain't gotta grow up in this bitch ass country.

Either that post was highly sarcastic or he doesn't realise that going to school every day is par the course for most western schools, the US and UK being the most strict adherents to this. Denmark also has one of the highest education indexes as judged by the human development index, all Danish education is also free. The US on the other hand has infamously bad higher education, with only 70 odd percent actually graduating and an education index below Trinidad and Tobago. Let's not forget the average of $55,000 a year tuition fees to wash that sub par education down.

Everything in school is okay now. And the rules that most of my teachers listed are as if they don't exist. My only problem is AP Physics. The content itself is not hard, but the class environment just feels weird... in an uncomfortable way.

I'm feeling slightly more optimistic, not even sure why lol. I know I'll get stuck in an Italian class with a stupid teacher, though.

One of my teachers this semester has a really awesome accent, but it's extremely heavy, lol.  So heavy that this one dude walked out on the class and never came back, I guess he couldn't understand the professor.  I had a teacher with a strong accent in highschool, so accents don't bother me.

If you have a thick accent, why are you teaching in the first place? I would've left the class, too.

It's not his fault he has an accent.  He has a very colorful vocabulary too, so he's an intellectual and a great teacher.  Having an accent is completely out of his control.
