Hi.

I did eight mission, then I copied all of them to other folder, and I did a mistake - author of missions was DYOM, but I change it to my nick by editing DYOM.dat in notebook.

I just wanna test one of these mission and crash...

Other missions works.

I load mission like this. DYOM > Menu > Mission > Load, Save Mission > Crash

If it was a topic with a similar/identical problem - please, link :D

Rule nr 1 - DON'T EDIT MISSION IN THE NOTEPAD!

If you really want to edit it, use Notepad ++'s replace feature instead of Windows notepad. And for the next time, when you load up DYOM and want to design a mission, go to Mission menu and select New Mission. There, you can choose the name and author.

PS. Sorry, but I have to say, that probably all the "edited" missions have to go "w pizdu".

No świetnie, czyli 8 misji poszło się je***, bo tylko chciałem zmienić autora...

DYOM zmieniłem na Adam więc 4 litery, może coś jeszcze da się uratować?

EN: I change name from DYOM to Adam, 4 letters, so code of .dat is good, right? I check this.

If you're really desperate, you could use restoring system option, you know, "turn back in time" while you haven't edited it yet. But I'm not sure if this gonna work. It won't harm your PC so you can try.
