Whats wrong here?

Having trouble importing a certain CVPI into Zmodeler. I just want to remove the pushbar, and I can import other CVPI's without issue into zmodeler however this one looks like this.. not idea why. It's fine in game, but if I import it to zmodeler it gets screwed up so I can't edit it. Any help is appreciate, thanks.

the mesh is too high poly or this cvpd was made in max

Is there any solution? I tried opening it in 3ds max with no luck. It's a bxbugs cvpi
