I would be a career criminal, working for the locksmith shop in Davis. A real professional safe cracker that specialized in getting behind anything locked. I'd be a professional thief stealing vehicles with lock pick tools instead of breaking the damn glass with my fist or elbow. I'd also work with a heist crew, specializing in diamonds and mansion home invasions in Vinewood, as well as banks.
^That is what Grand Theft Auto should've been about instead of golf, tennis, yoga, skydiving, and f*ck all. F*CK YOU ROCKSTAR.

Probably a guide to Mt.Chiliad. Here would be my schedule:
9:00 AM - Go to Paleto Bay ski lift which is a 3 minute drive from my house.
9:30 AM - Look over climbing vehicle and prepare to meet first group. Climbing vehicles consists of 4-door Sandking's with harnesses in the bed for people to sit safely in. Some days 2 Sandking's go on a tour, other days only one 1 goes.
10:00 AM - Set off on left side of Mt.Chiliad trail (starting at the logging facility) with first group. Stop at multiple points for pictures.
10:40 AM - Arrive at peak, spend 30 minutes at the top (leaving at 11:10 AM).
11:40 AM - First group arrives back at ski lift. 20 minutes left to look over vehicle (safety first!).
12:00 PM - Lunch break with co-workers.
12:40 PM - Meet second group.
1:00 PM - Set off once again up Mt.Chiliad, taking the same time as before to reach the top.
1:40 PM - Once again, spend 30 minutes looking at the surrounding landscapes.
2:40 PM - Second group comes back to the ski lift. Spend 20 minutes looking over vehicle and making it clean for tomorrow.
3:00 PM - Bicycle tours starts with two groups going around the small trails at the bottom of the mountain.
4:00 PM - Come back to ski lift, workers and customers having supper. Spend last hour meeting customers and asking them about their day.
5:00 PM - Drive back home and look up at Mt.Chiliad from my window..
LATER THAT NIGHT.....
Get a phone call in the middle of the night. Wake up, disgruntled, confused. What? You can't be serious!
Little Timmy is still up on the mountain!

I like to think my character got into her professional criminal career to avoid having to make a living doing something as uninteresting and tiresome as my actual job.

Come on you lazy wannabies. Put the effort into hard grind, even if it is illegal. They should make modding the game a career.
In all seriousness though a security guard or bouncer at various offices and clubs. Will give you after hours access to a lot of property.
Out of curiosity, what would be the criminal slant to all the careers mentioned in this thread? Be inventive.
Also try being a gruppe sechs van driver.

I would actually love Love LOVE if R* added taxi/paramedic/vigilante/courier missions to Freemode. Having a semi-legit way to earn a lil cash would be a ton of fun and add some desperately needed variety.
