Yeah all of mine are, but i'm thinking of un-turboing my Rebel, use it as a cruiser truck and it just can't handle that kind of speed tbh. Brakes aren't good enough to help it go round the city so all it seems to do is give it too much straight line speed, and the grip/handling aren't exactly Zentorno-esque with full upgrades.


I found with my Rebel that it was the transmission upgrade that messed with the handling and not the turbo, maybe try setting that to stock and see how you go, if you haven't already tried it.

Most of them aren't 50% upgraded. I usually grind RR, spend it on ammo, and it's gone. It sucks, too, my Roosevelt doesn't have Transmission level 4 yet. I can't go on 20's drive bys in mobster clothes without it!
