Forget about money.  Leveling up fast IMO is much harder to get done than earning money.

So when Double RP/Cash weekends come out this is how you take advantage of the system.

All these methods require two players willing to work together and don't care about silly things like K/D ratio.

I'll break them down by game type.

Capture (As of 1.15)

Setup---

Find or Create a capture in an area with a predictable spawn area.  Eg.  Racetrack / School Ball Field.

Make the spawn areas right next to each other and as small as possible.

Set the team vehicle to some vehicle with little armor.  Eg Motorcycle,Golf Cart,Dune Buggy

Set Score to 8.  And Put a Time limit to like 20 minutes.  Capture sometimes bug and the bags don't spawn.

Execution--

Youtube bums only show you have to get piss poor ways of getting mass amounts of RP by telling you to end the capture by getting the bags really fast.  Their method just allows you to get about 2000 RP (1000 normal) per session.

They don't bother to take the time to exploit killing.

So what you do is between you and your friend you figure out who's going to get RP first.  Once you determine that this is how you proceed.

1) Start shooting your friend.  If you pick a gun you haven't unlocked Awards for even better.

2) When your friend dies.  Look where they spawn.  Get near there.  Kill again.  When they respawn kill them again and eventually you won't have to really move and they will spawn fairly close or in the same location.

2B) The friend being killed should be pressing the respawn button to speed it up.

3) Kill until you get no more RP being earned.

4) Switch roles.  Repeating 1-3

5) When that is done Score to end the game.

How this work is that is uses the Killstreak multiplier.  So on your 15th kill or so its at 2.5X and its all gravy kills from there.  2.5 x 140 = 350 RP for lets say under level 50  2.5 X 500 RP (I think) for above level 80 = 1250RP per kill (Might be 625 as i haven't check recently with a high level player).

So Lower level players get lower amounts of RP.  Higher levels 80+ Get more RP per kill.
6) I learned it is RP capped.  So higher level players need less kills.  A level 60 character needs about 41 kills while above 100 needs only 21.

Additional Capture notes.  NPC players that can be set to be Actors.  Hookers, Etc.  If you kill them you get 50 RP per kill.  Up to about 20 kills.  Maybe 40 kills during double weekends.  So thats about 1000 RP.
And don't mix it with the kill trading method above because it just gets messy and slows you down.

Deathmatch.  (As of 1.15)

Setup---

Design or Find an Asshole Map.  Basically the respawn zone will be a pure killzone except for the guy with the weapon.

Execution--

Same Method as the kill trade method.  Just the respawn location isn't as easy to kill people as fast.  And you're looking for Victims rather then friends.   This is the Asshole method which requires you to use an Asshole map such as your 5219081720918095218092158091280952982 RP and $$$$$2184098121248921409842109  and if it has the work HAX or Guaranteed you get an extra cookie.  The Kill streak limit is higher.  But if you're working with a friend it is much slower.
It is a Victim map.

Races (As of 1.15)

SOLO races are Doubled.  Normally you get 3000 RP for every 4 minute race max for high level players (2100 Level 64ish).
So 6000 for high level players.

Armored Car (As of 1.15)

There is a respawn glitch.  This method is probably the fastest while it is available.  Requires two players.
You earn enough RP for about 10 levels in about an hour for levels under 70.  Requires a friend to sit in an apartment though.

It doesn't matter what race it is.  You just have to wait 4 minutes before crossing the finish line.

It's cool that you took the time to explain this to people who don't know. I was just curious what you had to say and I also want to ask a question. Do any of you find these double rp weekends useful? I mean I'm past level 230 and rp is just useless. It's nice and all to see those larger figures but what is really important? I'll tell you, cash, rp only progresses you to the next level an on and on until you reach a level that unlocks something. After you have unlocked everything it's futile.

I do realise that everybody isn't as high a level as me. In fact most of the people I see online are below level 100 and you have a few people who took the piss with glitching, farming etc and are ridiculous levels for time played but that shouldn't change the fact that Rockstar should have to cater to 'us' as well as the majority of low ranking players. The only thing I've seen that remotely resembles this is the Dubsta 6X6 and something else that slips my mind, that unlock post level 100.

I find them useful if you start a fresh 2nd character or you're trying to help some low level get leveled up faster.

Minus the last few money glitch waves.  Level + Race Wins were key components to make them work efficiently.

Like when you can only sell "addon" money glitches.  A level 80 player will be making more than a level 20 player.
Also the ability to spend money.  You can have 10 billion dollars and not be able to buy stuff as its level locked.

But yes after 120 so far its useless.    The Special Carbine being available to level 1 characters was Rockstar's response to there being so many high level players IMO.  Anyone under level 24? (Assault rifle) had zero chance at fighting back until that was released. So at some point in time Rockstar will have a use for levels higher than 120.  Maybe when the story mode DLC comes out and adds something major to the game.

Clear the Cat house, two person ( to save spawn start time ) a helicopter. One stay close to spawn call a new chopper, one deliver.
Land the chopper ( helicopter ) on the roof close to Anna. Not so funny, but best RP. ( NOT. Not my figured out, read it here in this forum, creds to xxx )

I don't know how to post links this here, too much to go through...but Anyone on PS3 can play my Monster Truck Race, this weekend it Pays 10,000 and takes 5 minutes long as you pick Liberator, which makes the race fast and easier to do.

Pays 6000 RP guaranteed  solo

10,000 RP if done with 5-6 other people. Best to do with Crews and Friends to trade wins or just to laugh your ass off trying to wrestle to the finish line.

I will post a link if I ever figure it out, but go to Social Club and look up "Monster Mountain..." its also a link in the content creator Ill give it a bump to help you guys find it for those interested, some reason I cant post links here or copy/paste links I previously  made in other parts of this forum. Weird.

Been doing the Jet Stream solo. Go around in 4 minutes or more and you should receive quite a bit.

I've been getting 5600 RP each time.

Races Solo cap at 6000 after 4 minutes. Again only if you are high level.  Low level players get less.

With friends kind of the same thing but the more players the better payout.

Post link via URL. For example if you want to link anything to your post just go to the webpage you want to link and copy and paste the address bar. Simple.

Yeah, to give everyone an idea of the scale of the difference, my level 105 guy gets 6K RP, and my level 10 character only gets 1.5K RP.

I Finally figured out the Capture VS Deathmatch player kill limit. With Captures you get more RP per kill for the most part. On my maps the player is in a vehicle and headshots are at the auto aim level. And headshots get more RP. Deathmatch you get less RP even if you head shot.

Captures with high level characters you start getting 500 RP after like 15 in the killstreak.
Deathmatches cap at 300 for headshots.

Both modes have RP limits just Captures let you hit the limit faster so less killing is needed.

I have bookmarked a few capture games where you kill the NPC's and not the other player, but nobody either joins me, or obviously cant read the instructions and screws up the RP gain. Too bad you need a second player. Sigh,
