H guys, there is a problem. Whenever I open sanandreas my mouse does not work. This happens with my vice city too. I cannot move my player and he cannot look arond and do anything with mouse when in mouse+keyboard mode  so i have to play in joystick mode. What should i do?

Try using "Compatibility Mode Win98". That has been the usual fix.
Better yet, do what Rockstar Recommends, get a generic USB GamePad (i.e. Logitech, or Seitek.)

I had that same issue on both games, there was a fix for it but it was a .dll file you had to put in your GTA San Andreas and Vice City folder.

I can PM you the link to that post if you still need it.
