I am surprised how many people didn't see that Mission Row & Pershing Square plus Vinewood East weren't even closed to finished during the first trailer and atleast had one pedestrian.
Do you think Xbox One, PS4, PC will get exclusive GTAV content?

Well it's not new-new, but it isn't just an HD port.
GTA V Next-Gen/PC to GTA V PS3/360 is what Bully Scholarship Edition is to the original Bully. That's the best way to put it.
The NG/PC version has all types of extra stuff that it looks like they just didn't have enough room/power for the PS3/360. Along with better graphics. I've seen some okay comparisons, but they do help realize how big of a difference in quality there is.

I hope it will come with something extra.
But.. i have question in my head for a long time. DLCs we already have for PS3 & xbox360, what about them? Will be there another DLC for next gen or what?

The ps4 is like 10 x more powerful than a ps3 . All im saying is it really makes rock star look lazy if they jusy release the same game with updated graphics. Id have no problem with that IF it weren't an open world game. THERES so many things to explore/add that they couldn't do with the power of the ps3.

Yeah, maybe the PS4 will get something extra, but PC will get whatever a modmaker desires. Nobody cares if it's a piano on wheels or entire map modifications. Or even more extra weapons and cars

At the rate Rockstar is going all we will get is a kick in the nuts and a bitch slap across the face for buying it again.

Probably the PC version will have some exclusive content so it can sell more.

was already said at E3 that PS4 is getting some unique "perks"

I hope not, because then last-gen gamers like me will feel betrayed. Also I believe if they add exclusive content to next-gen consoles, it will ruin Rockstars reputation. PC, I already know will have exclusive content, like mods and such.
Honestly, to me, if they add exclusive "next-gen" (it's actually the current-gen, PS3/360 is previous gen) then it would enhance their reputation. Rather than being just a remaster it would give me more value on my second purchase of the game.
And as for the OP question? Yes. We've already seen cats and they've mentioned other new wildlife. Technically that's exclusive content. Major DLC, I don't really see it happening unless there's a drop in last-gen popularity to where it wouldn't make financial sense to release on them.
