so, I have change my enb mods with Icenhancer 3.0 but now see! the cars windows is missing! but when I shoot the windows, the crack texture come up! this problem ever occured to me before when using another version of Icenhancer..... and I change the enb because i don't really like that enb..... then I ended up using the Icenhancer 3.0 because I think this the best enb ever! please help me! this enb just great man!

Just downgrade to iCE Enhancher 2.0
hmm..... it works... but, is there any way to play with the 3.0 version without that annoying bug? my gta version is up to date! also all my drives are updated! I'll try to uninstall the gta, let's see if there is a mod conflict with the enb....

I have the very same idea, just not with Icehancer.
My "vehicle_generic_glasswindows2" keeps disappearing from the game - really anoying.
Some ENB settings with the glass reflection maybe?

I've made some progress finding the bug.
The car windows do load, do draw. Even when it's fully transparent, the texture's black and orange parts keep visible, including the dark glasses and frames.
Simple Native Trainer kills it randomly, but surely when selecting Weather.
Is it a hidden keybind we don't know and used to make window's alpha disappear for RIV?
Is it ENB's incapeability to adjust render to ~50% < alpha glass?
Is it ScriptHook's mess?

No corrupt install.
Gone further, the problem is clearly with EPM.
EPM Keys (Num 8, T, H, etc) makes this issue.
I'll have a look if It can work without the "moveDoors.CONF" file or not
(We don't even use these bings until need of Hash or adjusting)
